M.H. Alshaya Company / unethical behavior
Dear Al Shaya,
I am writing this because of the incident that happened today.
I went to Le Pain Quotidien in Sheizh Zayed Road (near Financial Centre Station) and ordered Shakshuka for take away and I paid immediately.
After waiting for 30mins, I asked one guy (i think he is the manager in charge ) if my food was ready and he said in 1 minute. After patiently waiting for 10minutes, i checked at the counter again and another guy said he is already packing the food for take away.
Again, after 10 minutes the food is still not available. I waited for another 5 minutes and left the place in dismayed.
I would like to suggest if you can train your staff on how to handle this kind of situation. You have an amazing food but the customer service is poor.
