McDonald's grand bay al mcdonalds

I ordered food online wemt to pickup and they had no idea about online ordering so i had to wait an hour for them to finally gove me half my order.while i was waiting the worker accused me of stealing saying i didmt pay for my food so i showed her the email reciept showing i paid online with a card.by the time i got home i realized half my stuff wasemt evem in the bag amd to top it all off the food i recieve so so messed up.i was so embarrassed i did not return for my food that i didnt recieve and couldnt evem eat what i was given due to having a food allergy to mustard that was put on a hot and spicy.i had to go to another place for more food for my 3 kids because all my happy meals had small baby fries when i ordered extra fries instead of the yougurt or apples.the whole experience of standing there for an hour listening to the workers acuse me of stealing has made me never want to go back.i would like a refund for the part of my order i did not recieve.this was the worst experience ive ever had..

Did you have an extremely large order? A standard McDonald's order should take around five minutes.

You will need to contact them directly by the way. This is a third party website and they will most likely not see your complaint here. Keep your receipt if you still have it.

McDonald's buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich

i purchased a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich from mcdonalds through the drive thru and i sat in the parking lot to eat my food well when i opened the box to eat my sandwich there was a strange odor coming from my sandwich . i open the bun to examine my sandwich and i notice that my tomatoe is really really white and mushy looking and i attempted to pull off the tomato and it just turned into a mushy mess until i managed to scrap all of it off witb my finger

McDonald's poor service

I purchased a Pulled pork burger on Sunday 3rd December 2017 from the Drive-thu. The trip to my home only takes 2 minutes so there is little time for anything to happen to the burger that could be attributed to the drive. When I opened the container I could only see a great mess instead of something I could enjoy eating. I returned the burger to McDonalds where upon speaking to the manager I received a double Angus burger and chips to replace my meal. I feel that the issue was not taken seriously and I very much doubt if any further approach was done to the staff there. To add to my indignation I was requested to wait for 7 minutes for this atrocity to be delivered to me at the parking bay outside the shop. Photo of this mess is attached

McDonald's employee

To whom this may concern,
My name is Lydia Gonzales. I had went to McDonald's last night around 10:30 pm in San Antonio text on s. New Braunfels st. I had the worst experience there in the drive threw. I wanted to order 3 breakfast sandwiches for myself and my disabled daughter. The cashier who took my money had said my $20 bill looked fake (I can guarantee you my money was not fake.) She took the $20 bill to her other Co workers and they were all staring at me and laughing. I asked to speak with the manager and she just told me to pull up, leaving me parked there for a long time. She finally comes out saying the manager is to busy to talk. I just asked for my money back and I never got my food. I understand the lady has to do her job with checking the money but not only was she inappropriate, she was very disrespectful and it was absolutely humiliating especially to have her and the co-workers staring and laughing. You could not believe how embarrassing and awful this experience was for me.

Very rude and nasty cashier, restaurant was nasty, trash running over in whole restaurant, no lids for large cup, cashier was more worried about mopping at 7pm then waiting on, customers, restrooms mens and women's was very nasty and unpleasing to use, manager was their and acted like she didn't notice what was going on because she was busy on the phone

To whom ever it concerns,
"My Not So Wonderful Experience With McDonald's Restaurant #10943 on video"

I visited the 9607 E Independence Blvd McDonald's in Matthews NC 28105
today at 10:23 am . I ordered in the drive thru 2 Bacon egg & cheese, 4 hashbrowns, 1 sausage McGriddle & 2 sausage burritos. I payed for my food at the first window and went to the second window to receive from a McDonalds employee 1 bacon egg & cheese biscuits .I told the McDonalds employee I have a bigger order, the 1 sandwich is not mine. The McDonalds employee then handed me another bag. I always try to at least briefly count the quanty of items in the bag which was 9 total. I did not check each sandwich but at least it was more than 1 bacon egg & cheese that I previously was offered. I took my McDonalds bag of food home to find out it was still wrong. I ordered 2 Bacon egg & cheese biscuits, 4 hashbrowns, 1 sausage McGriddle & 2 sausage burritos. I received in my McDonalds bag 2 Bacon egg & cheese biscuits, 4 hashbrowns, 1 sausage McMuffin & 2 sausage burritos. I immediately went back to McDonalds to the drive thru to inform them of the 1 sandwich that was prepared wrong that I received 1 sausage McMuffin & ordered 1 sausage McGriddle. The McDonalds employee asked if had my receipt. I said no I could not find the receipt the McDonalds employee told me to drive forward the manager would help me. I stop at the first window and asked the Mcdonalds Cashier if she remembered me she said yes. I told her what I ordered and the amount and she printed my receipt. I then went to the second window and a Hispanic woman named Norma which was the McDonalds General Manager came to the window. I handed her the receipt and told her they had gave me the 1 wrong sandwich I ordered sausage McGriddle and I received 1 sausage McMuffin. The McDonalds Genaral Manager looked at the receipt and said they charged you for a McMuffin and you got a Mcmuffin. I told her I ordered a McGriddle . The McDonalds General Manager said we repeat your order at the drive thru and at the first window. I said, she did repeat the order at the drive thru but the cashier did not repeat the order at the first window. I told her it sounded like she repeated it correct at the drive .I said regardless, I ordered a sausage McGriddle and received a sausage McMuffin . The McDonalds General Manager told me she could not help me. I said fine. I ordered a sausage McGriddle so charge me for it again if thats the only way I'm going to get what I ordered . The McDonalds General Manager charged me again for another sausage McGriddle. I told the McDonalds employee that I want the receipt for the sausage McGriddle I just ordered .The McDonalds Employee went to hand me my receipt I noticed that there were about 9 receipts still attached to each other when she tore my receipt loose. I then new why I didn't have my receipt from my previous order.I Immediately new not only was my order wrong but they are not giving there customers there receipts because there still attached to each other hanging out of the register.I told the McDonalds General Manager that I want McDonalds corporate Phone # .The General Manager gave me a local phone #.I asked the McDonalds General Manager again is this McDonalds corporate phone# she said yes. I new this was a lie because of the area code of the phone# .I told the McDonalds General Manager I was going to call corporate about my experience and I would never eat McDonalds again. The McDonalds General Manager just shrugged her shoulders. I looked at my rear view mirror at the line behind me thinking the McDonalds General Manager does not care about me or the drive thru line that was already terrible and getting worse every second we where arguing. I said your going to let $1.00 profit run a customer away and the McDonalds General Manager again just shrugged her shoulders. The McDonalds General Manager said there's the phone # make your complaint.

McDonald's mcdonalds on hwy 63 in moss point ms

I placed an order on the app to be picked up.. i got here 40 mins ago and they keep acting like im not waiting on food. Then i ask how much longer and its 5 mins.. this is ridiculous. 40 mins for a mcrib meal a kids meal 2 cheesburgers a hot and spicy and a lrg fry? I dont want to lose my religion in this place of business but this is uncalled for. Ant they are rude about it.

To explain in more detail Yes I was in your drive thru last night and first off we drove around to the drive thru to talk into the speaker and it did not even work so we sat there for a good 5 minutes and it did not work so we drive around to the window and we order are food 2 Big Macs two orders of fries and 2 large coke's. We got there at 945 pm and it is now 10;30 and I have a pregnant wife who was starting to get real irrational with me so I can go to ask to speak to the manager her name was tonya by the way and I say what in the world is taking so long to get my food and she has the nerve to spit back we got the order 17 minutes would you like your food
hot or cold, now this is supposed to be fast food now if you guys do not do something about this you are going to loose a customer for life.

McDonald's drive thru/employee/management

The closing staff at mcdonald in burien wa that worked on 11.30.17 are very disrepectful. First and foremost the cashier started off very rude. Not to mention the fact that the "manager" we asked to speak to about his drive thru cashier had the audacity to have a huge smirk and laugh like he didn't seem to care at all about how his employee was acting very rude. When we drove off the cashier came to the second window and said "bye" sarcastically knowing that her manger doesn't have a care in the world. The "manager" slammed the window while we were in the middle of speaking to him and while we pulled off and said some more stuff while we pulled off knowing we couldn't hear them. On top of that they messed up our order! This whole experience from this one specific mcdonalds ruined my whole mcdonald experience and i've been a loving customer for 19 long years. After today I will no longer be a customer to mcdonald.

Incident happened on the 24 November 2017.

McDonald's Witkoppen Northgate - No. 54 North Thumberland & Witkoppen Roads- [protected]

We placed an order through the drive thru. My son ordered a Chicken Mac Burger.

When he opened up the take away box he noticed there was no bottom bun of the burger. We did not go back to Mcdonald's and complain.

McDonald's long wait time and order was wrong

I visited my local McDonald's this morning and ordered at 5:34am (per receipt). I usually only order inside, but due to the time of day I was forced to use drive-thru which has proven time and again to be quite slow. I thought since it was breakfast time it would be faster than normal- there's usually more workers on the a.m. shift. I was very wrong. After ordering, I moved maybe 1.5 car lengths and sat in the same spot for around 9 minutes. 2 cars sped out of line because they got tired of waiting. After 2-3 more minutes I received my order. Didn't check it (I'm 8 months pregnant and was irritated at the wait time so I just left). Drove straight home (about 10 min drive), looked in the bag and I was missing an item I ordered (I paid for it- per receipt). Quite disappointed.

McDonald's customer service regarding food handling

I recently went in on the drive thru to place a simple order of cookies and an ice cream cone. I warned the cashier that I was going to pay the total of 2.78 in coins (10 dimes, 20 nickels, 3 quarters) and maybe that bothered her enough to burn the cookies. The person who I went with joked saying to dip the cookies in the ice cream to cool then off. To our surprise the contact of the ice cream with the cookies, they started to sizzle! I was upset at the amount of care that was given when handling the food.

It might have just been a mistake or a bad batch (most likely the cookies were made before you even ordered). Did you ask for replacement cookies?

If you visit in the future and need to pay in change again, you may want to consider entering the restaurant. I can't imagine it being too easy for the cashier to count 33 coins in the drive-thru lane.

McDonald's birthday party

I'm going crazy if someone doesn't contact me regarding this serious matter.
McDonald's someone need to follow up with me because this is really upsetting and affect me emotionally regarding my son first birthday party at 6875 sand lake rd

It all started, on 10/15/17 i drove to reserved a party on 6875 sandlake rd for today 11/25/17 at 5:30pm. When i get there the cashier told me that the party manager which is cozy or cody wasnt there to reserved my party. She gave me the mcdonal party call line to call or i had the option to go to the website to reserved. I went online to reserved; but the website was down continuously. I was trying for a week calling the party hot line and left voice mail, but nobody ever answer or return my call. Finally, I was able to reserved and paid online and i called the party manager at the location to confirm with him my reservation since the website was acting up. I told him i was going to have 30 children and change the time of the party from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. He told me i was going to have a party host, food, games, music, cake, goodie bags, ice cream, decorations, and character appearance. I ask him if there anything i needed to do. He answer no that he have everything under set up and im set. 11/25/16, i showed up at 5:15pm for my son party. Britney; now the party manager told me that she Is now going home and no employee is available there to help me with my party.

Britney, told me that the previous party manager quit and she had no notice of anything and that I was going to have to handle my son party by myself. They was no decoration, nothing set up. NOTHING. I was humiliated and I’m emotionally affected by the way Britney the party manager handle my son party. I end up paid over 525 dollars for a party that was not turn the way planned. Everything I paid for was not delivered and I need my money back. I had over 30 children and over 25 adult and I was embarrassed most importantly it was my son first birthday and I trusted McDonald to deliver what I reserved and paid for. This really affect me mentally and I need someone to contact me as soon as possible. This is very disappointed. This shoul not have turn out like that.

Myself and my family members offered to help me do anything to make the party successful since all my guest was already there, but she was not being coorporated with us. All I want was for my son to have a party host that will host and have the party going and fun and that was imposible. The time that Britney took to argue and fussing she could've done the party.

Good luck. McDonald's is now too big to care about customer service. If you can't reach them by phone and don't get your money back quickly, contact an attorney for assistance, or consider suing them in small claims court.

McDonald's caramel mocha

Again...I am sending in to complain about the McDonalds in Fitzgerald, GA. Went by this morning to get a large hot caramel mocha and again the machine is cleaning. Why would you clean the machine at 7am? I mean that is when most people go to McDonalds for breakfast. A week ago I had to get my money back due to the machine just stopped working. The machine is either not working or cleaning all the time. Poor Management!

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers value fries and a chicken sandwich I asked extra pickle I stated o would pay extra because when I ask for extra they only give you one pickle extra and then I I ordered a caramel mocha iced small $2 iced coffee the employee he's not know what I was talking about tried to charge me over $3 and then I asked for extra caramel for tell me to be over $4 but he had no knowledge it all really when I talk to the manager he can just remember $2 one and he did get it for me but what if I return them the girl the girl Hello very rudely the spectacular Dallas particular I don't have to go to I go to the other one on the other side of my town because the customer service at night is terrible not friendly don't smell never want to go out of their way besides the fact 8:30 I go there for ice cream and the machine is down for the night they do that quite a bit because they want to close and get out of there but if you're open till 11 she serve everything till 11 but they don't seem to be a very big problem there

McDonald's Charged 3 times for the order by machine

I had ordered food at McDonald's near the Les Sablons metropolitan station, on Avenue Charles de Gaulle, Paris on Monday 20th, Nov. at 4:36pm using the automatic machine and the total was € 16.40. The machine declined my Citibank Card 4386xxxxxxxx6975 and I went to the serving station for payment finally. I now find that my card has been charged "Three" times instead of once for € 16.40 x 3 = € 59.20 ! Please reverse the charge for extra € 32.80 to my Citibank Card urgently and oblige. Thanks

McDonald's slow, rude, food subpar

We went to the McDonald's on Turner Hill in Lithonia/Stone Mountain. The woman on the register was professional, nice. We were ticket 322. The order was a steak egg bagel, sausage egg mcmuffin. It took about 17 minutes to get our full order. The woman fulfilling the orders was plain mean.

We asked for an upgrade to large on the orange juice. She made me feel like she was punishing me for not ordering at the beginning. "You are going to have to wait for that." She proceeded to get other orders ready. I didnt have a problem waiting, but her attitude was abrasive, cold, unfriendly. We waited again. We noticed we didn't have the jelly, or the peppermint mocha. We asked for that, no apologies, she just proceeded to make the mocha. She handed the peppermint mocha in silence. My husband asked for the orange juice. She finally prepares that. Hands it to him, again, silence. She was overwhelmed, but, a quick sorry for your wait, or a thank you would have gone a long way.

I understand being busy, but we waited a total of 30 minutes for a simple order. The staff was not accommodating. You could tell this was their normal way of handling the customers. It was backed up. Obvious there needs to be more staff.

We get to the car, I tasted the orange juice and could literally taste the tap water in that juice. The juice had no ice in it, but was completely watered down. My egg yoke was runny in the sausage mcmuffin. I have NEVER had McDonald's food taste this bad. I will never eat here again. Ever.

This McDonald's is not a good representation for your company. The habit of treating customers bad is not a good look.

McDonald's about not wearing gloves

So I went to the McDonald's in Cleveland Oklahoma and there was a long wait well as I'm waiting for my food I look back to where they are making the food and there's a woman back there making good without gloves which is disgusting especially after she had been up getting orders and hadn't washed her hands. I requested a refund make sure you're people wears gloves would you eat that food that people has touched without gloves

McDonald's really bad customer service.

I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 3 McDoubles plain. I went to the first window, paid, and proceeded to the second window. The lady at the second window started to hand me a coffee. I said it was not mine. She asked what I gad, when I told her she said I needed to order at the menu and slammed the window in my face. So somewhere between window 1 and 2 they lost my order. Free knocking on the window for a few minutes she opened it. I told her I already ordered and paid showed her my receipt. She shut the window walked the anothe lady. After about another 5 minuets she opens the window to tell me that I am backing up the drive thru and other people are waiting for their orders and that I needed to park as if this was all somehow my fault. Already annoyed and insulted at this point I refused to move until I got my food. She turns back to her manager and said "this stupid [censor] refused to park". Which the manager replies "what a [censor]". With the window wide open. I was very polite up until the squared scolding my like a child because their drive thru was backed up. Where did good customer service go?

McDonald's new coffee commercial

The new McCafe coffee commercial showing people being arrogant causing others to wait while they finish their coffee is not amusing because this is actually happening at your restaurants. Your service is much slower since you've added the specialty coffees. To create a commercial that accentuates this problem does not make me want to go to McDonalds.
