Its backend office Director is a rogue: Metricstream’s backend office is located in Bangalore, India, and its Director is one Priyabrata Sahoo. He is the most complete rascal of a manager. He knows only torture, backbiting, politics and nepotism. There is no place for sincere guys at this office. If you have a bit of this quality, just avoid working for this company.
We didn't get certificates and training took only one day
Our company applied for the training through www.metricstream.com. As it was written in their description, they offered 2 days of the training and told that in the end all participants would get the certificates. In reality, the training took only one day and they haven’t provided the certificates. The rep told us that all certificates would be send by post, but nothing. No one received, but the rep told that they have no time now. Share this information.
Very uncooperative staff
I have a serious issue with these MetricStream callers. They are fork-tongued, speaking in different tones on different occasions. When I showed interest in their webinar on some compliance topic, they were the sweetest guys on earth. Very polite and courteous. Once I decided that I didn’t need that training session and wanted to cancel, they became very rude and impertinent. What kind of business does this organization want to do? I was well within the cancellation policy the company itself has put up on its website. Can’t understand how customer-unfriendly a company in the services sector can get. Very hurtful attitude.

All that ComplianceOnline seems to know to do well is sending unsolicited mails, and taking ages to perform the one-second task of unsubscribing. What are its employees doing from morning to evening? Do they really have employees working in the Palo Alto address they have given of their parent company, MetricStream, or are they sending out mails from some dark, mysterious location in India’s backwaters?
I don’t care where they work from, so long as they can respect my one simple request of unsubscribing. Even this seems too much of a task for them.
