McDonald's west linn, oregon-13496 store, ks#3 side 1

Hello,

My husband and I frequent the West Linn, Oregon McDonalds when we're returning from Portland, so after traveling almost 2, 000 miles, up since 3 a.m., and not having a decent meal, we stopped in. I take part fault. When I placed my order I asked for a lemonade. I was promptly told they didn't have any. Instead of asking me if I meant frozen or blended she said curtly no. When I went and chose a medium drink, she then asked me if I wanted a blended lemonade. I said yes. She then curtly announced that they would only be available for one more week. (This shocked me since it's only June 12.)

I'm not one to usually complain, but I feel I need to bring this to your attention. I felt the service was below par - meaning frankly we didn't feel welcome.

In addition to eating at McDonalds in the U.S., we've eaten at McDonalds in Turkey and France.

The other thing that I was deeply saddened was the horrible lack of cleanliness in the women's bathroom. Of the two stalls, one was unfit to enter and use.

McDonald's security service

On the 28th of May about 3.00 pm, my daughter went to McDonald's Frenchgate in Doncaster for a meal with a friend. After queing to get their food, my daughter went back to get some sauce then she and her friend decided to find seats upstairs, just a minute or two, not realising my daughter forgot to pick up her bag from the seat. And when she went back to get, was no longer there, she asked assistance from one of the staff if she had noticed a bag left on the seat and said, she has not seen any bag. While my daughter was looking for her bag around the premises, another group of girls said they've noticed a woman had just gone out carrying a bag exactly the same descriptions my daughter had told them. She quickly gone out of the building trying to find that woman in every possible places. She even asked assistance if she could speak to the manager, unfortunately, no manager came out to help. She rang the police and explain the incident but it's been over 3 weeks now and still no progress with the investigation as we are still waiting for the CCTV camera to be repaired. I know, there was a degree of negligence on my daughter's part but as a well known establishment, it is imperative for any establishment to have CCTV working in good condition for safety and security of every individual. As a parent and as a regular customer as we always utilise McDonald's all over the country and spent thousands, they don't ensure our security, they don't care at all. I am very very disappointed and very unhappy that no one taking this a very serious matter.

I'm not complaining McDonald's management per se, but as high taxpayer, I'm entitled and expecting a good service, ensuring our safety and security especially we are living in a very dangerous world. Theft and robbery are rampant especially in Doncaster and you can not stop people going out. Teenagers are mainly influenced by the horrific society although, most of them are still lacking of common sense, still you cannot detain from going out. Parents have the same problems as I do, grounding them all the time whenever they make mistakes, will not help. Adults like also make mistakes even stupid mistakes. CCTV camera is one best way to catch criminals as incidents are recorded as your proof of evidence. Put yourself in the same situation, God forbids, if one of your love ones have been attacked, and there is no way to catch the assailant, what would you do? Would you just accept that they're CCTV camera is broke? Sometimes, you need to show and empathy, rather, blaming them for their ordeal. Sometimes, you have to be sensitive to others' feelings.

Now, they're saying the CCTV is working and whatever is recorded only lasts within 72 hours as it automatically wiped off, very convenient. How come, on that day the police were investigating, the manager didn't show what was recorded on that CCTV, so they could have seen whoever the person stole my daughte's bag. Someone is LYING here. Or maybe, someone is an accomplice to this crime. The PERSON WHO COMMITTED THIS CRIME WILL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN as SHE MANAGED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS ONE, and people just let her off. Whoever you are, THIEF, hundreds of thousands folds will be taken away from YOU and YOUR FAMILY as PAYBACK - KARMA. This time, you will never ever get away with this.

As additional to my complaint is that, I don't truly believe that the CCTV camera is faulty, it's easy to say it's faulty so there'll be no further questioning from the authorities. My impression is, McDonald's management themselves, just don't want to get involved. Any establishment or public places that don't have their CCTV camera working is actually breaking health and safety regulations. Every individual has the responsibility for each and everyone's safety and security. I truly believe there's negligence and violation on health and safety regulations on the part of the McDonald's management as they just let go off the crime committed. Theft and robbery are both serious offence. This is just my opinion.

McDonald's employment discrimination

My daughter Bailey LaGrone was employed with McDonald's in Harrisonville Missouri. She quite tonight do to how she was treated by being called lazy do to the lack of properly trained on the job. Also not given proper break schedules. I tried to speak to the manager on duty who was rude and I wanted a complaint number. But she didnt know where it was located. So she stated the Gm manager wouldn't be in till Sat from 7-4. But this isnt the first time Bailey has to deal with this kind of treatment of being fust for lack of knowledge of her job when she just started and not being trained at McDonald's. McDonald's drive thru service

Sat in your drive thru 6-12-18 at salina ks from 7:04pm til 7:22pm waiting on a baconmcdouble!
Why the hell do you even have those reserved stalls if you don't even use them?! Are your people too lazing to walk out there? Why do I have to wait for the car in front on me that has a special order?!
I will not be returning any mcdonalds in salina ks ever! And I will spread the word thru all social media!

McDonald's roach sack and looks like a piece of wood soak up in burger

I purchased a Daily Double with No onions, Light Lettuce, and Xtra Mayo, Medium Fries (Well Done) and a Large Dollar Coke for my Fiance'. While her fries was Hot and fresh she began eating them on the way home and once we arrived home she began eating her burger and i stepped outside to go to the car and she then came outside to tell me that she needed to talk to me about her burger. She asked me to look at her burger and i examined it with an flashlight and i told her what it was.

OK! I'm so mad about what just happen to me! Really dissapointed on how Mcdonals management treat guess at this establishment
After ordering my food around 9pm, and paying almost 25$ I never got my food delivered
I saw people order after me and got their food before I did. Clearly they forgot about my order. So manager comes up to us and tells us that the food was already giving out at a different time! Yelling at my wife because of her Mexican accent thinking she wouldn't understand and talk BADK

She made us feel like we wanted to eat for free or Robb them! [censored]

I told them to check cameras and see that we never got our food and she called us a liar and said she couldn't help us with our problem!

So I just got robbed 25$ dollars!

I will never go back to Mcdonals again

McDonald's crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich

My son was given the wrong sandwich to begin with. Then while eating his sandwich he started feeling sick in his stomach. I noticed him peeling what looks like brunt plastic from under his sandwich. I asked him what is he doing and he said Dad this tastes funny. Looking closely it appears to be some kind of paper or plastic cooked into the bottom of the sandwich.
I immediately pickup my camera to document. I then called the complaint hotline where I was put on hold for 13 minutes. Now I reaching out by website

McDonald's price gouging

Outrageous that a McDonakds can raise there prices just because they are at a rest stop on I90. $9.97 for a Fillet-O-Fish meal! What happened to McDobalds caring about its customers? What if I was on a very limited budget with kids? I donate to Ronald McDinald House but guess if they are charging like this in other places they should have plenty of money. I will never stop there again and will make sure everyone I know that travels that way never used it either!

McDonald's was charged twice for a meal and refused to be served as the server and the manger claimed has not been processed by the card machine

I am from India and was holidaying in Europe between 19th to 30th May. We had several meals at various McDonald outlets at Brussels, Amsterdam and in Paris. This is about one of our meals in Paris.

My two kids and I entered the outlet just outside the National Museum of National History in Paris (the one with palaeontology section) at quarter past three and I ordered a meal for ourselves. The server told me the amount is 13.95 Euros. I swiped my International traveller's Card (From Axis Bank) which I was regularly using for my payments including at various McDonald outlets previously.

The server told me the card had not worked. And asked me to swipe again. I thought perhaps i had run out of balance and so changed to my international debit card linked to my salary account in India (from HDFC bank), which again I had swiped multiple times since my holiday began on 19th in Europe.

The server then told me that this swipe failed too. I was very surprised. Just then I received two SMSs on my phone confirming that both Axis and HDFC acocunts have been debited 13.95 Euros each.

I told the server the same and showed him the messaged I have received. He said he is new and called his manager. In a few minutes a short black lady arrived, who told me that my transactions were declined and that I will need to pay by cash. She said sometimes they have problems with international cards. I showed her the messages from my banks and the multiple previous transactions, but to no avail.

She was speaking very rudely and told me it is not her problem. I was feeling humiliated with my kids around who were hungry as it was 15:20 by now and we were looking for lunch. She gave me two slips showing transaction failed and asked me to leave.

I checked with my bankers here is there was a mistake. They told me 'NO'. My account statements form both banks reflect the respective debits, i.e. a total of 27.9 Euros.

In the strongest possible manner, I would like to report the humiliation and the fraudulent practice of this Manager and the server. I got duped and was disrespected. I must say all other McDoland outlets I visit, my family and I am treated with respect.

McDonald's impolite

She was dressed as a manager but did not have a name tag on nor would she tell me her name. I was a bystander and not in anyway connected to the incident. However while in there a Mexican who had poor English was in front of me the casher worked really good at understanding his order but after they called out a number a few times i spoke up and informed her that the gentleman probably could not understand ber and it may be his food. She acted agravated and handed it off to another staff member to go look at his number. The staff member was in no way stressed about checking however while she was over with him looking the manager very loudly made the statment " so what just because he cant speak our language he expects us to serve him. Thats not my problem " and continues on with how he was not welcomed untill he could speak. I am not Mexican however the fact that just because he was a different race she did not give him any respect in regards to helping her paying customer receive his order so i felt obligated to help him. I am in no way Hispanic nor do i know any other languages but i would be mortified had i been treated like that. She would then turn around and give other people extra frys or a drink for there wait do to the oh so time consuming task of haveing to ask someone else to look at his number. She was a heavy set African american in a blue jean color button up with a half hanging off bowtie. This was at 2:30 on june 11th. I could not live with myself knowing she was not in anyway stopped or at least talked to about racist comments or actions.

McDonald's service

I visited McDonalds on Marlborough St., Nassau Bahamas today June 10, 2018, as I do once every few weeks. I took my children for breakfast and ordered two orders of hotcakes, an orange juice, an egg mcmuffin meal with coffee, a chicken mcgriddle and an egg mcmuffin. My order was taken at 09:39 according to the receipt. My order number was #134. While I was waiting with my children I can't stop to tell you how many times I heard the people who were preparing the orders call out many numbers and eventually nobody would pick up the order. I mean nobody! In the mean time I could not stop thinking of what a customer next to me said, he said that he had been waiting for his order for an hour! I came to the conclusion that they (the servers) must not be paying attention to the orders they are handing out and keep making the same orders or as this is what it appears to be. They must have ben doing something really wrong. Yes, I'm sure you will give me an excuse and say that I don't know what is going on but, when you wait for 44 minutes, yes "forty four" minutes for your order to be given, I do not believe that I am wrong! If you go to the videos and watch for my order number you better believe it, it is handed to me 44 minutes later! I waited patiently with my children. I did not disappear for a second and I paid great attention for my number to be called. By far this was the worst waiting experience I have had from this location, not to mention that the other times were bad but not as bad as this time. McDonalds you have dropped the balls and cannot seem to pick them up in Nassau. I know you all know about it, but somebody or some of you are just turning around and not doing a single thing about it. I'm sure you just brush it off since everyone else (all other McDonalds restaurants) are doing sooo well. Yeah who cares, right! Way to go team players. Yeah, don't look at us. We are far on an island and nobody cares!

McDonald's drive thru customer service

I waited in this long line forgot to get a Carmel frappuccino when I went to the pick up window and asked her to add it she seemed frustrated irritated and was like you need to go park on the side and waite fo add it because she doesn't have a register when I asked if she can walk twenty steps behind her or push the button on her walkie talkie to have it added she said no and she was going to call the cops are you serious it seems like fast food places are so quick to throw I'll call the cops all the just to add a item and she didn't even want to tell me her name the only thing I have it the address 1935 Tully rd san jose ca 95122 and ks#13 order number 86 06/9/18 8:04p.m. she said she was the manager hopefully someone will teach her to treat customers with respect and to call the cops when there is really a emergency they dont have time for kid games

McDonald's the employees and food

The employees were playing around too much there was no manager there this was at 9:45pm.
They were really rude and I order a hot fudge sundae and they gave it to me plain and I told them where the chocolate and they just put regular chocolate and gave it to me like that.. they was laughing too much and messed up the rest of my order.. the employee was acting like he didn't hear what I was saying so I had to keep repeating myself to him..

McDonald's drive thru service too ow

McDonald's drive thru is becoming too slow in the afternoons. The workers there tend to be talking with each other and their shift leaders are part of it as well. Orders shouldn't be taking so long to make. Just a couple days ago it took up to 20 mins for the car in front of me to get 1 kids meal. Just 1 kids meal and that shouldn't be taking up 20 mins. Their employees should get their act together because fast food is meant to be fast. On another note, your cooks need to start making their food better. I'm always get sloppy burgers or my sandwiches look as if someone has sat on my burger. Please fix this big issue or I'll have to look for another restaurant for my meals.

McDonald's quarter pounder w/cheese

In Independence, MO on Hwy 291, I ordered a 1/4 lb. w/cheese with a large Dr. Pepper around 10:30pm. The service was quick, and the food was warm. As I was eating it, I almost choked on a large piece of plastic. It's like one from sliced cheese. I think that maybe, it would be a great idea to upgrade/remind people of food safety. Luckily, I coughed the plastic before anything bad happened.

McDonald's compostable coffee pods

My husband has enjoyed McCafe coffee for several years. Unfortunately lately he has been experiencing problems with the coffee pods. The pods develop holes while brewing causing coffee grounds to go into the coffee cup. I have attached a photo for your reference.

McDonald's raw burger

I went to the drive-through at the McDonald's located on 70 West center road Manchester CT. When I got my food home my quarter pounder with cheese was red in the middle. I proceeded to call the McDonald's location to speak with the manager just for him to tell me that that was an acceptable Burger because the new grills that they have does not fully cook the burgers there for all of the burgers are pink in the middle. I then proceeded to tell him that I never received a McDonald's burger that wasn't fully cooked and that this Burger is totally unacceptable. He did not proceed to apologize and/or offer me another burger or my money back at all.

McDonald's customer service

I don't care if you're spending $40 or $4. When you wait in line for longer than you probably should have (no one in line but you and one other car), then pull up to the window to get your food. Its rushed out to you (literally like "here's your food now go!" kind of rush) and you look in your bag to find both fries ordered, just dumped in the bag! Only (if i'm lucky, probably 3 whole fries) a very, very few were still in the fry sack. So, I went back in to address this because again, they were not busy. The manager asked "what size". I could have lied, but why, I told him small. He acted like such a pompas [censored] putting a fry inside a new bag. So I grabbed the bag, left. I then called them back, and oh yeah, he was a pompas [censored] again. I will never eat at this mcdonald's again. I've already taken it to social media. So my thing to whoever... You want to give service with a smile?.? Well someone needs to teach the workers on a friday night at the mcdonald's on sweitzer st in greenville ohio a thing or 10 about customer service. I work with mrdd. And this food was for my client. And he deserves that excellent customer service and food as anyone else does! Period.

McDonald's big mac meal and double quarter pounder meals

While in San Marcos, Texas, picking my son up for summer vacation, I purchased the worst McDonalds meals in my entire life. The food was clearly old, dry and cold. The Fries were also cold. My son always eats his meal ... not today! One bite and it was put back in the bag. As for my meal, it was the same way. We had to stop at Whataburger and buy more food due to hunger. We had a 5 hour drive ahead of us. We want reimbursement or gift cards in lieu of our bad experience and expense.

McDonald's chicken tenders

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders and they were absolutely disgusting. They are not real meat! Chewing the first bite I could tell they were all fillers. I tore the others apart and they were the same way, gross. Your company should be embarrassed to serve those and pass them off as real meat vs the nuggets and they are so expensive. I will never order them again. I guess I will be going to chick fila from now on, where they serve real chicken pieces.
