1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

After evaluation of your CV and work experience(s), we found you qualified to work with our team. Hence, MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LONDON UK seeks to employ your services for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts and conditions herein. This document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract.

2.0 JOB LOCATION
The work location will be at MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LONDON UK,
Be sure to report to the HR Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of submitting soft copies of this contract appointment letter and other logistics.

3.0 SALARY INDICATION/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS

4.0 JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:

You will be expected to resume your job at MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LONDON UK After your one month training program in MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LIVERPOOL UNITED KINGDOM to enable you meet up to our standard of services here in MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LONDON UK where your main job will commence; you are also entitle to receive monthly salary during your training program in Liverpool UK, Work time shall be 42 hours a week (6hrs a day) for the two (2) years contract term. Employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if their work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall be liable to Increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

ALL EMPLOYEES SUCCESSFULLY SCREENED AND RECRUITED SHALL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH US WITH THEIR VALID UK RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMITS PAPERS ON OR BEFORE THE 11TH OF JULY, 2009 AS A PROOF OF READINESS TO JOIN MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LONDON UK TEAM IN THE DUE TIME AS STIPULATED ABOVE FOR YOUR JOB RESUMPTION. (AND NOT PRESENTLY POSSESSING A VALID UK RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMITS CLEARANCE PAPERS) SHALL BE EXPECTED TO PERSONALLY INCUR ALL EXPENSES AS SHALL BE RELATED TO THE PROCESSING, PROCUREMENT AND ACQUISITION OF THEIR NECESSARY PERMITS CLEARANCE PAPERS WITH THE UK IMMIGRATION SERVICES. EMPLOYEE SHALL BE DULY REIMBURSED AFTER THEIR EXPENSE HAS BEEN SUBSTANTIATED WITH RECEIPTS NOT LATER THAN FOUR (4) WORKING DAYS AFTER SUBMISSION OF EMPLOYEE’S EXPENSE REPORT AND RECEIPTS.

LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be GBP 4, 045 can be re-paid within 5years with GBP 0.00 interests.

TRAFFORD BUSINESS LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be GBP 15, 000 To GBP 30, 000 annually, Contact the accounts department for more details.

6.0 LEAVE PERIOD:

Employees are entitled to 2 months aid leave period, which can be taken once at a time or 2 weeks apart one different leave period. Employee will receive GBP 4, 000 take home for each leave period.

7.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION:

Employee is expected to reside at the MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS LONDON UK’s Staff Estate if they so wish. There are double bedroom and flat options for employee to choose from. Family package status is available for employee that wishes to Re-locate with Family.
Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff canteens. Dietary options, customized cooks and dieticians are available options.

8.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES:

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family

9.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS:

The three month’s salary (Inclusive of all allowances & benefits) shall be paid in advance before employee re-locates to new job location. All payments of salary after resumption of duty in London shall be 75% paid into an offshore bank account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid in cash to employee. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

10.0 OFFICE GADGETS TO BE PROVIDED:

Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 512 MB RAM (Pentium M), 24XCD-RW, 60GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and necessary software shall be provided for workers in the administrative, secretarial, architectural, layouts and designing departments. Full time Internet access is available for all workers.

11.0 SAFETY & SECURITY:

Safety and security of personnel (local/foreign) and facilities on job locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
All operations on job location are designed to adhere strictly to the standards of British Health and Safety Department (BHSD) and British Environmental Health Authority (BEHA) as applicable in hospitality industries.


12.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Recreational/Sports facilities shall be made available at the disposal of all employees with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning service will be made available to employee by the hotel’s laundry and dry cleaning unit on request

13.0 TRAVEL PLANS/ RE-LOCATION:
Expenses made/incurred by the Employee related to job before commencement of duties shall be substantiated and reimbursed by the employer on the conditions stated below.

1. The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense(s) incurred ONLY as a result of relocation, early termination of leases, storage charges and procurement of travel document, Immunizations etc. Reimbursement shall be made upon arrival in London not later than seven (7) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipt from country of origination.
2. Free UK flight ticket will be issued to the employee by the employer as soon as the employee sends copy of visa work permit to the employer.

3. Reimbursement shall be made to ONLY those who applied for them.

4. Expenses made by the employer in relation to house hood equipments (e.g. TV, DVD, Desktop computer etc) pets, and other personal assets shall not be reimbursed as these would be considered employees responsibility.

5. Employee is strongly advised to keep original receipts and evidence of payment(s) of payment made before arrival in London as reimbursement applications made without receipt or evidence of payment shall be denied.

NOTE: You must obtain visa and work permit processing code numbers and approval letter from our company’s immigration attorney WILLIES LAW CHAMBER LONDON UNITED KINGDOM before going to any UK embassy for UK sticker visa and work permit and failure to obtain visa and work permit processing code number and approval letter will attract refusal or denied of UK visa and work permit at any UK embassy.

    1) its come from this EMAIL called as T.M. LEWIN <[protected]@live.com> LIVE.COM...do u see this this is not Genuine..
    2) The HRD manager has Written his EMAIL ID AS [protected]@tm-lewinuk.com. and when u go to the reall website pls see the EMail of the ppl u contact ther...

    Below is the letter from the desk of Alex Koos. Alex claimed he is HR Manager of the Athenaeum Hotel, UK. But the email address in from the name Princewill Chux and usning the yahoo. My question is, The hotel will use the yahoo to look for a candidate? When I searched to the career of that hotel, I have not seen any vacancy looking for my profession.
