An across the shoulder leather brown bag was purchased in early July.
Two bags were sent to two different people in the same household and charge twice when only one bag was ordered. There was no invoice nor billing statement.

This second bag needs to be returned and a refund needs to be made immediately.

I don't know what kind of business is being run, but you need to give it some serious attention.

    Same as to other people it happened to me today:
    order 2 bags - received 4 bags - my credit card
    was billed for 4 bags-
    the shipment did not include an invoice, or
    packing list, or any information for customer
    service-
    This is unlawful business practice - dishonest.
