McDonald's stale food

I have been buying my breakfast at 6am from the Mcdonalds resturant for nearly 3 years. Being a busy contractor I eat on the run. I have had enough of stale buns, over cooked cold eggs and my coffee from the caffe always being made with milk that has been kept in a fridge over night uncovered and reheated in a dirty jug. on top of all that, I have to continuously ask for a clean jug and the correct milk. Food handled without gloves and waiting 10 minutes for an order because the staff are talking or not with it because they are inexperienced.! I have thrown away many breakfast orders because of being stale and or not fit to consume. What the hell is it going to take, someone getting food poisoning or having a reaction to the wrong milk. These kids, and I strongly say kids, don't even cook for themselves and yet are not ever monitored in all the time I have seen about preparation, rotating of stale food, or the importance of hygene. I am very angry at the running of this store and upon asking around, many many contractors and families who have stopped using this store have also had enough. Fix this problem and win back your customers. Don't, and watch the headlines. We are sick of wasting our money and gambling with our health.

McDonald's can't claim prize

Won a prize through MacDonalds 2010 Monopoly game, says to go to snapfish.com/mc2010 to claim prize. It's a joke, there is no place to claim a prize. MacDonalds wins again.

I was having the same problem. I did some research. You just have to enter it in the promo code space at snapfish's checkout. What a headache it was figuring out how to use the damn thing!

McDonald's service issues / faulty installation

The following post is an effort to get McDonald Mazda, Classic Soft Trim and Alpine Colision to please take responsibility for faulty installation and maintenance of my car roof and please replace it.

In October of 2006 I bought a new 2006 Mazdaspeed 6 from McDonald Mazda in
Littleton Colorado. When I purchased the car, there was no moonroof
installed. I asked to have one put in by the dealership and paid $1, 500 to
have it installed. When I brought the car in to have the moonroof installed,
there was no reference that the moonroof was going to be an aftermarket
product. There is no paperwork to support that. When I picked up my car in
November of 2006, I was handed a packet from Classic Soft Trim by McDonald
and was told that they don't do sunroofs and used aftermarket companies that
they trusted.

In June of 2007 I had my car in for gravel damage due to a truck who dumped
gravel on my car. There was substantial damage to the car including the roof.
Alpine-Collision repaired my car.

In August of 2007, my sunroof stopped working. It wouldn't open/shut or
operate at all. I called Classic Soft Trim and they arranged to have the
sunroof repaired. They picked up my vehicle on 9/10/2007 and returned it
9/11/2007. I do not have copies of the work that they have done but I have
phone records and the Corporate Classic Trim company has records as well.

In May of 2009, my sunroof stopped working again. Since I was out of
warranty, I decided not to get it fixed.
In June of 2010 I noticed several rust spots and bubbling around my sunroof.
My roof also started leaking and dripping into my driver's side of the car.

I called McDonald Mazda in August of 2010 asking for Classic Soft Trim to fix
my car. On September 10th I dropped my Mazda Speed6 off at McDonald Mazda and
they had Classic Soft Trim look at my car.
On Tuesday, September 21, McDonald Mazda let me know that the sunroof company
would not fix my car because it had been painted by Alpine Collision. I
picked up the vehicle on Friday, September 24th.

On Friday, September 24th I called Alpine Collision and faxed him
the work order from 6/2007 on Monday, September 27th, 2010. I also brought
the car in on Thursday, September 30th for him to look at the vehicle.

Both Alpine Collision and myself have been trying to contact Classic Soft Trim in regards to getting the necessary paperwork to see who is responsible for the leaking roof. Classic Soft Trim refuses to send over the paperwork and claims that they don't have copies of work done that long ago. (It was 2007)

I have lifetime warranties from both Classic Soft Trim and Alpine Collision. Unfortunately my roof is now rusted both inside and out and needs to be replaced. Fixing the moonroof to no longer leak is not an option at this point. McDonald Mazda Volvo subcontracted the sunroof to Classic Soft Trim and should take responsibilitiy of that.

Alpine Collision is willing to pay for 1/3 of my car. I want to avoid going to small claims court and all three companies have been notified by the BBB. To my disappointment, only Alpine Collision has responded to my complaints.

Attached is a link of photos of my vehicle.

blog post photo
I am hoping to get this out to the public in hopes that these companies will do the right thing and fix my car. We just had a huge snow storm in Vail and the rain/snow was leaking into my car. My venichle is only 4 years old and the cost to replace the roof is not much more than $3, 500. I would think warranties would cover rusted and leaking roof.

McDonald's scam, false advertising

I went to all 3 MacDonalds in my city. They each have a huge advertisement of the Monopoly game they have going. The first sentence is that no purchase is required to play. So I asked for a free Monopoly piece. They said you need to by a meal. I showed them their advertisement right in front of the counter. Their reply was always you buy and meal and the Monopoly piece comes free. I said you sign says no purchase required. Your telling me it is required. I had bought an ice coffee, but that did not quality. You had to purchase a meal to get a piece. This is definitely false advertising.

I tried to find a way to complain to the MacDonalds headquarters, but there web site does not give you anyway to complain, only how do get a franchise or job or coupons, etc.

we have moved here to Cambridge from Ireland. we are very familiar with MacDonald's in Ireland and have always been satisfied with it. since coming to Canada we have been baffled at how badly run and organised MacDonald's are here. they have about twenty staff behind the counter, all running around like headless chickens, getting nowhere fast! our last six visits to MacDonald's in Cambridge have been infuriating, we have two kids, they get happy meals, and they are always far from happy. every tI'me, and i mean EVERYTIME the happy meal comes either minus the sauce for the nuggets or minus the yogurt or minus the chips etc etc. they are a bunch of idiots! this system of taking the order then pushing the order to the side to let someone else fill the order is obviously not working. there is a complete lack of communication. oh and the best part is when it gets "busy" some manager type person appears from the crowd of employees behind the counter...this person then gets into I'm I'mportant ill get this sorted mode, fires the orders together barks at the customers and throws the completed(or so they think) order at the customer. it baffles me as to how these employees manage to screw up a sI'mple happy meal over and over again! in Ireland the employee take the order at the till, then I'mmediatly gets the order ready and hands out the order, all done by one person in less tI'me and with no mistakes at all. and yes in Ireland MacDonald's get extremely busy too.
okay rant over
sort yourselves out please MacDonald's Cambridge.

The drive through service and inside service is terrible at store #28181. I have told them time and time again when there is something wrong, and they just seem like oh well i am working a minimum wage job. I have worked a lot jobs of this nature in the service industry. I went to school and i still work in service. So i know what i see is someone that doesnt care anymore about doing a good job.

I asked the woman at the drive through for a number 13 meal large, three times. She says the price and drive to the first window, if she said back the order to me then i just couldnt understand her. I paid and thought it was strange that it only cost 6. 29. I went to the second window and i see that the server there was making up a med tea. I told him that i asked for a large. He told me that i would have to go inside the store to get the order fixed.

That on the surface seems resonable, but. Knowing that particular store at 12 o'clock is pure chaos. And i would have to stand in line and wait for someone to acknowledge me standing there. I have seen too much appathy at that store. So i went back to the office, i didnt have the time to go in and correct a mistake that could have been avoided if the people in the drive through would be efficient and not rushed.

When i pulled away and got on the road i looked in the bag and most of the fries were dumped out of the box and there were no napkins or a straw for my ice tea. I am attaching a photo of what the contents of what the bag looked like

I took my daughter to Macdonalds on the Capital Centre on Boxing Day for a meal. I went through the drive thru due to the icy conditions we were having. I ordered a Festive Meal as a large and when the meal was given to us I continued to park in a space. When I took a bite of the burger I found the bottom half of it was missing. With this I then made to safely get out of the car, to take it back inside.
On passing over the half meal to a member of staff I expressed my dissatisfaction, the young lady advised the manager (i think) who completely ignored me and carried on checking an order list or something... The young lady in question then service 3 other customers before I was even given another. The manager didnt even come over to apologize or offer a refund...
Safe to say I did not enjoy my meal

Dear MacDonald’s Team

I was a very big lover of MacDonald’s but I had a very bad customer experience with MacDonald’s Egypt.
They announced that there is a promotion as follows : By purchasing an upsized combo you will grant a Free Cinema ticket when purchasing another one .
We picked one from the listed cinemas and when we went there they informed us that this in only valid for certain movies which have been produced by a certain movie production company” The Arabic company for production “and we didn’t get the ticket, I don’t mind at all but this is not mentioned by any mean anywhere on the ticket or on the promotion flyer .
This is unprofessional and to launch untrue or fake proposals it is not matching with a reputable well know place like MacDonald’s .
I want to express my anger and dissatisfaction towards what happened and I am expecting your support .

I will be waiting for your feedback to act accordingly.
Your assistance is highly appreciated

My girlfriend, her mum and her mums boyfriend visitid the macdonalds store in eastbourne today, came home and they were all vially sick. We all had a think about it and came to the deffinative conclusion that as they had only eaten macdonalds to day and were the only people in the family to have, there is no dout in mine or any one elses mind that it was food poisening from there store.

McDonald's rip off

On October 5, I went to MC Donald s and ordered a large milkshake which used to be 32 oz but what I received was a 22 oz. They told me that they reformatted their shakes, and I told them that for now on I am taking my business elsewhere. They really dropped the ball this time, because they didn't research how the customers were going to respond to the change. I feel if I am going to go somewhere to spend my money, I want what I pay for. They should have given me what I ordered, gave me something else.

It's common sense to know that customers are not going to like less for their money. But many businesses are going this way to cut costs. It happens.

McDonald's - refund policy

It was Saturday night (actually… it was technically very early Sunday morning, but I digress). I am with a dear friend of mine, who is drunk and therefore feels the need to poison his body via copious amounts of fast food. I oblige his drunken request, because I was too tired to deal with the wrath of drunk hungry people, and take him through the McDonald...

McDonald's rude abusive angry psycho black girl who treats women badly

this mcdonald's, seems to employ the lowest class meanest people...some of the people there are ok, but when it comes to the black females, so far they have all been abusive crazy and very mean.. as I recall from even years ago, have had problems with a black female there, then another one- who yelled and was rude many times..this is not a racist post against african females, just the rude psychos that worked at this mcdonald's..who are very abusive and harmful to customers...I'm not sure if it was the same one but I went through the drive thru and there was a very rude mean bitter geekish [censored] working at the window- she angrily shoved my drink at me which was a pound and it was pretty painful. Apparently, bitter uneducated low class high school drop outs or classless rejects there think they can abuse customers for no reason. There was in fact a manager in the background It hink as she did this possibly looking at her like "oh no don't do that" type attitude...these sick crazy losers that work there think it's their right to be able to abusive customers and treat them badly, though they are only these classless rejects that work in fast food- it doesn't take a working IQ to work there, but aside from having no IQ these people that work there also have no manners and are hostile and crazy...I'm not sure why in society, losers who have no status or place use what they thikn they have to bully or abuse others...especially these idiots that work in places like fast food...the mean bitter ### that thinks she can abuse customers, needs to either be fired or removed from the drive thru window because not only her attitude but her abusive actions are harmful for customers and she is a hostile person who shouldnt be handling food but maybe she is fit to handle fecal matter in the toilet...

For the record, I work at the McDonald's currently. And yes, I can admit that some of the people there are rude and/or inconsiderate. However, I don't appreciate the slur against McDonald's employees in general. You said that "...these sick crazy losers that work there think it's their right to be able to abusive customers and treat them badly, though they are only these classless rejects that work in fast food, " "aside from having no IQ these people that work there also have no manners and are hostile and crazy, " and "bitter uneducated low class high school drop outs or classless rejects there think they can abuse customers for no reason". I am an English Literature major at UCF with a 3.6 GPA. I graduated 6th in my high school class of 450 people. You have absolutely no right to generalize and stereotype people who work at McDonald's or fast food restaurants as a whole. There is nothing to say that you are above us, more intelligent than us, or a better human being. By looking at your post and the evident poor grammar and spelling, I can practically guarantee that you aren't. To be honest, you seem to be more hostile, rude, and ### than any of the people with whom I work. And I'm not the only respectable person there. The majority of people who work at that McDonald's are students, who are just trying to pay for school. Times are tough, and it was the only job that I and others could actually get. Among our staff, we have graphic artists, pre-med students, managers with Master's degrees (not just "jerks" promoted to a higher status), and high school students responsible enough to handle a job and classes. They are just people who need jobs. That doesn't make us "classless rejects" or "idiots." I'm not saying that this woman wasn't rude to you; if you felt so strongly as to post something here, then I'm sure you had a reason. But before you go around slandering McDonald's employees, think about what you're saying.
And while you're at it, you can shove your opinion up your ###.
Thanks, and Have A Wonderful Day.

McDonald's stupid customers

This is to all of the dumb customers that come in the local McDonald's I work for.

The cheap-skates that try and get a BigMac for a dollar by ordering a McDouble and having it changed to add BigMac sauce and lettuce. Just buy a fricken BigMac because a lot of other McDonald's are starting to charge for the sauces no matter what. If it doesn't come with it then you will get charged.

People asking for a water cup then turn around and grab a coke when no one is looking then when they do get caught they have the stupid intentions to fight about it or call corporate about it. Makes you look very stupid in the long run and we all have a huge laugh at your expense.

All of these order mess ups I hear about. Nine times out of ten it's the customers fault because they don't know how to order let alone know what fast food restaurant they are visiting... "Yes I want a whopper, biggie sized with a pepsi". There is no 99 cent menu, there is a dollar menu and there is no McNuggets on the dollar menu.

Yes breakfast is over at 10:30am on week days and 11:00am on weekends. We start breakfast at 4:00am so there is a run for 8 1/2 hours to 9 hours. Just wake up earlier.

To the customers that take a long drive to work day in and out. Why bother stopping for food at the one near your house then turn around and complain 45minutes later when you arrive at your place of work that your food is cold. The food has a lifespan of seven minutes tops before it gets cold, less if its cold out or with your A/C on low.

To the customers that come inside for their food. If you see a fresh basket of fries go into the fry hopper. you see the fries get scooped into a bag or box and placed in your bag then turn around and tell the employee you want fresh fries. How much fresher do you want them? Want us to go to a farm, pick the potato, come back, wash, cut and fry it before your eyes?

To the customers that come in very late at night after the lobby is closed. It's going to take a while to get your food. Reason being there are only two to three people on staff and people have a champagne taste with coke-a-cola money. People wanting their square fishstick fresh out of the grease for their Filet-O-Fish that takes 5 minutes to cook. Or since recently of the major deals on McNuggets we have a hard time keeping them ready to go and they take about four minutes to cook. Crispy chicken take about eight minutes and so on. We can't park the cars because it's after hours and it's a security hazard to open the doors. So don't expect for free food, discounts or anything out of the nature. Also if you're the type of people that want fresh food think about the hungry people that are in line with you.

When it's raining you rather use the Drive-Thru, I don't blame you. But when you pull up to the window please and I beg you, turn off the wipers. We don't want to get soaked with dirty rain water.

If we mess up on a order and you decided to come back to get it fixed. We need the receipt and food. Yea we toss out the food but we don't want to get ripped off in the long run. "Yes, I ordered three McDoubles with out Mustard. Well they have Mustard" Well how do we know you didn't eat them anyway when you just bring back a receipt? Would you do this if you bought say a big screen TV that was faulty? I think not.

We are only human people, mistakes happen. If in doubt check your food. So if you get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and ask for no cheese, please check it. You try making a hundred or so QPCes in a hours time. you'll get use to slapping on cheese on each one that gets passed to you. You're not better then us, we are equal. we are all human. Some of us get paid more then you and others make minimum wage. All depends on their job title. Heck im a manager and I get 8:50 a hour. That really sucks but do to the job market I have no choice. I'm able to just get by supporting four kids with out government help with my job. I live paycheck to paycheck like millions of other Americans.

Long story short. If you keep getting the wrong order or bad service it's ether these two reasons.
A: You don't know how to order.
B: You expect too much for a fast food restaurant. This isn't some five star elite restaurant.

As to a fellow co-worker always says "Stupid people have to eat too"

Oh yeah! a virgin that most likely lives with their parents still that goes by the name Lucy83_

90% of the employees have a life outside of work. One or more children to take care of. Most baby sitters and day care centers have lives outside of work too. So we have to pick them up before they close or the baby sitter has to leave. So when you have some one coming in 5 minutes till the lobby is closed and then wants to sit there in the lobby for a hour or so afterwards it kinda make things harder. Not to mention we can not get paid overtime. We are capped off at 40 hours, not a second more so why work off the clock? We all get 40 hours a work week so if we do stay late we don't get paid. Since we live in a state that has crap for labor laws unless you're a minor you have no choice to take it in the rear. Yea i'll stick around for 10 extra minutes but to make sure everything is ready for the next shift but right after that im out the door. We can fight back and get overtime but the following week our hours are cut in half and makes the rest suffer, not to mention harder to pay bills because of the lack of hours. So ether take the 40 or take the 20.

You have to realize McDonald's is franchised owned and only over seen by corporate. They don't care what happens as long at that franchise is selling burgers and fries. The franchise just wants to see dollar signs and doesn't care about their staff. Heck we use to get fat checks for bonuses for QSC&E but now we don't. the owner keeps it all, heck my christmas bonus this year was a McDonald's christmas tie that goes for 8 bucks in the uniform catalog.

Yep, Last night I had two crew people plus myself. Since the store manager wants two windows open it has made things a bit harder.

Back cash window, takes orders, cashes out customers, build happy meal boxes, restocking ice, baking pies, making salads to order, grabbing fries out of the freezer.

Grill person, cooking food via grill and firers. Washing dishes, and helping the food assembler.

Hole (AKA Presenting window). Makes all of the ice cream, fraps, McCafe, bagging food, dishing up fries and handing the food out.

Assembler (most of the time the manager), Making all of the sandwiches, cooking fries and if enough time bagging food.

In a perfect world it can be done but when you add on all of the cleaning it doesn't. It's like Communism. Looks good on paper but doesn't work.

Like I said I had two crew people so I got the be on the grill and assemble food as well. You might be hearing people yelling at each other but not laughing, at lest in the store I work for mostly because customers are too drunk or high and pass the first window and go straight to the second window.

It's the customer's job to read the menu and tell us what they want. After all the menu boards have big pretty pictures and big bold lettering that state the prices. You have to realize when you choose drive-thru the order taker has two jobs and two registers. Taking orders and cashing people out. While you're order is being taken 90% of the time that person is multitasking by cashing some one else out. Not to mention you have a 22inch LCD screen in your face at the talk box that is telling you back the items you order. So when you hear "everything look correct on the screen" just don't say "ah, yea" take a moment and read it. Did you know there is 145 ways to order a McChicken? Bet you didn't know that.

At my store we get about 5 complaints a day. 4 of the 5 are stupid. Like for a example that happened this morning. "Yes, my iced coffee taste like coffee". I held back my urge to laugh at them and said "It's iced coffee, it is going to taste like coffee".

So to Tania07. Shut your hole, you sound like you never worked in the food industry. I've been in this industry for many years. Not just McDonald's but in real restaurants. McDonald's never use the customer is always right. We go by Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Experience.

If you worked for McDonald's for a whole week you would then understand. Especially when field-reps (the spys of corporate) come in and tell us that we are doing things wrong, too much staffed, not enough staffed, too much waste, drive-thru isn't moving fast enough.

How is it their fault for long lines, there is a large demand and large demands cause long lines and slow food service.

I wasn't at my job, I wouldn't be rude to people at my job. I was jut going to get some quick food. I'm not getting paid to be nice to that slow poke what do I care he's wasting my time.

McDonald's old oil used for fries

I had thie displeasure of ending my staturday evening with one of the worst meals ever from this establishment. this was not the first time i was not happy with this p[articular branch. i had ordered to meals from the drive thru and as we left i cold smell that the oild used for the fries was not the usual and what we have come to expect frm the golden arch. the oil tatsed stale and days old. i dont know whether it is the recession that has hit them or the manager had forgotten to stock up but i swear to never go there again. i take this position as the last time i was serviced the the attitude of the staff after messing up my order and draging my burger across one the dirtiest most unhygenic counter tops i have ever was in itself a sign of the care they took for they customers health. i swear to never go there again nor recomend them to anyone who will listen.

McDonald's service

Today, I went to McD to have some breakfast, and there were three cars in front on my car in drive thru, there systems were not working, plus they were just accepting cash, so they just took the order on a plain piece of paper (which I noticed when they asked me to repeat my order when I went to the cash Window) after I gave the order. It took almost 30 minutes to the people to get ready my order, that's OK. But, Finally I got it. So, I went home and opened the McD Bag, the food was less in the quantity. I went back to the McD right away, and now there systems are working. So, I explained them the problem. and Instead of taking care of it, the Lady (Manager or Leader) around 4:30 a.m. started shouting on me(she warned me that she will call police), that I am lying. I am just an International Student here at SEMO, so I don't know what to do about it. I have been a valued Mcd customer for more than 10 years even before I came here (I like the food but not the Behavior of that lady)

Is there someone can do anything about it?
This kinds of Customer services are against the goodwill of Mcdonalds.

I purchase the same items every morning - 1 x standard skim milk cappuccino & 1 x slice of raisin toast. Swansea NSW drive through told me if I wanted to get the meal deal I needed to go into the mccafe. Now I am noticing in all Newcastle / Lake Macquarie region outlets the cost varies from $4.60 to $6.10. This company should have set pricing in all outlets, I would like a confirmed cost as this is not acceptable.

After driving around all day, tired - all you want to do is to grab a quick bite to eat so you decide to give the McDonalds Drive through a go - no cars lined up, so this should go quick, right?. Think again! First of all you struggle to get your order through, because even when there is nothing wrong with your hearing, you struggle to understand a word the person behind the intercom says! (you mention that the intercom seems 'faulty' as you get to the first window, but it seems irrelevant) Okay - you tried! As you drive off you realize that two of the extras you ordered never made it into your brown paper bag! Close (literally) but no cigar! I am not saying that this happens often, but maybe worth mentioning.

I was at Macdonalds on Grove st., Jersey City, NJ.Today, June 5/08 at 10:00 am
I asked the manager for a senior citizen coffee and I also intended to validate a coupon for a breakfast sandwich. A very young lady (said that they didn'nt have senior citizens coffee (fine) but then she smirked (not good for business). I said to her that this was the only Macdonalds that did not have senior citizens coffee and I left the place really disappointed because I have gone to other Macdonalds and have been treated very courteously. I am really disappointed.

on three occasions in the last 30 days i have purchased a breakfast at one of your resturants and had to return because something was left out. i did return to the resturant and had the meal corrected but not on that day because i am disabled and have trouble getting there. i am almost always satisfied with the food but not the service at this particular resturant. today i tried to purchase a breakfast with coffee and could not because in the 15 minutes i waited not one vehicle was served. two cars were waiting and everyone else were in line. someone needs to see why this resturant has so much trouble. i do use other mcdonalds because of travel.

I visited your mcdonalds store in the North Side of Red Deer on Friday the 07th Nov 2008 at around 5.30pm and experienced the following:

I went through drive thru and ordered: machicken combo (large Fries), southwest crispy burger and snack wrap with two pkts of mayo. The attendent told me the price of 14.46. I went to payment window and handed the cashier a sum of 25.56 and she returned me a change of 1.10. When i queried that the change is wrong the cashier called in a supervisor. The supervisor told me that i should park my vehicle in front and they will recount the cash register and would refund me my money, so i asked them what if the till is short before i arrived there so the supervisor told that i should park in front and let him do his duty. so i drove forward picked up my food and parked. Than a girl comes out to my car window telling me that the cash register was only over 5.42, so i argued and it came up that she agreed that if i return the meal they will refund my 25.56. so she took the meal and this supervisor came out with 25.00 cash refund. the name of the supervisor was donald (was told upon asking).

Concern
-------------

Is this the tpye of service this outlet provides.
I am a manager at one of the leading fast food company, we dont deal like they did in this situation.
What is the point in recounting the till and refunding 5.42 instead of 10.00 and when not agreed take the meal and refund 25.oo. What kind of management you guys have, and also please tell your management staff to talk nicely not in a rude way, they are there because we buy food, if we dont buy they stay home.

Also why your staff at north dont wear name tags, i think it is a requirement that attendents should wear name tags.

Also send your staff to some accounting and mathematics classes so that they understand simple accounting and maths, shame on the outlet.
Calculate the time and cost they have wasted in serving me

5mins at the window
5 to 10 mins recounting till
5 mins argument of not accepting a refund of 5.42
5 mins going back inside and than giving me a refund of 25.00
your management staff at this outlet seem to be fools dont know what they are doing.

I am a fan of mcdonalds but situations like these would make me change my taste, but pls forward me a clarification on this matter on my email stating who was at fault and what have you guys done with the staffs who did this to me.

The other morning on my way to work, I stopped to get a mocha coffee. I waited a short period of time and when she opened the window, she handed me a bag FULL of food. I had ordered 1 medium mocha coffee. I had to wait 10 munutes for a coffee i had paid $2.98 for. i was late for work.

The following day i stopped again..this time i went IN the place and ordered. first she gave me a COLD mocha (clearly i had ordered a HOT coffee..it was 26 degrees outside)then they left off the whipped cream & chocolate...not a huge deal but shoddy none the less. when i asked her to make it the way it is in the pictured advertisement, i was rudely scolded in front of other customers, and told that it didnt come that way (which it does). she then continued to curse in spanish.

Giving them one last chance i went to a totally different McDonalds on hwy 49 in Concord NC...the service was s l o w and once again my 1 item order was screwed up. i recieved a half a cup of coffee, no toppings and a rude attitude. Im a mother of 4 children and 9 grandchildren..i have advised all of my family and friends to boycott McDonalds...we now go to BURGER KING.

I visit this particular McDonald's establishment on a regular basis and order a large hazelnut latte with whole milk every single time. Generally I have to order the item several times before they actually get it right before pulling to the window to pay an exorbitant amount of $3.67 for my coffee beverage. When I actually get to the window I am constantly being asked to "pull forward" while they wait on the next customer. How long does it take to push a button on a coffee maker and add a shot of hazelnut I ask you? Today was no different from any other visit only this time when asked to pull forward, I refused. The person looked at me rather odd and then told her manager that I refused to move. Let me also state that this particular McDonald's primarily employs those of Hispanic origins and communication is painful to say the least. I am not a racist person but I am a firm believer in someone being able to speak as well as understand the English language when they are working directly in a customer service based industry. This in itself was half of the problem. This is America...speak English! Not only was I spoken to in an inappropriate manner but then those in service with McDonald's proceeded to speak in their native language and laugh while I stubbornly waited for my coffee. When it finally arrived it was NOT what I had ordered. When I handed it back to the attendant and told her that it was missing the hazelnut, she again repeated my comments to (what I can only assume was) the manager. He stated in a loud voice that if I wanted "extra" flavoring I would need to pay for it. At that point I told the attendant that I wanted my money back. I was then asked AGAIN to pull forward and someone would bring me my money. This particular person (not the store manager) apologized for how I was spoken to and she gave me a number to contact (area manager I believe) who listened to my complaint and 'promised' that something would be done. I then proceeded to pull through the drive thru of a SECOND McDonald's to get my coffee and was spoken to rudely while PLACING my order this time and once again asked to "pull forward". This was to pick up my free cup of coffee given to apologize for the first incident earlier that day. McDonalds...Keep your coffee. It's not worth it.

Went in today at 11:05am to the McDonalds on Imola St in Napa. The counter person was rude and not helpfull. I wanted Chicken nuggets and they had a few different choises. The counter person did not even offer any choice. He just gave me the 6 nuggets which was 3.36 I could have gotten a whole meal with 4 nuggets for less then 3.00. I fell he was tring to sell the most expence one. He could have said something about the different items instead of hurring me through the sale. They were not even busy.

McDonald's manager rudeness

After ordering two angus burgers the clerk told me the coupon that I presented was not for an angus burger. I then informed her that I had used the same coupon sucessfully before. She got the red headed manager and he began informing me that on the reverse side of the coupon that read "buy any large sandwich, get one free" it stated in type so small that I could not read it thaT IT DID NOT INCLUDE THE ANGUS BURGERS. I asked the manager for my $20 back and said, "do you know what you can do with that coupon"? and he said, with a large smile, "I really don't care". Date 10/1/2010, 4:15p.m.

McDonald's all operations on site

One of the worst Locations in Philadelphia! I stop here only because I live nearby and it’s always the same. Staff is not prepared and not trained; staffer’s are rude and carry an attitude towards customers I guess they bring their problems from home. They need to send then back to the McDonald school. The franchise owner dose not care what so ever as he never there, “info from the employees”! They can not take an order correctly, they have problems giving correct change even when it tells then on the register, THE FOOD IS OFTEN COLD! And the order is more then fifty percent of the time wrong. Is this the best they can do? This is what makes fast food total garbage.

McDonald's poor service, nasty

This Mcdonalds needs to be closed. They employee more "don't care" employees than any fast food restaurant in this area. There is no speaker to place your order, so your place your order and pay at one window (when someone is there) and drive to other to pick-up. That's not such a serious problem, their employees are. There is one young girl who was sitting in the window when I pulled up to place order. She didn't immediately look up when I drove up - she was sitting their picking, the longest, curling-under, nasty fingernails I have ever seen. I would have driven off immediately, but was just glad she wasn't handling my food. I just cannot imagine a food business employing someone like that. Worse yet, her attitude was terrible. When she finally looked up in this miserable way, I told her I hoped her day got better. She didn't say anything, not even thanks when I paid.

The last time I went there, I actually went in and waited in line rather than deal with the drive-thru. There was a man in line with a sick, and not too clean, 10-year old. The child was coughing, sneezing...etc., wiping his nose on his hands. The girl at the counter handed this kid a stack of cups and asked him to "help" her by placing by the self-serve drinks! Fortunately for me, they had not taken my order. I walked out...forever! I have told family and friends about this unbelievable place. Why doesn't the health department close it down?

She, the mgr, was very polite - but, don't think she saw how unacceptable it is to have someone with nails like that working in a restaurant. Thanks for suggestions on DOH - I will call - even though I nor anyone I know will ever go there!

McDonald's order takers

Drive through line was taking an inordinate amount of time to move. Cashier would ask each car occupant do you want an apple turnover or pie. She asked me 4 times. I said no 4 times. When I drove up to the window she stared at me like I was the one that was crazy. Real nasty attitude and insisted that all have some apple crap.
NOTE TO: McDonald' Board of Directors don't take up my precious time in the morning asking me if I want something else other than the item I have ordered. If I want something off the menu I can read.

McDonald's poor service

I grew up in the moncton region all my life and frequent mcdonalds numeras times. I found that all mcdonalds are fairly the same over all. Over the course of my life I probablybeen to each mcdonalds in the region at lease 50 times. Over all im pretty understading if I been at a restaurant 10 times and 1 time they forget a fry I would just let it go. But the one mcdonalds in my region that truely stands out as the absolute worst. Has to be morton ave in moncton. Orders on count are usaly 2 wrong to 3 you always have to double cheque your order. Ive seen at 1 ocasion they too my order and waited aprox 25 min in the drive was the only car there. When I finaly knocked on the window she said that they forgot about me and it would be another 5 min wait could I pull up. After all that I avoided that mcdonalds. About 2 weeks ago I was on my way home and its on the way so thought I would givr them another try. So like normal when I get my order I cheque it too see if everything seems write. I get home ordered a big mac combo with extra big mac. So we open it up and find 2 big mac fully garnished with absolutely no meat. Felt like I just spent another 20 dollars to give them another try and a whole meal is wasted. I would not call cause they say they will put your name in a book but hoo wants to go in there in front of a bunch of people and say your name is in a book. So rude. So if your in the moncton area this writer feels you should not support mcdonalds on morton ave. Until big changes be made...

McDonald's hygiene

I was a customer at the McDonalds on 29th on the south hill of Spokane, Washingtion on Sept 17th at 4 pm I went into the restroom and observed an employee come out of a bathroom stall adjust her pants and hat look in the mirror at herself and walk right out of the restroom without washing her hands. Now that is just what I want someone serving me food when they didn't wash their hands after wiping their ### or peri area. Are you so busy timing how fast those employee's get orders out you have forgotten to teach them to wash there hands. Shame on you McDonalds. This makes me so sick you have lost my business for good. McDonald's the way employees are treated

My name is James Outley, i was an employee at McDonald's on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC. The 19th of this month would have been 2-years of employment. I am filing this complaint because of the treatment of me and my fellow employees. Since i began working at McDonald's, my store manager Tammy Brazell has uses profanity, made smart remarks, and has been VERY disrespectful. She has no respect for any of her employees, she always threatens us with our jobs, uses profanity towards us, talks to us like we are STUPID, and she LOVES to call us INCOMPETENT. Not only as an employee, am i HIGHLY upset, but just as a human being to be spoken to as I am a animal is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. We have all made several calls trying to have the problem fixed, but it is obvious to us that her boss and the owner of the franchise (GEORGE SENSOR) DO NOT CARE! He refuses to return any phone calls or e-mails with that being said I PERSONALLY WILL NOT LET THIS STAND!

I work at McDonalds on Lexington Ave. in Mansfield, Ohio. We have had a large number of employees quit or walk out lately and are very short staffed. We started 24 hours Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week so the openers starting times have been cut back. Sunday morning after $55 worth of business Saturday night, we come in to no tea, no napkins, no stock, NOTHING. The 2 employees on the night shift were lazy in the daytime with people there, so at night they are doing NOTHING. Will the store manager do anything about this NO. It will be covered up and other good employees are going to leave because of these 2. Please look into this because a team needs everyone to pull the load, not play all night and eat up the profits. Thank you.

McDonald's fraud

nearly every time i order mcdonald i get presented with less food than i ordered.
all my friends say the same thing happens to them.
its not a case of uninterested stupid teenagers serving my food.
its obvious there is an unstated policy to give people less food than they ordered and hope they won't notice.

This is an outrage

Mcdonalds make profit from this frauduent behaviour and im going to the press

I'll bet i get masses of support from others who have been likewise ripped off.
This rip off is over, although i tried their website and they are "busy"

They have big sign says "Free Coffee with any purchanse between 6am~8am"
I asked if I'm getting free coffee with two orders of apple pie and a hash brown..
The response was "Nop, No coffee!(already annoyed being asked million times)" with looking down on me like I was begging for something..
I replied "then You should take the sign off the window..!"
again annoyed "No coffee"

I often go there and I know they don't have the nicest service but this is fraud..~ !
They 4x2(ft) big sign on window (freecoffee) and mocking me for asking if that's available?

I looked at the sign on the way out.. Didn't find any fine prints like
'available on participated location only...'

Wow. For those with little patience or time, the original complainer ordered items at McDonalds, and the total shown on the receipt was greater than the sum of the individual parts.

I have one question, could the problem be caused by tax that is not shown on the register? I do not understand French so I cannot read the receipt.

The owner of any Mac's can decide or not to participate in any national promotion. For instance, right outside of Fort Polk on Entrance Road there is a Mac's and the owner never participates in the "Two Big Macs for Two Bucks". Never. He sucks. However, he'll advertise.

McDonald's rudeness & poor service

I ordered a large ice coffee with cream only - no liquid sugar or any sugar. This black employee brought me the large ice coffee filled to about 1-1/2 from top of plastic container. I asked her to please add more coffee (in other words fill it up at least) and what she did was add more ice while laughing as she handed it to me. I must say the rudeness and disrespect has travelled over into the business world. This McDonalds is not the only McDonalds that offer rudeness and very poor service in the Jackson area. I find that the McDonalds on Beasley in Jackson is even worse. I have been taking my coffee (no sugar) this way for at least 40 years and I'm not about to start taking it any other way. I'm from Chicago, who just recently moved to Madison, MS. I had not problems there ordering what I want, but coming to the Jackson area is another thing. The employees will argue with you when you order ice coffee with cream only and they add the liquid favor. The employee will tell you "that's the way we make" or "nobody told me you wanted this way." I know the customers can be very difficult at times, but this does not give the employee the right to tell you want was given to them. My understanding is to tell the customer, "I'm sorry, we will make it right" - end of story.

Beasley McDonalds is the worse (Just off of I-55). The employees are rude, argumentative and best of all they roll their eyes a lot. When you check your order before leaving the window and finding that its the wrong order - the employee will roll their eyes and say "its what you order." So this leads me to "no receipt" which you don't get, because its not working. The lines are long, especially around noon. There is a long line - the majority of the time it takes up to 30 minutes to get a meal. Fast Food, it not.

Hwy 51 in Ridgeland is not as bad, but its getting there. In Chicago there were problems that you can live with. But here in Mississippi is another story. I generally just order ice coffee while taking my husband to dialysis. I am a retired Chicago Police Officer and if I serviced the public like the employees at McDonalds, I would be called on the carpet because of the Complaint Registered Numbers (CR#s) acquired by the citizens I serviced. After this incident this morning, I will seek other avenues and establishments to get what I want. I would go to Dunkin Donut, but its only one in the Jackson area and its to far to travel on a daily basis.

Why did you feel the need to mention the rude worker was black. And maybe that they are only supposed to fill it up to a certain amount. Quit being racist and get off your high horse.

McDonald's shocking service and product

I took my two boys aged 4 & 7 to McDonalds at Townsville Lakes franchise around 12 noon on Sunday, 29 August 2010. They were busy, yet only 2 of their 4 point of sales were staffed so I ended up in a line. Took little over 10 minutes to get to the front and place my order...2 kids happy meals, a Seared medium sweet chilli chiken VM and 2 Malteser Sundaes for the kids.

Got pushed to the side and asked to waite...first the maltesers arrived, then the kids meals came out without the burger and nuggets...15 minutes laterthe nuggets and burger arrives, still no seared sweet chilli chicken...by now the sundaes have molten and the milkshakes have gone flat...another 5 minutes on, the chicken roll arrives...no appology no nothing. When we finally get to the table and sit down, they gave me the wrong roll.

At no point, even after making the staff aware of my problems and issue, did the shift manager step forward. The Shift Manager "Krystal Jones" only came forward when the noise from my corner became to obvious for her to ignore. Her responce to the matter..."Just calm down, I'll change it for you", which took another 10 minutes.

Here's a wakeup call for the Franchisee, Mr Justin Leadbetter. "Your shop is going down the toilet mate ! Better quality staff and a bit of training in customer care and communication will go a very long way"! You've lost my business and future support.

I am not writing with a complaint - far from it. My husband and I go to McDonalds every day of the week, for coffee and something to eat from the McCafe. We moved to Townsville about 4 months ago; so checked out a few McDonalds, because as we come every day we wanted to make sure we went to one that was well run. Well, I have to say your Lakes McDonalds in Townsville was by far, the best of them - in fact probably the best McDonalds we have ever been to. One of the main reasons for its appeal, to us, is having great staff there, and in particular a lady called Roseanna, who is working there when we come in. She is always so happy, smiling and obliging; and I have never, ever seen her stand still! She works hard all the time, and never just stands around doing nothing. She is constantly cleaning, and every table, chair and floor is quickly and efficiently cleaned by her right after each use. As I come from the old school of work ethic ie: ''if you can lean, you can clean'', her work practices really impress us, and she is never too busy to give us a happy 'hello how are you' every day. So as I said, it is not a complaint, but I could not find anywhere else to write to in your organisation for a compliment! I really hope that this reaches the manager of her branch, and also the manager of the Qld Head Office, because she is a jewel employee, and I write so you can realise this, let her know how good we think she is, and hang on to her - because employees like her are hard to find. Could someone perhaps email me a reply when you can, letting me know this has reached someone, and the message has been handed on to management, and to Roseanna herself. Many thanks, Jan Cason.
