Men's USA Terrible Experience with Men's USA: Wrong Pricing, Late Delivery, and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Men's USA. I spoke with Jonas, who is supposed to be the wholesale manager, and the owner, Alberto. I placed an order on a Saturday and ended up having to pay an additional $10 per suit because Jonas gave me the wrong price. They wouldn't honor the price they quoted me. I confirmed on Monday that I needed the suits to be shipped in two days because I needed them for a wedding on Friday. I even paid extra for the two-day shipping. But on Thursday, I still hadn't received my order. I asked for a refund and a FedEx return label, but I didn't receive any correspondence from Jonas. I escalated the issue on Friday, but still didn't receive an apology or any correspondence. On Saturday, I requested a refund and a return label, but I didn't receive a response. When I called on Monday, Jonas ignored my call and let it go to voicemail. I called the main number and he miraculously answered. He acted like he didn't know anything and then gave me to Alberto, who was unyielding. He told me to return the suits at my own cost for a refund and then hung up on me. As a local, small business retailer, we lost money doing business with this company. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

Men's USA Disappointing Experience with Men's USA: Unresponsive and Dishonest Business Practices

I recently bought a suit from Men's USA and was disappointed with my experience. After making my purchase, I received a notification that my item had been shipped via FedEx. However, when I checked the tracking information a week later, I discovered that the item had never been picked up. I reached out to the company multiple times, but their responses were unhelpful and they never followed up with me as promised.

I decided to contact FedEx directly to see if they could provide any insight into the situation. They informed me that the store had never called for pick up and that simply creating a shipping label does not guarantee that the item has been shipped. I reached out to Men's USA again with this information, but they stopped responding to my emails altogether.

Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, I decided to do some research on the company. To my dismay, I found numerous one-star reviews from customers who had experienced similar issues. Many reported that Men's USA had taken their money and failed to ship their items, or had shipped the wrong item and then charged them restocking fees and additional shipping charges to correct their mistake.

I ultimately decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, as I never received the item I paid for and Men's USA was unresponsive and dishonest in their dealings with me. I believe that businesses like this should not be allowed to continue operating, and I urge others to avoid purchasing from them in the future.

In conclusion, my experience with Men's USA was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of communication, dishonesty, and poor business practices are unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Men's USA ALL Three Items Sent By menusa Are NOT What I Ordered

Place my order online on April 23, 2022. Order 3 pleated dress pants. Paid extra to have them shipped to Canada. Their website says to check back in 3 days for tracking. Checked for 7 straight days. Finally called and they confirmed items would be shipped that Friday. Already a week late by this time. Received tracking number a week later. Supposed to have arrive on May 2, 2022. Delivery date changed 3 times. Finally received on May 6th, 2022.

Opened the package. All 3 pants were advertised as NO HELM. All 3 pants had hems. I ordered charcoal grey. Color was a very light grey. I ordered Navy, 65% polyester. Navy pants was 100% wool. Ordered black size 38 waist. Size was a 38 LARGE that was 2 TIMES my leg size. All 3 items are useless to me.

Their website says to email for refunds. I have emailed them in total since my purchase ELEVEN TIMES. THEY DID NOT ANSWER ONCE. I called them and now they want me to return the items AT MY EXPENSE. They messed up on ALL THREE ITEMS and yet they want me to pay to return. HUNDREDS of reviews state even after returning, clients never are refunded.

Desired outcome: I want my money refunded in full.

Men's USA Bad advertising of colors, poor quality products

Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.

What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.

Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!

They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"

This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my money. I'm not taking a financial hit on my return due to their error

Men's USA Buy 2 suit from mens usa

In March 21 /22 I order 2 suite from the website then I receive email from the store saying we not have the 2 suit I reply to the email to ask for my refund back and No respond to me when I call 4 time to ask for my money they hung on me

Very very bad customer service I am never buy from this store again or any one I know will.

How you keep my money all this time and you don’t have my order. I will report to the consumer department in Washington DC with all the documents I have .

Men's USA Rude and short customer service person (Sandy)

I called regarding a suit I was purchasing in which I got a text message about.The customer service person who said her name was Sandy was short and very rude. I also asked to speak with a supervisor in which she replied she was the supervisor, which I doubt she was as she knew that I wanted to report her because I mentioned to her how rude she was being. This Tux was for my Daughters Wedding and I wanted to make sure it was right. I didn't want to purchase the suit I ended up with because it was above budget and was 40.00 more than the original suit I was purchasing...I see there are several complaints about rudeness with this company. I buy a lot of items for my husband online and thought I had found a company with integrity but that was not the case. I Would appreciate patience and exceptional or adequate service when I'm spending my money to buy a product and especially when it's on line. This company has lost my business and all those that I was planning to refer to them as I really liked the suits advertised on the site and know several others that are looking for a reputable company to purchase mens attire.

Men's USA Customer Service Rep.

Jessica was rude and interruptive. I tried to explain to her what my situation was and what the other representative told me yesterday, on 10/27. She
Insisted it was my responsibility to call FedEx when her coworker told me to call back today for resolution. When I asked to speak with someone else, she denied my request and stated no one else was available. I explained to her that I had paid an additional $50 for next day shipping and the tracking information that was sent to me has delivery pending for Tuesday 11/3. I needed the jacket by 10/30.

Desired outcome: 100% refund and cancellation of order, as indicated by representative I spoke to on 10/26.

Men's USA Returns

I purchased a 3 piece suit. They charged men the price+free shipping+$10 for something. The pants and coat did not fit. I sent several emails and did not get a response for many business days. I tried to call during their business hours but no one ever answered. I ask for a RMA and days later they informed me that It could not be returned even though they have a 100% fit guarantee. I had to turn it over to my credit card company before they would agree to allow me to return it. I sent it back in the original box and all the tags and everything was still on there. They only refunded part of the suit price even though it was exactly like it was sent an even returned in the same box. I will never buy anything from this Shady and crooked company again. DO NOT buy anything from Mensusa.com, go to some other website or risk getting cheated by this company.

Men's USA Mens fur coat

On January 1, 2021 I ordered a fur coat for my husband from MensUSA. My husband is 5'6 and I buy his clothes so I knew his size which is a 38. I ordered the 38 and when the coat arrived it said on the label 42. This coat swallowed my husband. I called MensUSA and told them they sent the wrong size. This lady I spoke with was trying to tell me I ordered a 38 which was extra large. She did not understand anything and was very mean and nasty with me saying that was what I ordered. So my question is if I ordered a 38 why did the label on the coat said it was a 42? I told her I was sending the coat back which I did and had to pay $18.95 to send back. I went online and ordered another coat from MensUSA in black on 1/11/21 and paid $189.00. So today, 2/8/21 I noticed MensUSA had taken $25.00 out of my checking account. I called them to find out why and was told they did an exchange. I said I never asked for an exchange because I had just ordered another coat 1/11/21 in black and I just wanted a refund for the coat that was 4 times too big. She called me a liar and said I asked for an exchange which I did not! Trying to deal with this company's customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. They are absolutely rude and talk to you like they don't give a damn about what you have to say. They do not respect their customers. This lady I spoke with today did not care what I had to say she was right and that was that. I am really pissed off because it is my money they are playing with and going into my account taking more money for a coat that they took upon themselves to exchange and charged my account $25.00. I just had to pay to send back the first coat and now I have to pay again to return it. This just does not make any sense at all. I ordered a 38, the coat I received on the label was a 42. Why would I order a coat that's too big for my husband? The lady I spoke with which was the same lady I called in the beginning and asked for a manager because she was so nasty and would not listen to me whatsoever. Again, today she was even nastier and before I could finish my conversation she abruptly cut me off and said "have a nice day' and hung up on me. Unbelievable... I am out of almost $300 of my money and you have the nerve to treat me badly. I want a full refund for the white coat and all shipping charges they are making me pay to send back for an exchange.

Men's USA Wrong suit

I ordered a suit and they sent me the wrong model...They acted like the one I got was close enough...they already knew it was the wrong one before I mentioned it and would do nothing about it. They show pics of suits to get you to buy them and send you what ever they want...This place is nothing but a con, said I would have to pay for return shipping and restock, and it was their fault, am sending the suit back...It's obvious they don't have the suit i ordered, they are nothing but liars...there seems to be a lot of complaints about the same thing

Men's USA Customer service

The customer service for this company is, in my opinion, rude, arrogant, uninformed about merchandise and not in the least bit accommodating or helpful. They sent me the wrong item and insisted that it was what I ordered. I sent them photos of the article I received and I had to explain the differences in what I had ordered and what I had received to the customer service rep who still insisted that I received the correct item even with the distinguishable differences that I had pointed out to him/her (they refuse to furnish their names even when one requests it)! I felt I was getting nowhere by email and decided to call customer service and I was connected with a female representative who was every bit as horrendous as the one with which I had previous contact! Since the article I received was not the one I ordered, I simply wanted a prepaid return label for a credit to my account! Of course, they don't do that even though it is their mistake, the customer is expected to pay return and insurance - outrageous!
My advice would be - caveat emptor and beware and avoid the frustration with this company.

Jim Cody, this same thing happened to me on 1/1/21. I ordered a coat for my husband in a size 38 which is his regular size. MensUSA sent me a size 42 which swallowed my husband. I called customer service to let them know the size they sent me was wrong. They tried telling me that I indeed ordered a 38 but a 38 was actually a 42 and that is what I ordered...wait what are you saying! Why would I order a coat 4 times too big? They did not give a damn what i had to say. The customer service for this company is indeed rude, arrogant, don't make any sense regarding merchandise and they are always right and the customer is wrong. They will not help you even tho they are dead wrong. They sent me the wrong item and said that it was what I ordered. I ordered another coat from them and I told them I was sending the coat back which I had to pay $18.95 for shipping. Today, 2/8/21, I looked at my bank statement and noticed MensUSA withdrew $25.00 out of my account. I called them and the same old nasty, arrogant, rude customer service said the charge was for an exchange. EXCHANGE! I never asked for an exchange because I had already ordered another coat that my husband liked better. She said you did not ask for a refund but an exchange for the coat that was too large. I tried telling her I just purchase another coat from you and I did not need two coats. Before I could even get my point across she abruptly cut me off and said "have a nice day" and hung up on me. Unbelievable! I am out of almost $300 they have of my money and this is how I'm being treated. Now I have to pay again to send back a coat that they sent for an exchange that I did not ask for. Terrible Company, they are liars and will not own up to their mistakes. I will never do this again with this rip off company! I think this company is fraudulent!

Men's USA men’s suits, tuxedos, blazers and accessories

Beware of mensusa.com, 7day menswear, suitusa.com, mensitaly, overcoatusa.com and

Blazerusa.com. The owner, ashkan mashhadian and manager matt black run a fraudulent business. They do not have the products shown on their website. They are a drop shipper and do not follow the return policy posted on their sites. They will charge your credit card if you return your items. All employees have access to your credit cards and your information.

Unlawful business practices: ashkan and matt will not hire african americans and all the pictures on their site are fake and not pictures of their stores. They are ripping pictures off the web to make it look like they are apart of the african american community.

Unethical business practices: ashkan and matt both cut the tags off the suits so you do not know the acual size or brand. If you purchase a ralph lauren coat they will sew on a label to make it look like it is ralph lauren.

Beware of the lies: ashkan will make promises and lies that he will pay you a certain amount if your hired and after a few weeks he will cut hours and not pay you the same. He is currently dating an illegal employee and has cameras watching every move you make. Ashkan lives 5 minutes away in the barrington apartments and will show up randomly yelling and screaming at employees.

Beware of the scams, unlawful business practices and unethical business practices, racial discrimination, fraud and know that your personal information is not safe and your credit card information is available to all his employees who do not undergo background checks.

You have been warned!

Men's USA big rip off

I purchased a hat for $65 and paid $10 shipping. The hat I received in no way resembled the hat shown and described on their website. When I inquired about returning it, they said it would cost $15 to send it back and they would also charge me an additional $25 for the initial shipping! They said it's not worth returning so they would credit me $25 on my credit card. WHAT A SCAM. 100% customer satisfaction? Yeah, right. Just words to make you feel good about giving them your money! Word to the wise-avoid dealing with this outfit. They're not interested in your satisfaction, just their bottom line!

Men's USA they use stolen pictures

I'm almost sure they steal pictures of clothes from original websites. SAYING THIS BECAUSE I ordered from them several times and never the item was close enough to look like the photo. Colors, sizes, length, style... Everything is different. I ordered a red shirt, they sent me a dark blue one. Even though its picture clearly shows the red color. It's terrible, why don't you fix it?

Men's USA man's wool suit

We bought a $200+ suit that did not fit. We attempted to exchange the suit for suit separates so we could get the actual size of pant needed. The exchange cost an additional $25 as well as $16 in shipping. We chose the exchange item from the website and its availability was confirmed by phone by a customer service representative. We requested size 32waist pants verbally, via email and on a card written out in the returned suit box. They sent us size 36" waist pants and when we asked them to correct the problem they became abusive and lied that we had never picked a size and insisted suit separates weren't offered through their store (The SKU was off their website catalog!) Now we are stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and will cost hundreds to alter because it is so huge. Scam artists!

Men's USA polyester suit represented as wool

I ordered a tuxedo represented on the web site and on my receipt as Super 120 wool.
It came with no fabric tag that made me suspicious. Men's USA confirmed I got the correct tux and insist it is wool. I took it to a local cleaner and a taylor and they all confirm it is Polyester.
I searched the web for the same brand and model number and sure enough the same tux is shown represented by other retailers as a Polyester/Rayon blend. Not wool. There is a lot of difference in Polyester vs Wool with regard to price. So not only did I not get what i wanted and I paid too much for it. The fact the tag is missing leads me to believe this is intentional fraud.

Men's USA unprofessional services

I ordered a tuxedo from MensUSA.com for my son’s wedding. We were pressed on time, so I was very anxious about getting it in time for the wedding, so I decided to call to share my concerns. Spoke with Carla, she assured me that they have the size I needed and I will get the tuxedo on time, BUNCH OF LIES. A week passed by, no tuxedo, not even an email with the status of my order. I called them, and they said it could take another couple of days to process my order, REALLY? Finally I received an email saying that they don’t have the size I ordered, but they could offer me size 42 Regular (the size I ordered was 44 Long, you could imagine the difference). Because of the unprofessional staff of MensUSA I didn’t have time to shop for another tuxedo. I had no other choice but to rent the tuxedo at the last moment for my son’s wedding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF you don’t want to ruin your special occasion SHOP SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Men's USA I must recommend you mensusa

If you are looking for mens suits, I must recommend you mensusa. This store is the best. It has a huge collection of mens suits of different styles and colors. No matter if you are big and tall, you can also get your size suit from here. This store stocks suits of all sizes and for everyone. If you want to present your little one with a suit in his birthday you can order your suit here. I have always been purchasing from mensusa and I am glad to have found this online shop. Apart from suit, the shop also stocks mens accessories.

Men's USA thanks to mensusa...

Good thing i want to share with you regarding the collection of men's suits from menusa company. I purchased my right tuxedos in mensusa last week for my marriage. The suit was exactly fitted me, I decided to purchase any kind of suits in mensusa company only.

There i could see a lot of suits in various colors as every one in need of.

The people who were working in mensusa company helped me a lot in finding the right kind of suits that best matches me.

I recommend mensusa company for every one to purchase the suits

Men's USA wedding suit complaint

I was eagerly looking for a Wedding suit for my brother's wedding last November. Had gone

through several websites for the same; however I was not satisfied with must of the sites I

had gone through...! Then I came across Mensusa and found profound collection of Men's

suit and especially was very happy about the Wedding suit collection. I had ordered it online

and extremely satisfied with the timely service. Thanks
