Merchant Lynx Services

On or about 11/4/11 my company budget windows signed a contract with a rep "peter rehee" from merchant lynx wherein he provided a credit card swiping machine. It was stipulated on the contract that I would only be billed a monthly fee of $59.95.in addition, I would not be billed for any other fees in which it was also stipulated on the contract. This peter rehee changed his number and I cannot reach anyone from merchant lynx. I have filed a bbb complaint in maryland where their corporate office is located and had no other choice but to close out my business account. They stole $728.44 from my business account without my consent. I had repeatedly called them to cancel my account

Merchant lynx services sale rep paul patterson in annapolis maryland, promises great customer service and lower overall rates all rates all backed by the good name of wells fargo. After you sign, he disappears and his business phone number is no longer active. He won't return my cell phone messages. Paul came to my beauty spa and made great promises that never materialized. I have tried to cancel this service within the first week, (beause they had set up our credit machine to the wrong account, which is they double charge all my clients credit card twice, which creates a huge problem!) I was told by the customer rep. That they cannot cancel my account and promised to work it out? I'm still stuck with the problem that merchant lynx services created to my company. Please be aware of the bad practices that merchant lynx services is getting away with.
