McDonald's bad food

I have been going to mcdonalds for 40 years. Really bad food this time! I ordered french fries [large size] and a southern style chicken sandwich with extra mayo. The french fries were cold and must have been sitting around for quite a while. Also there was less than a 1/2 teaspoon of mayo on the lukewarm sandwich. It wasnt very busy there and it was 12:30 p. M. There were pleanty of employees standing around but still got poor service. They must have made everything way ahead of time in hopes of customers. Well, it didnt happen. I came home, nuked the sandwich on which I had put mayo and threw away the fries. Very bad visit. They lost a good customer.

I had lunch at the Spring Arbor McDonalds today with my son and granddaughter, and it was terrible.
I waited a long time for my food, had to remind them that we didn't get our drinks. Went to get drinks and ice was out.
Went to get napkins and they were out too.
My son had a chicken club, and there was enough mayonaisse on it for about 6 sandwiches. They forgot about my fish sandwich and I had to remind them I was there before the other 4 or 5 people they were passing out food to.
The fries were way overdone and almost cold.
It is sad to think that lunch for 3 people was over $13.00 and was not even worth eating. We left the fries untouched. If a 2 year old won't eat the fries, that tells you something.
While I was in line people were coming in from the drive thru because there orders were wrong too.
This was between 12:15 and 12:45 pm, they are going to have to do a lot better then they did today to get me back there.
You just remodeled your restaurant but there is not very much seating available for families.
Also, people were complaining that the tables were dirty...which they were.

im complaining about the mcdonalds on strand road in county derry, the amount of salt they put on the fries is RIDICULOUS! when they also give you a little sachet of salt to put on yourself! (as if you need to put on any more!) if our fries were'nt salty enough they also have to cover the kiddies fries in their happy meals with salt...absolutely disgusting! and as far as i remember i heard that mcdonalds was meant to of stopped putting salt on their fries a long time ago

On 02/19/2010, my family and I went to a Mcdonald's on FM1960 & Aldine Westfield, where we purchased meals for each of us. We got food poison due to the hamburger meat was not fully cooked. I could not believe this! Someone really needs to look into this place, how can they serve their food without making sure its fully cooked, we paid for our meals so we can enjoy it, not lay up in bed for 2days without being able to eat!

If you want "hot" fries - do what I do and order them without SALT - then add your own. This way you
are guaranteed to get fresh ones.

Wow, that people continue to visit MacDonald's boggles my brain. We have made a commitment not to eat there for the past 13 years. Try breaking the habit and make your own great fries at home!

Jason's an idiot and needs to see a proctologist to have his head examined. Natalie, I'm with you. It's ridiculous when you see the shower of salt they put on a batch of cooked fries at Mcdonalds. There should be a law against it.

McDonald's poor drive-up service

I arrived at this McDonalds Drive-Thru at 7:10 am on Sunday July 5th. I ordered a extra value breakfast sausage egg mcmuffin and medium coffee. I paid for my food and drove on up to the next one. I saw 3 or 4 employees milling around looking like they were getting off to go home. After watching for a few minutes I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was almost like three of them were pillaging the place of food. They were stuffing all sorts of breakfasts items in bags, getting cups of coffee and not even paying attention to me at the window. At one point I thought one of them was pouring my coffee but I found out it was for them. After about 7 mins and no one coming to the window and cars backing up behind me in line I started wondering what was going on. Then all three of those employees walked out the door and got in their cars with all that food and left. Finally I started knocking at the window trying to get someone to come to it. After a bit an older woman came up and looked out and yelled at someone and asked them if they knew there was someone at the window. Finally she opened it and apologized to me. I had been there almost 10 mins by then and had to get to work. She said she would get my order for me. I got it and drove away. I looked in the bag and it was a Cinnamon Bun and she had given me a large cup of coffee. I turned around and drove back and told the woman at the first window what happened. She told me to pull up to the next window and she met me there and gave me my correct order. I use to think McDonalds employees were trained to be more professional then what I saw. But maybe they have cut back on training. The others in town have really gone down hill latley too. food's ok but the service is nonexistent.

McDonald's poor customer service

Hi,

I am from Embrun, Ontario. We went to Quebec yesterday and we decided to go at Mc Donald (open for 24 hours) located at 1003 Chemic De Masson Gatineau, Quebec at around 10:30 p.m. but when we get there nobody was entertaining the customers. The worst thing was all the crews are just talking and eating fries at the corner. When we asked one of Mc Donalds crew what is happening she answered us that they are close for 10 minutes more because they are doing some cash counting(what ever it is).
After 10 minutes still no body was in the counter until we decided to leave the place. On our way out we saw one of the crew and we asked her where is the manager (named Lia) she said she is inside and she also told us that it is happening every day ( to close the Mc Donald for about 30 minutes because they are doing accounting inside). She said that they are not serving customers for 30 minutes but they are not informing the people inside the store unless the customer will ask. Mc Donald's crew should have more training on how to give better services.
We are hoping that you could give your attention to this. We are very disappointed.
If you wanna here more about this you can reach me at [protected].

McDonald's waiting time

I went through the drive thru about 8:30 in the evening on my lunch break. For a change I decided to try one of the angus sandwiches. After I paid, I sat a window for 5 minutes and then they had me pull to the side and wait for another 15 minutes. They finally brought me my food after about a dozen or so cars have gone through. By the tim I got my food and drove only about 5 minutes away the fries where room temp. And the sandwich was cold as well. By that time though I had to be back at work.
I think that it should be posted that it takes time for those sandwiches to be made if that is an everytime thing. Otherwise I think if some one has to wait for their food more that 5 minutes after they order there should be a discount on their next order or something free. After all it is supposed to be "fast food" and its not hardeez. So they don't need to try and be like them.

Oh, I pray that we all should be as perfect as this customer. They probably made the food fresh and apparently the idiot customer expected it to STAY hot until he/she reached their destination. I'm a regular there and have rarely ever had anything go wrong. Did you even call the store or did you just decide to whine online? Anytime there as ever been a problem they have always resolved the issue quickly and i usually do end up with something free for my trouble. If you dont want to wait for someone to make your food for you, then please, by all means feel free to make you're own darn lunch and take it to work with you instead of taking the lazy route if the end results make you so unhappy.

McDonald's staff swearing at customer

went to McDonald's today sent my 18 year old daughter in to get a meal, when she came back she was almost in tears, i asked her what happened, she told me one of the staff working in the kitchen started swearing at her, so i went in myself to see what was going on, i called for the manager and told him, he called this person, his excuse was my daughter was in their earlier swearing at him. this very confused person thinks its OK to swear at customers and come up with any reason to cover their mistakes. the manager, which has no right to be a manager, if he cannot do his job properly, he turned around and said i know where he is coming from. we got no apology. i will be taking this further as much as i can anyway. McDonald's really need to give their staff proper training and anger management.

McDonald's unsanitary food handling

My family and I visited McDonalds the the manager proceeded to bring our frenchfries to the tray, the fries were not covered with a napkin nor was she wearing gloves. She had her bare hands directly covering and touching the fries after touching other items and utensils. When confronted I was told her hands are clean and not given a refund. Sicked by this I threw the entire order in the trash. While doing so I observed this same individual wipe off her face, mouth and nose area with her bare hand then proceed to handle other customers food without washing her hands. I also noted none of the other managers and employees were wearing glove and not one was washing their hands after handling money and other utensils. I did not even observe a sink in the immediate food handling area.

Went to Mc Donald's at Nasseriya city centre & ordered for a veg happy meal but was served chicken.
Being a pure vegetarian was shocked & when enquired the same to the manager there, she had nothing but to appolozise.the money was returned however there was no sign of genuine appology.
When contacted the branch manager the answer was - madam, happens by mistake even am a Hindu so what ? ... eating the non-vegetarian food has hurt me emotionally and i will also suffer religiously.
Please look into this matter .
i have the reciept where i had ordered veg burger & also the suggestion card which i have filled there.

I was visited today 02/13/2010 McDonald, like I am doing every Saturday Morning. I buying about 20-25 breakfasts for employees at work. One time the lady told me that I should call before I will show up because I have large order. Then this is what I started do it, but nobody answer the phone. She told me today, “I told you last time that you suppose to call before”. I told her that I try but nobody answers the phone. She told in Spanish to her employee that she is not thinking that I ever called. She was very rude to me. When food was ready, she pointed her finger on the food. She didn't even tell me a word that food is ready. I'm not the dog. I'm customer.
Every week I am asking for ketchup and this time I also asked if she put some ketchup to the bag? She told me “You have to ask me for this”. When I came to factory I didn't find sauce for burritos and whole bag with hot cakes was full of syrup. I was cut in the box. I was coming to this McDonald every week for many months. All other employees are very nice and polite. It was never happened that box with syrup was cut, or it was not sauce for burritos and they always put ketchup without any comments. But this lady I met twice as a casher and I think she is a manger of this place and I'm very disappointed that person who is casher and dealing with customers doesn't know how to behave well.

many places have the bare hand contract which allows them to work with food wearing no gloves. Look up the details it is actually more sanitary then gloves and approved by the health departments.

I don't agree much with what you all are saying. You have to realize you can only wash your hands so many times in a day and no matter what, you will always be spreading some germs. I work at Culver's restaurant and we wash our hands a lot more than you people are giving credit for. We can't always wear gloves because they also spread germs just as much as if we were not wearing them. We would have to change our gloves every single time we handed out an order or touched a computer screen. As for touching food, yes, the lady shouldn't have touched your fries, she should have handled them by the paper that holds the fries. She should have given you a new batch of fries and made sure she didn't touch them. But please give a little more credit to fast food restaurants because they are a lot more sanitary then you actually think.

Last night 02/12/2009 at approx 23:35 we as a work group went for midnight luncheon to the
McDONALDS food place at the lower end of Taranaki street next to the BP garage in Wellington city NEW ZEALAND.We discovered that they appear to be quite BUSY. We all placed our orders, where some received theirs but we had to wait 20 min for the fries.I then ordered a FLAT WHITE COFFEE.We noticed that all the staff were rushing about no one wearing any gloves nor hair coverings while serving the customers or anyone else working at the direct food areas. We commented loudly about one staff member who had very long hair which were covering his face where he constantly jerked his head to see in front of him. When I received the coffee I opened the lid to add sugar and noticed this long black hair inside the coffee on top of the coffee foam.I immediately returned the coffee and showed the staff member at the serving desk, where he appologised and told me they replace it.
PLEASE NOTE WHAT STANDARD OF SERVICE IS THAT CALLED, NO HAND GLOVES, NO HAIR COVERINGS, A TWENTY MINUTE WAITING PERIOD WITH NO APOLIGISE.

Well I visited my mom in Tennessee, I noticed the same thing. None of the employees wore gloves which grossed me out. Not only do you have to worry about the fact that they might touch something other than your food but your hands make oils. Like if you're working in a warm place, like in the back of the kitchen or whatever, your hands will probably get warm and sweat. You can wash your hands off as many times as you want but the oils and germs will keep coming back. Seriously I've been to other establishments where they didn't wear gloves and noticed them touching other things, their clothes, face, or whatever and it's so disgusting!

Later after this incident I called a corporate office which so happened to be right across the street from the McDonalds and asked about the non glove situation. They're response was something along the lines of..."Well they wash they're hands every 15 minutes!" Please! I'm sure they remember to do that, that often. Whatever! They asked for my address so they could send me some coupons. Um No thanks! haha

McDonald's poor service

My name is Paul Broughton, and I reside at 305 Chestnut St. in St. Thomas, on June 21 at 10:20 am, I went into the Mcdonalds to get two breakfast meals for my grandson and his friend. There was one girl taking the order, one person retrieving the order. When I arrived, there was approximately five people waiting for their order, and I was number seven in line to give my order. It took about ten minutes for me to give my order, from that point the waiting game started. None of the previous people who were waiting for their meals had received them at that point. They took one more order, then preceded to try to figure out who's order was who's. I heard one gentleman say to one of the people waiting, I have been waiting forty minutes. Thru the waiting period, three of the employees decided to have a conference. Finally at five minutes to eleven, I asked to speak to the manager. The employee I spoke to, went to get the manager, when she returned, she told me that she could not come and talk to me, to write down my complaint and she would deal with it later. I started to write out my complaint, telling the girl this would be a waste of time, as she would probably just throw it out, the manager arrived to see what my complaint was. I told her it was totally unacceptable, to have to wait so long, her excuse was that at that time of day, the wait is always that long. My question to you is, if this is a problem at this time of day, why not have more staff to accomodate the people? In closing, it was interesting that I received my order within minutes, ahead of the gentleman who was their before me. One family waited so long, they asked for their money back, two other families decided not to give orders and left. I thought you should be aware of this ongoing problem. Regards, Paul Broughton

Management Office
McDonald’s
7702 McKnight Road
Pittsburgh, PA 15237
[protected]

June 15, 2008

Dear Sir or Madam:

This evening at 7:42 p.m., I made the grave mistake of I walking into the McDonald’s restaurant located at 7702 McKnight Road. I have my receipt in front of me: I was Order #219 at store #7445. I live nearby and I occasionally enjoy the convenience of simply walking down the hill and buying burgers to go.

In my past experience, this is not a very-well-run McDonald’s. It would be fair to say, perhaps, that in terms of quality of service, this restaurant challenges the general theory of standard deviation and plays Quasimodo to the bell curve. But hey, it’s cheap, right? And everyone knows what people who work at McDonald’s are like, after all.

I dealt with this insidious quick-service stereotype for years as a Subway employee. I know what it’s like, day after day and year after year, to be treated as if you were less than nothing by many of the customers who come to a food-service counter. I’ve also felt something of the quiet dignity that lives and breathes in the quick-service industry, however. At the end of each day, you know that you have prepared and offered a large number of people a meal, and that’s a lot more honorable than many other jobs in the world today. You look down at your hands and smile before you go home, because those hands fed hungry people safe food at a fair price.

Tonight, more than anything else, it was a lack of understanding of that quiet dignity on the part of the employees at McDonald’s that led to their providing such poor service. At all levels, from the server, who treated me as if I was a waste of skin and not a customer, on the young man making the sandwich, as if preparing my order was a needless expenditure of effort rather than the reason he is employed, to the young man on break who loudly laughed at his fellow employees’ lack of competence and treated their poor service skills as if it was some huge joke, to the manager, Trish, who, when I called to complain, told me that I must have the wrong McDonald’s, even after I told her I had the receipt in front of me.

It’s sad, more than anything else, that this group of people, some older, some young, have not been taught and shown how to hold their heads up and find the measure of pride in their jobs that is there. That’s a management failure, more than anything else, and it’s a real waste, in so many ways. Tonight, my poor experience could have been something very different: a moment to be proud about a job well done on the part of the employees, a pleasant visit on my part, a sales and service opportunity seized and acted on.

Instead, I’m writing this e-mail tonight to tell you that the people who were working at this restaurant tonight know little about professional courtesy and care even less about common courtesy. The restaurant was empty and quiet when I went in. It wasn’t a bad time and it wasn’t a bad day...it was just a bad job all around.

Copies of this e-mail will be distributed to the McKnight Journal, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette North Edition, and the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. I am also forwarding it to the McDonald’s regional and national offices, the Pittsburgh and Ross Township listservs I subscribe to, and everyone in my Pittsburgh address book. I’ll be posting it on my condominium community’s web page, my blog, and my North Hills community service page.

If you make inquiries about the quality of service this local McDonald’s restaurant provides in general, you will likely come to conclude, as I have, that I’m doing you a favor.

And finally, If you would like more detailed information about the exact particulars of my visit, please don’t hesitate to contact me at any of the contact numbers and addresses provided below.

Sincerely,

Jim Karatassos

I am going in that restaurant often because my child can play in indoor playground area. So I spent a lot of time and money in that restaurant and I always encounter with poor service. You always have to repeat minimum at twice what you want and finally get wrong order. That is very common. Customer service representative never say" sorry "or "can you repeat your order" if is problem to understand the order, than say "what"?"what"?.Manager of department service me and my child with pink water and saying me that is inside is Fruitopia and she assume that we suppose to drink that. Playground area is cleaned when is really time that have to be. So I always clean by myself table and sometimes we have to walk carefully to don't stick for food on the floor. Washroom many times was dirty that you have wish never go inside.

We had difficulty placing our order because the girl operating the cash register was either poorly trained or could not hear us. My husband actually made the comment that this was the longest it had ever taken him to place an order at a drive through. So, we paid for our order (2 large fries, 1 med tea, 1 large coke, 1 chicken nugget happy meal) and pulled up to the window to pick it up. The girl gave us a reciept but then forgot what we had ordered - so she had to ask us... As we were pulling away, we noticed fries missing from the happy meal. My husband went inside to deal with the issue when I noticed that my large fry was only half full (Since that's all I ordered, I expected to get what I paid for). The advertised kids toy (KidsBop cd) was not the toy we were given; we were given a sucky night at the museum toy. Since my child is 2 years old, I asked for a toddler toy instead and they were all out. I would not have paid the inflated price for a happy meal had I known that we were stuck with an age-INAPPROPRIATE toy. Hands down this was the worst experience I've ever had with a McDonalds! For the $10 we spent, I wish we had gone else where. I have written a letter of complaint to their corporate office.

This is the 3rd time within the last month or less that I have complained about McDonald's. I was just there on Friday evening with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and placed an order as I wanted a pumpkin pie. When we placed our order I told her 2 McChickens, 3 pumpkin pies, 1 apple pie, order of cookies, and a chocolate shake. Well, when we got to the window to get our order. I told my daughter to make sure to check it as I've had trouble here getting the right things. Sure enough we only got 2 pumpkin pies and no shake. My son-in-law took the order in and the manager (she was a red head girl) got after the employees telling them they needed to start getting the orders right. She then gave us the chocolate shake at no cost due to the mistake. Also there didn't have any apple pies and we'd have to wait 10 minutes. My son-in-law said no just give us another pumpkin and we left. Now why couldn't they tell us at the window that they didn't have any apple pies ready and it would be a wait? That McDonald's needs to get serious with their employees.

My husband and I decided to stop at this McDonald's because it was close to our house, from the start we had problems, first of all my food was cold, and dry, my husband wanted a Big Mac with extra everything on it (he paid for the extra's) one of the people making his food asked why he wanted all of that on his burger, of course we could'nt understand why that was relevant just make it, my husband became angry, which he should have and asked for a refund, then the manager got stupid, what is wrong with these people?

i was at mcdonalds sthomas today. They served my food on a dirty tray! gross... so then we asked for a clean tray and new food. they didnt apologize ONCE! until we said thanks for apologizing. Chantel a 'manager' says your welcome! can you believe that? either rude directly or rude, by not listening in the first place. so then my husband points out her rudeness, and she says no im genuinely sorry... sure you are... because that was your first instinct to say it right? Mcdonalds you need to train your managers in customer service.

Hello,
This was basically just a quick case study which I have to say was not disappointed. I wanted to see if I made the same snipe comments about you, which you make to other, how long it would take for a response. That’s all you really do. Look for a complaint, make an uneducated hurtful comment in the hope of pushing their button and get them to fire back. The interesting thing is you all know the game but still felt the need to play.

Brenda- Have a little self dignity. Don’t send me your resume. The only person’s opinions in the world that you should care about are individuals that you respect and I should not fall into that category. We don’t even know each other but you still felt insecure. That should be the first sign that 1000 + blogs might be wrong, which is eating at your subconscious.

Anita- off course you didn’t know we were keeping score. You’re not responsible for it because that would require mathematics and abstract thought.

Pobarjenkins- It is nice to hear from you. Thanks for joining the group. I don’t always value you life choices but you got spirit and if you’re going to be a [censored] bag, you might as well strive to be the number one [censored] bag. I have a good feeling you’re going to be top dog.

helpNu- I don’t know what to say. I’m a little disappointed in your lack of thought in your comment. You almost ruined my case study. I expect more.

Ok, here is the goal. Now that we are adding Pobarjenkins to the team, I really think we can get to 4, 000 blogs by January 1, 2011. helpNu is going to disagree but don’t let him talk you out of it. Keep the machine running no matter what the cost.

I'm losing to all three of you. I think I'm going to cry myself to sleep tonight.

Seriously, I really don't understand how even one thousand posts in a period of a few months qualifies as an insult. It takes about thirty seconds to read and compose a response. Unless it's just difficult for Bob...?

Brenda 1, 072, Anita 609 and helpNu 651- You have a combine 2, 332 blogs in less than a year. Nice work!

There's a whole wide world out there still waiting to be explored. Is there any purpose to sending out large-scale blogs to every complaint you see or is this just your only way to express yourself? Do something else today. Meet people, help your community or join a group. I’m messing with you. You’re just too pathetic to do anything other than this...

Keep up the good fight, your changing the world.

Well that does suck that your fries were only half filled but your two year old probably shouldn't be eating a happy meal anyways. That is way too young I think to already be eating fast food. That is a shame.

McDonald's poor hygeine, poor quality food

Restaurant is filthy... flies trapped in food display areas;dying and dead... overflowing garbages; filthy toilets; filthy floors; tables and chairs not wiped; windows dirty; broken tiles and equipment; 12 year olds trying to make coffee (just doesn't cut the grade)... and ever since the green coffee has arrived it is obvious it is cheap crap that they are pretending is so much better for the environment when really it is just cheaper to buy from "rainforest alliance" blah blah blah

McDonald's customer line ups

I was in a Macdonalds today t in Scarborough Ontario. I saw at least 3 to 4 cash registars open. One Line. when I got in line. then a little latter More customers came in and since no line was really defined by the store itself the new custumers that came in went in front of me by going to the cash with one person. Now I could see that there was only one line but I guess they could because there was no barrier showing that there was one line for the four cash registars. I have seen this problem in a lot of places that I go. and I feel very frustrated when it happens because I wait my turn in line and sometimes for quit some time. when this happened today i felt very upset and felt why should I wait in line while people who just walked into the store can jump in front of me just because they don't feel the line up was clearly defined.
So I left. I feel Mcdonald's s and other places of business should make sure if they have more than one resturant then the line up for customer's should be clearly defined by the resturant and not the customer coming in. It would I feel be better all the way around.

McDonald's price advertised as $3.99 refused to sell item for that amount

McDonald's advertised Quarter Pounder Meals at $3.99. When I placed my order it seemed higher than advertised so I drove around and inquired about the price and was informed that the sale had ended yet the advertisement was still on the menu board at drive thru. The female at the window was very rude and the manager who took about five minutes to come to the window stated "Oh they forgot to take it down and you have to pay the original price!". No one accepted blame nor offered to honor the $3.99 special since it was McDonald's (employees)fault for not doing their job to remove the sign. I insisted for my money back, which took 15 minutes and me walking inside the restaurant to get my refund!

Don't bother with the drive thru either. Heard there's an all night hot spot down the street for that.

Funny enough all I've noticed is on the west coast McDonalds is deserted. It's a desert wasteland now in Colorado, Nevada and even New Mexico. Hardly anyone visits during the week.

Unfortunately, nearly everyone hates McDonalds.

You won't get anyone coming to prop you up here. People generally stay away from that place because most of the time it offers such poor service. I advise you to do the same.
There's a reason why there is not pages and pages of McDonalds complaints...that place has turned into a ghost town unexpectedly.

McDonald's sprayed by sprinklers, ignored by manager

I stopped at McDonalds today, and went to the drive thru. It was around 3:00 in the afternoon. There were sprinklers oscillating very close to where you order, and spraying water into my car and all over me. I had to shut my window twice while attempting to order and finally gave up. I went to the window and told them I wasn't finished ordering, but couldn't because I was being sprayed with water. It was all over my face. My car was wet all the way over to the passenger side window. Because my order was put in late, I had to pull up and wait. The guy who brought it out appeared to be a shift manager and I told him that people were being sprayed by the sprinklers. He responded by saying, "Oh yeah?" He then smiled, chuckled, and walked back inside. I was completely outraged. I don't hold McDonalds to a very high standard but this was unacceptable. It wasn't just a little bit of water. I could have dealt with that. It was the manager's response that really angered me. He didn't care, or even pretend to. He didn't seem to understand that it was a problem. People shouldn't have to worry about getting soaked while trying to order food, and then be completely disregarded when they politely mention it to the management. I am not loving it!

WOW! I got much better feedback from my3cents.com...people there seem to understand. You shouldn't have to worry about being sprayed with water when going through the drive thru. That's why it's a drive thru, so you don't have to get out. For the record, I am 24, and own my car. Maybe when it happens to you, you'll feel differently.

Jeez a free car wash with your order & you're complaining about it. Why did you even try to continue with the order if you were getting hit with wave after wave of water? COMMON SENSE LADY - you should have gone to the window to begin with. Did this sprinkler really upset you THAT MUCH you had to write about it on two separate sites? Go back to "my3cents" if you're fishing for sympathy.

McDonald's hygene

While my wife was ordering our food i stood to 1 side and just observed
the guys on drive thru filling up the cartons with fries the excess just fell back into the tray after filling the required amount wiped their
hands on there clothes then carried on unfortunately not one of the guys were wearing any form of hand protection and as we are having problems with all the flu ect you would think the management would be the first to address this issue so as from my observations we decided it might be safer to eat at home

McDonald's rude service and wrong order!

We made a simple order of a double cheese burger combo only ketchup and mayo and a 6 piece chicken McNuget order both with frutopia both no ice. The girl at the window was so rude it was descusting! My girl friend had to ask for our change because we didnt get it back and when we got it the girl slammed the chang in to her hand with a nasty frown on her face. We got a frutopia with ice and a coke with ice. When we got are food we asked for some ketchup sweet and sour sauce and salt. All we got was sweat and and sour sauce. When we asked again for the ketchup and salt all we got was the ketchup. So we asked again for the salt. "Only because the fries had no salt at all on them." The girl then said "For F**K sakes" and stomed off and then cambe back gaveing us an obscean amount of salt, so we just left. when we got home to eat our food the double cheese burger was made normal, there was no bill, the fries were actualy half full and the nuggets were so stale i wouldn't even feed them to my dog! I will honestly NEVER go back to mcdonalds I am actualy descusted with that place! DONT EAT AT MCDONALDS!

I went through drive through once and my Mate asked for a Happy meal for her 6 year old daughter. The person serving was nice to begin with but then My mates daughter, being really chatty started to talk to the server person, just casual things like whats your name, are you happy. The server was quite a fat woman with greasy hair and chubby fingers. My mate's daughter said 'are you going to eat my food before me'. I couldn't stop laughing! The server started screaming abuse at me, even though it was clear it was only a joke. When we got the food, She sneezed on the bag while she was closing it and smiled evilly! I couldn't believe it! when we got back to my mate's There was about 10 chips that were not even cooked properly and the chicken nuggets were covered in grease! I think McDonalds should really start upping its social and hygeine factors.

The problem was your girlfriend, women are not like guys. Two women can meet and form an vehement dislike of each other within 20 seconds. They were having a 'who can be a bigger ###' contest.

You should meet this kind of behavior with amusement, really. Unless you really did care and were all wrapped up in it, in which case i suggest testoterone pills, and to stop watching chick flicks with her, your estrogen levels are getting dangerously high

McDonald's coffee service

I would like to complaint a branch of Mc donalds (the address is 12602 Alondra Blvd. Norwalk, CA 90650 and the incident happened on May 28, 2009 in the afternoon) for poor service and disrespectful employees particularly the cashier who served me. I have a "buy 5 Mc cafe coffees, get the 6th one free" card. I ordered one iced hazelnut coffee which is served in a Mc Cafe cup. So, I showed the card to the cashier but she refused to punch my card and she said that it's not a Mc Cafe. I asked her "why is it served in a Mc Cafe cup?" then she just ignored me. I was really insulted. I complained to the Manager Brenda Aviles. But she also refused to punch the card. Why is it a big deal to them since I didn't have any problems with the other branches of Mc Donalds where I've ordered the same Mc Cafe coffee. Actually it's no big deal to me cause what is a 2 to 3 dollar coffee. But this kind of inconsiderate and disrespectful behavior of employees towards customers are totally unacceptable. I hope my voice will be heard by the Mc Donalds head office.

We purchased McCafe Premium Roast K cups at Sam's Club in Niles, OH. It has the Keurig label on it. When attempting to use the K Cup in the Keurig machine, the grounds flow out of the K Cup and clog the machine. I tried other brands we had on hand and they brewed fine. I am very disappointed in McCafe coffee as it is good. My purchase information for our Mc Cafe purchase is as follows: purchased 01/13/2016, sales slip ID number E 347859 McCafe SSOUPF. Cost $34.98. Club manager is Mr Zban, phone # [protected]. As Retirees this is not taken lightly to spend this amount and then contend with a bad result. What are you willing to do to make this right for us? We would hate to leave this product but have no choice. Thank you, Paul & Patricia Takacs; 105 Beechwood Dr., Cortland, OH pnp210@aol.com

McDonald's customer service/ theft

I ordered two large shakes and paid$6.76. I was handed two shakes and straws, no holder, no bag, nothing. I asked if I could have something to carry them in, as the ice cream was dripping down the sides. I was told "we're out". I asked how I could drive and not have these all over my upholstery. It was not her problem as she shut the window. The shakes fell to the pavement. I called the store when I got home to complain to the manager, who also hung up. It is not their problem, HOWEVER, THEY WILL KEEP THE MONEY. I called again to ask for a complaint line, and was hung up on again. Now THAT is customer service.

I ordered the two Sussage McMuffin special for $3.00 breakfast from McDonalds yesterday and noticed two things on my receipt. The first was that the receipt said $3.90 instead of $3.00. When I asked the manager she said that was tax. The tax in PA is 6% which is .18 not .90 cents.

Then onm top of that I noticed that McDonalds charges a Take Out Tax of .28 when you don't eat in. This is an outrageous ripping off of the consumer

McDonald's poor service and product availability

May 23, 2009

9:30 pm

Me and my family are regular customers of Mc Donald's Katipunan. We love spending time together and eating together at the said place. However, it is becoming apparent that the product availability specifically the chicken parts would only be wings and legs. The portion is really small that you cannot taste the chicken anymore, but just the breading and gravy. The managers on duty are lousy. It seems they lack training in dealing with customers. Contrary to the advertisement that they serve with a smile and welcome the customers, I noticed one of the managers (most probably the counter manager) rolled her eyes, turned her back, and even hide at their office when we are about to inquire regarding the availability of thigh. This was the only time we had such a very horrible experience from a fast food restaurant. Previous managers way back from 1998 up to 2007, had an excellent customer relations. What has happend to the management team of McDonald's? Rather spending money on commercials, maybe the managers of MCDONALDS KATIPUNAN should learn first what they are advocating. How can the customers say 'Love ko 'to' when the managers are very poor in managing the store. How can they effectively train their crews, when they themselves need customer service training.

McDonald's poor & slow service

We recieved absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from McDonalds! They are suppose to be a fast food outlet but instead its more like a resturant where they take long to make your food. we waited over 15 minutes for our food and that too our english muffins were burnt! the reason i stopped at Mcdonalds was becuase i was rushing to work and needed to get some breakfast at a FAST FOOD outlet. To put the cherry on the top, the scrambled eggs were tasteless and McDonald's did not have salt in stock!
