Don't bother with these people. I applied on-line to them. I took the little test exercise they sent me. Of course I passed, even though I deliberately made an error on the practice transcription. Next they want to do a live chat interview with you. I asked them to assure me that they were not simply trying to sell me some software with some vague promise of a job. They couldn't and wouldn't. Lot's of excuses, lot's of talking sideways out of their mouths. Bottom line? They want you to buy their MT software ($490). They have no professional working relationships with any doctor's or medical companies and won't be of any assistance to you except to take your money. Further research on my part indicates that in order to become a working MT from home, you'd have to attend an accredited school, work for at least one to two years in a medical facility transcribing and then, and only then, would you be trusted to work from home doing MT. Ergo, all MT "Work From Home" ads for untrained people listed on-line are probably scams. Steer clear and do it the old fashioned way . . . earn it.
