Metro by T-Mobile service at corporate store 595 n pine island rd davie

My phone replaced dropped too many times LG STYLUS! I go there, asked them and the ladies really short about the whole thing and trying to tell me they can't help me because my LCD is broke of course i asked like 5x n last time blk guy started laughing AT ME! PLUS they wanted to chg me $150 for phone + $10 to upgrade n $20 for what? Very very very rude. I believe I was discriminated against I was a white woman walking into an all blk store

Metro by T-Mobile calls being dropped and people I called frequently could not hear and understand what I was saying...)

Aprri 21, 2018 I went into MetroPCS Casino Rd Everett Wa. store to ask a question about a new Phone, I was asked where did I buy the phone...it wasn't at that store and I was told I had to go to the store I bought the phone.
He wouldn't even talk about the problem I was having...(calls being dropped and people I called frequently could not hear and understand what I was saying...)
I told him he was lazy and I shouldn't have to go somewhere else to get answers...
This poor customer service now has me looking for another carrier.

Metro by T-Mobile global voice feature not working

I was convinced to switch from metro PCS from AT&T by a consultant at metro Pcs at Worcester. She told me I can call South Africa with the 10 dollar added feature and that's the reason why I switched from AT&T to metro PCS. It didn't work. I called the call center more than 10 times and I spoke 10 different who still couldn't help. Until I spoke to a supervisor who's problem solving solution was to cancel the feature. How pathetic can a team leader be. The reason why I switched was because I was told I can call South Africa. And her only logical conclusion is to cancel the feature? That's the worst service in history! Pathetic! My number is [protected].

I added the international calling feature to my metro plancall the philippines and it didnt work. I called metro 8 times no luck. I visited the store twice with no and still nothing . I still cant call and i paid the money without getting the feature to work. Fix it or im switching.

Metro by T-Mobile customer service representative

Went to metro pcs to return a new phone and switch the number to an old phone and he was unable to do it so he gave me a refund then made me pay for a new line and another activation fee and he was extremely rude with the way he talked to me and was clearly somewhat unintellegent and talked to me like I was the dumb one! Will never go back to this store.

I bought a phone 2 days ago my wife was in a wreck and shattered screen. I went up there they told me they could not do a thing about it. I had no insurance which i had on previous phone and they never offered it when buying new so i automatically assumed it would carry over with new phone. Same plan everything. Not only did they not help the women told me i had bought the 40.00 phone which i paid 70.00 for two days before. Worst customer service ever. Area manager was there all she could do was sit on her phone. Never once tried to help or even look up from her phone

Metro by T-Mobile customer service

I want to MetroPCS on Scottsdale Road and McKellips Tuesday evening. I have never received so much bad service before and felt like I was being discriminated against. Their attitude and service was very cold I didn't feel like I was welcome in the store. I was trying to activate a phone and I needed to contact customer service rep over the phone to set up the plan and then pay for it there they were rude about giving me information she was and her co-workers busy on their phones laughing getting it back and forth I asked if I could try to call customer service from their phone because I was having a hard time reaching for my other phone and they both bluntly said no very cold heartedly. She was very rude.

Metro by T-Mobile galaxy s7 prime

I recently bought a Metro PCS Samsung Galaxy j7 prime phone and it was the worst thing I ever did. The camera is horrible. My phones turns of at every turn for no reason. metro pcs service is great! No complaints about this however the phone itself is horrid. Apple has them beat. I'll be going ball to Apple asap. Samsung sucks! I tired to get a different phone after a week and the people who sold me the phone wouldn't even do anything about it so, now I'm writing this complaint.

Metro by T-Mobile promotion

There's currently a promotion online and in store giving the IPhone SE free when you switch and get a unlimited plan. I've checked 7 stores who say the phone won't be available anymore although the promotion is still going on. I was very interested and now I can't get it. False advertisement and 7 disappointments. I need this company to honor this promotion

Metro by T-Mobile wrong device

I went to buy a LG 3 at the store located on 8210 commonwealth Buena park, but they have me LG K20, after I paid and took the phone home I noticed I got the wrong phone. Now the store says I won't be able to change it. Owner said he will buy a day after they said they don't have the LG 3 available. A big store don't have a phone is on sale, and when staff member person called the owner first time. They told us was ok to exchange it but we had to come back next day, day after they said they don't have the phone. That is unprofessional and poor customer service.

On Sunday 4/8/2018 I went to The Metro Pcs Store off Hwy 27 in Haines City Fl 33844 at 12.30 P.m
My Name is Josefa Johnston [protected]
Been a Customer for many years wanted to add a 3rd Line 2 Girls were working the counter forgot the account nr to add the 3rd line just a phone call away was gonna purchase new phone also instead of waiting to get my info she took the next customer and let me wait over 30 min to finish my request
After i complained she told me i m being rude and she will not serve me
Really now at Metro u not allowed to complain about bad Customer Service so they can do a better Job
This is not acceptable In order to resolve this issue i request a free phone for the 3rd line otherwise i will cancel my services with this Company
Also this unproffesional Girl needs to be trained how to treat Customers don t know her Name but i m sure easy to find out since you have date and time frame only 2 girls s working it was the blond very unexperienced girl

Metro by T-Mobile phone

When I was buying the phone from New York metro pcs, they told me that I would be able to unlock it after waiting 1.5 month or right away by making a payment. Because I was in rush, I wasn't able to do it right away, but I was told that I can do it anyway. I'm leaving in May and by thinking that I would be able to unlock it before that, I bought the phone. Now they are telling me that I won't be able to unlock it unless I wait 6 months. How can I possibly wait that much if I'm leaving the US in may and won't be back for at least 2 years?! Fraudulent people work in Metro pcs. I would not buy it if I knew that I won't be anle to unlock it. It is especially difficult for me because I'm a sponsored student and it happened at the time when I'm trying to economize on everything.

Metro by T-Mobile horrible cell phone service & equipment

My metro pcs bill wasn't due until 4.13.2018 but you equipment, sales, customer serviceand quality were so substandard I paid double $ to go to a different cell phone service carrier.
Mike (last name..?) @ metropcs store on congress (cross st. hypoluxo) ave. boynton beach, fl was the last straw. your services/equipment is beyonddd sub-standard, to put it politely. my new carrier is outstanding, I could not be happier and shouldn't have stayed with metro as long as I did. and i'm spreading the news! so, [protected] says...:

Metro by T-Mobile my plan

I have been with Metro PC
for over a year when I got the plan I had unlimited everything and I added a second line and was told the second line would not affect my unlimited plan for the first time on April 6, 2018 I got a text stating I had only a small amount of data which was suppose to be unlimited so I called and spoke with a representative and she keeps going on about some changes I had made to my plan where I don't have unlimited data anymore I explained to her I have not made any changes to my plan and then l requested her supervisor and he first told me his name was David and he just jumped right in telling me the same thing the representative told me he just read what was told to him I told him I would be discontinuing my service with metro and he got smart and told me that's my progative and gave me my account number to go to another mobile provider I asked him his name again and this time he told me bill, it's really sad when companies just treat customers any kind of way and don't care that a company loseing clients

Metro by T-Mobile theft allowed

I hope this has reached the right person.

This is just a concerned individual with an inquiry to find out why the two employees that were stealing from customers and encouraging other employees to do so (Nisha McCray and Jacoby Taylor). They still maintain employment after evidence was provided that this was taking place.

Metropcs as a company that prides its self on customer satisfaction tolerates such behavior? They have made thousands and thousands of dollars because these two are robbing customers and continue to do so with no disciplinary action whatsoever. I don't think that customers would like to hear that they have been getting robbed at these locations and Metropcs doesn't even care and have done nothing no action at all taken.

What about the single Mothers and Fathers or that Senior Citizen that comes to Metropcs because it is affordable and are paying costs that are not required. These made up fees and also not getting the actual promo costs instead these employees are pocketing cash and buying whatever it is that they want in the store. They are spending their hard earned money for this service and fee that they think is mandatory like an AAF.

I guess at Metropcs it is all about the dollar but I'm sure these soon to be ex-customers will think differently if this gets out along with the evidence that has been provided to your corporate office on Normandy right down the street from one of the locations that is responsible for the theft. And even after evidence proving this was true they still remain employed with no action taken once again.This is going to become a social media issue and then we will see what it is your customers actually think about being robbed and the two that have initiated this have maintained employment with no type of discipline handed down at all. Not to mention that the boss Jacoby has been accused of sexual harassment numerous times and again no discipline handed done I find it hard to believe that multiple woman have just made these accusation up all around the same time at both places of employment within Metropcs. Also the two in question's last place of employment there was also issues with the same type of problems the sexual harassment and the stealing at a company called Questcomm. I'm sure if you inquire they will support these claims making them fact. I will submit this to every buy, sell and chatrooms on Facebook and also let the news know about this.

Metro by T-Mobile samsung j3prime

Very disappointed in the sales representative at Metro PCS. They sold me a phone I've had problems with since day one. Very unreliable. They said it had screen sharing capability and it dose not. No place for memory card, they didn't tell me that. It dose the most unpredictable things. Battery life is almost non existent. They didn't tell me I had 30 days to return it. The only way to fix it was to buy a new phone. After all this I feel like they owe me a better phone. Only thing good is the cell service.

Metro by T-Mobile phone service interruption

My bill is $60 a month. I added a second line a month ago. My bill AMT and date it's due comes to me by text message. I paid my bill early it was $70. Today my phone service is off and when I go to my metro it says I owe $19. Im not disputing what my monthly bill is. I pay whatever it says. But to shut my phone off because you guys made a mistake is wrong. I never got another message. Just turn it off. I don't care if it's $60 or if it's $100 but I do care that you would shut it off . Causing me to use my 'one time only 48 grace period. Bad business. I've been with you. Guys for years, and 'we are so sorry' doesn't work for me.

Metro by T-Mobile customer / phone service

I brought a phone and switched to Metro PCS phone service on 02/23/2018 and started experiencing phone issues on 03/04/2018. I called the 800 number and after 45 mins on the phone received no resolution and decided to submit a claim online and was told I had to pay a $50 deductible. Instead I decided to go into a phone store and was told they were unable to help me and I had to go back to the original store I purchased the phone from. I go to that store and the Manager stated it was up to his discretion whether he would replace, refund, or repair my phone. He decided he would not. after calling the 800 customer service number multiple times and driving back and forth to different phone store locations, I still was unable to reach a resolution. I've tried calling their corporate office multiple times and was not able to get past the IVR system to a live person. I have submitted a complaint with the FCC, BBB, Metro PCS integrity line, and I still have not been able to get a resolution. Does anyone hold these companies accountable for their actions?

Ive always been happy with Metro PC's. Ive recommended them to so many people. But won't ever do it again. Txt me my bill total I pay it. Early and you made a mistake on the total and you stopped my service. Your mistake not mine. I paid what the txt said. I wasn't contacted, , instead you interrupted my service. In going to put it out there and find a service that practices public relations like professionals. What a disappointment.

Metro by T-Mobile mobile protector

Agent Grace fell to clean the phone screen before installing the protector. So it came off. Also charged me an extra 25$ for an early exchanged that i did not ask for it. Never had problems with the company. She refused to repair or installed another one properly. This is how small companies still from clients. I should've be honor a new screen protector. I ended paying for another one. I should get a refund.

Metro by T-Mobile store was closed early and was denied giving managers name or number

I went to metro pcs at 7:45 pm and thr store was closed. Hours stated they were to be open til 8pm. A man came to the door and stated he was closed. I told him its open til 8 and he said well its 5 til. It was actually 7:49 at this point..i asked to get managers name n number and he said he was not guving me the information. This was was store off west florissant wnd chambers. 3/23/2018. I also have pics taken at 749 of him refusing service.

Metro by T-Mobile my phone that I purchased!

I purchased a samsung galaxy s5 phone tel # [protected]) in a metro pcs authorized dealer store... At time the I purchased the representative did not inform me that my phone was a side phone and not a company phone. He did however inform me that I will be covered by insurance which I later found out I was not because its not the actual company phone. I went back to the location to deal with the matter and they are no longer there, its currently a different business! I have now been lied to and given a run around by multiple supervisors within metro. As a customer I feel it is necessary that we are informed when purchasing a phone if it is not an actual company phone in a metro pcs store! I am a loyal customer and at some point in time I fee like I deserve some help, or I can take my complaints to a different level.
