Meijer meijer brand chicken tenders (breaded tender shaped chicken breast patties with rib meat)

We purchased the frozen chicken tenders as we have in the past but the most recent package had chicken that was over cooked prior to being frozen. The package label says "P134560037PBF0315 Use by Jan 03 2018" They were not inedible just not the quality we have come to expect from your brand. Thanks for your attention.

Meijer received wrong medicine

My wife is pregnant and she is taking regular Prenatal (Rx : 7343796) medicine prescribed to her by her doctor.
But yesterday (i.e. February 20, 2017), when we went to take a refill of the medicine we were been given a wrong medicine which belonged to someone else whom we don't know.

Details of the medicine given to us is:
RX: 7371057
Patient Name : Marc Jestic
Medicine Name : Atorvastatin 20 Mg

How can the pharmacy do such a big mistake. What could have had happened if she would have taken the medicine. She is 9 Months Pregnant. If something happened to the baby then who would have been responsible?
So I want this to bring in notice to the authorized person

Meijer register customer service

Hello,

I just returned from shopping at Meijer where I had a horrible experience at the check out register. The date is 2/20/2017. The women working was rushing through scanning my items in which she did not bag properly (I purchased alcohol in a glass bottle which she threw in with other groceries) even thought the store was slow with no line. She proceeded to bag my groceries without allowing me enough time to put them in my cart. She also would not come around to scan the water at the bottom of my car which i could not lift. She handed me my receipt and I had to turn the wheel to grab my bags still attached. She was spreading moving on to help the next person. I felt extremely rushed and when I tried to ask a question about a product she was very rude. When I returned home to unpack my bags I realized I was missing two bags full go groceries. If the worker had taken the time with me and double checked that all the bags were empty (as they normally do) I would have all my groceries in which I paid for. I am very disappointed in the service received and will reconsider shopping here again. I would appreciate a refund for the groceries I did not receive. I would be happy to send in a copy of my receipt.

Meijer meat department

Meijer on Charlestown Road in New Albany, Indiana:
Angus ground sirloin 90/10 was on sale for $4.49 a pound. There was 2 cases with the product in them. In both cases, some of the meat was marked with the correct price below the original. However, some packages were still marked $5.99 a pound. Ifound an employee in the meat department and showed him. He agreed it was the same product...Numbers matched on the UPC...Identical product. He said the meat came in that way and they were not allowed to change it. I KNOW THEY CAN...It has happened in the past and was corrected.His nametag said Roger A. As I walked away, he was showing another meat department employee and they were laughing. A later check...No change

Meijer stock

I attempted to grocery stop at the Birch Run Meijer on 2/13/17. I went in to find there was no cauliflower, no broccoli, no chicken breasts, no chicken tenderloins. There was so much stock missing that I dumped my cart off at the front of the store and left. What a huge waste of my time! I drove 10 miles one way only to turn around and go home. Obviously the "Just in time" inventory isn't working that well.

I was a faithful Meijer customer but now, well, I'll just go to the Frankenmuth Kroger. It's closer to me anyway.

Meijer service from cashier was inappropriate

On 02/10/2017 at Meijer 755 E Boughton Road Bolingbrook, IL 60440 - #215 store, the cashier was displaying inappropriate actions and comments against me. Her name is Deborah. I explained that I have a heart condition and was quite ill waiting in the check out line. She laughed and came back with inappropriate comments towards me. She offered no help and put 2 heavy 2-liter soda bottles in a bag that immediately broke. She was sarcastic and had no concern for the quality of her work or respect for the customers and herself. Also she over charged me. I purchased 1 dozen eggs and she charged me for 2 dozen.

Meijer cashier

I was doing my weekly shopping at the Meijer in Gaylord MI 2/12/17 at approximately 6:45 pm. I was in the checkout line being manned by Patty M. When I got to the front of the line I cheerfully said "hello, how are you?" instead of saying hello back she started pointing and shaking her finger at me. She was all worked up because I put some of my groceries in a small plastic tub I was purchasing. I told her not to worry, I'd hand the items to her. So I handed them to her while she scanned. All the while she was scowling at me. She then started to give me a lecture about not putting my can goods right side up on the conveyor belt. Said she was sick and tired of having to flip everyone's cans over while she scans. After tub was empty she kept reaching and pointing for items on belt instead of running the belt closer to her. She then started piling items in the middle of bag carousel till the pile was larger than the contents of any two bags. This left me confused...usually this practice is reserved for eggs, bread and other fragile items. But this was not the case. She had all sorts of groceries and cangoods. All of a sudden she gave me an evil look and started waving her arms about. I asked her what was wrong and she said I better get the full bags off the carousel right now. There were only two bags full at that point and it didn't want to take them cause I didn't know if she was done putting things in those bags or not. She was obviously having a bad day but I just cannot ignore how I was treated or spoken to. I didn't do anything or say anything to deserve this treatment. Normally I'd just speak up and put rude people in their place but this lady was much older than myself and I was in shock that this nice and sweet looking lady was acting this way...she left me speechless!

Meijer meijer on allen rd and pennsylvania

Every time I have come to meijer in the last year they have been out of products. Then when I get to the check out the lines are insane and barely any registers are open. The first couple times I brushed it off thinking they were just busy. Now I have spoke to a worker and she just basically said it wasn't her problem. I will now be exclusively shopping at Kroger . I'm done with this place

Meijer injuries

It was a horrible experience when I was injured inside the store because they put a barstool not assembled on the shelf and the top part fell om my head injured me and they did not have appropriate first aid, and when I asked for alcohol to clean the wound they said they do not have and it is considered a "drug" !They did not even bother to follow up on the issue and when I called them to complain, they did not sound they care .

They did not even offer to compensate for the first aid stuff that I had to buy to take care of the injury . And they were asking me if Ihave a health insurance to go to a physician! ON MY OWN EXPENSE!

I am very sorry that I have spent my money at Meijr stores in the past cause they do not deserve a penny to be spent there.

Meijer customer service

I have two complaints. I went to buy the Crest Prohealth using my Mperks to get $2 off on 2/4/17. The spot should have had 3.7oz of toothpaste in order to get the offer. I went up to the cashier and my toothpaste rang up as $2.99. I discovered there were 3.3oz of toothpaste in the 3.7 oz spot. I had to almost clear the shelf to get a 3.7oz tube. That's consumer fraud. People probably didn't pay attention and got burned but I was paying attention to the prices. The 2nd complaint as deals what I consider as consumer fraud. I bought some Flesichman margarine only because the sign stated it was $1.69. When I went to the cashier it rung up as $2.19. I hadn't paid attention because it was Super Bowl and the lines were extremely long and I just wanted to get out of there. this Meijer gets more pathetic by the day.

Meijer store clerk

I shop at Meijer in Gaylord all the time. Last two visits were met with rude actions from a fashion department clerk named Jane. When asked where something was Iocated, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". She never offered to find it or refer me to someone else. Other employees in that department seem to care what the customers want. Looks like I'm going to have to shop somewhere else.

Meijer empty shelves

We like to shop in the middle of the day. In recent weeks, every time we go, the shelves are empty. Especially sale & 10 for 10 items. Do you not have people stocking during the day anymore? We may have to switch to a different shopping center. It is very disappointing when you go for certain items & there are none. We shop at N. Muskegon, Michigan store.

Meijer started letting there inventory run low and had empty shelves several years before we ever heard of COVID 19. I have written them about this for years without any response from Meijer. Yesterday it was the worst I have ever seen it, I estimate they were 30% empty shelf space. I went home and contacted two businesses that Meijer didn't have their product on the shelves for several days. The businesses wrote me back and said they have all the product needed to supply Meijer; the problem is on Meijer's end.

Meijer baby wipes and diapers

For the past 9 months I have been trying to go to my local Meijer to buy the large box of Huggies wipes 792ct and Pampers big box diapers the baby dry brand and almost every single time I have to drive to the complete opposite side of town to by these products I was able to go to the meijer in South Lansing the one closest to me and purchase these products 1 time in 9 months I asked the employees what the deal was the said the wearhouse never sends enough so they are always out so again I went there today to buy Huggies 792ct wipes and guess what they are out so I have to travel to the other side of town to get what I need I would like some kind of compensation for my troubles and that my local Meijer be updated on there products and it doesn't mater if the idems are on sale or not they are never there I'm a loyal Meijer customer and Meijer is the only place I shop

Meijer pharmacy

Pharmacy experience
I saw my psychiatrist yesterday and due to some issues she changed my vyvanse script from 7mg/1x a day to 40mg 2x/day. I brought the script to the pharmacy last night and was told by the tech that the pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable filling this script until she spoke with the doctor the following day due to my last vyvanse script being filled so recently. I wasn’t happy b/c I have specifically rearranged my schedule to see my psychiatrist early b/c of the issues I was having with the vyvanse, but I didn’t feel I had any choice, so I was told I would be called after talking to my doctor. All day today I checked my phone to see if I had any calls from the pharmacy for an update and checked online to see if my script had been filled yet. Finally at the end of work I called Meijer pharmacy to see where things were at and was told my script needed a prior authorization. I was confused b/c no one had said that last night nor had anyone called me to tell me that. The tech wasn’t sure so she asked me to hold to check with the pharmacist. The tech came back stating the pharmacist was finishing up with something and would call me back. At this point it was 330pm and I asked if I would be called back soon b/c my doctor’s office closed at 4pm so if I need something signed off I needed to call the doctor soon. She said it should only be a few minutes. I drove home which takes me about 30 minutes with no call back. I went to the pharmacy and was told that since 70mg is the max the insurance pays and the 40mg twice a day is 80mg they need a prior authorization submitted from the doctor. When I asked why I hadn’t been told of the change I was met with a blank stare and no answer. I was told they faxed the prior authorization to the doctor’s office last night. I quickly tried to call my doctor’s office a little after 4pm but the doctor had left for the day already. I asked if there were any options to get a partial fill or attempt to resubmit or any other ideas and was told no. There was no responsibility or empathy or apology given. My doctor’s office also told me that no one had called the doctor to check about the recent new script. The admin I had talked to at my doctor’s office called me shortly after and stated they had no prior authorization fax for me. I informed the pharmacist and was again met with no response. This is the only medication that helps me at all and jumping through all these hoops with no communication was extremely upsetting. I, unfortunately have to take a lot of medication and this one situation makes me want to take all my medication as well as my families and go somewhere else. I felt no support or help or team work to figure out a solution or at least a sorry you have to deal with all this.

This is purely your insurance. I work with a clinic and insurance companies legally have 14 BUSINESS days to approve a prior authorization. It literally has zero to do with your doc or the clinic or the pharmacy. It's the insurance company. Meijer has nothing to do with it other than it being declined and being sent to the clinic to follow through. Again, legally they have 14 business days to figure it out. It sucks but it's the law. So either keep your current dose or go without until it's approved. No "partial refill" or anything like that will change the rule or law. If they don't cover it, we have to do a PA which is extremely time consuming nor do we get an answer for days. And the pharmacist nor the clinic know about it until it's submitted. It sucks but that's how it works. The only one to blame is your insurance company. Everything is based off them. The clinic nor the pharmacist have anything to do with the PA. It's not something you just sign off on. It's a huge questionnaire that can take a nurse an hour or more to do. And like I said, firs the pharmacist needs to send it to the doc which sometimes takes an act of God. Once we get it we need to find someone who has free time during short staffing. Once it's submitted, then they have 14 business days to respond (does not include weekends)

Meijer meijer brand mac and cheese

I have purchased meijer brand mac and cheese and I had opened a box to make for my children and there was no cheese sauce inside of the box. I then proceeded to check the other boxes I had purchased during that same time and two others didn't have the cheese packages either. Very disappointed! Hope this gets taken care of and this doesn't happen anymore.

Meijer meijer brand applesauce

I love the Meijer Brand applesauce. I bought it because it has no high fructose corn syrup. I buy the large plastic jar on a regular basis. I wish they would modify that jar though. It has so many crevasses in it, I cannot scrape all the applesauce out. I end up wasting at least 1/4 cup in every jar. A plain jar without the "nooks & crannies" would be much better.

Meijer hashbrowns

I have found a hair in my hash browns. I am completely disgusted by this product. This is very unsanitary and disappointing. I will never recommend these to anyone. This company needs to be way more careful. I open the package and put a few hashbrowns into the oven. I already don't feel well, and I was hoping to enjoy a small snack. I take a bite out of the hashbrowns and feel a hair in my mouth. How gross. I need a sincere apology

Meijer checkout

My local Meijer has 35 lanes, and only has the 10 self scan lanes open after 10pm with one associate to assist.
This is ridiculous when people are trying to buy $350 worth of groceries. The self checkout experience effectively makes my checkout time twice as long as it would be otherwise if not longer.
It's frustrating and makes my entire shopping experience horrible. If I'm doing all this work, that Meijer should be paying someone to do, then I would like a $15 discount for the hour I'm working for free.

Meijer customer service

I'm sick of Meijer. I may go to Kroger. Every time I come here it takes longer to checkout than to shop for hundreds of dollars of groceries. Today was special. The WHOLE checkout area was slammed with lines. 35 checkout stands and 5 real people checking people out resulting in the blind leading the blind at self checkout. People that barely have their own life together taking 20 minutes to buy $20 worth of groceries. I don't really think it's any faster to go through a line with cashiers though, with their always present lightning fast speed. It takes them about a minute per item, always concerned with getting you out the door as soon as possible. My chicken meal got cold waiting in line. I can't deal with this ineptness anymore Meijer. You may have to light a fire under some employee butts or actually have more than six employees working at one time

Meijer unethical behavior

My name is Rhonda Simmons, I ordered a custom made blanket on 12.10.2016 order #4884245. I've been calling store #129 since Monday 12.18.2016 to see if my package was delivered. Today 12.21.16 I called to check again to see if my blanket was in and was told no, but an employee went to the back and found my blanket un packaged, plastic taken off and my paper work was thrown in the trash. I feel very disrespected due to an item that was being bought from your company with my grandmother and grandfathers picture on it to be treated like it was nothing.
