Men's USA I had a great experience buying from mensusa

I had a great experience buying from here. I bought a suit and when i got home i noticed there was a couple of spots on the back of one of the sleeves so the next day i went to go exchange my suit. I was told they did not have another one in stock but that they would have a new one shipped to me in 2 days. i got my suit and it was in perfect condition and they even gave me a suit that was a step up from what i had purchased for my troubles. i will return and by more suits from them in the future. By the way jackson helped me and he went above and beyond to accomodate my needs.

Men's USA did not refund credit

I odered a suit on the internet from their site. The suit arrived and buttons fell off and the pants were not hte size ordered. I was told to return the suit for credit and they wouold reimburse me for the shipping back to them. I documented the shipping costs and included the information with the suit. I was credited for the suit and the outgoing shipping. After not recieving the credit for the return shipping I called on several occasions. I was told the check would be sent. It never came. I called again. It never came. I called again and was told to *** Off. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Do not use mensusa.

Men's USA rude customer service

They sent me the wrong hat, and when I called to arrange to send it back, the guy I talked to was so rude and nasty to me. I have never had a CSR act like it was my fault that I didn't like the incorrect item. I tried to reason with him, and he told me to just "go smoke some ***". What kind of company sends you random crap and then yells at you for not liking it?

Then he said he knows he is "supposed to bow down to people in the Bay Area", but I just wanted them to pay for shipping it back to them since it was their mistake! I don't think that's too much to ask. I would never treat a customer that way. I will never, ever buy from them again.

I have ordered from this place three times now and each time I have not received the item I ordered. I have accepted the item the other two times because I did not mind what I was sent; however, to return the item the business requires that the consumer pay for the return postage. This time I will not accept the incorrect item and I will not pay for the return postage because this was their mistake. The business refuses to do anything and now wont return my emails.

My husband ordered a suit from MensUSA on Tuesday Mar., 10 and was told that the suit would be shipped the next day and would be here by Friday for a wedding he is going to be in on Saturday . He paid extra for faster shipping. Thursday night at 10:00 pm we received a call from the company telling us that they forgot to ship the suit and we would not be receiving it before the wedding. My husband became extremely distraught due to the fact that we were unable to find one in our area and it's in 2 days. My husband asked if the suit could be overnighted to us since it was the companies error and the reply he got was no and that he would issue a refund. The "customer service" rep laughed about my husbands predicament and said it was a minor inconvenience and my husband asked to speak with a manager. A man with a thick accent got on the phone and told my husband to "relax and have a fu****g beer, we are going to issue a f****ng refund". My husband then hung up on the man after saying a few choice words. I then called back and spoke with "Michael Julian" which is a made up name. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that i was speaking to one. He then proceeded to tell me that usually wedding parties pay for the groomsmens suits. Then I asked for Michael Anderson and he said he had left for the day, I asked if he had a voice mail and Michael Julian said it was full and wouldn't take any messages, so I told him I would call back tomorrow to speak with Michael Anderson. Michael julian then said "yeah great, just continue to call back repeatedly. Then another man got on the phone and said Michael Anderson doesn't have time for me. I asked who i was speaking to and he said "loco" and he just hysterically laughed at me and I just said I'll call back tomorrow and speak with someone about getting them fired. Michael Julian then said that was Michael Anderson and he is the owner and I can't get the owner fired. I called back a few days later and the owner said he was sorry and that he was drunk that night. So it was the owner, and i told him that he had a great business plan to get wasted and head to work to aggravate his customers.

We called and checked on the company's shipping policy before ordering a tuxedo/shoes/shirt/vest for my son's senior prom. We ordered 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time. The tuxedo arrived quickly but the shoes did not. We did not have by the day of the prom. I called and asked to return all since my son was unable to use. I was refused a refund. When I expressed my displeasure, I was told by a male that he was the owner's son and he didn't give a f--- about what I thought. He then hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM MENSUSA.COM!

Men's USA scam and poor customer service

I purchased 2 suits from mensusa via there website and they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them and spoke with a customer service rep who had zero people skills and was totally rude. Eventually, he just hung up on me. I live on the east coast and had no recourse.

I also attempted to order a suit by calling mensusa and was so pisssed at the salesman that I hung up on him. I have never had to deal with such rude sales people in my life. So I did the next best thing and took my business some place else. I was treated with respect.

I hope the bbb investigates and shuts mensusa down.

Men's USA wrong size suit, no refund, tough luck!

Men's USA is a ripoff company.

I purchased a size 42-R suit from this company for $149 plus shipping. When it came, the trousers fit fine, but the 42-R jacket was way big, at least two sizes, probably a 44-R minimum. I called, and was told "No problem, send it back". Like a fool, I sent it back. I should have saved the return shipping costs and just thrown it in the trash.

They refuse to refund anything.They are willing to send another suit (no guarantee that it will fit), and suggested that I just have a tailor re-size the suit.

My latest correspondence with them revealed that they never refund anything. They were perfectly willing to accept the return, (tracking I.D. # 1zRA10070301266479) they just will not give an credit for it.

English must not be their first language either. Telephone calls are useless, as they have difficulty understanding things as simple as zip codes. Emails rarely if ever receive a response.

If you are looking for men's suit, avoid this company like the plague.

I have ordered from them before, so I trusted that my purchase was good. Now I received a FILTHY suit, and all they have to say is sorry. NO WAY should the groom have to settle for this, I will NEVER order from you again because you DID NOT stand by your 100% guarantee. Anyone who looks at this item will see the obvious mistake someone made by dragging it on the floor. And if I find a site to lave a BAD review for you I will take it!

In a page out of the Twilight Zone, on a Friday, I purchased five slacks from MensUSA, all tan. Two days later, I received four calls, 2 emails, from a rude "Vincent" at MensUSA, demanding to know "why are you purchasing five tan slacks? Our warehouse wants to know if you just plan on trying then returning these?" When I told him, what difference does that make, if I like them, I keep them, if not, I exercise my rights pursuant to their "100% satisfaction guarantee (prominently displayed on its website)." Vincent replied, "There is no such policy, we would not accept those returns and to be blunt, we are cancelling your order."

So, buyers beware! Don't say you weren't warned. Who knows what these jokers are capable of.

Men's USA mis-advertisement

These guys are making their money on the poor souls who are not able to return the knock-off suits they are sold in time for any refund. I had to put a stop on payment through my Credit Card company to get the extra 10% they charged me back. These theives claim for a 10% restocking fee, but charge 20%.

MENSUSA, is a fraud. What the say is wool, is truely a polyester material with a fancy label. I have seen the same material at Walmart, it's called George brand! They sew those labels on the suits.

This company needs to be held legally responsible for it's behavior. They are stealing from people and they need to pay.

They come to this country and take advantage of the rest of us who want to make an honest living...send them back, the rest of us don't want them here. Leave room for the honest people who want to come here and make positive difference.

Like the other reviewer said, you have been fore-warned.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SHAM! You cannot return a suit or exchange it - they make up names, do not call back, then are rude and unprofessional. We have been buying on the web for years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. I don't care how cheap the suits are, save youself the agony and don't purchase - we are filing a complaint with the BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MENS USA UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE CHANCE ON THEM SENDING YOU THE WRONG ORDER, THEN BRUSH YOU OFF AND EXPECT YOU TO BE HAPPY ABOUT IT. . THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SUIT AND TOLD ME THAT IF BY CHANCE I LIKED THE SUIT, FOR ME TO "JUST KEEP THE SUIT"

Men's USA terrible company

At any cost, stay clear from mensusa.com / Mensitaly.com. These jokers claim that they are Italian. They are about as italian as saying a Ford automobile is assembled in Europe. They have literally ruined my wedding by canceling my order at the very last second. MY fault for trying to save a buck. NEVER again!

The westwood boulevard store is about as filthy and disgusting as any business i have ever seen. If you are from the Los Angeles area, the only thing comparable would be the Slauson Swap meet. The owner is a young Persian kid who is named Ashkan. As he screams at any customer entering the store salivating at the prospect of a sale, he WILL in fact, tell you to get lost if you didn't make an appointment or aren't 'buying'. As i have read on other threads within this forum, This is as about as accurate a description gets!

ALL suits sold are made of polyester, NONE are wool. All tags are cut out of each suit as to hide its true nature. The suits are purchased from Santee Alley Downtown Los Angeles, and are marked up drastically. This is also what is known as a Dropshipper company whereas each suit is shipped from a remote location. You are sent whatever suit matches closest to what you are looking for. You will NOT be getting the exact style number you are looking at! I have received THREE wrong suits from them before i turned to doing a CC chargeback and visited their location to confirm. NOTE: They are already in hotwater with their Merchant provider and will do absolutely anything to appease you at the point of you NOT doing a chargeback. Ask for shipping both ways to be refunded as well.

NO one in this company is who they say they are. NO michael, Valentino, Shawn, T.B Shapiro, Michael Anderson, Angelino etc... This company is already under investigation for its multiple personalities and ownership claims. The sole idiot in charge is a young Persian kid named 'Ashkan'. HE is the person you will want to talk to, and the one who authorized my refund. He is also the rude fellow who hangs up the phone in your face after insulting you. (goes by the name angelino, valentino AND shawn.) This ONE person is responsible for the mess you will get yourself into if you shop with these guys. If you call there, and they say that there is no 'Ashkan', they are simply lying to you. It has always amazed me at the middle eastern mentality on the fascination with wanting to 'be Italian'. They mimic their names, fashion, styles and prospect of trying to emulate them business-wise. When in fact, they are a self loathing bunch of ###ic dweebs who provide customer service similar to a mugging.

not sure yet, its Friday i ordered a suit last Saturday, i received a email stating they did not have the suit i wanted, i have paid already.the first suit i bought was last year, with no problem.i will give an update on how this purchase goes.the wedding is not for 4 weeks hmm i still have time..

suit didn't match at all
I called back to let them know and all they did was
Put me on hold for long time and jump me from person to person
And need to do a charge back won't buy from there anymore bad place

I ordered a suit from these crooks march 1rst. I put a note with the order that I needed the suit immediately. They said on the 2nd that it was on the way and would be here in 3 days. I finally got a tracking number on the 5th that said it would be here on the 10th. One day after the day We are leaving to to a wedding. I called and asked if I could get My money back and was told no. I just gave away 175 dollars. Run away from these People.

Men's USA awful company

Mensusa is extraordinarily afraid of chargebacks as it affects their merchant account provider and its relationship to do business. Under no circumstance hesitate in getting your money back. They will cooperate to the fullest extent of 100% refund if you enter a chargeback. Shipping both ways included. Do not settle for anything less.

This horrible company will delay and bamboozle until it is too late... Countless weddings, anniversarys and events have been ultimately ruined by these jokers. Call them and 'pretend' you have an issue or a question and first find out how rude they are to you. Make them explain in detail their policies and guarantees. I in fact was promised a refund over the phone, and never got one until I had to forcibly implement it through my cc company. Unbelievable lies and railroading is what you will get with these guys!

Need I mention as well, that they have a fake bbb page on the net!

I'm sure glad that I did my homework and did some researching about this company. I was set to order three (3) suits from them this week, but I came across this web page of complaints against this company MENSUSA. Man they sound like straight up criminals, and everyone has about the same complaint. This company kinda of reminds me of that commercial where the man answers the phone and says "This is Peggy" and the lady on the other end asked to speak to someone else, and the same guy answers again with a different voice. Man I hope everyone that was duped by this company gets a class action against them. Thanks for posting these complaints, you saved me hundreds of dollars and months of headaches.

I ordered zoot suit, the people that worked there were very rude.And used vulgar language and laughed when i tried to get my order completed to my satisfaction.They told me to stick it up my @@@I sent back the pants which were to small and ordered a bigger size along with a $ 25 US money order.They told me I had to pay 50 US for another pair and would not send back my original pair which they would not accept as exchange.Therefore to complete my suit I would have to pay 125 US which equals 150 Canadian dollars for a pair of pants.

There is no valentino. There is no shaun, there is no t.B. Shapiro., there is no leonardo., there is no michael., there is only a persian # named "ashkan". No one at this pathetic company is italian, every picture is fake on their site. Men's USA scam and lies

These people at mens usa repeatedly lied to me about having a suit in stock in a particular size, then they said that it was on the way to me and it never came, and then when I finally confronted them about not getting the suit I paid for, they hung up on me 3 times! Do not order from this place, they are a total scam and will send you whatever they have that is not what you ordered and then you'll have a miserable time trying to get the right thing and then they'll pretend its all your fault!

Unaware of the trap, this is the second time I am returning a sportcoat which is not again what I had ordered. MensUSA insists that it is the one I ordered but looks donot come close and sku # is wrong. henry173@netzero.net

my boyfriend order a tuxedo from Mens usa.com .so far we have got the run around every time we have called .first week went by we called it was ship 4 days ago but no tracking no# second week still waiting on tracking no# third week lady says it was just ship and we should get it mid next week.so boyfriends said if not then I will contact local new station who research bad companies like you.so that is what we've done so maybe they will get closed down.don't ever order from here. scam

Men's USA rip off activity

Be careful ordering from mensusa.com - after ordering suits for a wedding - languages were downloaded on my laptop and next time I tried to log into my bank account - I was directed to a new page. Be oh so careful with this website. I went to the bank and changed all my account numbers. Also when I ordered the suits, I got all different suits. I ordered the same suit; however, when shipped we got all different brand names. Some were shipped from California and some from New York City. You do not get what you ordered. I will never order from these people again.

anybody know where they get there zoot suits from.i need a pair of pants to complete my suit that they refuse to send me unless i send them more money which will mean i will end paying over 150 canadian dollars for a pair of pants that i still might not get.Any ideas anybody paul_modde@yahoo.ca where do they get there hats from

I want to start a class action lawsuit against these gyes. Anyone who has ever been screwed by these gyes. Been lied to cheated, conned, ripped of whatever contact me and we will get our day of retribution when I send a media release to all radio, TV news hours and newspapers.These gyes need to be put out of business paul_modde@yahoo.ca [protected]

Men's USA they messed up on our order and wouldn't refund us

Do not go to MensUSA and fall for their advertisement of "quality, name-brand, wide selection for the lowest price." They do not carry what they advertise, and basically give you the closest match to what you order in their store. Upon their mistake, they will brush you off like it's your mistake and refuse to refund you. We have not been refunded for our suit or the shipping and handling fees that were incurred due to them screwing up our order twice... Please, save yourself money and time and frustration and don't shop there! There are plenty other places to go to. They are sooooo rude and dishonest!
