I began the process of purchasing a Ford Transit from this dealership in October of 2014. It is now January 28, 2015 and I have yet to receive the vehicle. It has been on their lot since the beginning of November and I have already placed a $10, 000 deposit on the vehicle in December. Additionally, I have had to make my first loan payment on this vehicle. The salespeople are terrible at returning phone calls, and the finance department has been denigrating and rude. All the paperwork has been completed for a month, and a small outfit for the vehicle should have been completed over a month ago. To date, the dealership is telling me that the outfit has not even been begun, and that is the reason for the hold up. All I get are excuses and lies. Everything should have been completed on this vehicle over a month ago! My next stop is the Massachusetts Attorney General.

This is, by far the most frustrating and worst car-buying experience I have ever endured.
