Medical Arts Therapy / Unauthorized billing

I had a friend who was referred to this company and she ordered and no problems. Even though she did not have to send in an forms or do nothing. She called and with in 5 min she had a tracking number. So we split the order for 45 days and i was time for me to order.

I ordered on the 15th of October and received it on the 30th of October after a number of phone calls to company and they had not put order through.

What i received was not the same thing we my friend received we said that we would give them a try. Well they did not work. I was mad. I called and kept getting the run around and hung up on every time I called at least twos every time. I finally got through to some one, when i asked to speak with a supervisor they didn't have one.

So i called and started cussing and I was heard. Well on November 15th I was told to send them back and I would get some thing else. I payed to have them sent back cuz I didn't want to go through more drama with them.

On November 17th the pharmist called me and asked me why I sent them back and I told her. She stated that there was nothing in the computer about it. So I called to talk to rep and she didn't no anything about it.

I spoke with some one else after being put on hole about 10 times and he said that i would have a tracking number for the new ones by the end of that day. So I waited and I kept calling back and they would answer the phone saying my name they didn't no what i was talking about there was nothing in the computer. I was also told that they where out of stock and thats what they where waiting on. I was also told the pharmist never received them back from me so i had to give them my tracking number and the time and date they signed for it. Mean while they were calling my friend saying that he reorder was ready.

When i received the new order in it was the same thing i sent them back. I called with in 5 min of fedex dropping it off and she told me that the pharmist had already left and i need to call back at 10 the next morning i said no i want my money back. She said just please the pharmist and find out y and i will refund your money. I called at 10 am sharp and the pharmist said that she just sent what the doctor ordered.

So I called rep back and after being hung up on and being put on hold a numerous amount of times. I told her i wanted my money and i was not going to set with no. I said how long will it take and she told me that she would have to find out and she would give a call back. I said today right and she said that it would be today i will call u back. I waited until 5 pm and i called her back but she said the lady I need to talk to has already left that she would have her call me first thing in the morning.

Three days later i called and spoke to the person in charge of refunds and she told me that there again it was not in the computer and she didn't no any thing of it and as december 8th I am still waiting and I am ready to go and get a lawyer.

    She is complaining about a mail-order pharmacy company and Medical Arts Rehabilitation, Inc is a private practice physical therapist's office in Palmetto, Florida.

    Its difficult to tell, from the grammar and misspellings, if the company is at fault or the customer had difficulty in communicating their needs and interpreting the circumstances.
