I bought enough MeUndies to the point where that's the only underwear I own. I have most men's styles in briefs, trunks, and boxers. Not boxer briefs. They are all very comfortable and not restrictive at all.
I bought all size medium in briefs and trunks and I have noticed that some of the sizes are inconsistent with each other. I have at least 4 pairs that fit more like size smalls and 1 that fits more like a size large.
Overall, they are worth the price if you are signed up for their membership.

My experience was extremely different from what I've read on this site. I ordered a matching pair but one of the pieces was out of stock. Meundies canceled and reimbursed me, emailed me - then when I called they were unbelievably kind and paid for one of my pairs for me as well as processed the order, fast shipped the product to me, honored my original discount (on the one pair I paid for) and included a discount for next time. I know there are other underwear companies out there with comfortable underwear, cool designs, and occasionally cheaper prices - but, meundie's customer service wins my money every time. Fantastic product, fantastic company

My husband is very particular about his boxers, and he only likes traditional boxers and for them to be extra soft. Most of the boxers you find in any store are more stiff and a different type of cotton. We would look every where and never have any luck. He actually had a pair of soft ones from back in the day with a giant rip that he'd wear all the time. I heard about MeUndies on the art of charm podcast and after 6mo+ of hearing about them i ordered them for him and he is over the moon. Definitely a little pricy and i dont think i can keep the membership up for a super long time due to the cost, but will definitely be buying a few more pairs for him!

The undies are very soft but wear out very quickly - my complaint however is that the process of cancelling is comically difficult - it's like they implemented every possible UI element - a required answer to why, scrolling past several "never mind I don't want to cancel buttons", a rating scale of how likely to return, a checkbox, then you have to click the non highlighted button once you finally get to the bottom, then there is a pop up you have to click past saying you don't want to just skip, then you have to get to the last page where you have to type "CONFIRM" into a box before finally getting to cancel... trying to cancel my membership made me way less likely to restart a subscription, I just got more and more annoyed

This is meant as honest feedback for a company that has a great product but which employs a questionable and, in my opinion, unethical business practice. I would like for them to truly consider this feedback and consider changing changing course on their policy as a matter of principle. Their return process is cumbersome; they advertise that their returns are no-charge, but figuring out how to make a return takes a considerable amount of time and involves unnecessarily excessive communication. It is clearly apparent that this is by deliberate design to reduce the number of return requests they receive and need to fully process. What could make this "good" company a "great" company is to simply streamline this process; instead of manipulating their customers into keeping something they don't want, they could reduce returns by sending out email/SMS notifications when a subscription shipment is about to go out to give them time to change or cancel the order rather than simply ship something blind.

I have had a membership with meundies for a few years now. Every single time anything has even been slightly wrong with my order they have immediately fixed it. Their customer service is amazing and anytime I've needed to freeze my membership they've been totally amenable to my request. The quality of the undies is fabulous and I love all of the design options. I am shocked to see such a low star score on this site based on the numerous experiences I've had with them through the years. I recommend meundies to families and friends constantly and have had a few sign up too and they love them as much as I do!

I gotta say, I've been a MeUndies fan for over a year now. And let me tell you, I'm a lady. These undies are the bomb dot com. They're super comfy and fit me like a glove. And they're true to size, which is a huge plus.

The design of Me Undies is pretty nice and the material is somewhat soft. However, I have to be honest and say that the underwear advertising itself as "the most comfortable" shouldn't be my most uncomfortable pair of underwear. My girlfriend and I both have the same issue where the waistband constantly rolls down. It's basically impossible to keep it up for more than a minute correctly. Not only that, but it just doesn't feel that great between the thighs. It irritates more easily and whatnot. The main purpose of this underwear is basically just to be sexy for one minute before taking them off. These are not meant to be worn all day, and I find myself rejecting the idea of wearing them even if they look nice.

I have to give credit where credit is due, though. Me Undies refunded my purchase so easily that I can't give them a 1-star experience. I didn't even have to demand a refund before they offered it to me. That being said, I still wouldn't recommend these underwear for everyday wear.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I put in my order with MeUndies back in August. I mean, who doesn't love some comfy undies, am I right? But boy oh boy, did things take a turn for the worse.

I checked the tracking info and apparently it took TWO WHOLE WEEKS for my order to go from one location in Illinois to another location in Illinois. Like, what the heck? They say shipping is out of their control, but I call BS. They need to find a different shipping company, because this is just ridiculous.

Only the Me Undies developed holes.

So, I decided to cancel my subscription and just wear through the pairs I have while slowly replacing them with other branded boxer briefs that actually have a fly in the front. It's a shame because I really liked the idea of matching underwear, but the lack of fly and the holes in the crotch were just too much for me. Maybe in the future, Me Undies will redesign their boxer briefs to include a fly and make them more durable. Until then, I'll have to look elsewhere for my underwear needs.

However, I still deducted one star from my review because they could have improved their communication by emailing any supply or other issues before shipping. I would have preferred to receive a complete shipment a little bit later than a half shipment on time.

I contacted customer service to ask about returning the pair that was shipped to me, as the whole reason I ordered them was for the cheesy gift factor of a matching set. I was pleasantly surprised by the response I received from Gian in customer service. She apologized sincerely for the issues I had with my order and explained that there had been a recent system update that caused some items on the website to appear available when they were not. She refunded the price of the other pair of underwear that I had received and told me to keep them.

I was impressed by Gian's outstanding customer service. She not only apologized but also told me that I deserved better than the experience I had with their company. She tried twice to make the situation right by me, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my experience with MeUndies. For that reason alone, I will order another set from them. Hopefully, this time I will receive both pairs.

So, I recently placed an order with MeUndies for the first time, thanks to a sweet promo from Amex. I was pretty excited to try out their undies, but things took a weird turn when I got contacted by their "Safety and Trust team" a few days later. They wanted me to send over a copy of my driver's license or a current utility bill, which seemed a bit excessive to me. I mean, I already gave them my shipping and billing address, and they matched up with my credit card billing address. What more do they need?

I get that companies want to protect themselves from fraud, but this just felt like data harvesting to me. And it's not like MeUndies doesn't already collect a ton of info on their customers - their terms and conditions mention things like IP address, location info, device info, and referring site. So why do they need my verified personal info to send me some undies?

You subscribe for an annual gift. Annual = 1 year. Their scammimg practice of continuing to charge your credit card after 1 year should be illegal. We contacted them to cancel the subscription (after being charged month after month after the year was up). They couldn't locate our account info, then said it must be on the gift recipient's account, which they also couldn't locate. After many, many, many emails and calls, the company finally said they cancelled it. Of course they didn't, and we received another charge from them. This has not stopped. We now have to cancel our credit card to have this situation. Buy your underwear at a reputable company, not meundies.

Hi there, let me first say that I love your men's boxer briefs. I have bought over fifteen pairs overall. However at least three pairs from the last order have been developing massive holes in the crotch area and it is very frusterating that this continues to happen. Extremely overpriced! I would understand if they had something rare and exclusive, made by designers and worn by celebrities, but omg, who's gonna buy panties 40 dollars worth? It's just a piece of a thin material, not the most expensive one, by the way. It's not worth your time and money. Be wiser and smarter.

Thought it would be nice to support a new company; my mistake. I tried contacting their support team multiple times without any response. They are a con.
