Megabuspurchast a ticket to board a megabus andthe scheduled bus did not arrive

On the day December 2nd 2018, I purchased a ticket on my Visa card, reservation number: [protected]-M24R-0030-ROC-SYR, to board a Megabus scheduled to leave Rochester New York December 3rd at 12:30 pm, going to Syracuse New York. I arrived at the given to Megabus bus stop location well prior to the asked 15 minutes grace period and the Megabus didn't arrive. I then proceeded to wait from12:30 pm, to approximately 1:50 pm and there was still no arrival of the scheduled Megabus. I believe the only obvious solution for this complaint would be a full refund being that the services I paid for were not received.
