McDonald's manager Casper

Went in to a Tampa Florida McDonald's on 56th n sligh the worse experience ever with management they all sucks and the one with the big big phone hanging off the side of her waste hip.. not perfessional at all they need to train her more respect on customer service.. not to answer the phone while dealing with customers so rude! The guy was cleaning when the line was 6 people packed I asked her for her name she gave me a fake name I ask jayla and she said her name was tt.. you guys need to train her or lead her out the back or front door. She gave me my order everything was cold after 16 minutes if waiting. who's her boss? Who gives her permission to treat people like this I will never go back in my living life! Poor C's!

McDonald's very dirty and unsanitary restaurant

Went the McDonald's in New Prague, Minnesota for lunch today. The restaurant is located in a Super America store. The manager on duty, you have to give her credit she did everything, but none of her staff were doing anything, not cleaning, taking orders or making sandwiches. So many mistakes. I am surprised that the McDonald's in New Prague is even open, the very young staff don't even want to work. So lazy.

McDonald's inventory

Yesterday, Sunday my husband and i went to McDonald's corner Tatum Blvd and cave creek rd zip code 85331. There's was for iced tea or salt. There were maybe 15 fries in a large fry. Went back around drive thru cause can't go into restaurant die to renovation. Was told "Yeah the others weren't ready" not I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Then stupid us went back today for mocha frappes. No straws. My suggestion is close till someone can manage or put sign up order at your own risk cause we don't have adequate management.

McDonald's never got my last paycheck

I have quit my job friday after my shift had ended on 5/18/2018 and I havent received my last check with the store manager... I am a former employee at mcd on augusta rd and would like it if I had my check asap... I had work from 5/13/18-5/18/18... And I have the right to get my last check and will not leave till I get my check... I have waited a whole week for it and not one bit have I got my check and I am pretty darn upset and would like my money please...

McDonald's no receipt provided

I just purchased food from McDonalds on Doc Dr. In West Chester, Ohio 45069. I requested a receipt and they refused to provide a receipt because the machine was jammed and they didn't have time to fix it. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked for a receipt and the employee just said "It's broke, there's nothing I can do." This gives off the wrong image by the employee stating that there's nothing they can do. There's multiple things that can be done in this situation. You could apologize for not being able to provide the guest with a receipt, although that doesn't fix the situation it lets the guest know that you value their complaint rather than just tossing it aside and saying there's nothing that can be done. Secondly, you can personally write the total for each of the items purchased, this is a simple solution but probably not suggested out of laziness. Third, you could call someone who would know how to fix the printer, just saying that there's nothing that can be done is just pure laziness. A customer should not be denied a receipt for a purchase. I WANT MY RECEIPT!

McDonald's slow service

The mcdonalds in wellsville ny 14895 has been recently remodeled and as a member of the local community I as well as many many others had hoped this also meant an improvement with service also. Hah! Instead the service has gotten much much worse. They have by far the slowest drive through of any "fast" food chain I have ever been to. I am not saying this because of 1 or 2 or even a few times the service was so slow but instead it actually has been the norm of that one individual mcdonalds. I love mcds. Always have and always will, but when I am in wellsville ny, I most reluctantly choose to go just 3 doors down to burger king. I am not looking to get anyone in trouble but could someone please please please do or say something to improve this extremely poor service!?

McDonald's manager refused to give me my money

I made the order on the machine made sure it was correct before making the purchase. I got my order got home and it was not right. The special order slip and receipt states that I wanted it without ketchup and without pickles. I immediately called the store and told the manager what happen. And that this isn't the first time this has happened. She was rude and got loud. She told me to bring it up to the store. Once I got to the store standing there waiting for her to address me. She finally said after waiting 10 minutes what can I do for you. I put the bag onto the counter and said that you know I was the one that called and complained and you seen me waiting here at the counter. She threw my bag towards me and told me to call the police to get my money back. That she i not giving me back my money. I asked her why she said because I need to come to her correct. And she walked away standing there. I couldn't believe it. I have a video of my experience and almost went to jail smh. All because she refused to give me my money back. After all the mess that went down I got my refund oh without giving me a hard time and a lesson. If McDonald's doesn't make your order right. If you want a refund you have to be nice. What a valuable lesson I learned today. I want something done about this!

I had a very bad experience at a local McDonald's. It is located at 12700 South Ashland. This is not the first time I had a problem with them making my food correctly. I know people make mistakes and that wasn't my problem. My problem was how the manager was rude and how she was yelling on the phone and told me to bring my food back to the store. After I got home and was about to feed my kids.
To top it off anon arriving back to the store. She saw me standing there waiting for her and she later admitted on video because it was recorded. That she saw me and knew it was me. She threw my food back towards me and told me to call the police to get my money because she not giving me [censored] back. I already called the store the following day to speak to General manager. I made a formal complaint here and on the contact us website for McDonald's. I told the General manager I need to speak to the owners about by experience. I was held hostage against my will because she refused to give me my refund. I was embarrassed and almost sent to jail. All because she failed me as a manager. She gave poor customer service. She didn't represent this franchise right and she need to be exposed. I need to talk to some one form corporate office. I have it on video and is going to take my story to the news. You can see the police and her smiling in the photo just unprofessional.

McDonald's pies

From 2410 Harker Heights, TX. I had a bad experience with a cashier. She didn't want to welcome the customers even though she wasn't busy at all. I ordered pies, and she just put them in the bag without heating them up. While I was waitting for food another customer was mad as no one took his order. He slammed the door behind him as he left. The maneger asked what happened. The cashier told him that just someone left. Bad people make your company have bad appearences!

McDonald's service the entire visit was awful

I have a recording of how my visit to you Homewood Alabama McDonald's on Greensprings. I sat at the driver thur speaker for about 10 minutes nothing was said. I called the store phine 3 times no answer ans still no one said anything. No please wait, no sorry for the wait nothing. I spent about 35 minutes just to order a Frappe. So what is always advertised, fast friendly service is rarely seen at any location, ever. And this is an everytime thing and to make matters worse it was a pieces of glass or hard plastic in my frappe that I almost ingested. So I plan to contact my lawyer, I have the recording and pictures of the glass/plastic.

McDonald's unethical behavior

I was at the mcdonald's today at about 6:37(pm) and i noticed as i walked in how filthy the store was tables, soda machines, no tea, there was food all over the floors so i decided to ask for a manager and the lady that i asked said i am the manager, how can i help you (was texting on her phone) i said everytime i come in here your restaurant is very filthy, as i am commenting to her she has two indivduals standing by the fry machine and all the manger says i'm sorry and i said you need to have more personnel to help you and she said well as you can see everyone is busy and i said no you have teo young ladies just standing around and she well i' sorry this has happened i said ok well i am going to complain about this and she said well do you speak spanish i said yes well let me tell you in spanish i'm sorry, as i was sitting down the lady by the fry machine made a comment and said "well if she doesn't like it why doesn't she leave" i could have been rude but i decided to take control of myself so as we were eating they all kept making faces and tallking about us then one individual decided to start cleaning but with a horrible attitude and as he would pass by us he had an ugly stare but not once did he bother to say let me clean your area and the other manger that was their just kept starring to our are so we decided to pack our food and leave since it got very uncomfortable.
I feel this restaurant needs new management who can take control of their employees and worry about customer service and be so linient with the employees and this is isn't the first time this happens it's all the time that we stop and eat there i am so fed up with this issue i hope something get resolved . I can honestly say that as filthy that this place is you may get some kind of virus or bacteria on you...It was veryupseting for these people to not care about how filthy this area is like i told the manager this says alot about mangement and she said well i'm sorry!

McDonald's product and employee arguing with other customers plus filthy store

Came to let grand son play in playground Upon entering there was management in heated argument with another customer management was extremely rude and did not seam for my point of view that it was called for. The customer was trying to talk but (she) manager was just trying to be rude. Playground area was disgusting tables filthy, wouldn't let a dirty dog walk on floors. Will never come here again Will drive the 20 minutes to go to chick fa la in lake Jackson where you don't have to worry about your child getting a disease

McDonald's an employee of the terrace b.c. mcdonalds

yesterday May 23rd my husband and i went to MacDonald's in terrace b.c. and we ordered two large fries and a medium soft drink, i asked the cashier if i could possibly have a clear plastic glass because i will be putting ice in the glass when i leave, my husband waited for our number to be called and I went up to the fountain pop to fill my glass with ice and pop, i was absolutely shocked when one of the managers by the name of carol stephens from behind grabbed my glass and dumped it right in front of me and said "this is the last time you are gonna get free pop! I'm sick of you always coming in here and taking free pop!" my husband came to my defense and told her "we just finished paying for our meal! and how dare you do this to my wife! we will be contacting someone about this!" I was so shocked i just stood there in disbelief, i couldn't believe what she just did to me!, I just said "if I was getting free pop all the time and you knew this then why didn't you stop me before or why wasn't anything said about it?" my husband and I left the restaurant and a little while later i saw carol and her daughter on the street near the restaurant and she started making threats to me and my husband the r.c.m.p were called and because she is the manager she refuses to serve my husband and I in the future, we are not allowed in the restaurant and if we come back the r.c.m.p. will be called, i don't think this is very professional, and its just out right rude, I can't believe my husband and i are made out to be the ones in the wrong and are being punished by not being allowed back in Mcdonalds, I was a paying customer who's meal was ruined and my drink was dumped out in front of me and my husband and I are banned from there from now on, where is the justice in this? I enjoy going to Mcdonalds with my husband and family and Terrace is a small town with not alot of choices, I would like to be able to be allowed back into the restaurant if anything, I have never had any issues with anyone from there and i think this is so unfair! Carol is known to be a hot head and loves to be in control, she is a threat to me, she has threatened violence against me and my husband, she takes things personally and because she has some power being a manager she uses that to her advantage, i know for a fact she is into using drugs and has offered my daughter some, this is part of the reason we do not get along. I would like an apology from her and to my husband as well and be able to come back into the restaurant, she needs to separate her personal feelings from her job.

McDonald's refused drinks

Today was a pretty warm and tiring day. I have a family of six so we all wanted drinks. Immediately I think, McDonald's drinks are all 99¢, let's do that! Stopped in and went inside. Associate Refused to sell us large drinks .. saying we can only have smalls and she's angry. WHY? The supervisors states they are not going to sell us the large unless we order the special large drink and fry for a free quarter pounder deal. We can not have drinks otherwise because of saving the large cups for that special. Very rude! Yelling that just because the answer wasn't the one we wanted when we went through the drive through it's not going to be a different answer since we came inside. We didn't even go through the drive through. I don't know the mental issue here. Plus refusing to sell product! This is not the first time having issues here but definitely the first time with this issue!

McDonald's drive thru

My Husband and I wentthru this drive thtu a total of 4 times at the location on canal rd in the month of may. Every experience was ridiculous. One evening it was a 45 minute wait from the time we made our order to when our order came out. Another time our order was literally the opposite of what we said and the other 2 away a pretty good wait we had to go in to give them the other customers food and get ours. I usually wouldn't complain but when it heats this bad it needs attention

Started eating the bagel only to find BACON on the sandwich. I am a vegetarian by religion.

this is not the first time this is happening to me, however I have chosen to be quiet about it so far giving the managers the benefit of doubt. I am extremely disappointed first off in the fact that all McD wants me to eat is fries being a vegetarian I cannot even get a decent sandwich, and on top of it when I request to have the meat removed, they forget it. I am beyond disappointed and I will continue to force my friends and family to avoid Mcdonalds as much as possible. Even though they are a conglomerate, atleast I would have done my part.

McDonald's extremely poor service/mcdonald's on 8875 limonite ave, riverside, ca 92509

We stopped in this McDonald's on 8875 Limonite Ave, Riverside, CA 92509 every couple of months for the past 14 years when we visit my wife's parents in Riverside. We are African American. My son is autistic and the food is something he looks forward to so we use it as a reward for good behavior.
Anyway we stopped in about 6:45 PM Sunday May 20th. We first used the bathroom, then we walk to the counter to order. The store was moderately busy but all the customers had ordered already and were waiting for their order. The drive through seem to be busy. We were the only customers at the register. It was about 6:50 PM at this time. We were ready to order. Several employees saw us but NOT ONE employee acknowledged us as we stood there. We waited there for 7 minutes. We were still the only customers at the counter. I finally asked a Latino gentleman who looked like a supervisor our crew supervisor (he had a headset on) if someone was going to take our order. With his back to us and without even turning around to engage us, he mumbled"... Yeah... pretty soon." And he walked away. Very disrespectful.
I waited for an extra 2 minutes and finally I commented to my wife, "They obviously do not want to serve us." And we left.
I was extremely disappointed and so was my son. Not knowing we continued to drive home about 30 minutes until spotted a McDonald's off the freeway in Azuza CA.

We will never stop at this Riverside store again because of how we were treated. We were the only African Americans in the store at the time. I do not want to think that this was racially motivated. Be that as it may, I would very much like someone to remind this crew to at least acknowledge those that are waiting for service in a manner that customers have come to expect from McDonald's. There was no excuse for this treatment.

McDonald's ice cream

I have gone to this mcdonald's at least 5 times in the last month or so to get ice cream or shakes with my kids and every time they say the ice cream machine is down. I would think a company as large as mcdonald's could get a ice cream machine fixed within a month. Wtf. I think it's more like they had to clean it and don't want to set it back up again for the day I find lazy people are ussaully the problem. Not the machines.

McDonald's infringing on my religion versus state rights

We went to your Boonton location Thursday morning at around 7AM. We were a group of 12 going to an event but decided to stop off and have breakfast first. Upon entering we all heard a gentlemen preaching religion to two other gentlemen quite loudly near the restrooms. As this was totally uncalled for in a public place to declare your God and preach to other adults in clear ear shot of other customers is appalling. We did not enter a house of religion we entered an establishment offering food. We were quite upset and at my dismay when I brought it up to the counter person she just stared at me. Really! Our group then proceeded to go to Dunkin Donuts which was on the same road. What a shame that we all frequent this McDonalds and can no longer go their with our friends, family, school parents and etc. I do intend to spread this horrible experience with everyone on social media as I did not even get a call back from the store manager as I requested.

McDonald's the "new" quarter pounder

Due to both drive thru lanes backed up, I chose to order take out inside. One quarter pounder no cheese & one lg drink to go please. PD w credit card, given pick up number w receipt. Poured beverage, burger ready in a couple minutes, I left. Opened burger @ destination. It looked nothing like the photo on the wall, the tv, or magazines. Beef pattie way smaller than the bun, the toppings were as this: in very center of burger was a few dots of ketchup & mustard, two pickle slices & 4 pieces of real onion. I should've picked up ketchup packets. Why? To help moisten the dry burger & give some additional seasoning to, all but the center, where there was no toppings. I was disappointed. I did tho enjoy the fact that this burger was hot. My destination was not far from restaurant. So use to have warm or less burgers so the freshness was appreciated. The disappointments I felt were worth sharing.

McDonald's theft

On Wednesday (16th May 2018) myself and my husband visited one of your restaurants on 401 Park Avenue Sth in New York. It was early morning around 9.00am which we visited and purchased 2 breakfasts. During the time l was being served and eating my breakfast, someone in your restaurant stole my purse which contained over two hundred dollars. On asking staff if my purse had been handed in, they replied with the answer no. Today I returned (18th May 2018) to speak to the manager but was abruptly told to speak with security. The manager wasn't Very pleasant and neither was your security personnel. I asked your security person to look at CCTV but was told he didn't have time to do this at present. Which gave me the Impression they didn't really care. My cellphone number is +44 [protected]. I am staying at The Redbury Hotel. 29 E 29th Street. Until Sunday 21st May. I hope that l hear from you soon concerning this matter. I do not know what happened to the comment you made about my parents not raising you right. Well I emancipated myself from them. I asked my mother for money, and she refused to give it to me. So I stole her credit card and took from her account. She betrayed me by calling the police. I wanted to hit her. I told her that I wished she were dead and I am now emancipated from her. Good thing too because I saved money this mother's day. I did not have to buy that bi%ch a present. I no longer consider her my mother. I now consider her a bi$ch.
