I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure. I've sent them at least four messages (to various departments) in the last 3 weeks, and no one has had the courtesy to respond. They don't care much for their customers.
