Michael Kors customer service

My name is cherry ann bisnauth I visited your sawgrass outlet store on April 2nd 2015 I have just flew in from Trinidad and Tobago where I reside.
I was so excited to visit your store seeing the closes one was sawgrass. My boyfriend and I went in and was never greeted, we still proceed to shop and picked out a few things which, by now we were on the floor at lease 20mins by now. Still no one even asked us for help mind you, it only had two other customers in the store. We went to the dressing room and I tried on at lease 6-7 dress plus jean and tops. The sale girls were still passing us straight with no acknowledgement from anyone. My boyfriend had to go get sizes for me. Still no help. By now would of been in the store for at lease a hour or more. By the time we made our choices which was ALOT...still no one acknowledged us. But I did notice while in the dressing room the girls was helping another customer who was just trying on ONE top. Which I was upset because I had a room full of clothes and would of bought more if I had the help. I returned the next day to get a dress I saw and wanted but it did not have the size. I had to ask three people before I could get assistant. On my return on April 3rd, I did mention that I was here yesterday and was treated badly. The girl at the resister didn't even care.
I love your store but, in my little island we love to shop there and with this story and sharing with my friends at home we are most appalled by what has happened. I just wanted to tell you that I wanted to purchase a lot more but, with the attitude of the girls on April 2nd I don't know how I would feel to return to your store even my friends are unhappy with the service I received.

Dear sir, madam,
My name is Shirley Leung. I write this message for complaining your products. I bought a pair of Michael Kors Clara Leather and Suede Boot in Merlot in January, 2016 via Zalando in the Netherlands. Yesterday was my first time to put on it for out going. After about 15 minutes walking, I found that there was painful on the upper side of my right ankle. I could not keep on walking anymore. After checking my leg, I found that there was swollen on the place that I felt painful. The hurt was caused by the zip on that boot. I spent around Euro 300 to buy that pair of boots. I am afraid that I cannot put it on anymore. It makes me very disappointed. Because I like that pair of boots very much. Would you have any good suggestion to solve that kind of problem?

Michael Kors returns

My husband purchased a watch for christmas at the MK Toronto Premium Outlet. The lady that sold him the watch told him that if there is a problem with the watch or if I just don't like it all ... As long as the watch was not adjusted he can return the item. December 27, we went back to the store to return the item and the manager refused to hear us. Claimed there has been a miscommunication or misunderstanding and was told we cannot return the item store exchange only. We asked to speak to the lady that sold the watch while waiting in line outside of the store and by the time we got inside the store they have hidden the sales person at the back and we were told they do not want a confrontation. Terrible customer service we were given their customer service number and email address. No response since December 27 today is now January 11. Will definitely not buy MK again. No way in hell!

Michael Kors wrong item

Very disappointed! I have ordered an item in December for a Christmas present which I still have not received. Firstly they have taken my money out of my account which was £120 then inform me the item I ordered was no longer available. They gave a choice to choose from which I agreed to one of the items. I then received after Christmas another item that I Didn't choose and isn't on the website at all. I looked up the item I was given and that came up as a $3, 00 time watch of E bay. I want my money back!

Michael Kors cannot exchange

For Christmas this year, my siblings and I wanted to buy my mom winter boots. I was looking into Uggs or the Michael Kors winter tall boots. Since my mom loves Michael Kors, I thought she would love the MK boots. I looked on-line and saw the boots on sale at Macy's. I also saw it on sale at MichaelKors.com
I decided to order it directly at Michael Kors. Christmas was here and we were super excited to see our mom open her gift.
She LOVES them! But unfortunately it is too small. She is a 7.5/8... so I thought the 8 were the right size. I told my mom that I would exchange it for her and get size 9.
I did not want to deal with mailing back hassle, so I went to Michael Kors store (Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas) Spoke to a couple of sales girls and then 2 managers... they then told me that they do not carry the boots and that they cannot return it for me because they were on sale. I asked, can you just give me a store credit and I'll have my mom pick out something out herself. They said NO!. I said "WOW" what bad customer service! Think about it, if you give me a credit of $150.00 for the "sale" price (I wasn't asking for the full price credit), she probably would have come in and purchased something for more than $150.00. She could have purchased a purse for double that amount. Customer happy and Michael Kors takes more of our hard earned $money$! It's a win, win situation for Michael Kors! Why doesn't Michael Kors want to keep their customer happy and to want to make more money is baffling me!
So after being upset, I left Michael Kors. I called Michael Kors customer service line and I explained that I bought this boots for my mom for Christmas, but they are too small. I just want to exchange them for 1 size up. Dedra (customer service rep), then tells me they do not have the size in stock (sold out). So then, I asked I would like to return them and maybe get store credit so that my mom can pick out something herself on-line. SHE TOLD ME... NO! Unfortunately, we do not take exchanges and returns on ALL sale items. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT? Especially on-line! Dedra told me that it is posted on-line that you CANNOT exchange or return anything that is on-sale! I'M SORRY, I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I HAD TO READ THE FINE PRINTS TO ORDER OR PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM MICHAEL KORS! If I would have known that, I could have ordered through MACY'S. OR BETTER YET.. I COULD HAVE ORDERED HER UGGS or The North Face boots! WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO WITH THESE SHOES THAT DOES NOT FIT?!?!? SO NOW MY MOM HAS BOOTS FOR CHRISTMAS THAT DO NOT FIT HER.

Michael Kors lack of follow-through

below are parts of my email to michaelkors.com:

"i am a canadian customer who has been trying to place an order on your michaelkors.com website using an american shipping address. i have been told that international customers are now welcome as long as the shipping address remains within in the US.

i would like to bring to your attention my experience of trying to do exactly that - in which i have placed several orders in the fruitless attempt to purchase two separate items - all ending up being rejected by your system. subsequently i, of course, also talked to your “style consultants” on various occasions and was first told that this might have something to do with my CC (= lacking funds), next i was told that this might be due to a possible mismatch of my (canadian) billing address with the address my CC has on file as the system of your company is apparently especially sensitive to prevent fraud.

fyi: the card i am trying to use is a platinum american express and i have NEVER experienced this level of problems with any of the hundreds of purchases that are annually routed through this card - be that in canada, the US or anywhere else in the world. i can assure you that lacking funds are also not an issue - and certainly not for such a relatively minor amount.
in any event, i also talked to amex on several occasions to find out whether the problem might be on their end and to ensure that i use the exact same spelling/punctuation etc. as per their record for the (repeated) order on your website. i even added the recipient (a friend in massachusetts) temporarily to the card. all to no avail.

in summary, my ‘shopping-experience’ with michaelkors.com has been below subpar - not only due to what i perceive as a glitch in your system but also with regards to the follow-up i experienced.
according to the notes on my file/s, several orders were “escalated” - yet i have still to receive any feedback on either of them.

since i also talked to your “style consultants” on various occasions to find a remedy for this situation, i ended up being promised by the first two people i spoke to that “someone” would get back to me “by the end of the day”. those days passed and two other then promised that they, personally, would get back to me - again, of course "by the end of day" - which never happened.
in fact the last person i talked to appeared to be especially eager to solve the problem/riddle and made the repeated point how she would personally take this case on - for days if necessary - and keep me in the know - no matter what the outcome "by the end of the day" - only to then also never to be heard off again. after two more attempts during consecutive days to reach her, including leaving messages for sheila - i am now giving up on michael kors altogether.

while everyone i talked to appeared very friendly i am not exactly sure what upsets me more - the disappointing system that cancels the order after first accepting it, the people your company sends to the forefront with the pompous label of a “style consultant” or, in fact, those working in the background who are equally incapable of following through with the simple request to provide an update let alone an explanation - even if that is a simple: "we don’t know…"

while this email might reach the same people whose competence i have already tasted, i do want to let you know: i am usually a very patient customer but in case of these repeated promises, not only do i feel deceived but actually ridiculed."

Michael Kors quality of handbag

I bought a Michael Kors Saffiano medium handbag on 12/9/2012 from Macy's. The bag's base started to sag within 7 months of purchase. When I contact MK customer support I was asked to send the bag at my expense to their office and it would be repaired because it was under 1 year of warranty. I sent the bag and when i followed up to check the status on the repair I was told this bag has been returned to me because it is not defective but the nature of the bag to sag! I was absolutely shocked at their response and how poorly they have handled my case.
1 - I emailed pictures of the bag before sending the bag and sent the bag only because I was directed by MK to do so
2 - My bag was returned but no one bothered to contact me and let me know before returning the bag
3 - I asked for a refund for the bag as I was not going to spend $300 bucks on a handbag that is the quality of a cheap non branded bag
4 - I was promised a call back from the manage "Lynn Freay" that day, 1 week and numerous calls later i have still not got a call from her
5 - I finally gave up and have called 4 times and emailed just to get a tracking number of the shipment so as to not lose the bag, and guess what, they have not shipped it yet. they just sent it today

Michael Kors not only needs to get a REAL customer service team but he needs to get an effective one. This is the first brand I have seen in America who cares to only make money and spends less than 1% of the budget on customer service. I strongly recommend not to buy their handbags no matter the popularity as you will be left to deal with any issues thereafter. You don't want to see your bag break after 6 months and realize you spent $$$ for that lovely piece. I am so sad that my first expensive handbag looks like a drooping tree:(

I ordered handbag from MichaelKors-Shops.com and have never received my bag. Of course I asked for a refund immediately and got no response. I sent a complaint to the email that they gave but it doesn't work.

Michael Kors no delivery

I purchased bag from Michealkorsales.com and never received it. They didn’t even notified me if they have received my money. I used RealPay to make transaction and they refuse to collaborate and help me in getting my money returned. Avoid both of these companies.

Michael Kors worst customer service

My name is Isa Walcott-Perez and I have shop in the Michel Kors in the Westchester Mall as well as Iwork at the Coach store which is one store down from the Micheal Kors in the Westchester Mall. I usually shop in this location on my lunch break with coworkers. I do so because in the past, your employees exemplify outstanding customer service. However, I have had two recent issue with the Westchester Micheal Kors and I was highly disappointed and unsure if I will ever shop with Michael Kors again.

During my first visit to the store I purchased a gold Michael Kors gold watch and within three weeks the glass face of the watch cracked from the inside. When I returned to the store for any exchange or a new watch I was told that I had to contact Fossil because they don't handle watch repair issue. This was not a watch repair issue, it was a quaility issue. Im very knowledgeable on the matter given that I'm a manager at Coach and we deal with watch issues on from time to time. I have to request a customer service number which was the District Manager number and she help to fix the issue. What is upsetting is this issue should have been taken care of at the store level and i should not had have called the District Manager to replace my watch. I feel as a Afrcian American female the level of customer service is different for me vs. others that come into the store.

so i ordered two bags from micheal kors usa online on sale on 14th of august, the quality was the worst, i’ve been a loyal customer of michealkors for 10 years but it doesn’t look that way anymore, the bags look like they wont even last for 6-7 months.

Sent pic of receipt and bag, per their request, to M Kors- but b/c bag was over their 1 yr warranty, i was referred to a place in Jersey to send it .

why should I pay to fix a bag that cost around $200
I've had cheap bags last 4x as long w/o that kind of issue.

Pathetic quality
Bought a wallet around 11 months back in Singapore
It's already de-colored and when approached store in orchard they say that it's not covered under warranty.
Simply pathetic customer service as on the website sent many mails but No reply and US team says that we cannot help as its the issue in Singapore BUT I thought it's international brand and at-least they should be able to connect with someone
