McDonald's I have been charged 3 times for the same food

I had booked my food in McDonald outlet in Paris, 5 rue du renard, 75004, with my axis bank credit card (Visa) for Euro 11.95, was declined. Then booked the same with my kotak bank debit card (MasterCard) for again Euro 11.95, and was declined again. I was asked to pay cash, which I did at the counter. Later I found the both the cards were also charged, despite being declined. So I have been charged three times for the same food. Please ensure the two refunds (of visa and MasterCard) at the earliest. Thank you.

McDonald's food quality and incorrect food

We ordered a boys kids meal that was supposed to be spider man or Wreck it Ralph and received a generic car toy, also the quarter pounder with cheese had so much mustard it was inedible and the chicken sandwich we ordered was soaking wet with mayo. This location incorrectly processes our order all the time. We receive the wrong food, drinks or cold food that appears to be prepared for other customers orders and we are consistently in their drive thru for 10 - 15 minutes, recently in November we were in the drive thru for 23 minutes and were told it was because they wer short handed and we we finally got our order the fries were cold, one drink and one sandwich were incorrect; no special requests were made, we are disgusted with this restaurants inadequate performance.

McDonald's food

On 12-31-2018 my mother and I went to the McDonald's in Hazlehurst MS 39083 and went through the drive through and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers 2 medium fries and 1 large soft drink and a sweet tea and my burgers were dry and fries were old . Also my sweet tea had a hole in the bottom of the cup so it got all in my vehicle . I didn't know my food was like this until I stopped driving and started eating .

McDonald's service/ employees/ food

This Mc Donalds is located in Pittsburgh pa on Stanwix streets and Liberty avenue downtown Pittsburgh..I have gone here several times since the summer... Here is my take on this location and service. it is the WORST! some of the employees are on the phones, wait times for service is long then to actually get your food is another 5 to 10 minutes. Employees do not have uniforms nor hair nets when preparing food. When you enter its like a circus with little organization or direction. This location is a disgrace to your company and should be re-organized to provide the customer service and quality you come to expect from a franchise like this.. Attitude is EVERYTHING! and some of the ppl who wait on you (including managers) act like they are doing you a favor... I will never return or recommend McDonalds to anyone! with this kind of service, attitude and poor food... bill 412.706.1428

McDonald's manager complaint

I visited your 5th Avenue South location on Dec 28, 2018. Went through drive thru. I ordered steak egg cheese wo egg and sausage biscuit. I did not get a receipt and specifically asked for NO folded egg. Guess what I received a folded egg. Called into CS they asked since O did not have a receipt and could not return the merchandise to take a photo of the item. I did so. I went back in the next day and the manager I spoke with adked me when could I come back in because I had already purchased breakfast elsewhere. I told het I would be back on Monday 12/31. I went into location tried to explain to manager name Emily or Emory but she was flat out rude. I dont know how she got past the hiring process. She is AMAZINGLY a manager. Her CS etiquette is highly poor at best.

McDonald's burgers & fries

12/29/2018 @03:38 PM Drive-Thru Order #77

The customer service was sloppy from the beginning. I hope training will improve on repeating back an order to a customer as well as Thank you. This was a drive-thru transaction. The order was simple I thought, a sausage egg McMuffin, a small and a medium french fry, a cheeseburger no onions and 2 medium Sweet Tea's light ice. Order was correct however not hot is not an option. The cheeseburger was less than luke warm to the point that the cheese had not begun to melt. A line of 5-6 cars ahead of me and the Fries were also barely warm. this is not the norm for McDonald's Fries. It's almost a given that if the line in the drive thru is long then the fries will be piping hot. This was not the case at all. I was not asked if I wanted condiments so I asked a team member/manager for some Ketchup. She obliged attempting to give me 2 hands-full of ketchup. I had to say, no just 2 is enough.
Very disappointed in the service and the product.

McDonald's overpricing

I recently stopped at mcdonald's on Woodstock ave. in Rutland vermont I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and didn't realize until I got to work that she charged me 5.38 just for the sandwich. If they are charging people for the meal and not just the sandwich itself they are making a pretty hefty profit at nights end. I would have gone back but was late for work. I was very disappointed because I frequent the establishment often.

You got a fair price. Most McDonald's franchisees charge just under $5.00 for the large sandwiches like the Quarter Pounders and Big Mac. That's just the sandwich. The meal will be more like $7 or $8.

McDonald's product & service

They forgot a sandwhich then it took me 5 minutes to get their attention at the drive through after I had already waited 10 minutes for my food they finally 20 minutes later get the rest of my order to me only to get home and have hard dried up chicken and hard buns only thing fresh was the fries. the manager was totally rude I know its cold but she choose the job she has and I respect that I am also a restaurant general manager but to slam the window in my face and not let me speak is horrible if she acts that way I could only imagine the employees and what they go through with her as their manager overall very unsatisfied with my visit the quailty of my food n service Im not sure ill return back at least not for a while

McDonald's customer services

Sunday December 23, 2018 at 1:30pm I was in the drive thru and I forgot to ask in my order 2 frappe, as soon as I got into the 2nd window I told the lady please I forgot to ask for 2 frappe could you please charge me and add it to my order, other lady I think is a manager came with a bad manners very rude telling me that she doesn't have time that she has a big line, I told her that's not a way to treat a client that I not moving from drive thru until she give the 2 frappe. them she told the other manager that I was with attitude, how I'm going to react to the way that she is treating me. I usually go to this McDonald every week because is a few blocks from my house but I'm not going anymore. it is located it at 7993 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33144

McDonald's manager

I am very disturbed by the manager Terry to our local McDonald's in North Topeka kansas.. This store has an amazing drive thru employee. His name is Cameron. He's such a great person with an awesome personality! He is always happy, respectful, willing to fix anything his customers are unhappy with & quick without hindering the order! I also have found i am not his only regular customer that comes to this McDonald's just to get a great experience from him. It is such a pleasure to come daily to order from him. He always makes my day better! Last week I came into the restaurant instead of my normal drive thru & was very upset to overhear his manager Terry speaking about him in a rude & distasteful manner. It wasn't about how he does his job. It was uncalled for & unacceptable! This is not the first problem I have seen or over heard with this manager since the other manager left. I am also NOT THE ONLY customer that has seen problems with this manager. Maybe she isn't the correct person for this management position.

McDonald's employee

I have never seen anything as upsetting to me as did on Sunday Dec 23rd at 9:40 pm at the McDonalds in Greenfield In.
My sister and I were ordering thru the drive thru.
We were waiting on our food and could see the employees inside the restaurant.
On employee had just fixed an item with whipped cream on it and then licked the top of the whip cream lid.
I was appalled.
When they opened the window to serve our food I suggested to the employee that they might want to throw that can of whip topping away.
Her asked why, I said because the other employee licked it.
The employee that had done it stepped around the corner and said I used my finger!
WRONG we saw what happened.
I was in food service for 25 yrs. I would have fired the person on the spot.
Had I not been so hungry I would have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere.
I had a fish sandwich and large ice tea, My sister had a sausage cheese biscuit and large dr pepper.
I did not get the employees name but could easily describe the person I am speaking of.
I definitely will not eat at this store again.

McDonald's drive thru service

Very rude customer service. Told me I need to check my order before I pull to the window and I asked her name after several confusions with my order and she slammed the window and shrugged her shoulders. Cashier had a bad attitude and was very unethical. She needs more training on customer service and when she gets upset she should walk away politely and have another co-worker step in.

McDonald's locked doors

12-21-18
After a wonderful night out with my family at a Christmas cantata, my children along with my mother in law suggested dining in at Mcdonalds. We went to the McDonalds at 5600 Riverdale in Memphis Tn. The time was 10:47 which allowed us plenty of time to dine-in especially since dine in closes at 12:00 .a.m.

I suggested that we go to the drive thru however, mother-in-law was not in the mood and we all went home without eating. That was very disappointing and I would like coupons for my family of five to have a nice dine-in dinner at McDonald. (Make Up Meal)

McDonald's drive thru

Come on the 3rd window ok now there's parking spots for those who are order got it
But it's no good! After they take your order and your inching your way up around the corner your thinking should I have gone to Wendy's because your hoping there's not a line of car waiting as that's When the drive thru is parking customers in these spots and the 3rd window! Why? To keep their drive time down. Come on guys no one thought this would become a problem

Half way through eating my burger I've discovered something sickening in the actual chicken burger itself to think a well trusted fast food company is providing food like this and could be in your little ones happy meal absolutely disgusting and deffo disgusted, I feel so sick and I've already eaten half of it before even finding something so nasty really cannot believe it that could of been my babies food

McDonald's Buttermilk chicken sandwich

Ordered buttermilk chicken sandwich. Was cooked too long and was not battered. Was just a hard piece of meat. I will not be going back to McDonald's. A chicken sandwich ordered this way should be crispy. Apparently your staff either does not know how long to cook or y'all have poor quality of products y'all are sending to your restaurants. Even the fries were not up to your usual standard. There appeared to have been sitting there under the lights too long.

McDonald's vulgar tv station playing during a visit for supper cnn news I could 12/15/18

My grand children and I stopped for supper on 12:15 2018 at about 10 in the evening CNN news was playing and the news anchor began to repeat vulgar words penis vagina pussy I couldn't believe my ears I was astounded that my grandchildren came to McDonald's and had to listen to something like that I talk to the person in charge and they said there's nothing they can do about it that they always play CNN on the TV you just lost a McDonald's customer and I will put this on social media this is disgusting I will also contact the BBB and see if there's anything they can do and yes I know you don't control what is set on CNN but you can't control what is played on the TVs in McDonald's this was on the McDonald's in Port St Lucie Florida Prima Vista and US1

McDonald's burger and service

Post Road - CummingGa store.
1. Kid doing fries - no gloves and eating fries at station.
2. My quarter pounder was almost raw!
3. Manager (short heavy set lady with long white hair). Yells at staff members in front of customers. She takes a smoke break outside main entrance door and upon returning licks her fingers and goes back to work. No gloves here either.

Prretty much everything disgusting You really need to send in a secret shopper a few times.

I will NEVER enter this McDonald's again.

McDonald's management/drive thru

The management at the Lightfoot restaurant in Williamsburg, VA is horrible. They are not very friendly and act as if the customers are more of a bother. The employees running the drive thru need to have more training. Every time that I am there it either takes at least 15 minutes or they start to give me the incorrect order. I will be really glad when another restaurant opens up across the street from them in about a month.

McDonald's cheese burger

Ok, where to start. First off never go inside this place. Its a very dirty place. Trash everywhere all the time. The last 2 times here. Got nothing on hamburgers. No pickles, lettuce. Yes, both times. This time. One pickle, wow. They went all out. Still no lettuce or tomato. Last I knew, all the things were standard on a cheese burger. We call and guess what. No answer! Does anyone care anymore? And how much more are we going to take of these giant corporations taking advantage of us. I think we should get a lawyer and sue there [censored]. Why? That's what they do to shut people up and still keep on with there crappy morals as a business. Raw meat must be a way to cut cost for them, we surely don't want mc donald's to go broke. What would we do? We over them. Never again!
These multi millionaire's, need to give up some of there profit and pay people good wages with good benefits. They just might get and keep employees that might give a [censored].
