Metropolitan Credit Union / Bad customer service
This credit union is so bad with customer service and the worse part is that the upper managment is just as bad. They are so confused and fail to treat their customers with respect and personalism. They have failed to treat the customers like a bank should. They have also have such a big turn around with employees that you are constantly having to go over and over situations with them. The managers in the Kearny Mesa office acts as if they are above everyone and fail to understand that if it wasn't for the City workers they would be out of business. The service they give to everyone that I have seen including myself is if we are trying to steal from them, do some kind of fraud gimmick. They don't take into consideration the longevity of the customers relationship with this bank and they definitely don't know about the professionalism and kindness that a representative should give to their clients. I give this credit union a F!
