McDonald's very poor customer service

I have been coming to this location for years(615 York Street Burlington NJ), and I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. On July 22nd 2018, at exactly 12pm, I was rewarding my kids. Came to the drive through, and the person never acknowledge me. I gave it about 1 min, then I said hheellloooo. Then a man came back and said "I am with a customer" I replied" why didn't you say that". The rude man told me" you should take your [censored] home and cook". So is this how you treat your customers now? I said I need to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. Even worse. I will never visit this location again. The man was a black man, with a blue shirt. If this is your Manager, shame on him and bad look for this McDonald's location.

McDonald's service

The employees were outside playing in the parking lot. No one inside to take my order. Other employees inside were not doing anything but horseplaying. This has happened more than once. I have called the corporate number and for nearly 10 minutes (even as I am typing this) I have been on hold listening to jazz music. I saw the women with the headset on her head, in the parking lot leaning in a vehicle and having some guy get out the vehicle, grab her by the waist, lift her up as she giggles when I made the 2nd drive around to the drive-thru area. Are you guys serious?

McDonald's food

I was at McDonald in dothan Alabama and I had a coupon for any sandwich for a dollar and the woman at the drive through told me she can scan it twice and after she did that it didn't go through and then told me to close the app and I did then I clicked on the app and the coupon was gone and told me that she cant do nothing about it and she was acting nasty towards me.

McDonald's customer service

I ordered 4 medium soft drinks. I was charged $1.69 each. I asked 3 different people if they were supposed to be $1 each. I was told "I don't know" by 2 workers and totally ignored by 3rd worker. Not the money that I'm concerned with, but lack of service or knowledge of employees. Store no. 26636 in Orange Beach, Al. 36561. Phone [protected]. Called phone. Never had anyone to answer. Only recording.

McDonald's service

I am a regular customer at the McDonald's on Riverdale Rd in College Park, GA as I live in the neighborhood behind it. Normally I come to this location everyday and get cookies. I have never written a complaint anywhere and I am 31 years old. Let me start with something good... The staff overall is very pleasant and nice... One manager in particular, Lawrence is my absolute favorite person ever, he has never been rude even when he could have been and he always accommodates and tries to make customers happy. He also always has a fabulous attitude and demeanor about him. So pleasant and professional. Today I came in and ordered my pack of 3 cookies at the kiosk and brought my ticket and money to the register and waited patiently. He girl working the register finally walked over and stood at the register opposite of the one I was at. She didn't say a word to me just stood there so I looked over to make sure she was supposed to be working the cash register and not just up there and when I realized I said "oh I'm sorry, I thought you were working this register", proceeded to pick up my $1.08 in change and the receipt from my kiosk order and walked over to her register. She still hasn't so much as looked at me, so I place the receipt and change on the counter right in front of her because she didn't have her hand out or anything. She continues to look straight ahead ignored me and when I started walking away asked me (finally) "am I going to put the money in her hand?" ... I walked away from her at that point because I've had a really rough day and didn't want to blow up at her. I am still sitting and waiting on my three chocolate chip cookies, it's been about thirty minutes now and I already asked two or three people here about them. I don't know if my order was actually ever even processed but they have my money and my order and I will continue to wait.

McDonald's service and order!!

Go to Potsdam McDonald's order 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal, two crispy chicken bacon ranch salads, large unsweetened tea, and a fish filet! Get a 4 piece, no tea, and only one salad has bacon! Thank God the kid at the window actually gave us the tea, then get to park to find no bacon and a 4 piece! The salads make me the most mad, the girl specifically asked two of the same salads! The slips even said the same!

McDonald's the food and workers

I went to the Coram, New york McDonald's store located on middle country rd. 2 sandwiches and a large fry was missing from my order. I told the manger and was told it was put in the order.i wouldn't lie and felt horribly embarrassed. The food i did recieve was cold. The members of the team are young & very immature. I usually go 3 times a week. They're playing and rude. Last week tge meat was missing off my big mac. The last 5 visit something always wrong or missing. I don't think i will be visiting that location again.

McDonald's ordered 2 filet o fish meals at mcdonalds#4152 and both

Ordered two Filet o Fish meals at Mcdonalds#4152, when I realized both sandwiches did not have a full slice of cheese on the sandwich.When I went to the counter to inform the manager on duty, she informed me that they slice the cheese in half now.I informed her why if at all the other locations give u the full slice and the picture on the order screen, shows the full slice of cheese on the sandwich as well.She stated she couldnt help me with the issue, I left very disappointed in the service and lack of customer satisfaction.

McDonald's customer service and timeliness

I waited in a 2 lane drive through for twenty minutes with only 5 cars total in front of me. When it was supposed to be my turn, the employee took the order of the other lane before me. Even though it was my turn. There was absolutely no reason for it to have taken as long as it did. Then to skip me when it was finally my turn. This is a problem EVERY time I have ever been to this restaurant in the last 10 years.

McDonald's mcdonalds 1608 west airline laplace louisiana 70068

On 7/20/18 I entered the restaurant about 6:35, 3 people ahead of me had given there orders after about 15 minutes they received there order at this time know still hadn't taken my order. Being a regular customer I've notice this same manager is never in control of the crew and always talking down to them like its a show. Being a manager myself this person should not be managing anything. Two people in behind me after standing there alittle while longer I walked out and know one never asked me what I wanted

McDonald's unfairly fired

I admit that I was wrong, and even apologized for what I did, but here it goes. Me and this male coworker got into an argument. I was so angry that I told the management team that he was touching me inappropriately. But they wanted to get the police involved. I then made a confession based on two reasons. I felt bad for making false claims against him. Two I was afraid that the police would find out they were lies. I even apologized to him after the confession, but I was fired anyway even though I admitted that I lied about him because I was angry at him. I think since I was brave enough to confessing to the right thing that I should not have been fired. Please be understanding, as this is the first job I had. I am a single mother of three and need the job and the money. If i don't get the job and a steady paycheck my ex husband will have full custody of the children . I hate his guts and do not want that to happen.

McDonald's chicken salad

I purchased a chicken salad last year the made me sick to the stomach. I had a crippling stomach ache for 2 days. I purchased chicken salad from another mc donald's and the same thing happened, so I quit ordering this product. I just read an article that exposes the fact that your business was serving salad leaves that were tainted with feces. I am disgusted to learn that I was ill because of ingesting feces. I am so upset with this company because on the McDonald's boasts to use quality ingredients.

Yes, you can be sued for the false allegations against the restaurant. You can also be sued by the person who you lied about.

You have also given a full confession of everything onto this website so you would lose the case and probably the 3 kids you posted about.

I have a confession to make actually and now I am scared. I don't know if Mcdonald's can sue me for this or not, but I made all of this up. I was fired from Mcdonald's yesterday because I got into an argument with a male employee and said that he was touching me inappropriately. I later confessed to them that I made it up to get him into trouble. They fired me anyway. I posted several false articles about Mcdonald's lettuce being tainted with feces to get the restaurant in trouble because they had no right to fire me because I did the right thing an confessed the truth. I still think that I was unfairly fired.

McDonald's coca cola

We stopped in at McDonald's at 19700 Highway 41 North for lunch on July 21st. They were totally out of Coca Cola. How does this happen? We ended up going next door to Arby's because we had been working all morning & were really wanting a cold Coca Cola. Ended up costing us twice what we would have spent at McDonalds & the food wasn't nearly as good. But they had Coca Cola!

McDonald's mcdonald's application

I downloaded the McDonald's application and found it very useful to be able to order ahead of time and just pull through the drive-thru and pick it up. The last two times I use the app it didn't accept my payment. So I paid with my card at the window. The first time I got my product and everything was fine. The second time I had ordered two frappes, and that was really the main reason I had went to McDonald's that day because my mother and enjoys a frappe. I paid at the window because the app had not taken my payment and they let me know that the frappe machine was being cleaned and said it would be about 10 minutes that I want something else I told them I would be glad to wait and pulled up. I waited about 15 minutes and the manager came out and said the machine was down and asked if I wanted something in its place. I said I had wanted to try one of the handcrafted sandwiches which equaled about $6 and the two frappes equal about $6 so I asked for a sandwich and he went inside and got the sandwich. When he got back out he handed me the sandwich and thanked me. I told him that I had not received any of my other food so he took my receipt and went in and filled the order. The thing that was really disappointing was the fries and chicken nuggets were cold. After waiting that long I would have assumed I would have at least gotten freshly cooked food. I think I spent about$21 I can't remember the exact amount he kept the receipt. This was at the Toccoa McDonald which I frequently visit especially since I got the new application I go there more than any other fast food restaurant. I just wanted you to know about the issue with the application not always accepting payment my first few times it did, but the last two it did not. The second thing I wanted to bring to your attention is if someone has to wait for their food could the management at least make sure it's freshly cooked and hot. My dogs enjoyed my 20 piece chicken McNuggets and fries because they were cold. The handcrafted chicken sandwich was not all that good, most McDonald's food I really enjoy but just not that sandwich. The big mac was good, and the four cheese burgers were good. I doubt because of this experience McDonald's will be my first choice in restaurants to visit for a while. Thank you for taking time to read my complaint. Most of the time everything is fine and I thank you for that. It was just this time I spent a long time waiting just to have to throw it out to the dogs.

McDonald's cost vs product

Your organization has forgotten the meaning of value. Today I purchased a medium coffe frappe. 4.00. I don't mind spending that if I get something representative of my cost. It's was the size of a small or smaller. Coffe, milk, sugar. Probably .25 cents your cost due to armies of employees working to bring no cost down to nothing. 5 sips .. it's gone. A burger fries and I change my drink to a milk shake. They added 2.89 to a combo meal and charged me 10.00 bucks. A local deli charges 7.89 for a 13 inch sub large coke and fries... and it's real food. . I don't know if it's unbridled greed, loss of touch with customer base. But it's just ridiculous. You take in millions.. You should start earning it and stop focusing on squeezing the last penny out or your customer by overcharging and eliminating any and all value. Your not Starbucks. (There mediums are bigger) The premise everything must keep going up while incomes have flatlined since 1972 is a sham perpetrated on the American public by the large corporate machines who rule everything. How about take the lead again and set the standard for value and honesty in the country instead of following the other corruption fished out by the evil men of this world. Inflation is bulk[censored] and we are not as stupid as you think we are.

McDonald's mcdonalds hwy 71 south

Performance to wait on customers..it is 11pm at night on a friday it took 45minutes to get a small brew coffee and a coke. Why we were sitting there 6 customers leave the drive threw line. You need to get more help at night and better managers.anything that went through that line people shouldnt have been charged for. It is suppose to be a fast food and its not anymore. McDonald's large regular french vanilla iced cold coffee

June 20th I visited the mcd near my place to get a regular large french vanilla iced coffee. The lady who was atking the orders was so endorsed in her chi chatting with her colleagues behind the counter that she girst took my order wrong as medium fries, but when i cleared explained to her that i was asking for a large regular french vanilla iced coffee and not fries, she again billed that wrong as medium french vanilla iced coffee. But when i again told my order she told that alright she will get me the large. But then she got me medium size of my order and was arguing thats the large cup. But when she realised that there were even other customers who were noticing her drama, she quickly went in was telling her colleagues that i was asking for a extra large cup. And when finally my order came after my never ending wait and embarrassment, my coffee was sugar less. A million times did i tell her that i wanted a regular and now i was given a sugarless. What should i do? How dare she think that it was ok to fool me with a medium cup saying that it was a large one . Hope some justice would be done to the situation that i had to go through.

McDonald's the amount of time it took to make three plain cheeseburgers and a large fry

This particular location is in Youngsville North Carolina they always have a drive-through line that takes forever so I decided to go inside I made my order and stood there for about 15 minutes listening to the lady who was backing up the orders say about six or seven times that they needed three plain cheeseburgers and they were not making them I waited and waited and waited and then when they brought it to me I told them it was ridiculous that they were skipping over my order and making other people's orders first and the lady rolled her eyes at me their customer service sucks they move at a snail's pace and they cannot handle the amount of business as they receive also I noticed people on the line making food without hair nets or hats on I work in the food industry and I know that you have to wear a hairnet or a hat when you are making food so I hope I don't find a hair in my food if this was not my kids favorite food to eat I would not go back to this location I only go back because of the convenience
