It seems like all the McDonalds restaurants in the Joliet/Plainfield, IL area serve undercooked quarter pounders. Have complained numerous times by filling out the receipts but nobody seems to care. Eventually someone is going to become very ill by eating what is basically raw beef. i tried a different location today at lunch and same thing... inside of the burger is raw...yuck. Considering they raised their prices, the least they could do is cook the food completely.

Also, fries are dark brown, hard and cold.

Every trip to Littleton Walmart mc Donald's the service is poor. They are either out of stuff or grill isn't working. The Big Macs are cold and dry. The buns crumble and are very stale. Have to Always wait for fries. What's up with this mc Donald's. Afraid to try any other location now. Help!
It is convenient because it is on the way out to my car with groceries.

There have been many occasions where McDonald's Sydenham make you think that they either don't care about their jobs or don't care about the service you get. You constantly don't get the correct order even though you are sometimes made to wait 15min in waiting bay. Food is pretty much always cold the burgers are falling apart and you never get the extra sauce or they leave the onions in when you say no onions. Today we received the wrong ice creams, the Mc Spider had no ice cream in it first, the second time the lid wasn't put on properly and as worker was giving it to me through car window it fell all over the inside of my car, third time syrup was still all over the outside of the cup and had to tell worker to please wipe it or give me some tissues which she replied with a sigh and walked off, fourth time came back with the exact same problem just not as bad as the third time but still had syrup, by then I was over it told the worker it's the same and asked about the tissues which she ignored and walked back into the store without a reply. This is the first time I have made a complaint like this before but honestly that store is the worst store I have ever been to in my life. Workers need to be trained properly or sacked and then given to people who actually care, please do something about this store so that they can actually realise how bad their service is with both food and customer service.

I'm complaining about nikki she is very disrespectful to the workers and customers she talk as if she has kids in there she need to b removed this is not the only time I came in there n seen her acting this way. I come in almost everyday I been coming here for years I don't like her ways my experience there when she's the is not satisfied at all...

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal LARGE at the McDonald's on Baltimore Blvd in Westminster MD. However the LARGE fries I received was only half full, if that. If you are going to raise your prices then at least give people what they ordersd. I ordered a LARGE fry not a small and I certainly PAID for the large. I don't care what time it is or how busy you are (which they really weren't that busy) it doesn't take long to make more and give people what they ordered.

I am a regular at the Elk Mill Retail park Mcdonalds when I ordered a chocolate muffin at the window. The man on the till read back the order to me of my cappuccino and muffin. I then went to pick up the order when they said I only paid for a cappuccino so I said ok thats fine can I just pay for it here then. They said no you have to queue back up In the drivethru . When this is their mistake why should I have to queue up again in a 20 minute wait for something that is there fault? I said this and the manager said no were not doing it. I said well I'm staying here until I get it I have a contactless card or change for you to put it through so why is there an issue. she said well were not doing it and shut the drive through windows in my face. This is absolutely ridiculous of her to shut the windows in a paying customers face who comes atleast once a week to this mcdonalds. They never put my order through and no apologies were given for the inconvenience of the situation and no blame was taken from their mistake. I will not be going to my local mcdonalds ever again after how rude the manager was. The manager was asian, small and rude. I believe her name might be Sadia but I have heard people have already had issues with her so maybe customer service isn't the right job for her. I don't know what you can do to fix this but it has really put me off from visiting mcdonalds again especially when I spend a fortune every week.

I waited twenty minutes in the drive through line for a frappe four cheeseburgers and a 20 piece mcnugget and after waitinf 20-25 minutes in line just to get my food and when i got up to the window kindly asked if we could get a discount for such the long wait and the manager told me "No because then I would have to give everyone else one." Then shut the window on us. After opening our food an examing it we found that the burgers were rubbery and hard from sitting under the heat lamp for so long and when i called the same manager hung up on me after i asked wht i waited for 20 minutes for rubbery food. I then called her back on a different number because they wouldnt answer my phone call on my number and when they finally answered on a different number from a totally separate phone i asked for her name an she sat an proceeded to argue with me for five minutes about giving me her name so i could call or contact your establishment to complain about her. I still havent acquired her name or any sort of id for her but shes a bigger girl thats shorter with short black hair and tattoos and braces and works the night shift as for i went through the drive through in st cloud mn off of division around midnight. I would either appreciate a refund or free meal or a discount to compensate your employees rude behavior. You can reach me at [protected] thabk you in advanced.

The first location I stopped at was on Baltimore street for breakfast. The egg mcmuffin was burnt, egg overcooked, hash Brown was overcooked and my medium iced coffee looked like a small. On December 2, 2018 I stopped at the McDonald's location on Carlisle street for breakfast. I ordered a large iced peppermint mocha and a hash Brown. When I took a bite of the hash brown, it was very tough and overcooked. I tried asking the worker, who was a manager to exchange or replace a new hash Brown. She blew me off, saying that the policy was no exchanges, while trying to rush me out of the drive thru. The only thing I would have liked would have been a replacement or my money refunded. I am very disappointed in McDonald's customers service and quality of foods. I am not sure if I will be returning in the future. Please correct these actions so that they don't happen again the next time someone visits.

My name is Judy .on November [protected]@ 2:30 I redeemed 2 Mcchicken sandwiches on 8191 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 3A9 n brought back home for my sons .the manager s name is Rhonno or Rhonna .I came back to talk to her on Nov 23 about the sandwichs both that the buns were burn INSIDE n the 2 chicken patties were DARK BROWN n DRY . My sons just had 1 bite n threw it away .he said it is too hard to SWALLOW .I thought that they would believe what i told them, just 2 sandwichs i don't have to lie it is not worth it to lie as the same time I couln't find the receipt in side the bag so that I could call them right away to let them know . they forgot to give me the receipt .I didn'take the picture of burness n dryness of the food because I thought they would believe on me .I was so disspointed about what the Rhona or Rhono said to me .she gave me the look n attitude that by saying what if I ate the sandwichs, if no receit no picture then she couln't help me I already told her that I couln't find the receipt in side the bag .as I know that all Mcdonal often forgot to give the customer receitp, it happened on me so many times before .she really insulted me with the look n the attitude that she gave me .I kept thinking of the attitude that Rhona or Rhonno gave me it made me couln't sleep . because I honestly told her that what I told her was the truth . she really hurt my feeling over the only 2 sandwichs . I think because I redeemed the sanwichs with the Monopoly stickers for free that is why they didn't care for for the customer SERVICE n the food QUALITY n SATISFACTION . I now learnt a lesson next time I will take a picture of food n show it to them even I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE RECEIPT . the most upset thing was she just wakled away from me n led me wait in front of the window for awhile until I asked the girl to help me to call her to come out again to talk to me .I would like to ask whom that may concern to help to solve this issue to let me know .I don't care about food compensation but my DIGNITY for telling the manager the truth n the end she gave me that kind of rude by walking away while taking to me .I am afraid that this will damage your store image if there is manager like her to work in that store . I went into church st Liverpool restaurant ordered 20 nuggets medium fries medium coke I used a voucher to get big Mac & fries with a chilli dip off the self service machine at 19.17
Order got shouted at about 7.25 no 36 I grabbed the bag then headed to the bus as I was in rush jumped on the bus opened my bag and there was no Big Mac fries or dip just nuggets & medium fries plus the coke which left me with no tea my email is [protected]@hotmail.com

Cash refund so I was informed Buy your McDonald's manager that I am not allowed to get a refund because he said that he refunded it to my card but I have proof that it was not refunded and he said there's nothing he can do I was charged double on my card and I wanted a refund and I did not go back on my card so why can I get refunded my money. I don't understand Why I go and purchase something a meal that was over nine dollars and I purchase it with my plasma card from CSL plasma center and your manager at your store says he cannot refund me he can't give me my money back that I have to call a number and talk to somebody but they're closed because there is central time how do I get this resolved

I went through the drive thru of mc Donalds on wyandotte in Bethlehem pa. I order the classic meal deal, and the cashier told me they was out of apple pies, therefore I could not order they because they was not offering no substitute. So instead of me paying $6 for a promotion they was advertising I had to pay $8.00 for a big mac meal. If you are running a promotion and you run out of an item that's included in the promotion, customers should have the opportunity to order the meal with or without the missing item and not be denied the promotion altogether.

On November 17th at 3:30 a.m. I went to McDonalds in Midland Ontario ( a 24 hr location) for food. I placed my order in the drive through and the clerk said I'm sorry we are in a shift change and can't serve you. I said I can pay cash if you like and she replied that the order would be half an hour. Unsure I heard right I asked she repeat it and she repeated the same response. So it turns out a 24 hr hour McDonalds can't provide food for a half hour? Ridiculous. Needless to say I didn't wait ! left disappointed

changes made for the future at McDonald's has put such a black eye on the company I don't know how it can bring back customers it has lost. No matter how few customers there are it takes 2 to 3 times longer to get your food. The relationship of having friendly service is and help is a joke. They pretend to care but still do the same things wrong over and over. Do not give you the correct things you order constantly. Date of incident is also a joke. Too numerous to list. Have to check order every single time. Even when I tell them they made a mistake the day before they do not respond right. This morning when I got breakfast I told them the egg white delight yesterday I ordered was not a egg white delight to please make sure it is today. When I received my order today I check it before I left the drive thru window and again it was not what I ordered. This is a constant thing now. You have taken away it feeling like a family place into feeling a self automated machine. Today also while I was waiting for my order to be corrected another customer walked out yelling how McDonalds now sucks. I've witnessed people walking out because of the slowness or complaining to manager all the time. Its not the same one because I go to many different ones in Memphis so it not just one store. The reason I keep going back because I do like there menu. But I too will finally reach a limit where I won't pay to be abused by poor service, inadequate employees or what seemingly is not a concern of upper management to make the visit of its customers more pleasant since this is not my first complaint. It seems to be getting worse not better. Eventually the profits will stop rolling in and when that happens it might be to late to correct things quick enough that McDonalds will suffer a big financial blow. Maybe since these are franchises the owners of them will be the ones to suffer and corporate still sits there on there fat bank accounts offer franchises to the next suckers. I know I wont be acknowledge about this problem I have witnessed by numerous other customers but wonder if its time to see if the local newspapers like to know or investigate how McDonalds is all about the profit and not its customers that are the reason for there profits. I've copied everything I've typed incase I need to show proof of my complaint which you should of received other complaints from me. By the way the free food things you have sent me thinking it would make be a happier customer didn't work nor did I use them.

I want to know how somebody can give years of there life and not get their vacation pay? Tim and Cathy Wilson are terrible owners and only care about themselves. I earned it. If u are looking for a job don't bother cause they are awful to work for! Yes I left on bad terms but I earned it! I am going to keep fighting it! But I need help with it. He owns the Gladstone And Esky one. I still think it is against the law to not pay it!

On November 14th I went to the McDonalds on East Stone Drive in Kingsport Tennessee, and I ordered a caramel macchiato. I always go there because of the great service and they make their macchiatos very tasty. Upon leaving (I ordered at the window) I took a drink and it tasted like cold coffee with a strong coffee taste. Thinking I just need to stir it up I waited until I got home and stirred it up and tasted it. It was horrible! They had forgotten to put the caramel in, and all I tasted was a strong iced coffee taste, I called McDonalds and a young man by the name of Tyler I believe, told me he would write my name down, and I could come pick it up the next day. I didn't make it the next day because I was sick, but on the 16th I drove by to pick up my macchiato, and the man in the window (I could not see his name and he did not tell me) told me my name was not there and "I was not getting a macchiato for free" This infuriated me because I never want anything for free, I always pay for my items when I order there. It was their mistake and I just wanted what they promised. So I drove away and here I am. Please take care of your rude workers there, because otherwise you will lose many customers. I for one do not want to go back. Lynn Garden is a lot closer to me anyway. Paula Weldon
