This is in regards to the company called MedicalSpecialits in USA, I was working in doing email to various doctors of the USA through their email address [protected]@medical-specialists.com, Well I was working under Mr Aamir Afzal, their is a due of a amount of 125USD for the work which I did for them in the month of may, I have been calling Mr Afzal and emailing him from last two months but their has been no response from his side, As I am located in India I don't know any way to put up a complaint against this company... Beware people!

this is a scam, i received the same letter last may, i got that from the website: hoteliercareer.com .do not trust all the companies in here. I sent two applications, to embassy hotel and to mazda motors but when i send the application to embassy hotel through an agent, she gave me a job offer for diana shipping line. I am not interested so I didn't pay attention to it. Then then the other one is from mazda motors, I sent my CV and answered all their questions like a stupid person. Then when they sent a letter of appointment to me, which i think is too soon, I didn't contact them again. But at that time I didn't know that they are scammers but my instinct tell me better to stay where I am now than to go to UK, until today. Just today. Because I thought that hoteliercareer.com is a good website I checked it again couple of days ago. I found an ad about someone looking for a teacher in UK, then I contacted him and then he said he is in alabama, and I will teach his two sons and he will pay me $5000 per month, he even send me a contract and a picture of his family. (which I found out today also that it's other people's photo.) Then he said that I should contact this person PENNY ANDERSON to process my working visa. I already send him my diploma, photo and resume. Then when I as reading the message she sent to me, she said I have to pay for some fee, then I google(d) her name and found out that it is a scam, then a while ago I google(d) the name christopher murphy as well and it turned out that it is also a scam based from what I read here.

• The employee will be responsible for teaching English Language in particular to classes of no more than two students. In general, the employee will teach all core aspects of English as a Second Language as well as Academic Skills, as needed. Computer Assisted Language Learning will be used to augment lesson plans when suitable. Students will be given regular feedback on homework, in-class exercises, and tests.
• For the contract period, the employee will make any and all efforts to teach in a manner that is professionally conducive to learning. The adoption of any suggestions by the employer as regards teaching will be at the sole discretion of the employee, who is an acknowledge expert in ESL pedagogy. However, all such suggestions will be given due and professional consideration so as to provide the best possible working relationship between parties. The employee will meet at least monthly with the employer for performance reviews.
• Employee’s style of teaching should be Socratic and inductive, and thus does not involve an authoritarian or military approach. As such, any demand by the employer for a military approach to teaching will be deemed as an instance of contract breach.
• The employee is required to work four hours per day, from Monday to Saturday. Any mutually agreed upon additional work shall be compensated at the rate of $65 per hour.
• If the employee does not or cannot fulfill contract obligations due to grievance, all sincere efforts will be made by both parties to settle the grievance in a mutually satisfactory way.

In the case of employer contractual breach exceeding 10 business days, the employer will promptly (i.e., within 3 days) provide airfare back to the employee’s city of origin and also pay all remaining employee’s 12 months salaries.
• If any other version of this contract exists in any other language, this English version shall take precedence.
• A copy of this contract shall remain with a legal representative of the employee in the country of origin.

So please beware, I wanna warn others out there that if you are applying for a job in other countries, the employer must provide you the visa and you don't need to pay anything with the processing and so on..always remember that they are not doing you a favor, you are doing them a favor because you will work for them and help their company. So everyone please be very careful. I am just glad that God is always at my side. This is the first time I write something online, because I am worried for those others that might become a victim by this people. Background check is very important. God Bless you everyone.

I just received the same email and beware also there was another one I encountered the total oil corp. there are many people around the globe doing this and any way if ever we wished to work outside our own country we could do trasaction with the said embassy located with our own country rather than doing communication with people whom seems doing this stupid things for job seeker like us. So am not that stupid sending money just for an email like this that is why I asked them to give me any contact person whom near with me rather than miles away...

My God, I also got an email from these scammers. It was also Diana shipping inc. Open post for a secretary. I always had this negative feeling/hunch with me about their offer. now it's confirmed. it's just a scam.. They referred me to a certain George Connell to help me up in securing a working visa. . Thanks to you all. Yeah i really hope that a law will come out to stop these scammers!

HI, I got the same apointment at the embassy resort, couldnt find websitte or anything. once i send a mail asking for information on hotel or correct website. They simply did not reply. Further a friend of mine inlondon says the post code does not exist and neither does the hotel! Can you believe it.

3days back i have applied thru khairulaml.com/gulfrecruit.com forDiana shipping company name for the post of secretary and clerks as i am in same shippping line.but i have a doubt and i go thru all the net of diana shipping,but the infor is different.Again after three days today i gotta mail from the name mrs.Sandra says to fwd my CV with job application letter.I have done the same.but internally i have a doubt and i started tracing their phone numbers and fax numbers.Its all fake.
If anybody receiving or saw the job adverticements with these phone numbers or without qualification job offers dont believe and apply.
One thing i want to request the higher authorities and recruitment websites how the job recruitment websites accepting those advertisements?There must be one law should provide and act.
This is nothing but taking a chance and playing with the peoples time,mental tention and money.

(Please note that this is the establishment in uk whom i cannot find anywhere in the address they told me in the e-mail. Even i search by their website. They are using somebody's website in equadore, and in fact they are in london. Unbelievable. When i ask them by mail, why their website like this, they even insult me. And imagine i started paying for the work permit processing of 250gbp. Then im waiting for the 2nd step, when im asking them for advise, they say they have too much applicant viewing for this job they offer. And they gave me deadline in short notice. They collaborate with the person they are referring in the work permit.com address previously sent. Unbelievable. Looks like really a pro. Plase be warned, dont get hook up with this terrrrrrrrrible kind of neanderthals.

Im posting this to let them stop this bad works. Please dont get carried away with their words. UK Work Permit
The difference between a Work Permit and a visa.
A UK Work Permit is a document issued by the Work Permits (UK), a part of the Home Office Immigration and Nationality Directorate.
The permission for an employee to enter and work in the UK is conferred by a UK Immigration or Consular officer who, following the issue of a Work Permit, may issue to the employee a suitable visa. The visa is an endorsement stamped in the employee's passport.

Even if an employee is already working in the UK on a Work Permit, a new employer must obtain a new Work Permit before the employee can change jobs.
Work permits are granted for up to five years.
The length of the work permit depends on a number of factors which are normally more related to the employer and the job/project than the strength of the candidate. Our advice is that you should not worry if you get only a short term permit as it will normally be possible for it to be extended if you are still needed by your employer (and if you are not needed by your employer, you may well be able to find a new UK employer.

Please be aware that when you get a job offer like the one below - It's sca. Someone will ask you for money soon. Everything seems legit - even the address but Sony Europe knows nothing of this.
