I purchased denim pant on 30.09.2018.
Bill no. 1781. at DVG Road. Bangalore.
But found that product is defective.
When I went to shop for replacement, the store manager & executive repkaced alternative pant as their choice.
The way they treated very inserting to me.
Literally I treated like begger.
1. Product found defective.
2. Irrelevant product replaced as their choice
3. Customer inserted very badly.

I am suggesting that not to buy in mega stores. Product quality is not trustable also customer handling service is very bad.

On June 2018 I purchased in mega mart for the worth of 6500 (there was an offer going on 50%). I received 50% offer as well as a 500rs voucher which is expiring by July 31st 2018. To redeem this voucher I had to purchase worth of 2000rs again before expiry. Hence I had to visit mega mart on 28th July 2018 and there was not much choice to buy the brands to redeem the voucher. One of the executive in 2nd floor informed that I can buy only MRP brands to redeem the voucher and I very clearly informed him to show me only the brands which I can redeem the voucher. Finally, it was Ex caliber and IZOD, post selecting the shirts I reached cash counter in ground floor and I was surprised that the brand I selected was a discounted items. Here are the customers been made fools. See the summary below:

1. The material I purchased was worth of 3000 approximately
2. In the cash counter they informed to pay 1900 (this is after discount) without voucher redemption
3. If I need to redeem the voucher given by mega mart I had to pay 2500 (after voucher redemption)

See the difference here and I'm so pissed off the way in the cash counter mega mart floor in charge handling this situation. It's a loss for me right to use the voucher, then why mega mart has given the voucher, is it to fool the customers. Finally, I dint make any benefit out of the 500rs voucher given and I had to throw the voucher in cash counter and return back home (neither I purchased or redeemed the voucher). I wanted to take this issue very seriously with consumer court.

I received SMS to redeem my Bonus points 500 in megamart store.

I went to Megamart store, i bought a kurtha and i said to redeem the points and i will pay the balance amount.

In bill counter, the person who was billing said, its not applicable mam, Please take a pair of socks to redeem your points, because for the redemption of points only "socks" is applicable.

why the hell then i receive SMS from Megamart daily. Why the hell you people are giving false statement to attract customers.

As of i know redemption points is applicable to all things which i purchase in store, how can you say i can buy only that bloody socks. Then you should mention in SMS that i can redeem my points only to buy socks and not any other items.

Customers are fools to you . so that you people can buff anything and attract.

Bull [censored] it was. worst approach you can use to attract customers.

Points are given for the usage of my purchase. if you are not willing to give benefit to customer . dont cheat customer by sending bonus points, this and that. dont lose your brand identity by doing all these things.

I have bid for the Lightbulb humidifier sold by MegaMart at $1 during auction. I have won the auction. The email stated that I just need to pay the $1 plus $3.90 delivery cost which is total $4.90. However, Seller requires me to top up $7.90 for the item after I won the bid. Seller also suggested that I cancel my bid if I did not want to top up. The previous buyers are able to purchase the item at $1. I do not understand why the Seller did not want to honour the bid price this time round. I wrote in to Qoo10 help desk for assistance and I got a standard reply. The staff simply did not understand the issue and did not bother to do any investigation on the matter. I would like to file a complain towards Megamart. Qoo10 should not condon dishonest sellers and sellers whom lack integrity. Thank you!

Hi I'm extremely not happy about the way your ATM machines are always not working. Especially in the mornings and busy month end weekend's
There's always a network issue when you ask. And the staff will give you a very look when you complain about such.

Thirdly your mega mart branch in Tembisa clayville there's never change available. You're expected to deposit the except money. Instead you'll be turned away to go look for change. Such service from a bank is very disappointing.
Please get this house in order, last time I checked you should be servicing me, not the other way around.

Today I visited Megamart located at Kasarvadavali, Thane where they had put up an advertisement of 50% discount valid from 16.3.18 to 18.3.18. It was mentioned that we have to pay only Rs.3000 on purchase of goods worth Rs.6000.

I purchased 2 trousers roughly of approx Rs.2499 & Rs.2899 plus a shirt of Rs.899 plus 2 pairs of Vests for 399 & 419 & one pack of hand kerchief costing Rs.149. When I went to bill, I was shocked to know that the bill was for a total of Rs.6098.
When I inquired with the cashier, he mentioned that the trousers were eligible for only 30% discount & all other items did not quality for the offer. Despite the 30% discount, there was something amiss so inquired on how he has arrived at Rs.6098.
Was further shocked to know that they reduce 30% on the MRP & again add GST. Effectively, the final discount on these trousers seemed much below 30%
The bill shows 10% discount on trousers of Rs.5398 i.e. the discount amount is Rs.1619. The Net payable for trousers should have been Rs.3779 plus other items of Rs.1866 thereby totaling to Rs. 5678. But the final bill was Rs.6098.

Felt terribly cheated.

Hi i bought basics Large size from manik bag sinhgad pune branch as per convinced by salesperson but it dose not fit .So come to replace that product for XL size.but manager whos name is Rehman was not allowing to replace with giving unnecessary and in valid reasons like dust, might used etc.He was very arrogant and rude.He has dont how to deal with customer anyway.Retail business doesn't allow this type of service and behavior.Take action on this matter as early as possible.If you didn't respond this i have to complain to customer court . Wait for your action.This in not about money but the service by you.

I am a good old customer of Arvind Brands . Last year I have purchased, a Cherokee Suit Case . After my first use, I have baked it and kept . When I wanted to take it for my tour last week, to my crude surprise, I found the stitches joining the upper & lower portions is workout and
it is very weak and not usable . Because of joint stitches got removed, it can not hold any weight . I have bought the same from your ALWARTHIRUNAGAR

I have made a purchase of 2 pants on 17th october 2015 from megamart from sarjapur road, and was billed of RS 1734 twice, where I did my payment via Debit card, received SMS twice and also in the bank account it was deducted twice. when logged a complaint to [protected]@arvindbrands.com many a times, no reply was provided. After checking with sales person of megamart, he says its an issue with the card machine which was swiped, they will call back and refund. Its been more than 21 days.

I went to Mega mart(Kaikonrahalli, Sarjapur road) for Deepavali purchase.

They had a scheme called buy 2 get 2.
I selected 4 shirts. They billed me for Rs.4100/-
There is nothing free here.

The cost of one shirt comes to Rs.1000/- But the actual worth of each shirt is only Rs.700/- so they cheated me during deepavali. The man at the counter who was in charge of the shop was rude and forced me to pick up some trousers as well.

Don't ever believe in this buy 2 get 2 scheme of this Mega mart. Mega mart is a fraud company selling cheap shirts at an exorbitant price.

Please do not fall victim to this game. Megamart, Bangalore proudly announces festival offers like buy 2 garments get 2 free. In fact, its the most fraudulent offer ever seen.

I went to buy a casual short shirt. A simple looking shirt had a price tag of Rs. 1200/- A similar shirt in Westside costs Rs. 400/-. You buy two shirts from Mega Mart @ 2400 and claim 2 shirts free, that means 4 shirts for 2400 (600 each). At that price, in westside you can easily buy 6 shirts.

Do they think people are such fools to fall into such scams? SCAMSTERS! AVOID MEGA MART! Its MEGA FRAUD!
