We were in a battle involving attorney Michael Mowla and were appalled by his obnoxious and immoral behavior.
Our observation is this:
This man is extremely immoral and does not care who has to suffer for him to win his case, even though he knows what he is doing is immoral.
My husband and I were in a custody battle involving Michael Mowla and he was trying to take the children away, knowing there was no evidence of abuse. This man is no different than a prostitute, in fact he's far worse. He takes money from people to destroy families. The fact that he would attempt and fight to take away little children from their parents while knowing there was no cause is horrific.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This guys is a freak.
These things are true and this is not even the beginning of it.
What I found was that M. Mowla charged me a low amount up front and then came back with several large charges, unjustified. Frustrating.
Good luck getting this attorney to answer calls, text, voicemails! Does he have a secretary? Needs to hire one who can answer his phone and take messages!very unprofessional!

I totally agree with the last person. Mowla is a great attrny and fights for what is in the best interest. He is not immoral by any means. He is very detailed and knows the law inside and out. I highly recommend him. He is not just in it for the money and if you ever obtain him you will truly see that.
Sorry to hear that you think Mowla is immoral for doing a job that his client asked him to do. In the end, the courts have the final word and if you lost and his client won, then the court agreed with them. Evidence and facts are what judges look at and no judge would allow a lawyer to immorally represent a client. I think he is a brilliant attorney. No family court cases are nice or easy to go through.
I was also involved in a court case with Michael Mowla and agree with everything the poster here stated. Mowla shows by his actions that nothing is sacred, except his own wallet. He was clearly ruthless in his behavior concerning taking away children as he knew that the parent he was going up against was not guilty of any serious abuse if any at all. He didn't care because all he cared about was making money for himself. I was actually on the opposing side and knew what he was doing was not right. Some kind of arranged involvement of each parent was very important to the children and that was obvious, but Mowla pushed, lied, and pushed until the children can't even see their other parent. My observation and opinion is that this man is a very cruel person.
This will certainly come back around on him and his own family.
