McDonald's employee

I am complaining about an employee who didn't have a mcdonald's uniform on but they were working there. They seriously were so rude and said that they don't serve the homeless to me for no apparent reason and I was severely shocked and annoyed by this. I don't know who they think they are and they can't accuse people of being homeless which is rude childish and unprofessional. I seriously don't even know how they got deeply personal all of a sudden and wanted to act like they knew who I was? Their only job is to serve food to customers which only lasts for like five to seven minutes and i'm seriously sick of employees paying attention to customers. — like their so innocent if they work there? Employees can be criminals too so I don't even care? She said that she was going to call the cops and I couldn't believe it? I didn't even know what she was talking about and I am so sick of people acting like simple things are serious crimes? Calling the cops is something serious but a lot of people act like calling the cops is a toy and it's ridiculous! Also I can't even believe the nonchalance about calling a cop? And making someones day bad or like hell for no reason? How rude? For real? I didn't talk to a cop but I seriously wouldn't even want to eat there after that anyway, duh!? Also how does someone who practically was so rude and discriminatory just easily call the cops and they're in the wrong? Pathetic!?

McDonald's store lobby closed hours before posted closing time

I am sitting in Wendy's restaurant writing my complaint and this is why! We frequent the Delmont, PA McDonalds often. In the past month (September 2018) the store has closed its lobby at least THREE times that I know of before the actual posted closing time. (Tonight, Sunday, September 30th, they had a sign on their door they closed the lobby at 5 PM! It was only 9:15pm when we arrived).
Each time has been due to them not being staffed to accommodate customers! REALLY?!?!? And only ONE of both drive thru lanes is open and needless to say, the drive thru line is long. When this has happened there isn't anyone at the first window and the complete transaction has to take place at the 2nd window which takes even longer!
So fed up with the management of this McDonalds! Managed VERY poorly. All 3 times we have left and went to Wendy's orTaco Bell who is the competeing restaurants, all in the same vicinity.
I wish SOMEONE would step in and fix the problem. Won't be surprised if this McDonalds closes just because it is a disgrace to our community!

McDonald's mobile pay

Ordered for curbside pickup waited for 10 minutes and it said we didn't have an order so we went through the drive thru since the inside of the store is being remodeled. When we got to the window it took them a while to find our order but when they did they said we didn't get our food because we didn't pay but it says we payed through the app. So we ended up waiting for 30 minutes and paying twice. I just want to get a refund for the double charge.

McDonald's service crew who accepts orders at that time (7:35 am)

I came in, noticed that the service crew is still filling out orders for other customers who came ahead of me, so I waited till the service crew is done. 15 minutes has passed, I would like the complaint department to take note that I am the only customer waiting to have my orders taken, the other customers are already busy with their breakfast, A man came in waited a few minutes and the service crew asked him his order, so I called the attention of the service crew about coming in ahead of the gentleman, do you know what the service crew told me, Excuse me? This happened in South Poplar and Imperial Highway in Brea, California, 92821 September 30, 2018

McDonald's teammate being fired and assaulted

This email in reference to an situation that occurred on 9-26-18 at your 1239 location on Broad Street in Henrico VA with two of your employees. My daughter who worked at McDonalds who was fired this morning over her giving a loyal customer a sweet tea 2 WEEKS AGO and not the issue of ASSAULT by a Ms. Claudia in the drive thru who came an up and pushed her body into Tamisha causing her to bump into another employee who then hit the wall an cursed at her during lunch with customers present. Now to my knowledge when an employee physically uses there body to afflict bodily harm on someone is an assault and should result in this employee being fired immediately as she has become an immediate danger to those around her. Now she was sent home and also my Tamisha which I believe was unfair to her as she did not retaliate against Ms. Claudia. Tamisha also has yet to receive any resolution in this matter or has even been approached by a manager on how the issue will be resolved. It is now been 4 days and STILL no one has spoken to her on this issue. Now as for her being fired today I will provide a statement from this customer as he has received free items too from your GM Pamela Jackson.

McDonald's store closed early, associate was rude, and refused to give his name

I came to location-Store #778 at 11:47pm on Saturday 9/29/18, and they refused to serve me. The restaurant was full of people, and an associate rudely yelled- We're closed, when I walked in. The store hours said open until midnight. I then asked his name, and he said rudely "WHY"- then I said I'd like to know, and he aggressively stated that he doesn't have to give me his name, by law.

McDonald's fries, mcdoubles, more importantly the employees

Around 12:40 September 30, I went to McDonald's on Main Street in Baker, La. I ordered two mcdoubles add mayo a small fry and a large sprite. The employee at the first window walked away, for about 1 minute returned and informed me they were out of mcdouble patties. So I asked for hot and spicys instead. Paid $4.94 in total to drive off and realize the fries are about 1 hour old or so because they were cold and very stale. I returned to correct the situation and the employee at the second window said the fry machine was down so I requested my money back and waited like 6 minutes for her to not return on whether I could be refunded my money because she said she had to see if I could get a refund.

McDonald's I am complaining about the service and the food

I did wait for like 30 min to just order and after all that I get my food I cold and the fries no one can eat it
This thing happened to me a few times but this is the first time I am sending the complain
I'm not looking for rewards or anything but I wish you can take care of that or I have to find another restaurant to get my food

McDonald's over all service

I have gone to my local McDonald's for months now and I'd like to say how horrible the service is and the friendliness along with the wait! I usually go in through the drive through and this happens everytime now for the past 2 months. I place my order and then pay, go to the next window to get my food and what do you know the person and it has been multiple people don't say a word... they will either hand me my food not a hi have a good day nothing. Just stair at me hand the bag and slam the window. Well today I went and waited and the second window for my order sat there for 10 mins and then was told "waiting on the nuggets pull up"! I said oh okay thank you and just another dumb stair! Do you guys not believe in customer service and quality no more? I am so upset and disappointed. Everytime I try to be polite to the employees and this is just the worst. I hate paying for something to turn around be treated like I am nothing! I am give good money for this product. Not to be treat badly! I happened to look over their reviews and it's so sad to see I am not the only one. You might want to look into them, I've attached them for you to review.

McDonald's terrible ghetto rude

This store is the worst! Nothing but ghetto rude people who could care less about you or your service. I go here and it never fails that there are employees who don't wear their uniform and constantly mess up your food without any thought. They are jerks and mean. Would rather share their ghetto attitude with you then a simple smile and that seems to be completely fine with all of the managers. I came in to get a tote of cookies which for all of you who don't know that's 13 cookies, I got 9 in total which I waited ten minutes for and was given attitude for no reason. The photos shows the 4 oatmeal raisin I asked for which the girl seemed upset that after she told me "we have none made" I asked her to make some then so I guess this was the result of me asking her to do her job. She gave me 4 less cookies then I paid for and destroyed the oatmeal raisin which were supposed to be new and threw them to the bottom. I am pissed now and will leave every negative comment I can and tell everyone how ghetto mcdonalds has become and what they allow employees to do to their customers. Every negative comment and I will not stop until this is made right.

My name is Juan Carreon I work in a oil plants in texas city my schedule change very often and I really don
t understand why your hours is till midnight and this is the 3rd tme stop after work hungry and ready to get some food from ths pace n texas city and always is not avalable even last tme stop to get food around 11:23 pm they told me the grill os off and they cleanng really is very not acceptable they offer me only a friied chicken sanwich or fried fish this is hamburger place what happen this is not right it happensa at mcdonals in texas city on palmer I can't believe this happen I need to contact a general manager of this location to place a complaint about the hours of operation they don't respect the housrs

McDonald's kids happy meal

I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes on a kids happy meal and ordered the 4pc chicken nugget meal with fries a yogurt, i got the meal and arrived home to give it to my granddaughter and when she opened it it only had 2 nuggets and a few fries spilled in the box they weren't even in a box and no toy, this meal cost almost 5 dollars and all she got was 2 chicken nuggets, this is beyond ridiculous, I have always had good service at McDonald's but this incident makes me seriously give my business to burger king from now on

McDonald's unhappy customer

I went to the McDonald's Restaurant # 4541in Gainesville, Texas on 9/28/2018 to order me some take out. First off I would like to say that I love your Double Quarter pounder sandwiches. I placed a to go order for a Double Quarter Pounder deluxe add bacon, no pickle, well done meat meal (large) with a Hot and spicy chicken sandwich add cheese and tomatoes along with the most famous sweet tea. My total came up to $13.00 and some change. I happily paid for my order and patiently waited for my food to be cooked and served. Once my food was ready I took it with a smile without checking my bag and walked back across the street to the Quality Inn that I was staying at. I have been at work all day and wanted to sink my teeth into a wonderful meal once I had got out of the shower. So when I opened up my bag I then realized that my order had been fixed incorrectly. They had my Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries and Sweet tea correctly but my Double Quarter Pounder was NOT what I had ordered. Instead I had a single Quarter Pounder with cheese. I called the store and explained to them that my order was incorrect. I was instructed by the assistant manager on duty to bring my original receipt back along with the sandwich and that she would replace it. I politely took my wrong sandwich back over and provided my original receipt and she told me that she will have me another one made. I patiently waited for my 2nd sandwich to be made and when my order was ready I took it with a smile without checking the sandwich and thanked her for replacing my sandwich before I walked back across the street to my hotel room. Once I made it up to the room, I was delighted to open up my bag so that I could finally enjoy my meal. To my surprise it was fixed incorrectly again. This time it was STILL a Single Quarter Pounder but it was a deluxe and without the bacon instead of the double like I had asked for in the beginning. So I called the store back about 3 times and could not get no answer. I did not want to walk back over there to exchange it again because I was very tired and just wanted to take me a hot shower and get some rest for work in the morning. I am very disappointed in the service that I received. The reason for me writing this is because I am a very loyal customer and fan to the Double Quarter pounder meal and at this moment I am disappointed in the service I have received twice. Until the workers at that particular McDonald's start paying better attention to the customers orders, I will not shop there no more. I went to that restaurant to receive excellent customer service and look for a delicious meal and got very disappointed of their service.

McDonald's 1444 s havana st, aurora co 80012

I arrived and ordered at the above location on 9/18/18 at 3:30 am. I ended up not leaving the drive thru until 4:01 am. Well, at least the first time. When I pulled up to the first window the young man behind the register was being confronted by what I thought was another employee (Olivia -Mgr). She was rude & Confrontational with him despite the fact that he repeatedly said just a minute I'll get back to you as soon as I'm done with this customer. I was overcharged & then I had to drive back to get my bacon egg & cheese sandwiches because they didn't put the egg in! Olivia (Mgr) was rude & didn't apologize at all for anything. On a positive note you have some good employees in ranger & Noah. They went above & beyond to make sure I left happy

McDonald's time, payment method, service attitude.

I arrived at the McDonald's in Columbia, MO on Clark Ln. @ 03:07. It took 10 minutes before I was greeted, by way of the drive-thru, and there was only someone to say, "Welcome back, cash only."

I ordered 3 Mc chickens. It then took another 15 minutes before I could pay. The lady who took the $20 bill seemed to have trouble, wondering if she could even break it, and another 4 minutes to get my change. Luckily the food came promptly, though I noticed that it was cold.

I'm very disappointed with the McDonald's in Columbia, MO on Clark Ln.

McDonald's terrible service

*This Mcdonald's adress: 2873 John Fitzgerald Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306*

I had a terrible experience. Around 8:00 p.m. yesterday, I stopped by here with my husband and a baby to buy only French fries and two cups of coffee.
We placed orders through an order machine and even paid by credit card. And I waited in front of the pick-up place holding the paper with number 50 on it. I waited without saying anything for ten, twenty, thirty minutes.
But neither the people who worked on the counter nor the people who made French fries and made beverage looked like they were ever going to work. Walking slowly like a turtle, they were busy talking, laughing and playing. The waiting guest didn't think at all. No one knew what to prepare for and how to work more efficiently. Half an hour later, my husband and I asked a male employee who had been replacing the French fries salt for a few minutes, and he answered curtly, "I don't know." At least I would have been less upset if I had taken the gesture "I'll check it out." He was more angry with his attitude and asked two Spanish women who were ordered to pay at the counter. We have already finished the payment by showing the receipt and have been waiting for an hour now.
No one was apologizing. No one was trying to get ready more quickly. I don't know why the every employee works. This McDonald's seems to make everyone hate it.
As a longtime hotel worker, I advise you not to manage your staff this way. Eventually, he waited for more than an hour for the French fries and the employee who handed him the food was like throwing it away.
This is the first time I've had such an experience. I felt so stuffy watching them.
I don't want anything. However, if your company is going to be able to do better, we hope you will hire a passionate employee who would really like to work.

McDonald's only accepting cash

So I work night shifts by the 4390 west Sam Houston pkwy McDonald's and I have gone there about 5 different times quite a bit spread out and every time they say they are only accepting cash. If this is the case I don't see how the system has not been fixed by now... if not the employees do it as cash so they can keep the money and never ring up the order. Either way I can never get food from this McDonald's and it's quite annoying when it is the only option open.

McDonald's quarter pounder w/cheese

My complaint is because I told them no onions, they put onions. Returned it, then they remake it and onions on it again. I complained and they wouldn't talk to me nor give me fresh fries as my first set of fries were cold by the time they get burger right. I am so dissatisfied with food and poor service. I need someone to talk to about this. Manager would not talk to me and am very upset.

McDonald's pumpkin pie

My husband & I have been looking forward to the pumpkin & creme pie this fall (2018) & my husband picked up 2 for our lunch today and we were so disappointed because they were not the pumpkin & creme, but rather just all pumpkin - we did not like them at all & will not be buying any more of them. We normally eat a lot of them, but they were not to our liking & also overbaked - too dark. This particular McDonald's is our favorite one in our area - it's wonderful, but yuck on the pumpkin pie. Please bring back the pumpkin & creme pie! Thank you for letting me sound off!

McDonald's cheeseburger

Last night after a long night of games we went to Parsons Kansas McDonald's to get supper. We don't get to eat out very often and I have never complained about our food before. But last night I ordered 2 cheeseburger large meals with ketchup only on the burgers and it came out with no meat on the burgers. It was a $23 meal and when I got home I had to make dinner anyways because there was only bread, cheese and ketchup. On meat.
