When searved at McDonalds "Dustin" at the druive thru was very rude over the speaker and when trying to ask for extra ice in my tea-he threw my change at me and simply slammed the drive thru door in my face.
When getting to second window and receiving tea with no ice-I returned the tea stating it had no ice in it and it was warm. The girl got the manager who was also rude, and the girl commented within ear shot of myself that she was not giving out ice because she could not reach it.
I used to work at McDonalds in Brandonburg, Kentucky and we had several customers complain while I was there about the service and food at the Corydon, Indiana McDonalds.
I am a porter at another restaurant in Corydon, Indiana-I have checked out the McDonalds in Corydon and found the food to be all around crappy, along with the service and attitude of its employees. And their cleanlines of the restaurant is terrible.
But, being that this restaurant is just off the main highway to Louisville-I dought the service will change. The people from town know to steer clear of the establishment, but the highway traffic obiviously keeps them in business.
It is s shame when the large corporations like McDonaldf have gotten so large that they do not have to worry about a small restaurant, in a small town, and that their gaurantee of "Golden Moments" and customer satisfaction are just a line of crap to get you in the door.

Mike.

I was an regular customer with this companyfor many years, It was so close to my house and easy access. I do alot of around town driving so I would sometimes eat at the other locations in town. Due to the multiple problems I started to encounter, I soon learned that there is a company here in town called 'RMACS' that owns some of these as franchises. It was with their great effort to screw me at each of the 3 locations I went into that made me vow to never to eat at a McDonalds ever again due to all the bad service, horrible food, and wrong orders, and had stuck true to my vow until today. I was pressed for time and this place is fairly close to my office. I ordered directly from the menu as it is stated on there, "(3) one dollar chicken sandwiches, (1) one dollar and 99 cent french fry, and a sweet tea. I noticed that when I ordered the 1.99 fry, it appeared as 2.09 on the display. I didnt have time for an explanation or to hassle the manager for my 10 cents back, but as I drove back to my office, i thought about how noone had mentioned that the fries ahd gone up to 2.09 when I specifically stated the 1.99 fry as it is shown and listed on the drive thru board, and what if they are ripping everyone for this additional 10 cents. 10 fry orders equals 1 buck extra-free and clear profit and depending on your order total may even incur additional federal tax). The bottom line is that thanks to these 'RMAC' ###s, I have reaffirmed my vow to never purchase anything from McDonalds again. I could relate many other stories from the 'RMAC' locations, but I think you get the idea. Once again, as stated in an email to McDonalds Corporation, the ONLY redeeming quality about the Cassat Ave. location is the VERY NICE lady named Dorthy that works the drive thru. About a year ago, I had left my wallet at the office, Since she recognized me from my many previous visits, She paid for my lunch HERSELF(I saw her put the money in the register) when I realized I didnt have my wallet that day. Since then, I have repaid her the money, but her kindness alone isnt enough to make me ever spend money at a McDonalds again.

After waiting in the drive through line up for almost 20 minutes, I was refused service from a laughing employee- was told that if I wanted to redeem the free coupons I had to wait and go inside. I waited an additional 10minutes behind 2 cars and went in. They also laughed about me being upset. The manager laughed as well- when I got even more angry that the item wasn't available (ice cream machine wasn't working) she shrugged me off giggling. I told her if they weren't going to accept coupons thru the drive thru that they should hang a sign saying so on the first menu board so no one has to wait in line wasting their gasoline. She looked at me and said- VERY snotty and loud - "Well, SORRY!" and walked away from me without another word. She didn't offer me another option and was very far from sincere or helpful. Because my daughter was sick in the car waiting for her cone, this 30-45 mins was a complete waste of my time and was very upsetting. Never mind the money I wasted on the gas!

I was confronted with bad customer service during my visit via drive-thru. I and my friends were proceeding through the medium of drive-thru where we were confronted with a disrespectful and inexperienced employee. When we reached the last window to pick up our order, we requested the employee to put each meal in separate bag and apologized for the inconvenience. Since the meals were already packed in one bag, the employee impolitely offered us extra bags on the side. Due to our rejection to his offer, he started showing us attitude and started swearing. The employee’s behaviour disappointed us and we had to go inside to report his behaviour to the manager. We explained everything to the manager, and then she talked to the employee in front us and sent him back to his duty.

Hi I would like to complain about the service at this mcdonalds kirrawee, at least on every time any off my family has ordered food from the drive though, we are alway's short off something from our order, we try to always cheque before we leave but with the kids its not always easy, but why should we have too, its up to the mcdonalds to get the order right, maybe if they stopped hireing, these kids who seem not to give a dame, its like they are only there for the social activity, with other teenagers hanging there, then we may get better service, today was the last time we will be going there, plus we will be telling our staff not to either, thats a lot off money mcdonald want be getting, its about time something was done, I heard on the radio yesterday, about hireing kids who worked a mcdonalds being a good referance, your kidding I would never hire any teenager who worked there, if this is what the training is there getting. This is not a one off its been going on for years, who is over seeing these kids more kid's, its a joke.

i went to the drive thru and after i place my order it took me about 20minutes to get to the first window i did not know what was going on. therefore when i get there i was asking the employee at the window why it took too long to get my order she said the customer had all change. then the manager came instade of her appologize for the incident she was like " what you want me to do they customer had change and we had to count" i asked her name, its Ebony. this is not how managers talk to their customers also i felt like if that customer had no enough change they should just find other solution that letting other customers leaving because the cant wait that long. also when i get to the second window i say fries no salt still my fries got salt.

This location has the worst employees in the city. This is FAST FOOD but not at this location. They cant understand what you say or get the order right. Once I sat in line for over 5 mins just to drive up & see them all standing by the soda machine & they wouldn't open the window. Just stay clear!

Three days ago I went into the McCafe at Taren Point McDonalds and ordered a Tall Skim Chai Latte. It took about 8 minutes and when I got my drink it was a cappuccino. I told them and it was rectified and I was just going to let it go.
Tonight, I went through the drive through because it was pouring rain and was asked to park and wait. When the order came out it was missing three drinks and when I asked about them the boy became visibly aggitated. While he was getting the drinks we discovered that the order was also missing a six-pack of nuggets. When the boy came out with the drinks I told him this and he got more annoyed and rolled his eyes at me. I got out of the car and followed him back into the resturant and heard him say "I'm not taking them out there" I said "It's fine I've come in can I just have my nuggets." He then said "Fantastic" and started talking to the other people who were just standing around. The manager gave me the nuggets and I went back into the rain where at least 4 other cars were waiting for their food.
My whole family is sick, my two sisters who are 6 & 8 have laryngitis and I have tonsilitis, so it was just annoying to have to get out of the car in the rain, hence why we were using the drive through, just because some kid lacks the ability to read off a screen and put the food in a bag.

Today at 12:15pm, I waited patiently in the line at McDonald Westfield in hurstville. Once I had reached the counter I ordered one medium vanilla
Shake. As I waited to the side of the register I watched as the girl preparing the drinks placed the cup under the machine only for it to
Pour out half chocolate first. When the shake was placed onto the bench (not even handed to me) I said "this shake looks like chocolate" the girl then handed it back to the girl preparing drinks repeating what I had said to her. The girl then proceeded to make another shake only this time she made the entire thing chocolate. When she put this one down on the bench, I said "no this is chocolate I asked
For vanilla" she then grabbed the first shake and handed it back to
Me. I then said this one has chocolate in it . She then aggressively said "well it comes out of the same machine and it is always going to have some in it you can't even taste it" but as the same time preparing to make another shake. I then said "well that's not my fault" and she said " I'm not saying it is, I'm making you another one". I then said "oh my god" in regards to how aggressively rude she spoke to me. She then slammed down the new shake and said "there!" at this point I walked away. I would also like to make note that I have not come across this at any other McDonalds so I know for a fact that this can be avoided. If this girl had spoken in a polite calmly manner I would
Not have questioned her, but due to the way she spoke I hope something can be done of this.

On 7/28/12 I went to a McDonald's in Salisbury, Massachusetts. The service, I feel, was very bad. First, the women behind the counter gave me the wrong amount for my price. When I asked her what I owed (she failed to tell me this beforehand), she said an amount that sounded odd. So, I asked her to tell me what I ordered. Sure enough, She forgot half of my order! So I told her what else I ordered, and she gave me what I normally pay. Next up the food. The woman gave me all of my food, except for my coke. So I told her and it took about 5 minutes for her to get a coke. So. I looked through the bag. Everything was in there. But my burger was all messed up. It looked completely unappetizing. So, I asked the lady to make me another one. She did, and this time it was fine. Fries were ok. Coke was alright. I just feel as though this was not appropriate and a little strange of them because I go here all the time and they never forget my order.

well what would you have liked them to do? kick the customer with the change out of the line?
Say "No fries for you"? i am sure you would have been happy if they had done that to you. think about things before you complain . think about how you would like to be treated at the window... well that is how they have to treat all their customers .. not just you.

GET OVER IT they are kids and im sure its only a few of them. Iam a regular customer there and the staff are excellent. I agree that this is bad but dont put on a public domain for everyone to see. I would recommend you to send your complaint to the store manager or if you are unhappy with he/she response contact head office!

I have worked in customer service for years and i cant stand people like you

I wouldn't blame all of Macdogfoods on behalf of one rude employee. You may find a bad egg anywhere you go. You did the right thing by complaining to the manager. Hopefully he would straighten out after a talk from the manager.

Also, anywhere you go, you will find inexperienced employees who don't know what they are doing. Since fast food joints have a high turn over, there will always be new employees.

i went to McDonalds and i usually get a really good employee (that listened to my order) but as i dont vegetables i ask for a crispy chicken burger with on salad and no mayo (just the chicken and the cheese) and thistime i said the exactally the same thing and when i got my burger i checked it and there was onr tomato, and mayo in it i was really peeved as that has never happened. i come from new zealand and can't find a contact address.
so i hope you are all behind me
