McDonald's wrong order

I went to macdonald's one morning to get a bac egg cheese mcgrill combo, however when I got back to work it was a sausage biscuit. Really. The fact that I was not able to return the meal I lost out on money and a combo. This information happen on jan 4, 2017 and I have the receipt to prove that I brought the combo. Please help in the situation.

McDonald's service

Several days ago about 4 p/m I was traveling in freeport, texas and on hwy 288 brazosport blvd I went through the drive through. The line was extremely long all through parking lot around building to the windows. The line never moved but several cars for 25 minutes. I am a diabetic so I wanted a drink and food as I was needing sugar for my weakness. Anyway about 40 minutes past but I did move in line as three cars drove off due to wait. Still I stayed got up to order speaker ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal, one large dr pepper one bacon egg cheese and 2 apple pies. So I get to window to pay and the girl ask my order again and I told her. I drove to the other window and the girl ask me for a receipt as she need to enter my order and told me to drive up to holding area in front of line. About 1 hour honestly passed so I got my cell phone told the manager I was waiting. They came out with my sack of food leaving quickly an I looked in the sack finding the apple pies were missing. I also noticed the sausage egg mcmuffin was a egg and sausage was missing. I called back one more time and the girl brought me my egg mcmuffin and the sausage was there but not the egg. The girl said I am sorry and I will give you couple of cookies as the apple pies were not put in oven. I thought this was just impossible. One hour had to go. Told the girl who came out last showed her problems and she said I am sorry. I never complain as employees make mistakes, , , but lots of customers drove off mad at service. I stayed but still got horrible service. Please fix this at your restaurant. My email is [protected]@att.Net

McDonald's wrong giving of burger

I called for mcdelivery and ordered chicken prosperity burger but the box wrote chicken prosperity burger but when I open it, the burger wrap with the cover wrote daging lembu beef... I cant eat beef in my religion! I need to consider it as beef or chicken? It is my lunch... I have nothing to eat now because I not dare to eat. It costs me rm11.95 gawdddd

McDonald's bug in my coffee

I was on my way to work and bought a take out coffee from McDonalds. While I was drinking my coffee I felt something strange in my mouth and after I spit it out I was shocked to see it was a bug! I was absolutely disgusted! How did that happened? I loved McDonalds coffee and bought it almost every day but will never ever do that again. Is it normal to serve coffee with insects or what? Terrible!

McDonald's food cold & wrong

I visited a drive thru around 8pm on apperson drive in salem, va on 12/26/16. My order was definitely cold when I arrived home (Which is about a 5 min drive). Cold fries and old nuggets that definitely had been sitting. They asked me what kind of sauce i'd like & I did not get any.. I was asked to pull up & they would bring my food out so I had to wait (For cold food) & my child's cheeseburger was wrong. I asked for cheese only & it had onions, pickles, & ketchup. This was a waist of time & money & I was definitely not pleased or satisfied.

McDonald's mcdonalds

Comment: I was trying to use a competitor's coupon from BK for, 2 breakfast sandwiches hash brown small coffee for $4, I was going to get 2 egg mc muffins, Alfonso's store manager got irate said, “I cannot do this for $4 I can only give you a buy 1 get 1.” He proceeded to make a scene, Alfonso store manager very disheartening. I explained to him, “I have used competitor’s coupons in the past with no problems, he said, loudly, “I have nothing like this for $4” I asked him if they take competitor's coupons? he said, “Yes but this is for buy a drink and get a sandwich.” There were other customers in the store so I was very embarrassed. Then I said, “Can you read the coupon?” well he didn’t like that and got even louder and said, “all I can do is Buy 1 get 1” and tossed the coupon on the counter, well at this time I knew I wasn’t going to win and just got a lg coffee witch was NOT very fresh by the way. Then I I asked him his name because nobody had any name tags on, Then I contacted this website. This was very disheartening and would like to see if you could send me some free vouchers for my next visit and if you could maybe have a talk with this employee

McDonald's paid for an order [protected]$499.00 never received

Order placed 8-18-16 in the amount of $499.00 Wish has no itemized order but has my money I have placed several orders with Wish this is my only complaint.I have tried for many months to get this resolved. If you go to my order history, you will see I placed other orders around about the same time. I am disabled on a fixed income this mistake has put a stop at Christmas time. I'm still trying to get this across. I have tried many many times to get this message through It is imparitive that Wish refund my money or my bank will settle this they have been contacted and told me they will handle it as it is their job to protect me as I am their customer. I'm starting to run out of patience. If I am not contacted immediately I will have my bank handle this matter for me!

McDonald's hair in my food

On 12/20/2016 my family and I order 3 sets of the 2 for 3 double ccheeseburger totaling 6 burgers. 2 were to be made with no pickles no ketchup. 2 double cheeseburgers were to be made with no cheese .2 double cheeseburgers original. However we were only given five burgers all had ketchup and pickels. One of which had hair in it. I contacted mcdonalds on fowler and 56 here in tampa florida 33617 and I was instructed to come back I was rudely treated was given more poor service as well as attitude I was granted free meal replacement and refund after begging and demanding higher management. . However I feel that does not suffice to me eating someone's dna on the hair string in my burger I am hoping that maybe someone can help resolve this with store credit and maybe some correctional consequences done to thee employees because they lack proper training as well as customer service skills I think the hygiene as poor as well as the service

McDonald's frappes

On yesterday morning I ordered a mocha frappe with no whip cream and hash brown. I pulled up and paid. I received the hash brown. The young lady came to the window and said. I here is your caramel frappe. I told the young lady I didn't order a caramel frappe. I ordered a mocha frappe. She tried to convince me it was a mocha frappe. I asked her was it chocolate then she said no caramel. I said I ordered mocha . She told me I was hot. I told the young lady. Just refund my money. The person behind her was telling her what to say . He in a smart tone tell her merry Christmas. I order mocha frappe from different McDonald's all the time to see who make the best one. My complaint is they tried to convince me that caramel frappe is mocha frappe. If you don't have the mocha don't try to convince me it is what I ordered. This was at the McDonald's on 5th Ave South Birmingham Alabama.

McDonald's 1. delay in service 2. lack of care & professionalism 3. unhygienic staff

On 17th Dec 2016 (23:15:46), after watching Epl on the tele, we went to get something to eat at Mc D Mutiara Damansara. After a reasonable que, we ordered and our order number was 264. As we waited for our order, the other order numbers were served. Surprisingly they were not in sequence. Giving that reasonable doubt, maybe they were served according to the size of the order, i thought. Then 265 (order after me) was called. It was a take away order and a quite big order for 2 persons. Maybe their food was readily available, my reasoning tried to be positive as possible. Then 257 was called, but when the person approached the counter, he declared it was not his. The order was left on the counter without any further action my Mc D staff. As i went to the cashier to get my parking endorsed, i saw that the order left was similar to my order. I clarified with the cashier and he asked me to wait as he attending to a new order. Then only he was able to check and confirmed that that was actually for 264(our order).
As we sat at our table to hv the nuggets & Fish O, we realised that
1. Avg order was taking 5minutes + to be ready
2. One order took more that 10minutes. Pity the family waiting. baby was crying and the mom had to stand waiting.
3. A couple who ordered after me, was still queing after we finished our meal... wow.

There was no manager explaining and apologising on the delays. No mc D staff was caring enough to check on orders. They were too busy, i supposed. i still rememeber the 'old mc D' where we were asked to sit and wait if needed. complementary soft drinks were surfed..

we also noticed mcD's staff who handled the rubbish bin, bare handed and did not care to wash his hands after.

i suggest mcD review the order number to confirm the duration taken to serve customers that particular day / outlet. this must be addressed to ensure customers are satisfied.
also review the staff's conduct and adherence to your cleanliness policy (both personal hygien & working hygien)

McDonald's bad service

I am very dissapointed with the service provided by McDonald's Angsana Johor. My daughter line up to order the 2nd sundae oreo flavor for his little brother, unfortunately they ask to line up again but at the front counter. I felt unfair it's a long que Ok.. What such of process this branch unable to accept to purchase if only 1 sundae. (1st order sundae with happy meals they can accept)

McDonald's coupons

simply put was allowed to use 2 coupons becaese of only 1 person on car which i've never had this proublem before if I had been getting dinner for friends working would have been really bad I was told I could not leave and come back to use the second coupon I would have to be a certain time limit involved no where at anytime have I seen that posted at a resturant or on a coupon but he was polite and refunded my money for first coupon so thats never been how you do business not a good time to start now thank you jim mccoy

McDonald's harassment by local authority for conducting business with mcdonalds

Hello, I visited the Mcdonalds restaurant store number 5342 in philipsburg Pennsylvania and purchased a soda to go along with reading my daily news paper. As the store got to be busy, I thought it would be a good idea to take my soda and paper into the parking lot that was next to the restaurant. The philipsburg borough police came and harassed me for parking in the parking lot and drinking my soda. I was told that I needed to be parked in the restaurant parking spots. I then returned to the restaurant parking spots and continued to read my paper while observing the same police driving past the establishment. After a short period of time, the customer count had gone down and I reentered the restaurant to buy a full meal as i was now wanting something to eat. After placing my order, I looked out the many windows and observed the same police officer circling in the Mcdonalds driveway. I alerted the manager to the problem and asked her to take care of it. I am writing this as an example of the harassment that everyone goes through every day and we are getting tired of it!

McDonald's unethical behavior

Your mcdonald's at 1050 mebane oaks road in mebane, north carolina, store # 12195 on friday, december 16th, 2016, had at least 2 people working around 12:42 a.M. And i understand they'd be slow as a result... But not in the head. My 2 mcchickens i bought had no lettuce and was basically a mayonnaise sandwich. There was 7 shreds of lettuce on one sandwich and 12 on the other. Now i was nice to them saying, "please, " and, "thank you, " and greeting with pleasantries, so i don't feel i did much to piss them off. I asked for a large, southern style tea with light ice and they gave me a cup of ice with some tea poured in. Okay, whatever; but, they got my cup from a shelf.

Now, the problem with that is did they use a step ladder to acquire this cup to refill their fountain machine? No. The woman used the tail end of a spoon, knocking stacks upon stacks of different cups onto the floor. What did she do with these styrofoam cups? She simply picked them up and set them in a premade pile of other stacked cups. That's not the end of it, either. She was using her bare hands to distribute ice into the drinks. Ew! I wasn't going to go back there to ask for a refund or anything, as being nice to them simply led to this! I don't wish to find out how they deal with an unhappy customer. It took over 10 minutes to get to the second window to pay. Not to include the time it took to receive my food.

There were only 3 customers, including myself. The employees were not using the first window, though i know they use it every day. I frequent this mcdonald's (Especially whilst i was pregnant) and they never have done this, in all of my experiences. Kudos to the rest of the crew! But these two nutcases could not keep it together and be professional. Yes, it is mcdonald's and isn't quite labelled as high class, but show some decency! They were constantly gossiping to one another (Both being women), and i get that it is late but do it on your own time or when there are no customers to be serviced. To top it off (Or to not to), the lid to my drink was not completely on. When i went to place the drink into my cup holder, it poured all down my coat and with it being at or around 30 degrees fahrenheit outside making it not the best experience.

Furthermore, there was a hair in my order of medium french fries. A tightly curled, dark strand of hair. Being that i am a female with long hair, you'd assume it would be mine. No, i have straight, light ash blonde hair. This was a dark brown maybe black hair, tightly curled. It was one of the employee's hair strands (Both women were african american, and one had short hair the other had very long hair). The woman with short hair was the one who "took care" of my drink, order, and serviced me face to face. The long haired lady was working 'behind-the-scenes.' neither used hair nets or gloves when working around the open food, as per regulations. Now, i'm not discriminating in any way. I have been serviced and greeted by many ethnicities at that mcdonald's, but nobody other than these two, have ever caused an experience like this for me here.

I'd like for these employees to know what they did wrong, preferably without knowing who i am. They need to understand that they need to treat their customers as they'd want to be treated, and not just slap things together to get it over with. I understand they may be tired or it may be that they don't like their job, but they're being paid by a company that is owned by who? Not them! So they should understand where they are on that command list and understand what they agreed to do when applying there. They may not like their job, they may not be happy working so late, but just because they have a problem does not mean they have the right to slack off in their work. They applied for this job, so they need to show that they are prepared to do the task(S) that they're given, as per the job.

They are not getting paid to gossip, waste other people's time (Because c'mon, it's a fast food restaurant, not red lobster), or be lazy. They were not at home, they were not making themselves a meal, they were not at sunday's family reunion, nor were they styling their hair in their home bathroom. There is simply no excuse. It's people like this, who don't apply effort to their job, that gives a major corporation like mcdonald's a bad reputation. It has made mcdonald's the go-to insult from teachers and parents to their high school children to make them not be lazy and work hard.

I would like the other employees at this particular mcdonald's to get a big pat on the back or a gold star. Just... Not these two.

McDonald's food poisoning

On the 15/12 thus I want into the surface mcdonald's around 8.00am
And got a egg and bacon muffin
About 1hr later was very very sick vomiting
Very bad all day
I got food poisoning in what I eat
I am very angry that this has happened not only have I suffered like a dog
For such a big company this should have

McDonald's over charge on mc value set meal

Outlet: mcdonald's caltex jalan tengah dt (#349) bayan lepas, penang.

I visited the outlet and ordered a bigmac mcvalue set. I was surprise to see the price displayed was rm 12.55 as I remembered that at 12pm, the mcvalue set for the bigmac regular set should priced at rm10.99. However, I did not feedback to the service crew as I thought the price of the food has been increased.

Today (14/12/2016) , I have visited the outlet again at 12:20:16 pm and ordered the same mcvalue bigmac regular set again. I realize that the price is back to rm10.99.

McDonald's child cut finger on toy

My child ran to me crying and said she got cut on the corner of a green hello kitty toy. I looked at her finger and there was blood and a little cut, my child cried in pain. I checked the toy and found a sharp edge. I am now very upset. Why are there sharp edges on these toys? Can someone please call me at [protected], [protected]@yahoo.com

McDonald's mcdonalds barangay pinagsama taguig product

My niece just ordered a takeout chicken ala king at mcdonald's pinagsama taguig philippines because she was so hungry, when she reached home to eat she opened the rice found a 2 little worn and a skin of a little cockroach, who woukd want to eat that? We went back to that place and make a complain the mngr took the receipt and ask us to just replace it whatever we want, we said we just want a refund they did gave it to us and said they will just investigate it, but i heard he talk to the crew and told them to just throw it away, how would you investigate when you threw it...And he didn't ask us our phone to get back at us...

McDonald's many problems at this location!!!

There are so many things wrong with this mcdonalds, i do not even know where to begin. (Mcdonalds on 1 varnum ave lowell, ma. On december 8th 2016 i showed up at this location at 10:50pm (They close at 11pm) and was not allowed to enter (Keep in mind 3 other people were ahead of me tapping on the window to be let in) finally, after being ignored for several minutes, somebody came to the door only to tell us they were under-staffed and could not let us in. One gentleman was so upset he demanded a phone number to call a supervisor and the employee refused to give that information and said his supervisor told him to do so. (Not let anybody in even though they were not closed until 11pm~the drive thru was still open though. 3 people walked away in disgust and hungry swearing never to return that this mcdonalds was the worse in the area! Yesterday, december 9th/2016 i ordered a double with cheese meal. What i got was sad. Both of my patties were over-cooked; the patties were not even placed correctly in the bun(Looked like both were ready to fall out of the bun; my french fries were cooked in oil that should have been changed long ago. French fries were pitch dark brown) i was a cook in kitchen once so i know the difference between burst fries and fries being cooked in old oil. The lettuce? Well, what lettuce? Don't whoppers come with lettuce?
The few times i come to this place, because it is across the street from me, it is nothing but a disgrace to the name of mcdonalds. Every other mcdonalds in the area serves nicely prepared food . You can taste the difference of quality of all other mcdonalds in comparison to the one that is on 1 varnum ave here in lowell! This has been going on for years! I have seen this place go through probably 4 different managers but nobody can seem to run this place correctly. The worst time to go there is between 9pm-4am. I have spoken to many people around this area ( business owner and employees at 7-11 / mammoth road glass/ the gas station/ the hair cut salon where i cut my hair and everybody replies with the same answer, " worst mcdonalds in this town!" is there ever going to be a day that this mcdonalds will ever truly satisfy their customers?I am so frustrated that i cannot have a decent meal at a mcdonalds across the street from me! I will be among the many people i know that will never return to this mcdonalds on 1 varnum ave lowell, ma! ( please fix this problem, this has been going on for 6 years that i know of!)

McDonald's manager

I was just screamed at at the drive thru, and challenged to a fight by whomever was managing this location at 12:45am on December 8th, 2016.
This unprovoked aggression continued as I pulled around the drive thru to the front of the restaurant as this manager came out the front door to continue screaming and cursing at me. I felt incredibly unsafe. I do not understand what kind of training is provided at your restaurants, but unprovoked verbal assaults accompanied by threats of physical violence are so disturbing to me that I will not be patronizing another of your establishments.
