I ordered size large, and it just fit my grandson who is very slender, about 6' tall with a 30" waist. Has elastic waist in the pants. He was thrilled with the belt and wrist bands too.

Just received this yesterday, it fits well and looks really great! Very high quality, and well made. Excellent stitching and durable material. The boots (sold separately) are actual functional and durable boots, not cheap imitations. Overall cosplay is very comfortable to wear. High quality wig. Looks exactly like the photo. I had a convention coming up in 2 weeks and needed a costume. I emailed them and asked whether the costume would arrive in time, and they told me that it should arrive within 10 days of placing the order with the express shipping option. The costume came after just 7 days, well before my convention. The costume was well-made and matched the descriptions on the website, and definitely lived up to my expectations. It was also cheaper than I found on alternate sites, so that was a plus. Will definitely purchase from them again, and would recommend this store to everyone.

I found this website and thought that my costumes would be the best and actually it was like that. One day later I received an e-mail with the confirmation and the tracking number. The contact via e-mail was quick and the support was very good. The value for money is great. Quality product as described and the costume is look like the pictures on the web site. Its well made and functional. All the accessories are nice too. Came across Miccostumes when I was trying to look for a decent Sword Art Online cosplay for me and my friends for the anime convention that was coming up. A lot of costumes are rather expensive, and shipping is slow, but after looking at reviews online, this site seemed alright after considering our budget and time constraints. We managed to get what we wanted, and customer service was pretty fast, responded to our questions within a day, which i thought was great. Our cosplay outfits arrived after a week, which is pretty fast in my opinion, so another bonus. For the price that we paid, the quality was really decent, and seems to be quite durable. Overall a very pleasant experience with the company.

Ordered a costume for my daughter. Paid extra for guaranteed to be here by Halloween. Costume never came, and they have repeatedly ignored my messages. Tried their support link, Facebook and Instagram with zero response from them. They already charged me for the costume and shipping, but now seem to be avoiding me at all costs. I will never use their services again, nor will I ever forget how heart broken my daughter was

Ordered online from Miccostumes on May 5, 2019. Promised on invoice that shipping would occur by May 15, 2019-May 20, 2019. I contacted the company on their website with the online chat option about a week after the costume was ordered to check on status because I received nothing by email. Was told to be patient and they would check. No response afterwards. Delivery on invoice is promised by June 5-June 17, 2019. My daughter has a convention and needs costume before June 25. I DM'd them on Facebook and was told to be patient again today and they would get back with me. Website promises answers within 24 hours. They have already taken funds from my account. I have emailed several times, left messages on Instagram, Deviantart, Facebook, and their website. Still, no response. Called company and they did not answer even though it was during work hours. I need to know if they will deliver or not so we have adequate time to order from someone else and receive a refund from the company. I told them they would be reported to econsumers.gov and BBB if they did not respond.

Sizing is absolutely awful, it's as bad as the quality of the costume itself and the customer service. They expect me to pay a fortune in shipping or to pay a fortune for a dress maker to rectify ONE of the parts of the costume that was RIDICULOUSLY small, but the bust is also way too small and they aren't interested in that - they expect someone with a large bust to just wear no bra and no "chest cover" on an item that's pretty see through. Ridiculous.

Don't try to get a refund from Miccostumes.
Very long story short- after waiting 4 months for a cosplay because the first one got lost in the mail/stuck at customs? I don't even really know because they just said 'delayed' and the second ones material had issues, I finally just asked for a refund($117). The refund took a week to get back into my account and it wasn't even a full refund. They lied on the PayPal refund invoice saying it including tax and shipping which was the money they kept. $7 out and no cosplay; still like their products, but I probably won't be purchasing from them for long time.

I haven't had any problems with this company before, the last costume I bought was here unexpectedly early so this was a very nasty surprise for both me and my little sister.
I bought the Yang Xiao Long Volume 4 costume off of Miccostumes for my little sister. My order number is #1449076
The shipping that I paid stated the costume would be here around 12-17th of Jan. It is the 19th and I have yet to see it has even been shipped off. This costume was highly expensive for me and when the company asks for extra money for shipping but doesn't commit to the dates they provide it really disappoints. (Photo attached to show progress demonstrated by company and proof of purchase)

The tracking is also another major disappointment, it is the cause of confusion for me also. It registers that my money has been given to the seller then on the last two updates it registers processing. This was on the same day. (All located in picture)

The reason for me to buy this costume is coming closer and closer my sister's convention in which she wishes to wear this costume is coming close. She's deathly afraid she will not get time to make sure things fit correctly and look good in time for her convention all due to a broken promise of shipping dates.

I would like to know what is happening with my order and if possible a repayment of the shipping if not more.

Based on info given we were expecting our costumes set no later than Dec 28, 2017. The seller just reached me today (Jan 2, 2018) saying one of the costumes won't be ready till March 2018 which is ridiculous! We have a convention in February 2018, had we known this would be done in March then we should have never ordered. It's so hard to get in touch with customer service in miccostumes so I demand to get a refund if our cosrunes don't arrive ASAP.

I order two costumes on Friday. Paid extra shipping, express shipping, to receive it before October 26th. 6 days later the seller reached to me, may I say I had to be the one contacting them first and not them contacting me. Seller said "We have not shipped the package out as there is no inventory. Would you like other costume or Would you like to wait to receive the package in November?"
I want my money back because I won't get my item at all, especially on the day I wanted. Second they tell me there's no inventory! They could of told me that same day or the next! I'm not interested in any other costumes. I just want my FULL money back.

I have ordered a costume from www.miccostumes.com for an event and ordered it in advance. A week before the even I decided to contact customer service and ask why was it taking so long. I was shocked when they said that my costume was out of stock and that my order was cancelled a long time ago!
There was only one week left and I was left without my costume! These guys are terrible! And no one ever bothered to contact me!

I've ordered a costume from www.miccostumes.com and it took them forever to deliver my order. Well, it finally showed up about a week ago and when I opened the package I was terrified with the quality! Costume was very poorly made, material was thin and see through! It took forever for them to process my order, and when I contacted their customer service they kept saying the costume was being made! I've waited two months but it was not worth it. Their delivery is extremely slow and quality of the products is way off! I'll never order anything from here again and I'll better stick to eBay! I don't recommend this website!

I purchased 3 costumes for Halloween from the website www.miccostumes.com. I got total trash, which I and my friends refused to wear. It was mentioned on the website that the seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Like many others, I didn't get my ordered costume after almost 2 months. the costume I bought here is very ugly poorly made, the wig is a mess and the color don't seem right. It don't worth the money and the wait at all. don't be fooled by their cheap prices, the quality is really bad. I guess I had to rush to get another costume for my halloween uses. don't buy from miccostumes, they are really cheap in quality and services.

The sailormoon costume for my girl is made of bad fabric, thin and see-through material. The quality is very bad that I have to buy my girl another costume elsewhere. This is a very bad experience and my girl is very upset of this! It took 48 days in total for me to get my order all the way from China. the shipping is extremely slow. I wouldn't recommend miccostumes to anyone who don't want troubles.

The kingdom hearts sora costume I bought from miccostumes is simply a garbage. the quality of the costume is bad that it is made of some cheap material that you can see that easily and feel it by your hands. it don't look much like the picture at all. no wonder the price they tried to list is so cheap. also it took forever for the delivery that i had totally waited 6 weeks before i can get it. i am disappointed with the services and products. don't trust their stupid reviews on their own website, totally misleaded me. i won't buy here no more, if you don't want to waste your money and time buy elsewhere!
