I have ordered and paid for the pro x1 in October 26th 2016. the item has never been dispatched. I tried to contact by email, facebook, twitter with the same result, promise after promise but never a dispatch. here is some classic:
at the beginning of Jan:
"Hello Mr. Gyuri, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. Due to customs and transportation problems we experienced because of Christmas holiday further we will dispatch your product begining of the january. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a great week! "

few days later:

"Mr. Gyuri, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. We will dispatch your product until end of the week. We would like to compansate this delay with a gift. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us."

weekend gone and asked for refund :

"Hello Mr. Gyuri, we have forwarded your refund request to the related department. We will inform you regarding your refund as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us again for further information. Thank you and have a great day!"

"Mr. Gyuri, we have a "refund pending list". We will inform you about your refund as soon as possible. (hopefully in 1 week)"

and surprisingly a few days after:

"Mr. Gyuri, we will dispatch your product end of the week and share your tracking numver when we shipped your items"

complete lies it seems to me, no tracking number no item, no money be very careful with them.
