McDonald's fly in salad

A side salad had an extra topping in it. Surprise, a fly! The phone number for the actual restaurant was also surprise, unlisted! I called and made a complaint to the corporate office, the call center agent was very nice. I explained finding the fly caused me to vomit, etc... She advised me to return the salad, with the fly to the local restaurant it was purchased from, since the number was not listed and we would be unable to call.

McDonald's product purchased at mcdonalds

Last week I visited McDonalds at on Quakers Hill Parkway, Quakers Hill NSW to buy some fast food for my family. I bought for myself, my favourite, McDonalds fish burger.
I would think very seriously about eating at McDonalds again.
It was the worst fish burger I have ever eaten. It was as tough as old boot leather, like it had been reheated several times. It was absolutely disgusting. I took a few mouth fulls and then threw the rest out. Besides the size of the buns and burgers decreasing, obviously so has the quality of McDonalds food. Once upon a time McDonalds use to have a high standard of quality, that has dropped drastically.

You should have just asked for a replacement they would have replaced it there and then, or I would have if I had been working on the checkout. But sadly I will never know what it's like to work in a McDonalds, you can read why in my complaints.

McDonald's worst drive thru experience ever

My boyfriend, a friend of ours, and myself had decided to go through the Mcdonalds drive thru for a quick dinner. We wanted:

1 Quarter Pounder meal with Mello Yello

1 Double Quarter Pounder with Root Beer, no pickles

1 Big and Tasty sandwich

Not a difficult order, right?

Wrong!

We got into the drive thru around 7 pm, it was not too busy. We placed our order, and the girl repeated:

1 QP meal, Root Beer

1 Big and Tasty meal, Coke, no pickles

We tried multiple times to repeat it, making sure to be very clear. We even turned off the car, in case she couldn't hear us. After almost 10 minutes (not an exagerration!) we decided to try one last time. She almost had it, we thought. Then, she asked (for the first time) if we wanted cheese on the Big & Tasty. I said no. There was at least a 10 second pause, followed by "That was with cheese, right?"

I have no idea what she was doing during that pause, as any customers in front of us were long gone, but it was the final straw.

I said no again, and asked her to repeat what she had on the order. She repeated it back:

Big & Tasty combo with cheese and Root Beer,

QP combo, extra pickles, coke

Double QP combo, Mello Yello

We left.

I did not know that this bad of service was even possible. We laughed about it for quite a while, and it has become a big joke amongst friends, but really...

How did this girl even get the job?

My boyfriend, a friend of ours, and myself had decided to go through the Mcdonalds drive thru for a quick breakfast. We wanted:

egg muffin meal with black coffee

sausage muffin with no cheese with coffee

BLt bagel with extra mayo and extra sausage

Not a difficult order, right?

Wrong!

We got into the drive thru around 7am, it was not too busy. We placed our order, and the girl repeated:

1 egg muffin extra sausage with rootbeer

1 sausage muffin with coffee

BLt bagel with no mayo

1 egg muffin extra sausage with rootbeer

1 sausage muffin with coffee

BLt bagel with no mayo

We drive to the next window to make a paymment and she was using cellphone that's why she couldn't even get our order right. One of my friend saw her name tag, her name is Chay and i told her that i want to talk to the manager she said i'm the manager. i said oh well ok!

did not know that this bad of service was even possible. We laughed about it for quite a while, and it has become a big joke amongst friends, but really...

McDonald's rude, unwilling to help

My Family and I would like to take this opportunity to thank McDonalds for introducing us to a tasty breakfast at Jack in the box. You see, we (being a long breakfast fans of McDonalds) were refused Breakfast at 10:26 am on 7/21/08 in Lakewood Washington. The cashier (said her name was Amber Moreno) told us they just ran out of breakfast, then told us the manager insisted breakfast was over, then she told us she was the manager after my husband said he wanted to speak to the manager. Obviously McDonalds time is not the same as Satellite time. Just to let you know (McDonalds) lunch is usually served at noon, not 10:30. You have just lost life long breakfast customers, because of rude cashiers. And another thing, the sign was still on breakfast menu. Also thank you for conforming to us that you do not care about your customers and what we feel like eating by forcing us to have lunch when we are still in the breakfast hour.

Thank you again for introducing us to Jack in the box who serves Breakfast all day long! Little did we know how wonderful their breakfast's were.

Signed,
Tired of McDonalds.

Most other McDonald's I've worked at have stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 on the dot..sometimes earlier if the breakfast runs out.

I am a manager at a mcdonalds in PA, and we stop serving breakfest at 10:30 also. In my store we have to serve until 1030 or to till the last person in line at that time has had a chance to order.

I don't know what magical land you live in where they serve breakfast till noon. Every McDonald's I have gone to since I was a kid has always been 10:30 during the week & 11 on weekends. Besides why would you wait till 4 minutes before breakfast was to end to come in and order breakfast. My suggestion would be for you to pull your ### out of bed a little bit earlier if you are only going to pay $4 for breakfast. If you want breakfast all day go to IHOP or Denny's, but then again my gut feeling is you are to cheap and that's why it has to be a fast food breakfast.

With as concerned as you are, or should be, about the cleanliness at your restaurants, maybe you should consider a different way of putting the lids on coffee cups. The lids are always put on with bare hands right from where you drink. I think it may be a little more appetizing if you didn't see the employees sealing the cup with bare hands. Any comments?

McDonald's terrible service

Went in to purchase food and ice. Again the employees were speaking in Spanish. When the employee asked for my order they spoke in English but then continued to Speak in Spanish to the employees in the back and front. Not only is this rude but this is an English speaking country and English should be their primary language. Speak Spanish in private settings not public. The employees were not well kept or properly representative of the company. There are many other establishments to frequent.

I recently visited a mcdonalds in Penllergaer Swansea, i went through the drive through and was told to park and wait for my food. 20mins passed and there was no sign of food, so my wife went in to see where it was. 10mins later she came out with no food and said someone will be out soon 10 mins. Later the food arrived as we were driving away we checked food and only one thing in bag was our order so we went back waited another 20 mins only to find this was wrong, so we went back again only to get the wrong order again so we gave up and left and this is not the first time this has happened to us and other people and something should be done. The staff are lazy and just cant be bothered!

Complaint: Please note that is is not a one time incident as this complaint relates to numerous problem at this McDonald. I normally visit McDonalds at least 2 times a week as this one is close to were I work and I have visited for the last couple of months or so. However, I have yet to visit this restaurant without having some sort of problem. whether the food is cold, wrong drink, wrong order, fries half filled and seems like a problem with asked to fill it as it supposed to be. Just last week I ordered a value meal only to discover once I got home that the out of all things the sandwich was missing. This is by far the worst McDonald I have ever experience on a consistence basis and I even here my co working stating the same. I felt that this needed to be address as Enough is Enough!

I have a couple of complaints about the McDonalds in Quincy, WA. This is suppose to be a fast food restaurant and when I have to wait in the drive through line 10 to 15 min. This is not fast. I have also ordered and not gotten what I order. One time I received two double cheese burgers without the meat and had to go in and have it fixed which they said that is what I order and it wasn't. The next time I ordered a a sausage biscuit with cheese and didn't receive the cheese. I have ordered other burgers and got 5 miles down the road and come to find out they have no meat on them. Got home one time with half my order and not happy when I live 20 miles away. It would help also if the people working there understand English a little better.

I went to McDonalds to get 3 extra value meals in a large which I never do, just because I am collecting the free retro Coke glasses. I asked the guy taking my order at drive thru if they had them he said yes, so I go up to the window he gave me my food and I asked where my free Coke glasses were, he looked at me like I was stupid and said we don't have those. I was very disappointed considering I had just spent $25 and I was treated like O was stupid for even asking about it. When I got up to the window. I was very unimpressed over the whole situation.

The service at the McDonalds have gotten worse over the last year. The food is cooked in old grease, the chicken is very dark, the servers are nasty. Extremely slow service from the check-out window to the in-house customer service. Very, very nasty inside.

You're lucky thay didn't charge you extra. Last summer me and my gf went to mcdonalds accross from the major strip hotel in las vegas, they were charging $8.49 for a big mac cambo! Of course, the workes were all filthy looking hispanics who didn't speak a lick english. When i asked to speak with a manager for refund, some greasy looking heavy set lady came out from back door saying the price was already posted on the menu, so she could not refund the $21.42 for two big mac combo meal.

I guess this is how the american corporations make money. Ripping off customers, hiring cheap low lifes from mexico.

well i work at mcdonalds, and i do work with a lot of rude people but the reason for the delays in the drive through is bc when it gets bussy the food runs out and for us as workers we around get yelled by managers bc the food has to cook and it takes time, and i disagree about the 27 cents charge for sauces bc it is lame to make people pay for it but if we dont do that we have to pay for the sauces we give out, all im saying its not always the employees fault, our job is hard and i honestly hate working at mcdonalds and it ruins my life

McDonald's stealing from customers

I made a complaint recently because they were raping me and Dan Frazier VP of Operations sent me a couple of coupons... when I tried to use it... they raped me again. They would not tell me the name of the supervisor... perhaps it's Lucy but said they protect their own and would not let me win. The McDonald's is located in Kenmore Square Boston, MA. They are very rude and always laugh at me. I've tried being nice but they consistently rape me out of one to three items. What can I do to help them help the customer?

Say to the one doing the laughing "how'd you like a smack in the gob?" that usually does it, they soon realize its not as funny as they think especially if you threaten to smack one in the kisser. If he leans over the counter going "do it i'll call the cops" go ahead and break his nose "aggravated assault" you'll be let off with a warning!

Kenmore Square won't let you talk to a supervisor - won't let you have the name of the supervisor - won't give you what you order however --- they charge you extra for items not ordered. Kenmore square employees are rude. They only talk in spanish. They have no interest in customer service and will rape you every chance they get.

McDonald's treated bad and poor service

(7/8/08)i went to this mcdonalds that i go to all the time by my house but i never been treated like I've been treated tonight! For starters the guy that was taking my order through drive thru was going back and forth with me on the order like he couldn't hear, but we i got up to the window he was hugging on a girl that didn't even have a uniform on... i joked around with him and said don't get any freakyness on my fries. I thought the girl might have worked there because she was all around the back but then when i got to the 2nd window she was eating with friend at a table (she didn't work there at all), when i got to the 2nd window everyone is standing around and laughing... once i got my food after 5 min. My fries were cold and i was missing 2 mc chickens, i asked for more fries and the boy responded "what aren't those hot enough" i gave him all the food back, he tells me 2 pull ahead for the wait i wait on the food for another five min. He comes out still with no mc chickens then yells you weren't charged for mc chickens which he could have told me at the window but they were too busy play with girls and almost having sex in the back of the store that i had the worst time ever i would never go back and will never let my friends go there it another one the same amount of time away, but i would like for something to get done i work at portillo's and we get it when something ain't right so i want the same.

I went to a 24 hour Mc Donald's in Dartmouth Nova Scotia this morning at 1:30 A.M.
My boyfriend and I had a serious craving for a Mc Flury, so we went through the drive thru.
When we reached the "talk box" (order placing mic) my boyfriend asked for the lady to wait just a minute, and believe me...he did say it rather politely. When we figured out what flavour we wanted(we asked for two large Rolo Mc Flury's with $.50 cents worth of extra toppings) the employee(Karon) responded rudely..."wow it took you that LONG to come to that little conclusion?"
She began laughing through the mic with a female fellow employee. When we drove to the window to pay, there was a young male standing on the other side of the drive thru talking to the rude employee.
When the employee took our interac cards, she interrupted what my boyfriend was saying to her, to ask the young male a question...he was undoubtly her boyfriend(you are not allowed to give pedestrians there meal through the drive thru...and thats what she did..right in the middle of our transaction.
Then she handed us our Mc Flury's and when she passed them to us they were not level, she held them so that it looked like the contents were going to fall out...when we got them..there was NOT 50 cents worth of extra stuff in them, they were a standard Rolo Mc Flury..when you ask an employee to put in extra toppings they HAVE to put it in, or basically its a form of freud..you pay for something you are supossed to get, and in return you get shorted for it.When my boyfriend tried to get the rude girl's attention she slammed the drive thru window...I don't know why she acted like this...when we were very polite, we treated her with the most upright respect..and got treated awful in return...

McDonald's wrong order and undercooked food

I went to this mcdonalds on 07/02/2008 for a simple order at 10pm approx. at night. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, 6 pieces nuggets, and a Angus Bacon Cheeseburger. There was only 1 car in front of me and no one behind me the entire time I was there. It took over 10 mins to get my food.. I watched this young latin kid that was getting flirted with by the truck of ghetto girls in front of me. He was hanging out the window chatting with them for a few mins... and exchanging numbers. Finally they left and I was able to get my order.. only to see when I got home that my 6 piece only had 4 nuggets in there and 2 were mushy and undercooked. Wow that is bad. How hard it is to count to 6 these days?

I went again the following night around 9pm and this time there was a long line of cars and I order the same thing again with the exception of the angus burger and got a double quarter pounder instead. This time we waited 20 mins after being told to "park in front and we'll bring it to you". my guess so there window counter won't see someone waiting long in line for their stats.

So were waiting and finally go in to see what's wrong since someone that parked after us got there food and left already. They acted like it the chicken was what was taking so long. Sorry but I could have cooked ALOTA chicken in that time... and most of it is just fried anyway for a min or 2. I told the manager what happened the night before and pointed to the guy that was making us wait so he could flirt and she just said "well I wasn't here last night so..."

I don't think this mcdonalds is in the business to give good customer service or good food... Avoid it at all cost!

McDonald's poor food quality and service

This Macdonald's is not following franchise food quality or service. The service is very poor and they are not representing the Macdonald's food standards. The fries are never fresh no matter what time of day or nite the hamburgers are not prepared to Macdonald's franchise standards. It really gives a bad impression if you have never eaten at Macdonald's and you eat at this Location makes you not want to eat Macdonald's.

I will never buy another meal or anything at this location. If ever I'm in the mood for Macdonald's, I will drive extra 15min to another Location. Not all Macdonald's in Gatineau Quebec poorly represent the franchise.

I was totally disgusted!
I once ordered an Egg McMuffin from a McDonalds in my area. Usually i don't do this but since i was in a rush i had to get something quick.
I saw that on the rapper, the eggs used in McMuffins were "fresh Canada grade a eggs"
I didn't believe this until i took ONE bite of the sandwich.
Inside the egg were pieces of the egg shell. It wasn't just in that one bite, i took the whole egg apart and found pieces of the egg shell all over! I was so mad. Not only was the sandwich small, i had paid over 4 bucks to find egg shell in it.
I guess i can say that they do at least use real eggs.

McDonald's flies and filth

There were so many flies you couldn't eat without swatting them away from your food, there was a roach bug crawling on the floor. The entire dining area was so filthy. This establishment needs to be reported to clean up there act. There is no excuse for a food place to be in this condition. I was in this business on 6-21-08 about 1:30-2:00 pm.

There were so many flies you couldn't eat without swating them away from your food, there was a roach bug crawling on the floor. The entire dining area was so filthy. This establishment needs to be reported to clean up there act. There is no excuse for a food place to be in this condtion. I was in this business on 6-21-08 about 1:30-2:00 pm.

McDonald's terrible quality food

There are only a few healthy salads and a yogurt parfait on the menu that is low fat enough for me to eat at McDonalds. But, because of poor management, the 3 McDonald stores here in Fairbanks never have the yogurt parfait when I'm there (6:45 am or noon), and there either out of salads or have only 1 type to choose from. And, then they don't know which dressings are low-fat. The last person that waited on me actually told that all their dressings were lowfat, which was a terrible lie.

It's aggravating to stand in line just to find out that they're out of everything that's healthy. It would seem that they should be making more of the healthy items if they're always running out.

McDonald's yorkie dog allowed

Had breakfast at McDonalds in Bella Vista Ar. ..two breakfast sandwiches/two drinks. 8 customers received various orders...all but one ordered had after us. They had somehow lost our order...a little aggravating, but mistakes happen. While waiting, I was FLOORED to see a woman walk in CARRYING a Yorky dog. I couldn't believe my eyes when the MANAGER stood there and took the order, long haired dog over serving counter. Then the customer went to fill her drink with, again the long haired dog over the drink area. When I let the manager know the dog should not be in there, the managers response was ...yeah the woman should not have brought the dog in. I told the manager, " You should not have served her !"Needless to say, going forward, My family, I, nor friends I've told will go there .

McDonald's Еeam member licking her gloves

I was ordering my meals and the girl at the back that was cooking the burgers put her mouth on her gloves and licked them.
She was playing around with another worker and when she was told by another higher up worker to change her gloves cos she licked hers, she made offensive remarks towards the worker and myself. She said i was a liar and she started to tell other workers that i said that she licked her gloves, and talking really loud so everyone in the restaurant could hear what i complained about, then when she was making the last of my burgers she was laughing about something she done to my food, like spat in my burgers or put hair or something like that.

This was very very unacceptable, rude, immature, and offensive of the girl to do this, for my friend, daughter and myself to go through just for 3 happy meals.

McDonald's arguement with employee

On 3/31/2008 at approximately 1030 AM, I went to the MacDonald's Restaurant on 72nd St and Third Avenue. I had the misfortune of encountering the rudest person I have ever met. The young man who would not give his name up, was hispanic. The manager would not give his name to me and hid him in the back of the store. She would not give me a phone where I could put in a complaint. The boy was arguementive and tried to dictate to me what I had ordered. I told him he was wrong and he argued to the point of driving me out the door without my breakfast. I am a live long patronizer of macdonalds and they are the closest one to my home. I am disabled and of the age 56yr. I have always expirienced very polite workers at any MacDonald's I have patronize. This person should be moved from the Bayride store or at least train your employees on how to speak to customers. In any event, thank you for paying attention to my complaint
