McDonald's dangerouse toy

I recently bought a "happy meal" and came home unhappy. The light inside the spiderwick toy that I examined could probably cause blindness or at least a headache to a small child. I was even more flabbergasted when I found out the toy was for children three and over! A four, five, or six year old wouldn't know not to put the light in their eyes! I am writing a letter to them saying that I want their toy changed immediatly. I cannot believe that the package was telling the truth by saying "safety tested"

Some people get upset about everything. People like you make it a Safety requirerment that all buckets
have a big sign on it, not to stick your head in it.

McDonald's no coffee

I really love McDonals Latte and being from the country we have 100 K. ms to our nearest Maccas. We were in the city at Glenelg and there was a 24 hour Maccas there I promised my granddaughter she could have a hot chocolate and my son and myself wanted a latte each. Imagine my surprise when we were told quite rudely the coffee machine goes off at 9 p. m. A 24 hour outlet and no coffee after 9.pm excuse me what about late night customers. It was only 9.30 when we were there. Imagine my disgust on Tuesday this week when we drove to Renmark 100 k's east. At last my latte but no sorry the machine is broken oh boy that's the last time I hold out for a Macca's Latte best take a thermos from home. Very disgruntled customer. Waikerie S. A. Susan

I do not agree with the drive through staff asking if i want my 5 or 10 cents change...UM YES!...MacDonalds makes millions in profit each year, and all those 5 and 10 cents add up, MacDonald's needs to stop this ...and also when going through drive through and you ask for a mcCafe coffee they don't always make it there, they just do on their normal coffee machines..Not on and no integrity!.

Nicholas 248 is a story teller. What a lot of baloney. The staff are very well spoken and polite, I work in administration at the hospital nearby and take lunch breaks there when I can with colleagues. Sounds more like a disgruntled worker who got the sack. I have seen the young staff there constantly cleaning and even at the busiest of times they keep the standard high. Shame on you Nicholas 248 Fibber!

Hey Speedydash,

This is the job you have choosen. If you are a good salesman and you have to face everything which comes as a part of the job.Yes they might pay you very low that is your problem. You can't blame your client or fight with them its just because you have problem with your owner or other reason.Anyway i wish you good luck for new job if you are looking.

do you have any idea about how bad customers treat us. I've been abused, spat on, hit and called disgusting names by customers all because we don't have eftpos in drive through. We try our hardest while being screamed at to go faster and put up nasty customers. We get paid a disgustingly low amount for the amount we work. I just sat there for 4 hours in darkness because the power went out and we must stay there in case it comes back on without being paid. Your complaint is so petty. Do you actually work or are you just a dole bludger like most of our nasty customers are.

I am really surprised to see comments from the owner or may be the staff from the restaurant on 2008-09-01 by Georgia. In that post there is no salesmanship no humanity. How come these people are doing business. They don't have any respect for their clients.I feel so sorry for those clients who went their and had lots of problem.Anyway Georgia you have to change your attitude.

Have you customers ever thought of how rude you can be to the staff? Have you considered you dont listen when we read the order back and you nod or agree to what we have said? Have you bothered to notice that we can be a extremely busy workplace with staff calling in sick and no one else available, so we manage to run the store on the crew we have?

McDonald's bad service, rude employees, food

This restaurant is located @ `1909 Four Seasons Blvd., in Hendersonville, N. C.

I have had ongoing problems with this McDonalds.
On several occasions, I do not get what I ordered even after returning to the drive up window up to
three times trying just to get what I ordered. On a visit 6 weeks ago, I returned to the window three times, and the order was still not correct. I did not want to sit and check the order and hold up the line. I called the restaurant to complain and was not allowed to talk to a Manager, and was told by (Kim)
that it was my mistake because I did not order the
correct item. But that she would put my name in a
box and replace the item. I never returned to get it.
We were accustom to visiting this location several
mornings per week before school, and after having
so many problems with the orders, we stopped going.

Then 6 weeks later, I stopped to get my daughter her
bagel. I always request extra sauce because the bagel is so dry as I did this time. They put none on
the bagel, nor did they give me the extra I requested. I did check it at the window this time, ask
for the sauce. The clerk at the window, said "it's on
the bagel". I said no it is not! May I have some please. She then muttered something, gave me a
plastic contaniner with a teaspoon of sauce. She was
very rude. I have had many rude encounters there, we will never go back. All we expected was
what we ordered! I would have gladly paid them for
the extra sauce. I have paid up to 25 cents each for
extra sweet and sour sauce. Which I thought was
ridiculous. Obviously this Restaurant is intomaking
money by slinging at you whatever they want, and
are not interested in customer service or treating
customers with any appreciation. McDonalds has
left a bad taste in our mouth!

McDonald's filthy store and rude employees and soggy burgers

We love the fries at McDonalds' so we went to the store to order our food. First of all we were charged a $1.30 for a cup of water. Then the girl came back and told me that she didn't charge me for the fries, she said I owed her $1.96 more for the fries. I paid her and waited for our food and waited and waited and waited some more. Finally it came, then I wished it hadn't. The burgers weren't good, they were cold and soggy. My husband brought his home for our dog. I didn't eat mine either. We won't be going back to that McDonald's again.

McDonald's harassment!

I am making this complaint as a fellow member of staff from one of the many restaurants in the uk for mc donalds i want to bring about the abuse and sexual harassment myself and other members of staff had to take within the last few years, i have worked for mc donalds for nearly two years and between that time in my own experience i have been sexual harassed by both other members of staff and mostly my members of management. I have been called such names as "ignorant ###", "is it a man", "fat ###" , and other comments from a member of management such as "shut your f*cking mouth you fat ### i don't care what you think" etc...

For this i can go on for a while with different types of insults. I have had to put up with members of staff of which are men who would call me a man and sexy ### and comments like is it a man... and thats not a woman! I hate it so much...

When i go to managers to report this abuse which i might add has been going on for more than a year, i try to tell them what is going on and what they say... I was told that something would be done about it but to this day nothing has been done... my time at working at mc donalds has been the worst decision i have ever made in my life...

I have become depressed and stressed out from that job and the frustration that noone would believe me got to me really bad... What rights do we have in cases like these! were people can ge away with abusing staff just because they are friends with the management!

I would never advice anyone to apply for a job in mcdonalds anywhere! since its a big company they think that they are treat there staff like dogs! Because that how i felt! the term in the dictionary for the word mcjob should be kept the same because it is a low pay with NO future prospects job!

Mc Donalds moved in accross the street about 13 years ago. Since then we have been picking their customes trash in our front yard on a daily basis..we keep our yard very neat and take pride in having it that way. You would think Mc donalds would take some responsability in at least having their employes take a walk accross the street and pick up the trash that their costomers have dumped or that the wind has blowen onto our property...every now and then we gather it up and dump it back...at some point i feel that we may get into some trouble but heck it belongs to them anyway doesnt it? we found a seringe in our yard a crack pipe. The kids cant even play in the front lawn who knows what they might find...really dont know what to do?

i purchased some bergers and large fries in the Mc donalds in mansfield town centre on the afternoon of sunday 19th october this year. when i opened the bag at home, i was disscusted to fint the ammount of fries in the large portion container equal to thet of a regular portion. i have this feeling of being well ripped off. i am not hapy with this situation, there were not enough fries to even come level with the top of the box. pay for one thing, and to get less that you should is total fraud.

I have gone to this restaurant weekly I normally order the same I pay half on my Credit Card and the rest cash. Today I Drove through 11/23/2017 . So the Manager ( Kim ) tells me it is impossible to do that I said I have done it plenty of times she rudely (not in so many words) calls me a LIAR I have no need to lie they have done it otherwise I would never ask. So I'm assuming the time I paid split way some one is pocketing the cash and just charging the diffrence on the card. This Mc Donalds has the rudest Manager and some Staff If you can not do your job respectfully then you need to go else where. I do not expect to be treated the way I was no customer should be. Thank you Catherine

I always use mc donalds a lot. this one is situated near a shopping center in chelmsley wood. On alot of occasions. I park my car in Mc donalds and go to the shops 1st not usually to long but today 2nd january I was held up at the bank. I got back to Mcdonalds restaurant and bought my son an happy meal then got back to my car to find a parking ticket. The charge is £70.50 which is really high. I was annoyed by this so i went to speak to the manager about it. He said to phone them if i didn't get any joy then he will try. Basically I've got to pay but this is so un fair as I was a customer at mc donalds.

I was so excited about Mc Donalds coming out with the doller menu breakfast.I absoulty love there hashbrowns. On 8/18/10 i went through the drive through and i waited for about ten minutes to get my food. From what i saw they had messed up on her order and due to there mistake everyone in the drive through had to wait.I had ordered a sausage mc muffin and a hashbrown and two sausage burritos for my boyfriend.Stupid of me i didnt check my bag to make sure my order was correct.I was such in a rush to get home since ive already wasted 15 min being stuck in line that i didnt check.Of course when i got home my order was incorrect. The hashbrown that i had been dreaming about wasnt in the bag.By this time i was really irritated and i did go back.It only cost a dollar for the hashbrown so i wasnt mad in that fact.My boyfriend was telling me forget about it, its only a dollar.I told him no, im going to go back because i bet you that they ran out of hashbrowns.Let me order it, Charged me and just assumed i wouldnt waste my time by going back.Which pisses me the f**& off!So i tell them what happens and of course the lady says oh im sorry were out of hashbrowns because breakfast is over.First, of all I made my order ten minutes ago, and another thing theres a sign that states breakfast ends at 11 and its 10:38! They said they would give me fries but i would have to wait a couple minutes. So my stubburn a@* waited and they gave me fries. The funny thing is the gave me a hashbrown also as a kind of "sorry" present of some sort.Than i though about and thought that stupid dumb b*t** you said your out of hashbrowns. Also, the Sausage Mc Muffin i got was two hard pieces of bread, a sausage patty with a slice of cheese slightly melt on top of it.Its was very dry and didnt have much flavor i should have gone to burger king!

Husband went through drive thru and ordered a a Mcdouble, Mcchicken and small fries. Before leaving he checked the bag to make sure both sandwhiches and fries were there cause we all know how the things out of our ordered. To his luck it was all there. He drove off and headed for his next job site 30 miles away. He ate the Mcdouble first then preceded to unwrap the Mcchicken to eat but to his surprise someone had already eaten to very noticeable bites. How nasty is this? It could not have been returned food cause we all know that returned food goes straight to the trash, so we think. And also pretty sure that it could not have been an employees lunch that was mistakenly wrapped and given out because employees are not suppose to eat behind the counter, we hope. So really how could this happen? Beats me!I told my husband he is lucky that he unwrapped it before he ate it. Me on the other hand i fold my paper down and would have been really pissed if i would have eaten it and then found out someone else had eaten part first.

i went through the drive thru at Mc Donalds Bribie island and arrived at the window to pick up my food, to be asked what my order was, then asked to pull off to the side to wait for my order. I sat in my car and watched the circus unfold around me...McDonalds employees going from car to car asking the half a dozen people parked and waiting for orders, "is this your order"? i sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting fro my order, also being asked, "is this your order' . Food fineally came out, and I was asked, "did i get my drinks?" I said No and I would like to see the manager. I was told that the manager would be sent out with my drinks. 5 minutes later, the manager comes out with my drinks. I tell her that I was not happy with the service and asked if she knew how long I had been sitting there for. The manager says that I have been there for 5 minutes, I say it has been at least 15. Yhe manager then proceeds to argue with neverything I say, so I say I will be lodging a complaint and drive off. I live 4 minutes from Mc donalds, when I get home my food is stone cold and all fries are only half full, also none of the burgers have pickles on them. Not happy Jan!

April 13, 2017. at about 03:15pm, i got served by a Boy (name: Jonathan). After waiting for a while. he asked me what I'm waiting for? I told him i am waiting for my food, and nothing happened. Then after serving 3-4 customers, the woman before me got her food (actually there was no order already, people behind us already got their food). Then i thought it should be my turn, but the coming order was for another customer. Then i asked him where is mine? he said i made it but i don't know why you didn't get it. then he continues his work. Ok i wait, again three or more people got their food, they were all behind us. I asked again for my order, he seemed angry and said "there is a big ###ing line over there *#*#bla bla bla...". I was really pissed off and said i want to file a complaint, he said go find our manager.and just leave me alone. in another 5 minutes i got a chance to talk to the woman manager. I guess she heard my words about complaint and she was not happy either. She told me that they lost my bill and asked me what is my order. I repeated, and she just started to prepare it, i said i want to file a complaint, she showed me the pack and asked me ' is this your order?' I said 'yes but it's too late'. Then she said apologize for the inconvenience. and did not listen to me anymore. Her attitude was just like i was the person who made the mistake. The whole period took 25 minutes which make me missed my friend who was catching the bus back to Toronto. The food was tend for him.

I would like to hear serious apologize from the employee and the woman manager.

McDonald's terrible food!

Last weekend, I think it was 3rd Feb, I ordered a Quarter pounder meal with my husband. In the burger was only one transparent piece of gherkin and a sliver of onion ring about 1/2 inch long, on the pattie. In the picture on the wall the burger was bulging with salad. I took the burger back and the young man was arrogant and unhelpful. He gave me another one which was exactly the same. This time my husband took it back and was told "this is how we make them". Well, a quarter pound of what I don't know, certainly wasn't salad! I'll never go there again.

Mary (on holiday from Qld).

I think they should stick to selling burgers. I purchase whole bean French roast at my local supermarket and it is the worst coffee I have ever drank. For days I have been trying to get on the web site www.mcdonalds.com/mccafeathome as it suggests on product and the web site seems to not exist. They should leave the coffee market to DunkinDonuts and Starbucks.

On the 2 of March 2009, my partner and i attended the Elizabeth McDonald's restaurant on Elizabeth way

We had gone in for some lunch, while standing there one of the staff members asked who was next and as we approached the counter the staff member (who we found out later was the Manager) looked my partner over and then walked away, he then came back, took another look and proceeded to walk away again. When the manager was approached about the lack of customer service and that the fact that my partner felt discriminated against due to his rough look and the tattoos.

Due to having an opinion (of which you are obviously not allowed) the manager has stated that by having an opinion "the manager" has the right to ban people from any store in South Australia. I thought that this nation was one of freedom of speech...obviously not!

Last night being the 19th of March, I was in your Noarlunga store on the corner of Beach Rd & Dyson Rd christie beach, I was absorlutely degusied with the state of that store, when I walked in their was a line then realised one register was working the other two had signs on then, one had cash only that one was not being used the other was broken down. Then after waiting for 1/2 an hour to place an order had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my food, in that time fries were just pulled straight out of the cooker (not drained)to be boxed up for customers. The floor was disgracful, the icey machine was broken down there was rubbish on the floor in the driver thru. The young female manger looked like she had just got out of bed. To top it all off both my children ended up with stomach aches a couple of hour after eating there meals, one spent the night vomiting in the toilet, has had to stay home from school what a great start to his easter weekend. I think that standards of your stores has very much sliped in this store. This one store I wil never go back to.

McDonald's Job discrimination and defamation of charter!

I worked at this McDonalds for about the last past maybe 2 or 3 months It might not be that long. I myself being an Evangelist who is severing a Mighty God don't have to lie to hold a job where I am not working but 7 or 6 hours a week I love working at Mcdonalds. I through I was doing the manager of the Restaurant a favor. I told him how they were ripping the store off by stealing the Mcchicken, nuggets, grillchicken, apples pies chocolate chips cookies and all kinds of food. I was off from work on 1/31/08 to speak at my church. When I go back to work on 2/1/08, I was called a snith and that no snitches can wurk there. Yes I throught I was doing the right thing by tell the manager but i was taken off the schedule because the crew member and the lady are friends and she went back and told the lady what I said about the stealing I talked to the Area manager or what ever title he has no one called me back, after I talked to him. She Dorine told me that the schedule did not put me on there because she said that she have that time but my application is a legal contract I told them the hours I can work I was working them. The lady told me on the 1st. That she seen snitches go and come. The lady Dorine she was taking things also food and what ever. If you don't want me working there don't discredit me. I am a honest person and the manager at mcdonalds he Hosrs knows this Twice I was given to much money back and twice I gave the money back to the manager so the cashier draw would not be short.I am a child Of GOD I don;t have to lie or go along with people that steal in order to keep my job. I have been nursing for about 28 years now I work part*time because I got into a car accident a man run a redlight and hit my car. I wanted to work at McDonalds and I always wanted to work at McDonalds. I had the chance to work for a place that I always wanted to work. I was lat once I missed work once but I let Hosea know that days before i adopted my 3 child they are all siblings. I will not be treated like nothing because I told the manager about the stealing that why the lady made the statement she seen snitches go and come because the managers are doing the stealing with the crew. U want my schedule back for the hours I told them and sign my application for. I need to here from this company. My next step is Human Right Division. I through I was doing the right thing. Will I do this again yes! I must do the right things to satisfy my Savior Jesus christ I must stand for what is right. I know people don't understand but this what I must do being a Child of God. McDonald's wrong order!

Spent nearly 15 minutes waiting in drive thru (with 5 vehicles ahead of us) - by the way this was at the London Ont Hamilton/Highbury location which also houses their regional office! We waited over 10 min of that time to get to the order speaker. We placed a very simple order; large coke, regular diet coke and a strawberry sundae with nuts. Then more waiting. We had exact change ready to pay. Upon pulling up to the 2nd window, the girl waiting on us hands us a happy meal! When we didn't reach to take it she asked "isn't this what you ordered?" to which we politely responded "No" - without offering anything else - wanting to see if she could figure it out... we were then asked "well what did you order?" We repeated the order, then after giving us the items, another girl at the window at least remembered to check if we got straws (which the first one hadn't given us).

So much for "fast food" - It's easy to see why they gave up the old "30 seconds or less " promise when you'd get coupons for free meals, etc for waiting too long - they'd definitely be out of business by now!

McDonald's terrible treatment of customers and employees!

While new corporate management is more concerned with profit, below is how the effects trickle down: Labor is affected... less and less of it means poor service and less cleanliness... means mgrs and crew work harder to give worse service...Fast food? Near impossible when a min of 9 transactions per each working person is the standard (regardless of how large each transaction is... means, an order with a Big Mac rates the same as an order for 50 Big Macs in regards to labor!)...
Profitability is so desired that issues of poor equipment and it's maintenance is also down-played... one store recently had earth worms burrowing up from under the lobby counter and happily living in the ice machine for over two months! While regular cleaning did not resolve the problem, it took an internal whistle blower to get the problem properly looked at and fixed! If you leave this corporation with multiple complaints of poor treatment and support, complaints that you can no longer work in an environment that does not appreciate it's crew or customers... well, don't bother calling HR and asking for intervention... "there's a new sheriff in town and people are a dime a dozen"... and even if you earned a bonus during the past quarter, if you quit (even with the requested proper notice)... you will never see your earned bonus... I guess if McDonald's needs the money earned, not easily by the mgr, then I hope they are happy with spending my money... while minimum wages went up, and dollar menus were only slightly effected the higher corporate officials are not suffering a pay cut... so the money to keep things across the board as "normal as possible" has to come out of labor and I guess cheating their own by not giving what was earned and promised... so much for them... I'll never spend another dollar at any of them!

McDonald's rude ignorant owner!

I try to order a burger and get second free with coupon at drive thru. I waited then asked how much it would cost. The girl says she didn't know and I would have to wait until I got to the window. While there, was told the one Burger, (Big Extra was $6.63. I said that seemed expensive for one burger, and could have gotten a full meal for that. The girl agreed. she was having trouble figuring out how to modify the register, then the owner comes up freaking out at the young girl, leaves, then comes back to the window freaking out at me, yelling never to come thru there again changing the order at the last minute, and a few other things. then walked away. I left with out anything obviously. If the girl could have told me the price at the order station I would not have changed it, and the only change was no cheese and bacon. This owner is very rude, with no sense of curiosity for his staff or his customers. I can assure you I will never eat at that restaurant again. Just frustrated with people like this owner. (Un real)!

McDonald's being rude and calling customer liars!

Manager was rude and called me a liar. Cashier took my order and items were missing, i.e. (medium drink, fries, and sweet & sour sauce). When I told the cashier that items were missing she told me, "no they are not". then went and got the manager. When I told the manager that items were missing he RUDELY asked for my receipt..saw that the items were not there and asked the cashier to make it right. The cashier got the cup for the medium drink and the fires. When she picked up the cup for the drink she put her fingers inside the cup. I then told the manager to get me another cup and told him what she had done. He told me "She does not do that", and asked me to show him what she did. I showed him and he said "her fingers are clean, that cup is fine". I told him no it is not and to get me a new one. He refused so I then stuck my hands back in the cup and crushed it and told him that not getting me a clean cup is against health policy in any restaurant. He finally got me another cup and then tried to charge me $1.30 for the new cup. I told him "Stick up your butt, I am not paying for something that is not my fault". I then noticed that I had not gotten my sweet & sour sauce and I asked for that. The manager then told me "We are out". I saw that they had two FULL tubes of it where the cashiers pick up the wrapped burgers under the warmers. If this is how McDonald's is ran, then you can rest assured that I will never go back! Edgewood is a small town... word gets around. With Moriarty only being 8 miles away, word will spread there too. I am now going to the papers and filing a complaint with the health board and anyone else that will hear what I have to say. I know I cannot close all the McDonald's all over the country, but the two here in Edgewood and Moriarty New Mexico will be okay by me. We need a sonic anyway!

I have been searching for 13 years trying to locate my daughter. Her mother and I had a bad relationship while she was pregnant, and left me 1 month before she had her. I couldn't find her after that. I got wind from a friend that she was giving birth to my daughter at the hospital in Albuquerque and I called there to try and work things out and see my daughter... That was the last time I ever spoke to her. She ran, hid, whatever you want to call it... For 13 years I have hired private detectives, put adds in papers, internet searches, even walked up and down every street in Moriarty trying to find them... Nothing. I didn't want to separate my daughter from her mother, but I wanted a chance to be her father... That was stripped from me because I refused to convert to Mormonism. After all these years, I found a few friends I knew there online, and one of them saw that Rebecca McClellan and our daughter had moved back to Moriarty. They could not give further information because of threats and "vandalism" upon their families.
I do not want to get anyone hurt or put anyone in a position that could jeopardize careers, lives, or families. I just want to know if my daughter is well, how she is doing. I never wanted to get police involved and court systems, I don't want to drag our families through the mud over this. What else is there to day other than she effectively kidnapped my daughter and got away with it because we were not married. I made huge mistakes back then, and the biggest was letting my daughter go.. IT was the worst, most detrimental thing I could have ever done, and I have been praying and hoping to find her to make amends.
I cannot bear to think I would never get the chance to be part of my daughter's life, and I know that left up to Rebecca, I never would get that chance. But I plead with you, is there anything at all you can do to give me any information about my daughter?
This is all I know./...

Her Mother is married to a man named Bryan Logsdon. They work, or have worked at McDonalds in Moriarty and Edgewood as managers. I have no idea what name they have registered under for my daughter. The only way I know my daughter's name, is because a friend of mine heard Rebecca call her that when she saw them. When trying to confront Rebecca, my friend was told that if she ever heard from me, that she was to tell me that Louise was not my daughter. It was a few years ago that Rebecca filed for child support and she dropped the case because it would mean that I would then have legal right to my daughter. The State would not give me any further information on that.

I understand that you have no authority in this matter, and that I could be anybody trying to get information.. I am not going to hide my identity
My name is Daniel Strickland-Clabaugh

I was trying to place an add in the Moriarty Tribune to be out for this Thursday's issue, but because I just had to drop 1000 on my car repairs, I was left with no way to pay the measly 30 bucks it would have cost me to run a city wide add.
I myself just found my biological dad after 35 years.. and have moved out here to be close to the man I never got to know.. please .. please dont let me make the same mistakes with my daughter. I repeated the sins of my father litterally, I want to end that now.
I do not care if I have to pay child support for the rest of my life if it means I get to have her in my life.
Please.. anything you can do

A very hurt, and desperate father.

McDonald's bad service again & again...

On 02nd January 2007 at about 18:45 hrs, I visited McDonald's family restaurant, Himalaya Mall, Gurukul road, Ahmedabad-380052 (ph: [protected], [protected]) and had purchased 5 McAloo Tikkies for Rs 100/- (invoice no. [protected]). A staff member wearing apron was giving Aloo Tikki to other one to get it sandwiched using a typical spoon. While passing such things I noticed at least one piece fell down (on the tiled floor!) and immediately it was put in the collection basket back and got mixed along with other tikkies. So your food is not hygienic. But at restaurants that too like McDonald's, cleanliness is highly expected. Then I called the manager and told this. He was defending as though nothing much happened. In India, we are eating the food when it falls on the floor, where we walk with shoes/chappals! In many popular restaurants, such might happen but in closed kitchen where customers cannot see such things. Either you keep a camera in the serving area or cover/curtain that area where you dirty service boys do work and deliver items and later nicely come out via machine-tray to reach customers. What is the point in wearing gloves when you serve the items that fall on the floor?

I know now you would send me a standard ready-made reply as the following: "Greetings from McDonald's! Thank you for writing in to us. Please accept our apologies for not replying sooner. We regret to learn that your experience at our restaurant was not up to your expectations. The quality of our food is very important and, with every customer, we're committed to serving the highest quality products possible. We have discussed your complain with the concerned restaurant manager for the necessary action. At McDonald's, we always try to serve our customers to the best of our abilities and their expectations - if not more. And hence, suggestions, observations and feedback from our valued customers help us identify areas of opportunity in our restaurants. We will make sure that apt measures are taken to ensure that the high level of service standards, for which McDonald's is renowned the world over, are consistently maintained. We look forward to an opportunity to serve you again. Thanking you."

Yours truly,
A S Rao

When we call for placing an order, the people are trying to dissuade us from making the order by saying it will take very long, there are too few staff today, or some such comment. Ultimately when we still persist, the order comes in a short time. Why does this happen ?

McDonald's food poisoned!

After eating a Big Mac an hour and a half before, I became extremely feverish, and developed a horrible stomach ache, minor diarrhea, and pounding headache. This lasted for a good three hours and my body was in extreme pain. I took an Advil migraine pill which helped the headache and fever, and the stomach ache to some extent but you can be sure that is my last McDonald's experience. I only eat at McDonald's once or twice a year and I would hate to think of how many people who eat there more often than I have gone through.

EW!

McDonald's long wait and greasy double cheese burger and cold fries!

When i went through McDonald Saturday Dec.29,2007. First of all all i ordered was a double cheese burger meal i got pulled up to the line after waiting a couple of minutes, then they brought my food out to me and the burger was greasy and the fries was cold and the cashier had the nerve to have an attitude. I didn't have time to go back in because i was on my lunch break and i waited long enough for my order and i don't think customers should be treated like this at no restaurant and i love mcdonalds. Its actually one of my favorite fast foods but i will not continue to go there will treatment like this!

I went to Mcdonalds restaurant on San Jose Blvd., in Jacksonville Fla. today. It was in the Walmart super center. I ordered a big mac to go. The bun was so stale, I actually looked for mold on it. I finally pulled the bun off, and ate the meat. I'm sure they do a very good business at that store, so why the stale bun? If we hadn't been in the car, I would have taken it back.

McDonald's bad service!

Upon visiting the Sandbrook Park Rochdale Mcdonalds drive thru i was given the wrong order then told to park up and wait. After five minutes my order arrived and my two chocolate milkshakes contained no chocolate. I had to go into the store where i waited for fifteen minutes for replacements which in the end came as strawberry as the chocolate had apparently ran out. Whilst waiting for my drinks my food had gone cold and i had to listen to the staff using foul language.

I went to MkDonalds in Calgary DownTown on 7ave and 8street on March 23, 2008. I asked for the bathroom keys before ordering the food. Two chineez looking employees told me that I have to order the food first, before going to the bathroom and they didn't give the keys to me. I understand they they are the low class workers, but they have to learn the simple polite behavior when they work with the customers.

I would like to know why the managers who also serve food do not have to have their hair covered, like the rest of the staff, doe's their hair not fall out?, i worked in a food factory for 26 year's and have my nvq in food and drink, my food hygiene and health and safety nvq, in my job role the food was in a sealed jar, and could not be contaminated, but we still had to have every hair covered, why is this any different to manager's of McDonald's.

I went to a McDonalds inside WalMart at Storm Lake, Iowa on Sunday, May 18th at about 2:45pm. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food and then it was cold! My daughter got a pretzel and it was cold also. As if it had just come out of the refrigerator. There was also a spray bottle with cleaning solution sitting on the grill. I also noticed french fries sitting in 4 baskets that had probably been there for at least an hour. There were 3 teenage employees at that location who did not seem to have much supervision. I believe that an inspection should be done and maybe have a manager on staff. One woman in front of me had been waiting for quite some time. The person at the register had to ask her again what she had ordered. She had a young child with her. I feel like something needs to be done in order to improve the service and friendliness of the staff at this location.

You sound like you wrote this to put down "the chineez." Three things: save money so you don't have to eat fast food, save money so you can travel and see other types of people, work on empathy and understanding that people have different points of view than you. Finally, you eat at McDonald's so if you call others low class... IT TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE!

McDonald's terrible service!

I am very disappointed in the service I have continued to receive for this company... I stop at this particular McDonalds almost every night and something is always wrong. The last straw was last night when I stopped I ordered my coffee and I saw that the pot was almost empty. The worker was very confused as to what to do since she would not be able to fill my cup. She then went to the manager (William Hoff) and he proceeded to fill my cup with the bottom of the pot of the regular coffee and top it off with the decaffeinated pot of coffee.

When I asked the worked if they filled my cup with decaf. she had this manager come to the window. He then said he did just what I saw him do and he was sorry. He then said they do not have a big call for coffee so that is why he did this. I then told him since it was (WINTER) I thought it would be a good idea to keep the pots full. Coffee is on the menu so I did not think I was being unreasonable. I would not even of minded had they asked me to pull forward so they could make more coffee. What kind of message does this send to the staff when a manager does this? I hope to hear from you regarding this issue and I hope this problem never happens again to me or someone else.

Thank you for your time
Terri Schenk

McDonald's personal injure

I had a fall while with my grandson at a macdonalds in Langley, b.c. i had never been to this mcdonalds before and approached a booth from the back of it. i did not notice it was a step up booth as i was carrying a tray with two happy meals in tall boxes and i noticed the table was dirty. i told my grandson i would just set the tray down and then clear the table. i then tripped on the step up and fell on my writsts. one was cut and swolen and the other i had a previous injury that had healed and was redamaged. i have spent hundreds of dollars on treatment and medications. i still can't sleep at night without pain killers.
mcdonalds refuses to cover any of my medical expenses and in fact have been quite rude to me. they never offered any type of compensation, nor any condolences. i am thoroughly disgusted with this company and don't plan ever going there again.

McDonald's bad language, filthy rest.

As an employee and her boyfriend sat in the rest. they spoke clearly and loud enough about "mother ###ers, here & mother ###ers there ect.."give me some of dem chips ###"...ect. I was extremely annoyed...I think she was a shift manager...the garbage cans were overflowing with trash, and the restrooms were filthy. Food littered the floor, some of it was dried to the floor. The food was barely hot ...fries were sort of cold and "Flat" from sitting around too long. Kid behind the counter was obviously smoking some good weed, glassy eyed ### who had to study the register to give me back my fortyfive cents. Their is a hidden lesson here for my kids, go ahead smoke dope and you can be a foul mouthed not knowing how to give the proper change idiot and still work at Mcdonalds. Maybe next week he will be a manager...

McDonald's mistreatment

Apparently is isn't imparetive to protect and aknowledge that people, or peoples bearing children are to be considered a sensitive issue. You know, when the persons bearing and almost at there due date you continually find it imparative to work these preagnant persons 50 + hours. And when they don't feel well you tell them tough and to find someone to cover there shift. This goes for managers as well. Now... when someone sues the owner for all there worth they may, just mabey, get the picture that those who wanted a family now have to deal with a loss. Just a hint into a possible future outcome. You know... something to think about.
