I can provide several reasons why you MUST avoid them. Here they are.
First of all, their delivery is never right. It never arrives on time.
Second, they charge you immediately after you make an order without any delivery guarantees. Normal companies do it when they ship orders.
Third, if you ask them to resend an order because it's wrong you'll have to pay for delivery even if it's their fault.
And forth, for any assistance, you can try to contact them, but I doubt they will help.
Avoid them and choose different companies. There are lots of them.
Bait and Switch
Terrible company to deal with. They sell one item and ship another. BAIT AND SWITCH. Avoid them and do not do any business with them or you will regret it, i know i do.

It is not bait and switch if they send the wrong item. Bait and Switch is when they advertise something and then not have it in store but offer something else that is more expensive.
Bad service
First negative was UPS tracking had "no or illegible address" and had to rescheduled. Second was I ordered a 939 440 x2 for 939. I received a 4400 x2 for AM2 with at least 10 bent pins and one pin missing. There was also no mention of selling used goods. I do not recommend purchases from this company.

Not a bad company...they sell many electronic items and their new catalog is HUGE...however, the shipping department must be all handicapped. I've never received an order correctly. Improper packaging or just the wrong item altogether...it's gotten to the point that I will NEVER order from them again.
