McDonald's Service

Went to Mc'Donald Drive Thru BHP Taman Melawati, Malaysia on 26 May 2018. As it is almost break fasting time around 5.30 pm, there was a long Que. I waited for almost 1 hour, once I arrived at the ordering machine I ordered for Ayam Goreng Mcd. However, the order taker simply replied to me, "No Ayam". OMGGGGGGG... if the product is unavailable at the time why don't you remove the item from the ads/banner? Put not available sign laaaaaaaaaaa... do you think my car is fueled by plain water is it.

McDonald's happy meal hamburger

On 6/4 @3:27p we went to the drive thru at McDonald's restaurant #583 in Pa to get a happy meal hamburger. We went home, my 5&1/2 year old daughter ate her burger 3/4 done and drank her milk. At 430p, I went to check on how much she ate, I opened the burger and found small white things on the meat, and said OMG! These are maggots! We were on our way to Sesame Place. So later I went to the store @905p to report but the shift manager Shanae said these little white things are part of the buns. Another employee came out and said these are maybe the dehydrated onions. They showed me the dehydrated onions and some felt on the floor. Another employee Gory with the broom looked on the floor and said to me: "Do you want me to sweep those maggots for you?" I was mad and shocked at the attitude of the staffs. They didn't take the matter seriously, lack of concern, a few of them laughed at me and gave me a hard time. So I called the cops to report the incident. The cops took my information, gave me a police report number and recommended me to also contact corporate. My 5&1/2 year old daughter complained of having stomachache and this concerned me.
I sincerely request corporate to investigate this incident and treat this as an urgency to ensure their food is safe to eat.
Please get back to me. I let the store make a copy of the receipt, looked at the yucky pictures with the maggots on the burgers and looked at the food left over I brought back for them to see.

McDonald's food/service

I went to mcdonalds in mancelona mi and here we go again food is not right not missing but lets see I don't know if they think its a joke but its bit the first time it has happenes! Ordered sausage mcgriddle and low and behold no sausage! When you say sausage mcgriddle please remember the sausage! I'm getting fed up and when you take it back in and they either laugh at you or get a attitude! Its really disappointing!

McDonald's mcdouble with no onions

Hello today at 7:08 my husband ordered several items off of the McDonald's menu with no onions. When he arrived him and I handed out the food to my family I began to break out in hives. I am highly allergic to onions and when my husband inspected the food, he found onions on the McDouble which happened to be my burger of choice. We attempted to call the McDonalds with no answer multiple times. We actually went up to the McDonald's to exchange them and the cashier exchanged them. While waiting for them to be exchanged we overheard the workers saying "I don't give [censored] is their allergic let the b***h die" I love McDonald's but after hearing this I wish to no longer purchase items from this particular McDonald's because I don't want to die if they are so careless and rude about my life. I have my receipt and pictures
Of the burger with the onions clearly on the burger. The burger wrapper even has a no onions receipt attached to it.

McDonald's service complaint

On June 4, 2018 at approximately 2:52 p.m. I went to the McDonald's #112336 located at 1000 Mack Ave Detroit, Mi 48207. I pull into the outside lane of the drive-in window to place my order. While waiting for someone to take my order, I watched 4 cars in the inside lane place their order and pulled up to pay. When the next customer began to place their order I pulled up to the window and asked if that lane was closed. The clerk replied no, I take your order. I ordered 4 apple pies and a large sweet tea, paid for it and pull to the next window. The young women asked me did I want cherry pies. I answered, No I ordered apple. She asked did I want cherry and I said no apple. She said it would be a 12 minute wait. I said ok and she asked my to pull to the drive thu wait area across the parking lot. This happen at 2:56 p.m

I sat, watched and waited until 3:22 p.m. So I pulled around and went inside and asked for a manager. After 4 more minutes, I was asked if I had been helped I asked for the manager again and I was told they were busy. I said really! to busy to speak with a customer! Shortly after that a unidentified young women came to the register where I was standing and ask what was the problem? I told her that I have been waiting for over 1/2 hour for apple pies. She said they just came up! I replied so no one could have came to tell me. I stayed she could have asked one of the employees going home to give me a message. She the apologized and offered me 6 apple pies. I said no I just want my money back and this is poor business no matter how busy you may be. I got a refund and left.

Guys first of all from 2:56 to 3:22 is 44 minutes not 24 minutes. A half an hour is 30 minutes not 50 minutes. Second of all this incident made me so angry that when I went to my grandmother's house I hit her. I told her that her belated husband would be ashamed of her and wished she died instead of him. She started crying and my own mother told he that I need to learn a lesson and to press charges since this is not the first time that I hit her. It is not like my grandmother was he mother. She was my father' mother and he got so angry that he threatened me with physical violence for heating her up.

McDonald's quarter pounder

This is the first and last time ill ever purcharge a quarter pounder, i didnt think much of it but when i put the burger down to get a sip of my drink i noticed the burger is pink! I cant stand half cooked meat, i need it to be fully cooked no matter what it is. This is disgusting, not only did i waste $5 on this not fully cooked burger but now i have a chance of getting food poisoning, I did purchase two of the same burgers but no way am i touching the other one so i wasted a total of $10 and some change.

My husband and I attended the mcdonalds in Sacramento California located on manlove and Folsom blvd on June 3rd 2018 we ordered two large strawberry banana smoothies were told out of that flavor the employee stated she has mango pineapple I said have ok we will take
That we paid them waited twenty mins to get our drinks they opened the window and handed us our drinks both half filled employee stated sorry we are out of mango u to got what was left do u still want it I said no I paid for a large I want what I paid for then left I'm

McDonald's cleanliness

I'm at the McDonald's on hwy 81 in Anderson SC. As of right now, it's 4:30 pm and I'm the only patron in the restaurant. Every table but one is filthy. There's no ketchup in the dispenser. Cup tops are everywhere.
I'm not one to complain, but the situation is the same ever time I come in. I meet my parents at this McDonald's every Sunday to pick up my daughter. I order now because I don't want to sit in the facility and not eat. It's absolutely disgusting

McDonald's entire visit

I went to the mcdonald's #3964 on florida blvd in denham springs, louisiana. Upon arriving, my order was taken, I paid and pulled to the second window to receive my food. The lady at the window tells me to pull up and wait. Fifteen minutes later, a lady comes out and brings me a sausage biscuit. My order was missing an extra hashbrown, and two large sized #9's. Another ten minutes go by, and I finally get my food, which is still missing the extra hashbrown. I leave because I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for one hashbrown! After I get home and start eating, I take a bite out of my steak and cheese bagel to find a plastic wrapping that came from a piece of sliced cheese. Something needs to be done. This is a huge choking hazard. I do have a picture of it still in the middle of the bagel. This infuriates me because I pay money for something and expect to get it without worrying about someone in my family possibly choking on mcdonald's food.

McDonald's service

I went through the drive this morning (6-3-2018) and order a sauage egg & cheese mcgriddle, a large black coffee and a large hot mocha. When I got to the first window I was told that they had forgotten that the hot mocha machine was broken. This is now twice this has happened at the store. I go to this store because it is closest to where I live. This will be my last trip to this facility and possibly mcdonald's in general. This is absolutely the worst mcdonald's in the knoxville, tn area. Virtually ever order trough the drive-thru is screwed up. I don't know if this is a corporate or franchise store, but either way it is poorly operated. Will I am venting with this complaint, I fully expect that no attention will be paid to the complaint.in case their is any concern on mcdonald's part, the mcdonald's store I am taking about is store #7260, located at 11205 kingston pike, farragut, tennessee, 37934. The ticket indicates the following: ks #13, 6/03/2018, 11:23a.M., order c2. Again, this is the worst store in the knoxville/farraut, tennessee area.

McDonald's food availability

Today was an early morning for us. Up at 5:00am to leave the house by 6:00am to have my daughter to her softball tournament that was an hour away. There was no time to make something to eat before leaving the house. Over the summer months during softball season these mornings are more frequent.

My concern is that McDonald's provides breakfast all day as a convenience however, not everyone enjoys breakfast food. I feel those that like the lunch menu items at anytime of the day are being overlooked and inconvenienced. I have been to 1 McDonald's that served lunch and breakfast all day in Sandusky, Ohio. It was a pleasant experience for my family who doesn't like breakfast food items.

I feel that McDonald's as a whole needs to revisit this subject and consider offering both lunch and breakfast throughout the whole day as a convenience to everyone. Maybe assess the geographical area and see what type of events take place. In Warren, Ohio, where the most current situation happened, it's more of a rural area with campgrounds and softball/baseball fields for all day tournaments that begin early in the morning. It would be beneficial to offer both menus all day to accommodate those that are away from home for a long duration of time.

McDonald's customer service

We pulled up to McDonald's to get a big mac. It was my first big mac so I was excited. So we processed to order the big mac. We pulled up to the 1st window to pay and we asked her does she like big macs. After she answered the questions we went to the 2nd to get the burgers and asked the lady the same question. We were also recording my reaction to the big mac. So we went home to eat but when we opened the bag it was quarter pounders. So we had to waste gas to go back up there and they told us to go to the 1st window. The lady at the 1st window was nice about it and she was going to let use have the quarter pounder and give use the big mac, we were satisfied. Yet again we went to the 2nd window to get the burgers. The manager was there and she asked for the burgers the other lady told us we could have. She then throws them away. My dad got upset and debated on how they should of gave use the burgers because they messed up the order and made us waste our gas that could've got me to school. Overall the manager was rude and and disrespectful.

We are the couple that never complains, writes it off to someone having a bad day. We like to compliment employees to managers since they often hear the bad!
TODAY however was THE WORST I've ever seen.
Store#12268 in Tupelo MS
MGR Alex was doing his best to make the work but they were ALL rude, disrespectful & could careless of you got your order or not. He had to get mad for them to work and cook...this place needs ALL new employees other than the nice young man I charge today. Not to mention it was nasty everywhere!

McDonald's drive thru service

My grandson and I stopped for lunch at a local McDonalds. We ordered in the drive thru at 11:02 am on a Saturday morning and were asked to pull into a parking space to wait for our order. After waiting for almost 25 minutes and watching other cars arriving after us receive their orders, I went in and asked about our order. The manager could not find our order and had to have it remade. I waited inside and they brought it to me on a tray! I told them it was to go, so they had to bag it. There was no apology from the manager or any other employee for my wait or for losing my order. As a former employee of a McDonalds restaurant many years ago, I'm saddened at the lack of accountability and customer service at this McDonalds. 😢

McDonald's food

Ordered a big Mac meal with fries and 20 PC nugget. Waited in line for at least 45 minutes while the one person was running the drive-thru window by the time we got up to the drive-thru window window the managers explanation was that they were having your issues or money issues with their cash but we paid exact change for a ticket so I'm not sure why we had to wait that long if they would have taken our money we would have just left but because they took our money as soon as we got to the window. We then proceeded to wait to get the rest of our food which should have already been cooked priors she was pulling up to the window because of the wait time I was just disappointed with the customer service and general overall experience that evening so I thought that I had to tell somebody

McDonald's quarter pounder meat not fully cooked and worker and manager arguing.

I was at the mc Donald at 3532 seven ave. Metairie, la [protected]. I walk in to place order and had to wait while workers are looking at me. Manager came from sitting at a table to take my order. After taking order one of the workers and manager was arguing back and forth while customers are standing there. There was no respect on either part. I feel what ever was going on should have been taking care of behind closed doors not in front of customers and other workers. They also chimed in after manager walked away mocking the manager about what she was saying. This behavior is ridiculous to occur at a business like this.
Another issue I have is I ordered a quarter pounder meal and when I bit into sandwich I noticed that the meat was not fully cooked n had some pink in it. I didn't bring it to counter to complain because of being afraid of what would happen if I did so just threw it away. This is a very serious issue and should be addressed as soon as possible before someone gets sick. Thank you for your time and hope these issues are address in a timely matter.

I went to the local McDonald's last night i ordered 20 peice chicken nuggets with a basket lf fries 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 bacon doubles .. I live 5 minutes away when I got home everything was ice cold and the chicken nuggets tasted like they were 10 years old . also my double cheeseburgers had sliver onions on them.. McDonald's drive thru service and management

I went through the drive thru at the Mcdonalds at 5201 S Louise Ave in Sioux Falls, SD. I ordered 22 dollars worth of food for my kids because I had gotten called into work and Mcdonalds was on the way home. So the drive thru person shoved all my food into one small bag. When I got home I went to pick up the bag and the bag ripped and the food fell all over the drive way. I called the store and they offered to remake the food I told them I did not have time to go back for food because I had to get to work. I asked about a refund because the food cost over 20 dollars. I said I did not get off work until 9, they said that was fine I could come in then and get a refund.
When I got there the manager said that he could not give me a refund only coupons. I told him I was told I could get a refund, he said that was the best he could do. I told him I asked for a refund not coupons. I asked for a number I could call and talk to someone. He gave me a number, so when I got home to call it, the number went to a fax machine so I could not talk to anyone. Maybe he doesn't think that 22 dollars is a lot but to some people it is. I was very upset with the way I was treated and will never go back to that McDonalds again.

McDonald's service and not healthy environment

Wednesday around 6:57 I was at Macdonald waiting for order, than I see the girl by food not covering her hair showing other coworker highlight, playing with hair .and when I ask her to cover her hair the other coworker stated talking and said she s the manger and she knew what she's doing.also the trainer manager she was talking very bad after she drop the apple pie at the floor and put it back to customer order, broken box
I feel very said because I have to stop my son to eat something he's enjoyed to eat because of attitude this coworkers and dirty environment.
I'm a customer, to spend 19.50 dollar for food and to get nasty attitude, think how many customer u loosing every day for that .

McDonald's a 20 minute wait for food at a fast food restaurant?

Cars piled up, no communication from inside, literally 20 minutes in line! Finally went to the window, manager, came over..We asked what the hold up was, he said we're waiting, we said ... for what? he snapped for food, turned around and walked off. Took another 5 minutes to get our food, should have cancelled but figured even that would have been a freakin hour wait! This happened at 9pm at night too!
