TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Position and Duties:
Company shall employ you, and you agree to competently and professionally perform the duties and responsibilities of your portfolio as shall be assigned.
Outside Business Activities:
During your employment with us, you shall devote competent energies, interests, and abilities to the performance of your duties under this Agreement. During
the term of this Agreement, you shall not, without Company's prior written consent, render any services to others for compensation or engage or participate, actively or passively, in any other business activities that would interfere with the performance of your duties here-under or compete with this Company's business.
You shall be a Permanent Employee and shall be entitled to benefits as specifically outlined herein.
You will receive Company's standard employee benefits package (including health insurance), and will be subjected to Company's vacation policy as such package and policy are in effect from time to time, please be notified that all employees' accommodation, all necessities and social responsibilities shall be undertaken by the management of this company.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
Authorization to work:
Due to the communiqué reached amongst all United Nations (UN) member countries on terrorism, for regulations adopted on Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will need to present documentations demonstrating that you have authorization to work in the United Kingdom. This documents which include work permit and visa, shall be obtained from the British Immigration Services here in London and our local embassy in your country with the recommendation and support of our company.
If any of the provisions of this appointment are determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be modified to the extent necessary to make such provisions enforceable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent that the economic benefits conferred upon the parties by this appointment remains substantially unimpaired.
DESIGNATION: Senior Transmission Officer
SALARY: 4, 600 GBP monthly (or your home country equivalent depending on currency Preference). This you shall get after all taxes have been deducted and is to be increased after your first six (6) months of working with us when we must have tested your commitment, seriousness and competence of working with us. Please be also notified that upon your choice you are also to be paid Four (4) Months upfront salary.
JOB LOCATION: London, United Kingdom.
COMMENCEMENT DAY: 24:10:2008
All expenses for the procurements of your necessary and valid documents and permits shall be done here in England at the immigration services office and the management of this company shall undertake the expenses valid at the tone of 3, 600 GBP (three thousand six hundred pound sterling) which shall be sent you via currier in the next three working days for you to present at our embassy in your country for the issuance of your entry Visa. The management of this company shall communicate to our embassy on your behalf for recommendations and other moral supports to ensure you get a preferential treatment.
You shall notify us as soon as you get the hard copies of the documents to be procured here and your entry visa which you shall get in our embassy in your country so that we shall make arrangement for your Flight Ticket and other logistics.
NOTE: In an event where you undertake any expenses either locally in your country or internationally with any individual or corporate body in the course of your relocation and work with us, the management of this company shall reimburse you of such expenses provided you present to us a verifiable and confirmation evidence of such expenditure at the end of the first one month of your working with us.
All United Kingdom based employees' are to report personally to our office with identification materials for signing and collection of hard copies of their documents. This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the United Kingdom in compliance with the U.N. Immigration and asylum Act.
