McDonald's / unauthorized credit card charges

I went to the McDonalds at 2401 63rd street on May 28th and placed an order on the mobile app using the Buy One Mccafe beverage, get one free. I never received a paper receipt and was told to pull to the second window where I received my two Mocha frappe's. Later in the day I checked my digital receipt in my email and saw I was charged for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel which I never ordered. When I called and talked with the manager I was told I had to have a paper receipt in order to be reimbursed or else he couldn't help. So I was hoping to somehow be reimbursed using this email receipt that I will attach. Thank you for your time.
