McDonald's breakfast items

Went through the drive thu around 11:30 am and ordered sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese without the muffins, a hash brown and large coffee. All of which were extremely cold. The breakfast was literally thrown into the container. This is becoming quite frequent. I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere if this continues. It's very unfortunate that McDonald's is slowly going down hill.

McDonald's hazlehurst, ms mcdonalds. service and product

I went through the drive through this morning at McDonald's in Hazlehurst. The only thing that I will ever eat there are the biscuits. I placed my order three times in the drive through before I was acknowledged which took three or four minutes, but I was ok with that. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit like I always do, and they are usually like $1. or do.. Today it was $3.47. ok I guess they went up. So I take my order and go to work and when I open it up - there is no egg in my Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Pluss the biscuit is as hard as a rock. Biscuits should not crunch. Nothing fluffy and light about this one. I threw that 20 minutes and $3.47 in the trash and went to the vending machine for something I could eat. You might think this is an exception and they just messed it up, but the McDonalds in Hazlehurst has very seldom ever gotten my order right. Well why do I go back? It's been at least 6-8 months since I have tried them. You would think with a new building and all that fancy electronics and stuff that they deserve another chance. They remodled the whole building. Not so - still just a bunch of crappy people taking pride in not getting anything right. I won't be back. Hope those $15.00 per hour folks are happy down there.

McDonald's employee attitude

Went into your restaurant to get coffee and breakfast after waiting outside the door 6 minutes after 5 am, and the lady that opened the door mumbled something about bums and people just hanging out. First of all I have a full time job, and second, I have never been in this particular restaurant before. I was too upset to hang around and get the woman's name, but she was wearing a drive thru headset, heavyset, white woman. This happened at 5:08 am in the restaurant located on Weber St. Colorado Springs, CO on April 26, 2018. I do not plan on visiting that location again.

McDonald's very poor service

Schaumburg illinois, store at corner of barrington road and schaumburg road, 3 times in the last 2 weeks I have simply ordered a coffee at drive thru, after waiting in line of only 3 or 4 cars, lasting up to 15 minutes, I get to window and they ask me what my order was, well tonite 4/23/18 I pulled away this is the worst mcdonalds I have ever encountered and something needs to be done

McDonald's negligent customer service

I've been a Mcdonalds customer for years, I was excited at the fact a local store was opening in my area wich would be great for breakfast and lunch, I ordered a bacon macdouble at this new location after a very long wait I received my ordered I came to realize after grabbing it out the bag that the burger seemed very cold took a bite and yes the burger was cold as ice, also to ad to my disgust I opened the burger bun and found a piece of lettuce, the burger I ordered did not include lettuce, I was very upset I had ordered through a drive through and was driving, my frustration made me turn around and walk in the restaurant and notify them of the problem I was not receive respectfully and was given another burger and guess what another cold as ice burger I directly call the manager and told her mu complaint and she just promise a refund my burger was 2dollars is it not absolutely about the money but the lack of service and Mcdonalds not meeting my expectations to have what every customer deserve a good service and a fresh cook meal please help, as a customer I should get the product I'm paying for this Mcdonalds fail to do so miserably, can I have my security again and count on this restaurant to fulfill what Mcdonalds is advertising please, thank you

McDonald's good, customer service and my son getting injured

To whom it may concern,
Roughly 2 years ago I took my kids there for dinner upon leaving the playground area the door wasn't on a slow close it closed so fast sending my son feet back in a daze. He kept grinding his teeth and was seen at urgent care for bruising, contusions, and teeth grinding as the weeks went on his front tooth turn dark in color which at 5 years old he's embarrassed about. When I told the worker she could of cared less. I was so aggravated by the way I was treated and I told the supervisor I don't know what I was going to do and if his perminate tooth is damage there will be a law suit. I was never reimbursed for doctors, hospital visits, gas ect. That's the LEAST they could of done. Upon going back my kids were playing in the area again and my daughter is now where to be found she got behind the playground where there's ladders, wood, tools, I brought the lock up to the front and told them
To lock it before someone's kid gets injuried she told me her manager was coming in so I told her the same thing she laugh and said she didn't even have the key after having a kid injuried there and one who could of been injured I didn't find it funny and told her to shut down the play area then and I'd course they didn't then going through the drive through because I refuse to have my kids in there we get 2-4 piece chicken nuggets, 2 hamburgers, lg fry, and 2 Big Mac meals. The frys tasted like they sat in oil all day and luke warm nuggets were like rocks and the big Mac were soggy and ended up trashing everything and going to KFC. I'd like something done ASAP and I'm the meantime I plan on calling attorneys.

HOW I GOT MY XMAS LOAN.

How I was able to get a loan despite my poor credit.

McDonald's slow service and wrong product

I ran into McDonalds and got a happy meal and a double cheese burger. I asked for my burger with ONLY pickle and cheese on it. When I got to my dance show and went to eat my burger, there was ketchup, mustard, and onion all over the wrapper. I waited 15 minutes for it to begin with so when I got back to the show I was very disappointed and unable to go get it fixed. This is not the first time it has happened.

McDonald's shantel

I had order a double quarter pounder meal with only onions I drove all the way home just to find out that they had put pickles on it when the receipt clearly said only onions. And when I went back to get a refund Shantel had an attitude like if I was disturbing her. I was waiting for 10 minuets until she finally decided to come over & give me my refund. Her customer service was very very unprofessional. So unhappy!

So sick of going to eat here and having to witness managers or whoever is in charge yelling at other employees.These workers are rude to each other!No one wants to eat in this type of environment.At least I don't.I used to love this restaurant now I avoid it.Managers and team leaders should be more patient with new employees.That's one of the reasons they cannot keep good workers.

McDonald's the manager who called police on the man who bought food for the homeless gentleman

This is not an isolated event that occurred at your Myrtle Beach branch. I want to inform you of a McDonalds in Dayton, Ohio. See after seeing the video of the incident at the Myrtle Beach store, thought you should know how your Managers at the McDonald's on the corner of Sibenthaler and Salem Ave in Dayton, Ohio are.
My Fiance was eating there and he bought food for a homeless lady (she was not begging or anything he saw her and offered to her food). After he ordered her food and paid for her food, the Manger came out (a female manager) and forced the homeless woman to leave. Funny thing is that she the manager waited until my finance had paid for the food. Yeah, it became quite obvious that your manager in that store was more concerned about getting the money than someone helping a homeless person.
Sadly your restaurants and managers and employees are becoming rude and hateful to those of us who want to help the homeless. My Fiance refuses to eat at that McDonald's here in Dayton, Ohio. After seeing this video on Facebook concerning the treatment of 1 the homeless man getting the cops called on him and being charged with trespassing and the gentleman who willingly out of his own desire bought the homeless man the food, we decided that you in upper Management know what goes on at your restaurant on the corner of Sibenthaler and Salem Ave in Dayton, Ohio.
You having a growing problem and customers like myself and my fiance are having a problem with you. See my fiance was once homeless living in a car, and he has been blessed to have a better situation in life, he wants to be a blessing now. That's why those of us buy food for the homeless, see we realise we've been blessed and we want to be a blessing. As for my fiance and myself we choose burger king, Wendy's or waffle house now. Well we just wanted you to know those restaurants don't have any issue with it!

McDonald's a roach was in my daughter's drink this morning.

This morning like every morning before school since August of 2017 I take my daughter that has ocd to McDonald's for her hot cakes and a side of bacon with a water. This morning her water had a roach in it at the parsons tn McDonald's. I called them and told them they apologized. I own a business in parsons as well and we use a local pest control which keeps bugs gone. We will no longer visit the McDonalds. I guess visiting there every day since August and this is my first complaint. Never have I ever had trouble with the service or food but this is nasty.

april 18, around 11pm
I was ordering one pc chicken with fries when the crew said that rice will be served after 30 mins. so I side stepped to ask my friend if its ok to wait(over sms) .then I went back to the counter, and saw customer ordered chicken with rice then I confirmed with her if she ordered with rice and said yes. so I went to the counter and complaint about it. technically I ordered before her but she was given what she ordered. in the end, the manager just apologized. I was having a bad day, and they just added to it.

McDonald's service and pricing

I have totally given up on the McDonald's on Main Street in Willimantic Connecticut I arrived there at 10 after 6 this morning and there were employees and customers waiting outside the door I promptly left and went to the Mansfield Connecticut location on Route 195. It was there that I paid for my usual egg and cheese biscuit and a large black coffee $2.97. For the same two items daily it would cost me $4.17 in Willimantic
I think the McDonald's in Willimantic should review its pricing and customer service policies but I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon

McDonald's the taste of coke

I am one of your biggest fans and enjoy being able to pick up a quick burger or fish or chicken sandwich. The major reason that I preferred McDonald's over other fast food chains was the taste of your cokes. However, that has changed because of the changes you have made in the delivery of coke. You have switched to those machines that offer a buffet of drink flavors. That would be fine if you had isolated the coke from the other flavors, but you didn't. Now if you choose coke to drink, you get a "cherry, orange, Hawaiian Punch coke." The coke no longer tastes like coke. Please reconsider or reconfigure your machines so that the coke will taste like coke. My closest McDonald's still uses the old separate drink machine which I was very grateful for because the coke tasted like coke. However, that has changed since you switched the formula to the "original coke taste." The "original coke taste" is not as good as that special McDonald's coke flavor you used to have. You had the best cokes and I chose your chain because of that. I no longer have that reason to choose McDonald's. You have really made a big mistake.

The company has its own authentic characteristics all over the world anywhere i've bee And wherever we visit ur locations.
Unfortunately in Lebanon nothing of it the taste of the food is disgusting and there us no refill for the cola which is ur trade mark ...
we all know u have 3 sizes for meals (fried-cola cups) normal. Medium. Large in lebanon they decided to stop serving the medium size
As for the pricing thing a simple sandwich am not talking about big mac or whatever we pay 5$ y? While i can have a whole meal for that amount in another country! No bacon mac and many other items...
I think u guys should reconsider or check it out...

McDonald's service 3212 e greenway rd, phoenix, az 85032

5:00 pm on Friday April 13, 2018 - Extremely rude staff, including the floor manager. Food was ordered and 20 minutes later I still don't have the food ready. During this time the store manager is yelling in Spanish to employees right in the front of the registers. It takes me minutes to get her attention to inquire of my order. Her response is "Wait, I'll make it again!". I ask for a refund. I am told "get the f*** out of my store". I start recording. I am refused a refund and police is called by making a false statement to the 911 dispatcher. Police never arrives. I leave about 15 minutes later.

McDonald's 33.30 euro debited wrongly from kiosk

On 6th April 2018 aroung 12 noon I visited McDonald Store at Chamonix, France.

I tried order from the Kiosk but when I have punched my multi currency forex card, 11.10 euro got deducted three times from my card and it said declined.
I got the order token. So I went to the counter and again I had to pay 11.10 euro for that order.

So for order valued 11.10 actually I paid 44.40 euro.
And till now 33.30 euro has not yet been refunded.

Now I am back to India and unable to contact them.

My card no is ending with 2481.

McDonald's restaurant

I have never experienced anything as ridiculous as the drive through experience I had tonight. My receipt notes the time of crazy as 8:29 pm. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, 1 small chocolate shake, 1 small vanilla shake, 2 orders of 6 count nuggets and three chocolate cookies. When they gave me my order I was missing a 6 count of chicken nuggets. I waited for the attendant (young, dirty blonde hair, speaks slowly) to come back to the window and said I was missing a six count of chicken nuggets to which she replied I did not need to be rude. Apparently she perceived my correction of her as rude to which I replied I am missing my nuggets. She then turned to speak with a woman she identified as the manager (short, African American woman with glasses), then turned back to me and said I only ordered one. I then showed her on my receipt where it showed I ordered and paid for 2. Again, she said slowly, "you don't gotta be rude". Then I did get rude and said just give me my nuggets. She walked away from the window waving her hands to her side and the manager came to the window. I repeated to her that I ordered 2 6 count chicken nuggets, pointing to them in the receipt. She told me she needed my bag of food so she could "verify". So they already said they thought I ordered one and only put one in the bag and then wanted to verify that there weren't two in the bag. I collected all the food back in the bag handed it along with the shakes back to her and said " on what planet does a drive through EVER tell a customer to pass all the food back to them." I said I want my money back. Why would I EVER want a bag of food back from people who thought I was "rude" asking for what I paid for. The manager walked away from the window with the food and another woman came to the window asking what she could do. She was polite so I politely told her what happened and said I just want my money back. She said I'm sorry and I will get that for you taking the receipt. Her name is Jautana and she was kind. Then, the original came back to the window and I needed to pull forward. I said no, give me money back. Then her equally incompetent manager came to the window telling me to pull forward. I said that I was coming in. After several minutes Jautana brought me cash back for my purchase and the receipt. I thanked her for her help and being the only one with sense for solving this problem and the only person with an instinct for customer service. I then asked for the general manager's name (Kayla), her name and the manager's name... she said she could spell the manager's name but it is Tanika or Tyika. This was the most insane restaurant experience I have ever encountered. If you are going to hire incompetent people, at minimum make sure they are humble. Hiring prideful, incompetent people only gets you unsatisfied customers and individuals who cannot take correction without thinking someone is being rude. Make no mistake, I had no problem letting them hear what rude sounded like after they were completely degrading to me. I will be calling the GM at 7am tomorrow. I want nothing from them but I will be sure to relay the experience to the GM. We can get cheeseburgers and nuggets anywhere. Why would I ever go to a McDonald's again if they don't know how to hire competent people with and ounce of customer service skills? Not worth the trouble.

McDonald's service

Last night my son and I went to the drive through at a McDonald's in Colorado Springs on Barnes road. We ordered then we were told to pull forward to 1 of 2 waiting areas in the parking lot. Twice they brought other people's orders to us then 23 minutes later we finally got our one order of chicken strips fries and 2 drinks. 23 minutes. I got home and the strips were so over cooked and hard that I couldn't eat them. This has been happening for some time now, that they ask people to pull out of line just to get their waiting time numbers down. I'm soaked that such a reputable company would allow this type of conduct. Never going back to this McDonald's again.

I need to know why my bank card was charged $21.95 and for what? I ordered your special online and was billed for that and paid it. Please check your accounts and my number is 7241818CTUS and tell me what is going on. Please do not charge my account again and I would like to have my money put back.
