McDonald's the "new" quarter pounder

Due to both drive thru lanes backed up, I chose to order take out inside. One quarter pounder no cheese & one lg drink to go please. PD w credit card, given pick up number w receipt. Poured beverage, burger ready in a couple minutes, I left. Opened burger @ destination. It looked nothing like the photo on the wall, the tv, or magazines. Beef pattie way smaller than the bun, the toppings were as this: in very center of burger was a few dots of ketchup & mustard, two pickle slices & 4 pieces of real onion. I should've picked up ketchup packets. Why? To help moisten the dry burger & give some additional seasoning to, all but the center, where there was no toppings. I was disappointed. I did tho enjoy the fact that this burger was hot. My destination was not far from restaurant. So use to have warm or less burgers so the freshness was appreciated. The disappointments I felt were worth sharing.

McDonald's theft

On Wednesday (16th May 2018) myself and my husband visited one of your restaurants on 401 Park Avenue Sth in New York. It was early morning around 9.00am which we visited and purchased 2 breakfasts. During the time l was being served and eating my breakfast, someone in your restaurant stole my purse which contained over two hundred dollars. On asking staff if my purse had been handed in, they replied with the answer no. Today I returned (18th May 2018) to speak to the manager but was abruptly told to speak with security. The manager wasn't Very pleasant and neither was your security personnel. I asked your security person to look at CCTV but was told he didn't have time to do this at present. Which gave me the Impression they didn't really care. My cellphone number is +44 [protected]. I am staying at The Redbury Hotel. 29 E 29th Street. Until Sunday 21st May. I hope that l hear from you soon concerning this matter. I do not know what happened to the comment you made about my parents not raising you right. Well I emancipated myself from them. I asked my mother for money, and she refused to give it to me. So I stole her credit card and took from her account. She betrayed me by calling the police. I wanted to hit her. I told her that I wished she were dead and I am now emancipated from her. Good thing too because I saved money this mother's day. I did not have to buy that bi%ch a present. I no longer consider her my mother. I now consider her a bi$ch.

McDonald's m grain egg blt

Ok I noticed my blt was on a burnt bagel the manger took a look at it n said it's fine the toaster always does it like this. I said I did not ask for it toasted. He handed it back to me after breaking it apart as it was not cut n said it's fine. I was so upset I threw it out drank my tea n left. The staff said the manager on duty is from sherway n they don't know him. Well he needs some serious customer service education. I will not go to that location again ever Lakeshore road east mississauga 585D

McDonald's service

Went through the drive through yesterday 5/16/2018 around 5pm. When my order was read back to me it wasn't correct. I repeated the items i wanted & pointed out the mistakes. They read me back a correct order. When i arrived at the 1st window to pay, the same mistakes were still on my order. The employee said he made correction & i paid for my food. When I arrived at the 2nd drive through window, it was the same thing i just went through 3 times, the exact same mistakes. Except this time the manager Gloria was barking from behind the scenes, ordering the kid at the window to charge me more money before she gives me anything. I just feel the professionalism & customer service at this store was unbelievable. No One apologized for the multiple mistakes, the manager Gloria would not come & speak with me directly. This is a child friendly store, so I thought.

McDonald's employee in a red shirt with a in a bob or ponytail

Yesterday around 3 in the afternoon I was in the drive and was waiting for my food when I heard and employee holloring and cussing. She was wearing a red shirt with her hair in a bob or ponytail. After seeing this I will not be back at the canton, ms McDonald's no more that kind of language and disrespect I don't like I was still waiting for my food and she continued to do that I pulled off and didn't want my food or money back

McDonald's call center agent

Hi. I just want to complaint. I ordered via online. Since wala ako nakitang remarks sa website, nag wait ako sa email ng Mcdo. And then dun ako mag reply for the senior Id of my Lola. Right away nag send agad ako ng email. 4 emails. And then tumawag ako sa hotline. Nakausap ko si Gracia. Hindi sya helpful. Tinanong ko kung na deduct ba yung senior sa order ko. Di ko matandaan sagot nya if "hindi po" or "wala po" pero sarcastic. Maririnig nyo sa recording un. Kung di pa ko nagtanong kung pano gagawin, hindi sya gagawa ng move. Hinold nya ko. Pagbalik nya para siyang naka mute and then mga ilang seconds lang nawala sa line. Binaba. Hindi naman siguro allowed magbaba ng call hanggat nasa line pa yung customer. Tumawag ulit ako para kausapin yung supervisor which is si Ali. Tama ba? Nagkaron daw ng technical issue sa system. Sa system ba naka connect yung pang tawag nyo? Hindi naman siguro. Recorded naman yung call. Its not about the senior discount anymore. Its about your agent. Anyway, dumating na yung food samin. Thank you na lang.

McDonald's dining service

Hi,

This is to complain about the service we experienced at McDonald sm fairview branch beside Max restaurant, the management was not properly manage due to holiday. There's only one staff on the dining area and all managers are in duty, maybe its good to have a limitation for those employees that will be on duty because of Holidays additional rate but they have to make sure that the service was same. the managers can't clean the dining area. For me as a customer a clean place should be prioritize.

McDonald's employee customer service and wait time

I was in the drive through, I paid for my order which was 3 large iced turtle macchiatos. The lady over the intercom was rude as ever, didn't catch her name . Than I pull up to the second window and all I hear is cussing coming from the employees, very disrespectful. I had my child in the car . We wait 10 minutes and they come to the window and asked us what we ordered ! I told them I had been waiting 10 minutes already. Than an employee gets rude with me ! They tell me In a very rude tone that I can either move up or stay where I am that she didn't care . so the manager comes to the window and asks if she can get us anything .we pulled up so the other people in line could get their order and finally the manager comes out with 3 cookies and still no drinks. At this point it had been 15 minutes with a child in a car on a hot day . The manager finally comes out after waiting 20 minutes total now and is cussing saying it's mother effing ridiculous and that we should just order regular coffee next time ! This is so disappointing!

McDonald's happy meal

We went thru the drive through in warrenton Missouri about 245pm today. When pulling up to check out food (I bought lots for the men working on the outside of our home.) We realised my daughters toy wasn't in her meal. I went inside and brought my receipt. I told the manager we were missing the toy to our kids meal. She told me "sorry we dont have any" I said mam you should tell people that when they order. We dont eat out much but when we do my kids get excited for the toy. Manager gets closer to me and says "it's not my problem it's my first day back and we dont have any" I said ok can we get a rain check? She replied "whatever I guess if they will give you one" I said your kind of rude she said "I'm not the one standing in here complaining" I was beyond mad leaving there.

McDonald's salad and attitude problem

I ordered a salad and they told they were out. And they didn't refund me my money. I went to the restaurant # 20339 569 ordnance rd Baltimore maryland today date is 5/12/2018 the time I ordered is 5:12 p.m. order # 76 and they were extremely rude towards us and they were taking too long and the food need to be prepare better and the service need a lot of approvement I have been to better restaurant then this McDonald's

McDonald's charged but did not deliver food

About 2 hours ago, I went to McDonald's window and ordered 3 meals. I was told to wait in Parking No. 1 and they would my order in 3-5 minutes. When 10 minutes passed, my wife went back and pick it up from them. When we got home, we found 2 meals instead of the 3 we ordered. What a bumber .. we wanted to have a quiet dinner instead of going out in Friday nights younger crowds.

After dinner, I called the manager, and explained it to her, she offered to go back and get a free meal, not taking into account that I have already paid for it. She insinuated that I was after a free meal. When I explained that I do not want a free meal, and that I was already half hour drive from the location, she offered that she would help me if I go back with the receipt she would give me a free meal even tomorrow. This again meant that I was after a free meal. No, refund despite that I had paid with credit card. It angered me, and I decided to write this compliant. No checking, no recourse. Just plainly took my money with no refund. Shame on you and your policy, McDonald's. Train your managers and employees to serve better and not to ad insult to injury when customers complain.

McDonald's waiting for a very long time for service then food

I went into your location on Pottstown ave in Pennsburg, Pa. It took 10 minutes to be waited on then another 20 to get my food. No one on front line, 2 cooks. 1 window worker. An employee, when I first got there went on break. She left front line with me an about 3 other people waiting to order. While waiting for my food the restaurant became more crowded. After I received my food and was leaving I noticed the people that came in after I ordered Still were not waited on. After i got to my car i remembered something else my wife wanted so i went to drive thru where it took 26 minutes to order and receive my food. I spent approximitely
45 minutes when it shouldn't have been more than 10 or 15. This is way unacceptable. And Im sure this is not the first complaint from this store. I myself not eat again at this McD's but of course try to tell children that.

McDonald's managers using inappropriate language

This concerns the Piggott store and 2 of the managers, on March 5th approximately 11:00 pm my fiance and I were at Circle K, which is hooked with McDonalds to get food from McDonalds and pick up drinks from Circle K . We were parked in front of Circle K . I stayed in the truck as my fiance went for our order . A man walks out of McDonalds and I recognize him as the main manager Stacey, he was sitting in front of store on the window ledge texting in his phone and e was in full uniform . A few minutes later a lady walked out of McDonalds and I know her as Ivy another manager . ( This is where it gets very vocal and nasty and in sorry for the words ) Stacey then said to Ivy " I got that [censored] now ! At this point he is very upset and extremely loud almost yelling . He then reads a text he sent to someone and said " Boss we had 7 unauthorized register openings, I think we are about to get em " After reading that text to Ivy he said talking very loudly again saying " I knew it was that [censored] [censored] this whole time !" I then gasped not believing what I was not only seeing but what I was hearing . Ivy then admitted to Stacey that she had opened the register without authorize and got change, Ivy was in street cloths and not uniform . Stacey continued his rant about " [censored] Stealing " " That [censored] [censored] " and " No one steals from my " [censored] Store " The were times I would make comments to then that this matter should me talked privately and even said " Hey excuse me " again I fell on deaf ears . Stacey and Ivy both looked at me as I sat in the truck or I said something and just ignored me and kept up the conversation. My fiance returned to the truck with our order and drinks and I was so upset Hey actually rushed him into the truck so we could leave and he kept asking why and I told him just to listen and he started hearing Stacey and he got me out of that environment, thank goodness my kids were not with me as they usually are . I have worked fast food for over 20 years and I know that behavior is not unprofessional it is terms for termination . I will not return to the piggott McDonalds ever again as long as Stacey is employed there . This is not the first time ive heard stacey yelling obscenities . I have been going to Piggott McDonald since it opened and I went atleast 3 sometimes 4 times aweek for my house hold and my mothers house hold . We spend alot of money there . I hope no.one else has to ever ve subjected to his behavior but he has no shame about who hears his rants . Thanks for taking tine to read this .

McDonald's excessive wait in drive thru and wrong orders

I have been living in Fleming Island Florida for over 14 years. The servive and quality of the local McDonalds have been great (on and off) until the past 2 years or so. Specially I can say the past year there is not one time that my order is 100% correct. At the point, that before I leave the drive thru I have to open every bag to make sure all is correct and in the bag. Missing sauces, missing the Apple pies, etc. The past Friday, May 4th, 2018 even inside the restaurant for lunch at noon, , , , I got my order wrong, Missing fries, missing the bacon in an "Bacon cheeseburger". Still, we kept going since my kids like the nuggets. Today, May 8th, 2018 is the last time I go to that mcdonalds, , , I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru just to place and order, , another 20 past before I could get to then cashier. This is not acceptable for a big company like this and you can see one of the managers (lady) smoking in the parking lot very often.
At this point, Wendy's is accross the street and my kids loved their food. Mc Donald's in Fleming Island, Florida has lost our family and the many trips a week to your restaurant.

McDonald's delivery problem

I would like to express my experience with your customer service, first of all, I live in new Cairo, first Settlement, Banafasag 8 for about 6 years ago, and till now I can not deliver one order to my home, because my area is not covered, I had called several times and complained million time about that situation, and nothing had been changed, although you had made new branches,

Second you have miserable customer services, they can not handle frustrated customer, no supervisor even to talk
What they always we are sorry and we will send an email to the management

So I decided to contact you and see your customer satisfaction process and procedures, because if my problem is not solved I will escalate to the group

McDonald's manager

I came to McDonald's on 5-6-18 at 11:36 pm that McDonalds is open 24 hours only for the lady to tell me they are closed due to having only 2 employees yet they just took a customer's order matter a fact 2 people's order! Then when i pulled around to ask the lady about it she started cussing me out! I called the store and asked for the manager her name was Kathy only to have an altercation with her i hung up she called back to tell me she was calling the police to report my phone number! McDonald's all cooked items

Not that you care, but I ordered two single hamburgers and a BigMac value meal from a (now) franchise location at 56th and Old Cheney in Lincoln, Nebraska at approximately 1230 this a.m. 05/06. First of all, i made the mistake of actually trusting my order would be fine (stupid American consumer move). Not even five minutes after leaving drive-thru, fries and all other cooked items weren't even luke-warm. Again, trusting your (now) franchise employees, I didn't procure a receipt as I paid cash. Both single hamburgers contained one pickle, no reconstituted onion and one one dot of ketchup. I was upset, but figured returning to or calling location with no receipt, my response would be cold shouldered and laughed at. Long story short, other than the Sprite (which had no straw in sack but I took lid off and consumed at home) 9.00 in the trash can. If this is how your Lincoln franchise is representing a once corporate locale, I'll be certain to make sure to let others know of my experience, and will never visit this locale again.

McDonald's late night quality of food

I visited the McDonalds in Rockville Centre, NY on May 2nd, 2018 at approximately 10:40 PM.
We ordered a 20 piece and 6 piece of chicken nuggets. They were tough and overlooked.
We also asked for a hash brown potato. We were told there were none left. How are you going to open for breakfast the following day and not have hash browns?
I personally think they just want to finish cleaning up so they could close and go home.
The nuggets were actually unbeatable and I had to throw them out!
Normally, their food and service is VERY VERY GOOD. I'm a bit surprised at what we received at that hour.
Someone should look into this.

McDonald's food

I ordered chicken nuggets, as I was eating I had almost swallowed and choked on a bone that came from one of the nuggets I was eating. It's a very important matter, it could have been my child eating the nugget because she also got chicken nuggets. It is a little bone but it is still very dangerous. I've never complained about anything when it came to McDonald's messing up my order given they also forgot to add one of my items but this again could have been my child's nuggets, thank god they weren't.

McDonald's ice cream machine

Hey, just wanted to let you know every time I go to McDonald's at 9 PM or before they close. I am always told that the machine is not working. I mean the restaurant closed at 12am, why does the machine be down?As a consumer, I feel like the business would get more sales if the machine was up and running since it is getting warmer. What can be done about this?
