I've been waiting for 48 hours for my money from my job because I have bills that NEED 2be paid. I NEED MY MONEY. People trust in y'all to provide us with our money and we can't get it when we need it! What is gonna be done with us having to wait and push our bill collectors off? Any compensation? NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AND TALK TO US, EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED

This is devastating and also reminds me why I prefer Paper check. I literally live check to check I am a single mother of 3 young children. NO child support or assistance. It seems that no one has an answer on what is going on Its been 5 days and the issue has not been resolved. I am a very understanding person but this is to long of s delay. 5 days really I get paid biweekly there is no way all my Bills can wait .We need answers NOW!

I was told that several times as well, at this point I don't know what to say to them they are just giving me the run around. I called every number I have emailed no real answers they just say they are working on it. One more day I could get a five day eviction notice And I have no paper no email to show this delay.

I’m waiting also and this is bs. My husband and I both have our checks direct deposited and we have been for 48 hrs as well. We could’ve already received the paper check from work at this point. Something needs to be done bc we stay in sober living where we are required to pay weekly for our room and board. There’s nothing stating what is going on where we can show proof. I have talked to netspend and they told me something was wrong with Metabank system. It’s very unfair to the customers and now we are going to have late fees tacked onto our bill. We are working really hard and I understand things happen but this seems very unprofessional and a little scary.

I am waiting to gain access to my funds that were direct deposit from my employer and feel like somehow I am being scammed! I need my funds released and I also need some type of compensation for waiting! Once my funds become available I plan to withdraw it all and bank with a reputable bank. This is ridiculous to say the least and terrible company ethics. What bank doesn't give immediate access to your funds? In my opinion a bank that is looking to scam their customers and make off with their pay. I plan to sue if this goes on any further

I feel I am being scammed or my funds have been stolen at this point. Seems like the incident that occured in 2007 with the Russel Simmons "baby phat" cards
