Metropolitan Negligence on my policy [protected]

I recently went to Metropolitan in Fox Street to cancel my retirement annuity policy. The lady who helped me, asked about the two policies I have, which covers the same people, but are two policies. I then told her that I was not aware. I told her that I only authorized the policy on the basis that I was upgrading from the one I always had. She sent me to go to Metropolitan Rissik Street. I explained my situation to one of the consultants. She then called Marcia September to explain why was the first policy not cancelled. Marcia could not explain. Marcia then sent me a form for refund on my premiums. She told me that I would be refunded my money.

She even told me that what I should write on the form. She said the system would update itself to pay my premiums from February 2022 to January 2023 This happened on the 7th February. I then sent the required documents to Marcia September. Marcia told me that all my premiums would be paid in a week's time. I'm now almost two weeks and the I haven't received any money. The lady keeps on coming with a different storey everyday. Her office is in Paarl. Her contact number is [protected].

She also told some guy to all me and tell me another different story. His name is Andrei Abrahams and his number is [protected].

Desired outcome: I want all my premiums paid back

Metropolitan I need my policy to be reinstated with immediate effect

Metropolitan stopped debiting my policy without my knowledge, and the funds were always in my account, was only notified today 07/11/22 after 10 months that my policy lapsed, I dont understand such a big company stopped debiting and were unable to notify me atleast after 3 months that money is not going through, been with metropiltan for over 10 years, why all of sudden my debit orders stops without me knowledge, nothing has changed my account number is still the same, same employer, same cell phone number, same marital status I need my policy to be reinstated with immediate effect

Metropolitan Metlife retirement account with university of florida account [protected]

My son Peter J. Harden passed away on July 27th, 2020. He worked for the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida in the IT Department for 16 years. As an employee of UF he qualified for a retirement benefit which he did enroll in through Metlife, PO Box 173768, Denver CO., [protected]. Metlife agrees that they do owe his estate a payment but they have stalled and will not pay out the benefit. Their reply is that they are waiting for the Benefit Department with The University Of Florida to approve the request for payment. When I contact The University of Florida they tell me that they have no control of the funds. It seems that UF has had the problem with Metlife for quite a while and still continues to use their services.

Metropolitan fraud

Please ABSA stop Metropolitan from deducting money from my account without my permission.They have tried to do tha last year and they stopped after I wrote the letter to their Head office.What the are doingdoing is fraud and must stop.
