My husband purchased a watch for christmas at the MK Toronto Premium Outlet. The lady that sold him the watch told him that if there is a problem with the watch or if I just don't like it all ... As long as the watch was not adjusted he can return the item. December 27, we went back to the store to return the item and the manager refused to hear us. Claimed there has been a miscommunication or misunderstanding and was told we cannot return the item store exchange only. We asked to speak to the lady that sold the watch while waiting in line outside of the store and by the time we got inside the store they have hidden the sales person at the back and we were told they do not want a confrontation. Terrible customer service we were given their customer service number and email address. No response since December 27 today is now January 11. Will definitely not buy MK again. No way in hell!!!
