MegaMotorMadness taotao rhino 250

Purchased a Rhino 250 in July assembled and it wont start. Contacted Mega Motor Madness back in July to help troubleshoot they sent me possible parts that could be the issue. After changing all the part over the next 2 months it still won't start. Spoke with Anthony several times he was going to talk to the owner Harry and told me they deemed it a lemon and they will exchange it. An hour later they contacted me via email and stated as per the return policy it was only the 1st 5 days and I would need to ship it back at my expense and they possibly could waive the restocking fee of 25-30%. Tried contacting Harry and Anthony again and got an email stating I would need to contact them via email only and they refused to talk to me! As a business owner how could you possibly not stand by your product your selling and as the owner how can you not contact the customer directly and not answer their emails but instead hide behind the scenes. What a disgrace! I am a reasonable person and now I have a $1700 unit that is a big paper weight.

MegaMotorMadness my car

I got a car from mega motors in dallas I told them that the radiator had a hole in it and I told them that the transmissions was slipping and they said something about my radiator and not my transmissions now they tell me that I need to pay 455.00 dollars that I don't have for a car that I told them about. So now I'm without a car can't get to work or nothing 180 car payment 125 for toll fee and 150 for exchange that's not fair at all.

MegaMotorMadness ice bear q6

I purchased an ice bear q6 trike from mega motor madness 2 months in advance. The first issue was about putting the trike together. They said it was going to take an additional 2 weeks so I told them to send it out without being fully assembled. I received a trike with a striped rear axel nut and scratched handle bar and scratched foot rests. I contacted mega motor madness and they said they would send out a replacement. After waiting almost a month I've received today...only new foot rests and the wrong part for my rear tires. The first time they supposedly sent out my package it was lost in the mail they said. So they sent me another package. Which I received today. It did not have my touch up paint or the right part. They say they won't pay for fast shipping which is BEYOND RIDICULOUS! These people have horrible customer service and are very negligent. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE LET ANYONE I KNOW ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

MegaMotorMadness Rip off

It's a very terrible company that doesn't stand behind its customers.
The item I ordered arrived damaged. I noticed it when I was unpacking it, it's still in the box, I left it there because I wanted to return. But not everything is so easy. I contacted customer service and told them about my problem. They promised to call me back but never did. I called again, but no one picked the phone up. So I assume they are not going to refund nor replace.
So then I have the right to call them thieves and liars, scammers and a bunch of [censored]s...

MegaMotorMadness Don't buy from this terrible store!

I had a very bad experience with www.megamotormadness.com and I decided to share it with others. I bought a scooter for my son for Christmas and he was very happy and excited. We picked it together so he knew about the present. Unfortunately scooter arrived broken and I had to send it back, and of course my son was very disappointed. I asked for a refund and they said sure, but in the end I received only half of what I paid! I contacted them again and they claimed that they were not able to refund the whole amount. So literally I lost my money, disappointed my son, and never received my order. They ruined my Christmas mood! I will never order from them again and I would not recommend MegaMotorMadness to anyone! Don't buy from this terrible store!

MegaMotorMadness Terrible experience!

Purchased a scooter from MegaMotorMadness and received nothing but headache! Everything seemed fine - I made an order, order was confirmed, they took my money.
Several days later they contacted me and said that they were not able to deliver to my location. I asked them to cancel my order but they said that they were not able to cancel my order and said that I can pay some extra money and then they'll make an exception and will deliver my scooter. What? I really thought that was a joke, but unfortunately it wasn't.
So after many phone calls and emails they finally agreed to refund my money but they took 10% as a restocking fee. Terrible experience! Avoid these clowns at all costs!

MegaMotorMadness don't waste your money!

Do not do business with MegaMotorMadness, they have very poor service! I ordered a scooter and paid extra $200 for delivery. I also asked them to check that the scooter was in good condition and that the engine was fine. But I had to continually call and email them in order to get my scooter delivered. Two months later my scooter finally arrived. But I must say it was dead! Scooter was in a terrible condition and looked used. I had to search for some additional details, but it was quite difficult, because it was a made in china scooter! It was in horrible condition, the air filter fell apart and carburettor was filled with metal shavings. I asked them to inspect my scooter before shipping, but obviously, MegaMotorMadness did not do that. Their customer support stated it was my fault. They told the scooter was fine before the shipping. I had to pay extra again for new air filter, but it took them six months to deliver it! Do not waste your money doing business with this company.

MegaMotorMadness They didn't check the scooter

I really want to advise all people not to buy from the company www.megamotormadness.com. I ordered scooter and paid them extra $200 for the check of the engine and all parts. To my surprise, the company simply fooled me. They took money and did nothing. Their delivered scooter was piece of crap. I sent rude and angry emails to the customer services, but this seller didn’t care and refused to help me with this problem.

MegaMotorMadness They provided scooter with one wheel

My sister bought scooter for her boy from the company www.megamotormadness.com. She told me that the order arrived on time, but one wheel missed. She called to this company, but all phones were switched off. She also tried to contact the customer services, but it was also fruitless. They didn’t reply. We changed the wheel on our own, but these scammers continued to keep silence. Their services are total [censored], so better avoid buying from them.

MegaMotorMadness Impossible to reach the customer services

We bought scooter for our older son from the company www.megamotormadness.com. We got it as the seller promised, but the scooter was defective. We decided to contact the customer services, but there was only voice mail. We left messages, but all our attempts were useless. No one called us back or provided any help. We need to reach this scammer, because we have spent large sum on the website. Help us!

MegaMotorMadness They still haven't sent new parts

I bought bike from the website www.megamotormadness.com. It was really awful experience, ‘coz they delivered damaged bike and some parts missed at all. I called to the customer services and heard only blah-blah. The rep promised to send new parts within couple of weeks, but I called them recently and they told to wait more. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

MegaMotorMadness Do NOT BUY from this company, They have ZERO Customer SERVICE!!

I bought a scooter from megamotormadness.com when the scooter show up, they claim they have done PDI service which they are lying! I Bought scooter before and I know how they look like after PDI was done, you can tell no one touch the scooter besides me. the scooter will not start and I called in for tech support, their tech support is a joke, they have me check this and that and put me on hold and told me something and then later say forget about what he said...to make the long story short, my scooter will not work, I had to pay a mechanic to fix it for me and I wasn't able to get any service from Megamotormadness. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY HAVE ABSOULTEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IS A BIG FAT LIE!

We purchased a new 250cc Quad in April and within the first
week of having it realized that the "kill switch" had to be
disconnected or the unit would not run.
We emailed the following day requesting a replacement switch be sent and
received no response. A few days later
we called regarding the title and asked about the email and the replacement
switch. The call was directed to parts
and the employee said he had it marked to order. A couple weeks passed and we called again to
parts to be told it was not ordered, but they would do so that day. Another week went by and the same thing
happened except we were told to check in two days when they heard from their
vendor for the switch. We called again
and were told that the switch was finally shipped. Now, two weeks later, several calls later and
parts is always at lunch. I emailed
again requesting status and was told the item was now back ordered. They blamed the mis-information on a change
in employees. Each time we contact them
about this small replacement part we just get a run-around. At this time the quad itself is lacking an
important safety feature that needs corrected now!
