This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

I work second shift and stop at McDonald's after work at 10:15pm I was told the shake machine is down this isn't first time I've been told this

Went through the drive thru last night in bend Oregon on 3rd street. Didn't receive half my order. Didn't get :
4 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles, 2 apple pies. Only got my 4 mcdoubles and 2 fry's. Would like the missing part of my order that I paid for. Thank you.
Order a quarter pounder the whole meat was raw in the inside pregnant wife almost ate the the nuggets were cold and the fries were old tasted like rubber and were cold .

Mcd have huge problem in online service .me and my family will hungry till death if we keep waiting . I dont even kniw if they took the order yet or what happen inside the kitchen
I ordered macdonalds in egypt and they refused to send me my order because its a rush hour, the customer service agent talked in a very stupid way so either u solve it or i will submit the recording to the social media about how they talked to me
Seen a tv ad for oreo frapee and when I went to purchase one, they were not avaliable. False advertisment.
Mcdelivery delivers the Macdonald item.. Hot tea with milk.. But send without any tea bag inside the tea.. Last time send without any chill sauce.. Have to waste my time to call in to complain.. Spoil my mood to eat and enjoy my food.
On 10 18 2018. Security guard told me after 6 years my comfort dog was no longer allowed. He then proceeded to take the dog away from me and the dog hit his head. I immediately after brought dog to doctor.

Cashier at counter refused to take my order. She had someone else take her register. While I was ordering she told the cashier that I was a f...ING [censored]. Many customers stared at me. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Now having anxiety attacks and afraid to order from mcdonalds.

This Store is allowing tow truck drivers to come on to the property and steal cars that have been there less than twenty minutes. This is very illegal and a scam
Treatment to others for no other reason except to be mean. Glenwood is a small community that sticks together and try to help each other, this business will not last in this community because of the owner/management treatment to a local handicapped man that has not done any harm .
There's only 9 pieces (yes I counted). The nuggets are old. Just too mad to go back and complain. This McDonald store's cusyomee service has gone downhill and the managers are not attentive to cuatomers neeeds.
I ordered two strawberry cream pies, they didn't have any so I asked for two apple pies instead and they gave me two pumpkin pies. It says on the boxs baked apple pie with pumpkin pies in them. I just want my money back for the pumpkin pies that I never asked for.
The workers won't answer the drive through at between 5:30am -6:30am I waited for 30 min. Just to have McDonald's employees to look at me like your not there and while they are eating and drinking inside but can't take your order. This is the 3rd time this place did this. Its on Lamar Av. & Airways, these people are something else.
They are slow. They were out of sweet tea, orange. Person sounded like it was a bout her to ask what they did have to drink. The only 5 star was the lady Mary handing out the food she made order was correct and very polite. The rest was terrible.
I am frustrated from being fooled by McDonald's Qatar every time I order home delivery they send the food cooled after waiting for more than one hour, sometimes an hour and half, so disappointing and I will never think of choosing Macdonald as an option, bad quality and really soooo frustrating.

Been waiting in drive thru for 15 min already and I have 2 cars in front of me. Then get to the window and you have pay at the same window you get food from. Three people are already in reserve area. Its ridiculous!
Cashier dropped my Change because she was on her cell phone. She was literally working with only one hand because she had her phone in the other hand. Spent the whole time I was waiting on my order on her phone at the front counter. Very unprofessional.

On 6/17/17, I was served at the Mcdonald's located at Essex and Delancy Streets in NY, NY and mice pellets were in my tray of food. It appears to be mice contamination in this location

I went through the drive thru and the person stated that we could not order in the drive thru and would only accept cash inside. There were three employees standing there laughing. Why can they not take cash through the window?! This was in st clairsville Ohio at 3am.
