Meijer Chicken review: fried chicken and chicken legs

Was having a small birthday party for my husband. Ordered 24 pieces of chicken and 6 extra legs on 9/3/2018.Once we started eating No One liked the chicken. Tasted like old oil or grease and was very dry and very chewy. We have always liked Meijer chicken. Called Meijer and asked to speak to manager, so Giovanni got on phone and said there was nothing she could do if I didn't bring chicken up there then..Once you sit down to eat with your guest, who can just get up in the middle of dinner and leave and bring chicken back? Our dinner was at that point wrecked.
Not sure what I want to become of this, but was Not Good at all!
Very unhappy with Meijer Chicken and wrecking my husbands birthday dinner plus $26 down the drain. Picked up @ 3:30 and called back @ 5:00 for complaint.,
I went to the Meijer store on 13 Mile Rd in Madison Heights, Mi.
Used my Meijer charge card.
