McDonald's customer service

I ordered a salad. My husband went inside to get my order. When he returned to the car I noticed the bag as wrinkled and torn. I looked inside and the top was sticky and dirty. I went inside myself to return the salad. I expressed my concerns to the girl at the counter and in turn she relayed them to the manager. The female black manager walked over to the area were the bags are located and looked and me and snatched a bag out of the holder and yelled they are all wrinkled. She then stomps in the back area. The girl at the counter says I'm sorry she will make you another salad. She said I would not eat it either. Beside me was another customer who was waiting for her salad who asked for her money back while saying that girl needs and attitude adjustment. After 15min the manager making my salad said. Here is your salad and gave me the look of death. I did not eat it because I was afraid to.

McDonald's east treat mcflurry

Dear customer services

I am making a complaint about the experience I had today at the McDonald's outlet in Dress Smart, Onehunga.

I ordered a McFlurry for $4.40 at 11:23am today (02, April, 2018). To my disappointment, the ice cream was only filled around the cup, with the centre completely hollow (see attached picture).

I took the Easter Treat McFlurry back to the counter and told the staff. I felt the staff's reply was rude because she said: "McFlurrys are meant to have hollow centres, you are paying the extra money for the Crème Egg custard" and "if McFlurrys are not hollow, then we cannot put the topping on". Her attitude was completely unsympathetic.

I do not accept this explanation. I highly doubt that the McDonald's McFlurry product is meant to have a hollow centre. I want to ask you:

1) Was the McDonald's staff correct in saying that McFlurrys are meant to be hollow?

2) If she was wrong, what will you do to prevent incidences like this from occurring in the future.

McDonald's hamburgers with boogers

I went mcdonalds in belton tx the only one in belton tx as I have almost everyday for 7 years well today was not same I ordered 2 mcdoubles no pickles large fry well I ate one I think it was fine well I hope it was the other one on tge bottom of yhe bun was a giant green booger with hair in it I still have the manager told me to bring it back and get my hole order back but after that I don't think I will be eating there it is so nasty after 7 years of service and my hard earned dollars being spent there at least once a day most days and I'm repaid with a green booger this is not cool at all I would like to find out who did so that it will never happen again to someone else if it was not me that found it someone else may have gotten it and ate it with is just disgusting I can't believe that this has happened I have picture and still have the burger if you may need or want it but this is a health issues for sure it's not right to booger in someone's food

McDonald's overcharge and partial sandwich

On my way to work I stopped at the McDonalds on I-35 and William Cannon in Austin, Texas about 7:30am on 3/28/18. On the marquis it shows 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches. I order a sausage McMuffin and bacon egg, and cheese biscuit. The bill comes to $4.49 including 8% tax. I leave and on my way to work I open the sausage McMuffin, take a bite in anticipation of sausage, egg, and cheese taste and immediately think "What the heck am I eating?" I open the sandwich to find a sausage patty and double cheese, but no egg! It looks like extra cheese was put on to compensate for no egg! Needless to say I did not eat anymore.

I then pull the receipt out of the bag to make sure what I ordered was correct. I looked at the receipt and I was overcharged! I was charged $4.15 for my 2 sandwiches when the sign plainly said 2 for $4.

Now according to the math I use $4.00 for 2 sandwiches times 8% tax = 32 cents. Shouldn't my bill have been $4.32 instead of $4.49? Where does the extra 17 cents go?

McDonald's food

I am so upset and very disappointed I rarely can afford fast food I enjoy Mc Donalds tho so I decided to go with my child and partner we spend over 35$ ever think in the order has a issue chips were altho they sat in the chip tray all day soggy and not fresh or hot I was reluctant to spend so much on your new waGyu burger meal but wanted to try it and I had one bite didn't like the meant was not wat I expected it was definitely not nice or worth the money u was charged my partners and bite he felt the same my child's happy meal had no toy which I wasn't told you were out of toys so I had to get my baby to stop crying and say that it was at home and tried given him a different toy which didn't trick him so I had to put up with a lot of crying his Hamburger was sooked in mustard he couldn't eat n cried again all in all the order was a large wagyu meal a big Mac meal which was meant to have extra pickles but had none at all a happy meal with Hamburger and 6 nuggets, what upsets the most is I rang the same night and got a engaged signal for a good 30m finally a answer to were I was informed that the guy was busy and wrote down my number promised to call back I waited the whole night and the next day as I expected that I would of got a phone call back finally the following day it was clear no call back so I called a lady answered was completely disrespectful hurt my feelings claimed she couldn't help and that I need to contact me Donalds via email in regards to store complaints I feel silly having to complain but everything was wrong not 1 thing was enjoyable and it was all wasted I hope we can sort this matter out as I do love Mc Donalds and really don't want this to be a reason to not want to come back because so far I feel as though I am being treated like a joke I really hope that I hear back. McDonald's service

I went into the Mcdonalds at zip code 29577, in South Myrtle Beach. I ordered food and a water. When they gave me a cup to get water, I ran the water for nearly a minute and it was still mixing with the fruit punch it shares a fountain spout with. I finally gave up and drank it. Later that day we went back to that location and a friend asked for a water while we were there. She filled her cup and it was tinted so lightly you couldn't taste it, and so I requested a cup. It was again mixing with fruit punch. I finally gave up and decided to try and drink it rather than wait in the now long line to complain. One of the employees saw the color and began to demand I pay $1.11 and would not allow me to explain. I finally set the cup down (did not drink any) and left. I was not given the chance to speak to a manager and as I am pregnant and was already swelling and hurting I did not wish to stand and wait on another person to get manager.

I never said I got it for myself. I said I got it. I didn’t know adding the dogs was necessary for you to understand the situation (because it wasn’t). And I did not change the story; I provided more details. I asked a nearby worker to get manager and I was ignored. They went back to counter and served other customers.

Actually earlier today the water I was after was for my dogs, I definitely don’t give them fruit punch. It has fruit punch in it. Hers had some fruit punch in it but barely enough to see. I pressed water button and it came out pink-red. I don’t even like fruit punch and she’s diabetic and can’t have any so why would she get any? Why would I bother telling on myself as a complaint if I did it on purpose anyway? That would be pointless. The point of the complaint is that it wasn’t giving just water and I got YELLED at for it and they refused to bring manager. I’m not standing in a 20+ person long like to sort that out when I have dogs in the car and my 8 months pregnant self has swollen feet and sore back from walking on sand at the beach today.

McDonald's drive thru

Your location at the port authority in littke rock has ridulous breakfast drive thru service. 15 min Everytine On Saturday. Totally unprepared to serve food. Fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it. Part of your problem on Saturday's and Sundays all you have working are teenagers with very little supervision and the kids don't care anymore. So I will quit driving thru on weekends. Please fix it.

McDonald's I paid for a for 5 hamburgers and I only received 4 i

I had ordered 5 hamburgers at the Lisbon airport and only received 4 I still have the receite of the of our purchase of the burgers, we ordered the hamburgers my the machine of mc Donald's. I only realized that I didn't have the hamburger when I bus in the bus and my family was eating their burgers but when I looked in the bag, mine wasn't there, furthermore I could not go back to the mc Donald's to complain about it since we were in the bus to the plane.

McDonald's very bad service

Was told to wait five minutes parking area to receive our order. waited between five and 10 minutes and went in and asked them where they busy, The lady replied no! then I said well can I please have my order. but they asked me what was my order was because I didn't have any think written down or couldnt fine it, they eventually realise what my order was to where they serve me. without so much as a sorry when I received my late order I said so is that all as to thinking they should of said sorry for the miss placed order, then the lady who handed me my order said sorry, and then the manager who I recently took my order just look down on me and said would you like to have your money refunded! to where I was so surprise at her why she delivered her statement, that I asked who is the Manager here to We're replyed
That's me so. I then asked for her identification to make a complaint. Swishing my frustrated and only gave me her first name and last initial!

McDonald's fish sandwich

On February 22, 2018 my wife and I stopped at the McDonald's in Amelia while in route to a Doctor's appointment in New Orleans. I ordered a double fish filet meal. I was about half way through the sandwich when I bit down on a couple of metal pieces embedded in the sandwich. I did immediately ask for the Manager and she asked for her boss, who happened to be in the store at the time.

I fail to remember their names, but I am sure your records will identify them. I have attached pictures of the sandwich and metal pieces on this complaint. They were concerned, but only to the point of offering me another sandwich from the same batch.

I have since found that I did indeed break a tooth on my left side in the rear. I would request from you authorization and bill payment to see my dentist in Watson, La. she will be able to take x-rays and compare them to my previous x-rays.

McDonald's egg on eggwhite delight sandwich

We visited McDonalds 10403 in Hazlehurst, MS store #10403. Placed an order for an Eggwhite delight. My husband ate a couple bites of the sandwich and began to feel nauseated. He took another bite and to his surprise bit into yolk. My husband is allergic to EGGS! This was a horrible experience. I returned the sandwich to the counter and showed the crew members. Toya was on duty and did apologize. Showed it to the cook and another sandwich was made. We ordered sandwich with a sausage and not Canadian bacon previously. We left with our new sandwich only to find out again the order was wrong. This was the regular sandwich and not the special order we requested. This may not sound relevant to whomever is reading this letter this far, but we were from Chicago and traveling by car heading home. The trip was extended due to the illness from the EGG! My husband is a cancer patient and his condition is extremely fragile. He also had recent eye surgery and the projectile vomiting further aggravated this condition. I am very disappointed. I did get the receipt. Resolution... not sure at this time, however there has been medical attention

McDonald's bad food

this was supposed to be a double quarter pounder extra value meal. cost almost 8 dollars and was cold and the burger was so burned it just went in the trash, I dont know what it is with the mcdonalds in dalton ga, but i've tried 2 different locations in a week and both were so sorry i could'nt eat the food, I think maybe i should find a new fast food place, as I eat out several times a week, but this crap is unfit for human consumption !

It was after midnight. I pulled into the drive thru and order an egg mcmuffin meal with a small orange juice. The person taking the order kept repeating sausage biscuit. I corrected the person taking the order several times until he told me to pull up to the first window. I paid. When I picked up my order I pulled off heading home. About halfway home I discovered that I was not given an egg mcmuffin, but a biscuit with a piece of chicken on it, that was it. Nothing but a biscuit and the chicken. Since I was several miles away by now and hungry I decided to just suck it up and eat the biscuit and chicken. When I bit into it I discovered the was literally hard as a rock. I mean really as hard as a rock. I turned my car around and returns several miles to the restaurant. When I confronted the employee behind the counter I pointed out that not only was my order wrong, it was inedible. I demonstrated by banging the biscuit on the counter. When the biscuit indeed sounded like a rock hitting against the stainless steel counter, the cashier laughed. I asked for the manager. I explained what had happened and he offered to make me a fresh egg mcmuffin, but by now I was livid and demanded my money back. He told me that as night Mgr, he could not return my money, that I would have to return in the morning to speak with the day Mgr. We argued a minute and I left. I returned the next morning and presented my case to the day Mgr., Ruby. Ruby apologized and refunded my money and said the night Mgr should have and could have given my money back. I asked to be reimbursed for the ten mile round trip to come back, she refused. I was tired of arguing. That is why I am contacting you today.

McDonald's food service

Ordered fish sandwich and iced tea. Opened lid to.iced tea and found lemons with mold on them. The employee had to of been blind not to of seen the condition the lemons were in. including a picture along with the receipt of purchase. They did give me back my dollar, but to me that just wasn't justified in serving someone something in that condition. Lots of people don't take the lids off their drinks before drinking. only reason I did was to add more spenda. Makes you wonder exactly the quality of food yuou are receiving from this store. Why would a company hire employees thst would serve someone something that could of made them sick. Mold is.a form of.penicillin and I am allergic to penicillin. This could of been a life threatening result for myself.

McDonald's mcdonalds food contaminated given to me

Today around 8:50 am I stopped at the local Mc Donald in Rockville Crabbs Branch Way to get a coffee and an apple pie. Now I want to pit out that this is a kind of daily habit for me because my work location is very close to the McD and very convenient to me. However, today after 20-30 minutes I ate the apple pie and drank the coffee I had a terrible stomach pain that I have never experienced before! My belly was on fire . I was in my workroom and tried to hide my sickness but then two colleagues saw me very pale . I was actually fainting and they helped me to reach a chair. The pain was not going away but I am pretty healthy and opiate to get medicine . I asked a cup of water and started to massage my belly. After another 20 minutes I was starting worrying because there were not improvements and even sitting down I was having low blood pressure.
The I vomited twice and things went slowly getting better even though there was still a "little fire:" in my belly.
My employer (Mrs. Robin Wolff Depot Manager) asked me to leave the job for today and I got home but before going to rest in the bed (feeling better than this morning) I wanted to let you know what happened to me and that I am very positive that something was wrong with the food got from your restaurant . Please be aware that first, I did not eat anything before that coffee and apple pie, secondly, I am an healthy person doing sports etc. and (thanks God) rarely I get sick!

After the recent campaign, I decided at 54 yrs old to give it a go
I chose not to go with the jnr or the mega but the Big Mac as I remembered and much loved
To my disappointment, from the Macclesfield drive through it was stone cold, not being able to take it back as I was on my way through felt compelled to vent my anger, not sure I will be going back in a hurry

McDonald's video from facebook in myrtle beach feeding the homeless

I just seen a video on Facebook where a man from Myrtle Beach bought a homeless man a meal and they were both politely eating until being asked to leave. Police were called and they were removed. I would like to know what was done about this matter. I eat at McDonalds probably once a week and routinely stop through for drinks in my daily travels. I know I live in a completely different state than this was done at and each one is individually owned because of them being a franchise. However I do not want to continue to bring my family to a place where Charity from others is discouraged. I could understand if the person was causing trouble or begging for money. I also understand McDonalds is a large corporation. However I am making a stand and will not be back to a McDonalds until I feel satisfied that this was addressed. As a business owner I understand the rules of HR and know there are some things that can not be discussed. However I also know that you can be creative in your response and ensure me that things were in deed addressed properly. Until that time McDonalds has lost one family of four as customers for life until I am satisfied this was addressed properly. Please know this is probably the first time I have taken time out of busy day to address a social media posting. I feel this is something that is truly against your values as a Corporation. If it is not then I feel I have made a good stance for my children to see and will be happy I have decided to eat elsewhere.

McDonald's poor service, dirty restaurant...

Dear MC. Donald team,
I am rarely taking time to go to those kind of site to lounge such a complain however I think is important for you guys to know what happening in your premises (MC Donald Saint Catherine road Montreal)
Was experiencing your restaurant on Saturday 3 of March at around 8 pm with my wife and my 2 kids.
While reaching your the restaurant the place was relatively busy but not overloaded. we proceed for our order and now thing turn sour:
1) Coke or other fizzy drink not available
2) No tray given during evening service as per company procedures
3) 2 time issue with my order and asked me please to keep quiet as the manager will terminate him.
4) Restaurant was so dirty
5) Tables were full of cups, chips, papers, dirt...
6) Asked for help they nicely tell me off (if you see what I mean)
7) Drinks area was a disaster
8) Toilet look like a bus station public toilet.
Was so frustrated so I took myself the sanitise and asked for tissue and clean my table as wanted my kids to have a clean meal.
We travel allover the world and our kids love your brand however a experiences like that in Canada could not happen.
Thank you to revert back, I can tell you want I want as a refund as first of all I do not want another guest to experiences that but to retained a guest like us I am sure your are all professional enough to react.

McDonald's delivery of food

I ordered from the mcdonalds on the app and waited almost an hour only to find out by a delivery guy dripping someone else's order that it isn't my order. The guy claims that someone called me several times but nothing came my way as I showed him my call log and then I gave him my number and his call came through.

I have been waiting on food for almost an hour .
I'm disappointed in the service .

2/15/18 manager was trying to reach me in reference to my survey gave poor service across the board cook scratching beard an face while making food where's beard cover! Nasty! Was sent email in response sent back my address its march 3, 2018. Still no coupons?! Doesnt seem to me as if they care! Cant be to busy to address and stamp an envelope, shows you dont care work in the area lots of employees go there not always coming back happy ill have to post my experience on break room board😒
