McDonald's yorkie dog allowed

Had breakfast at McDonalds in Bella Vista Ar. ..two breakfast sandwiches/two drinks. 8 customers received various orders...all but one ordered had after us. They had somehow lost our order...a little aggravating, but mistakes happen. While waiting, I was FLOORED to see a woman walk in CARRYING a Yorky dog. I couldn't believe my eyes when the MANAGER stood there and took the order, long haired dog over serving counter. Then the customer went to fill her drink with, again the long haired dog over the drink area. When I let the manager know the dog should not be in there, the managers response was ...yeah the woman should not have brought the dog in. I told the manager, " You should not have served her !"Needless to say, going forward, My family, I, nor friends I've told will go there .

McDonald's Еeam member licking her gloves

I was ordering my meals and the girl at the back that was cooking the burgers put her mouth on her gloves and licked them.
She was playing around with another worker and when she was told by another higher up worker to change her gloves cos she licked hers, she made offensive remarks towards the worker and myself. She said i was a liar and she started to tell other workers that i said that she licked her gloves, and talking really loud so everyone in the restaurant could hear what i complained about, then when she was making the last of my burgers she was laughing about something she done to my food, like spat in my burgers or put hair or something like that.

This was very very unacceptable, rude, immature, and offensive of the girl to do this, for my friend, daughter and myself to go through just for 3 happy meals.

McDonald's arguement with employee

On 3/31/2008 at approximately 1030 AM, I went to the MacDonald's Restaurant on 72nd St and Third Avenue. I had the misfortune of encountering the rudest person I have ever met. The young man who would not give his name up, was hispanic. The manager would not give his name to me and hid him in the back of the store. She would not give me a phone where I could put in a complaint. The boy was arguementive and tried to dictate to me what I had ordered. I told him he was wrong and he argued to the point of driving me out the door without my breakfast. I am a live long patronizer of macdonalds and they are the closest one to my home. I am disabled and of the age 56yr. I have always expirienced very polite workers at any MacDonald's I have patronize. This person should be moved from the Bayride store or at least train your employees on how to speak to customers. In any event, thank you for paying attention to my complaint

McDonald's dead bird in the coke

I went to the drive through at my local Mcdonalds - 3021 S. Val Vista, Gilbert, AZ 85296 and ordered a diet coke with ice. I drank the whole coke and when I opened the cup to dump the ice, there was a tiny baby bird inside. I complained to McDonalds headquarters and they did absolutely nothing. I didn't even receive a letter of apology. I will never go to McDonalds again, especially this disgusting one in Gilbert, AZ. I spoke to several people at the McDonalds headquarters and they were all shocked. I even received a case number - But that is it! How can it be that I do not even get an apology? Just goes to show you that these big corporations don't really care about the consumer.

McDonald's so called fresh food

I am so sick and tired of McDonalds adds and the posters they have on the wall how there food looks so fresh and that they sell quality food to our children.this particular day in question and many other times i have ordered food from maccas the chips are 9 times out of 10 cold..Now who the hell likes cold chips. And the burgers i have gotten in the past..they have been so cold sometimes that the cheese has not melted at all and the buns taste stale.I have gotten into habit say if i order a McChicken meal to cook the paty fresh up and cook a batch of fresh chips..We should not have to.God if im going to eat food we know i not exactly good for us it should at least be fresh and taste good.other wise what is the point. And the way they make them.I have received many burgers where the patty is almost of the bun and the salad and sauce is all through the container and not on the bun.Now i know it will not look exactly like the picture but they could at least make the effort to make it properly..so it looks like a burger..there has been a few times where i have made thwm remake it and i get a huff and a puff about it.What is the problem.Im paying for food that is suppose to be good quality and when i look at it should look like what it is suppose to be.Now many people will say so don't go back there. But i like McDonalds and if you get it the way it should be it tastes great.Any one else have these problems..

McDonald's hair in sandwich!

On May 14 /08 I ordered lunch to find a hair in my crispy chicken classic combo. Took it back and was given another one with no sorry or even them suggesting maybe to reimburse some of my money back. Needless to say I could only eat not even half of my lunch because i had lost my appetite do to the hair. The place wasn't very clean and nobody cooking had hair nets under there hats even with long hair. The workers were also very loud on personal conversations that the place could here " that somebody threw out chocolate chunks for somebody else's found. She went on and on. I have eaten there many times before, this was a very unpleasant day.

McDonald's cannot get my order right/bad customer service

For the past 3 or 4 times that I have ordered at this Mcdonald's branch (this is the branch in University and Pioneer Parkway), it has been horrible. They always give me the wrong order. We always order a large Big Mac value meal (no pickles and onions), and a large Chicken Selects (5 piece). They always either give me either a big mac WITH PICKLES AND ONION, or give me a 3-piece chicken selects. Obviously they don't listen to us whenever we order, because I oftentimes repeat my order loudly 2 times. I called the customer service number they have printed on the Mcdonald's paper bag that carries all the food. A few days later, I get some coupons for a free value meal. So we go back today to use one coupon. We get to the first window at drive through and the woman is the same woman who always gets the order wrong. She oftentimes would be in so much hurry, she would literally tap on the window or table and act like she is waiting for us to move along so quickly without checking our order. I used to not check the order, but ever since they have been giving us the wrong food, we check our food very carefully. The woman then proceeds very rudely and says she cannot accept the coupon because we ordered for a large value meal. Uhmmmmmmmm we had said at the window that we have a coupon for a free value meal, and she did not say it back then. No where in the coupon says that they cannot accept it for a Large extra value meal. I had used one of these coupons before at a different Mcdonald's location and it was not an issue at all. I think this Mcdonald's location has bad employees who do not know the meaning of Good Customer service. I feel bad for the owner of this Mcdonald's franchise location. I am just glad there are other McDonald's locations in Peoria, Illinois (there are 3 other branches and I have not had any problems with these other branches at all). BEWARE OF THE MCDONALDS BRANCH IN UNIVERSITY AND PIONEER PARKWAY. Go there are your own risk.

McDonald's ghetto!

This McDonalds which is located right by the entrance to the jackie robinsn parkway is a joke, everytime you go through the drive thru they will use every excuse not to serve you such as "theres no soda today" "no burgers today" "drive thru is closed" "cash only" and my favorite "no dollar menu items in stock today" the young women working there are very rude and nasty and i wish mcdonalds would revamp that whole place.

McDonald's closing early!

On april 11, 2008 my husband & i went to the drive thru at this location. As we pulled into the parking lot we saw all the employees, including the manager, standing outside the doors. We proceeded to pull up to the drive thru and place our order.no one was at the intercom to receive the order, so we drove on around to the window that takes the money, as we were just going to place our order there, and we were met by the manager and we were then told that the store was closed due to there being storm and tornado warnings out for the community and they would try to reopen when the warnings were over. My husband and i thought this did not sound right as we have been going to mcdonalds for a very long time and have never encountered this situation before. It was raining out but no tornados were spotted in our general vicinity. There is a mcdonalds on the other side of our city and it did not close down.we are very upset and don't know if we will return to eat there again.if the storms were that bad, why were ALL employees standing outside when we arrived? I doubt that we are the only people that found this strange and are deciding now on weather to return to do business there again.

McDonald's service cleanleness

I and my Family have been fans of Mcdonalds since they opened in Australia. and travelling around the country I have only been inclined to complain at two outlets, The Charlestown outlet is the one we have used most as it is neer our home and the service there has always been beyond reproach. untill recently. the place seems to be under new manergment and we notice that the staff have become slothey do not speak in the well mannered way they used to and the premisces are not keept clean, the play area where our grandchildren like to go, today was splatered with food drink containers and inside the store was no better with ice cream smeared on the back of the seat. there used to be a handicapped man there cleaning all the time, what happened to him, I have noticed this condition on my last three visits to charlestown unfortunatly other stores in Newcastle seem to follow suit.

McDonald's manager melt down towards staff member

I was at the MacDonalds located in the Walmart store on Tecumseh rd. east after doing some shopping. I was greeted by a very nice young man named Micheal and my order was taken when he asked his manager if he could get some pennies to give me my change. The manager (a women) went off on him she was saying tell the customer they will just have to wait (very loudly). After a few minutes she came out from behind where she was yelling and opened the till and took some money and slamed the till closed complaining that she had to do everything including his job. The young man never even rolled his eyes or anything he just continued to work with a very proffesional attitude . While I was waiting for my order another gentleman came up to order a pop and when she came back with the change he asked her if he could have his pop. She then opened the till and said what you want your change 2 cents; myself and another lady attemted to explain he just wanted his pop and she began to tell us that we were wrong and that she new what he wanted after all was said and done we were right and she then said that she has to do her job and his and some how the whole thing was his fault. I stood there in amazement at the way a manager treated her employee in front of customers and he had not done a single thing wrong. This young man kept his composior through out this whole situation. Bravo to this young man had that been me I am afraid I may have lost my job. Under no circumstances should anyone be treated in that kind of fashion. IN MY OPINION managers like that you certainly do not need, and employees should be treated with respect reguardless of their position, not humiliated and belittled in front of the customers. Perhaps she needs some training in people skills.
thank you
Denise Sylvestre

You are in fact a loser and need to get a life. You've odviously never worked at a fast food place. It looks like you need to go back to school too, because you odviously cant spell or use puncuation at all. I've worked there for three years and Im never been disrespectful unless i was greatly disrespected. Only managers are allowed to answer the phone too and we do not give away food unless you can prove your order was messed up and why would you drive home then check it? I would pay money to see you do a better job, or at all at that. When it wasnt that busy? It was probably at night when there is simply too much to be done and not enough people to do it. Moral of it all. GET A LIFE!

McDonald's employee~s foul language

We frequent McDonald`s every Sunday morning. When a lady with brown curly hair, I think her name is Christine is working, when she talks to other employees, she uses profanity. It`s not quietly either, the whole store can hear it. When she waits on customers at the register, she has to have the customer repeat everything they order, and then she either programs it into the register wrong and/or argues with you that it is not what you ordered. She is very unprofessional. Is this policy to allow the employees to use profanity in the work place?

McDonald's lack of cheese in the fish fillet!

It is Good Friday and my mom and I just brought 7 fish fillets for our family dinner at home. We went through the drive through and didn't realize this until we got home. Each of the sandwiches seemed like they had a slice of cheese because of how the cheese fell over the fillet on one side of the sandwich. Rest ashore, when the kids opened their sandwiches to remove some of the tartar sauce, we noticed that not only were the slices of cheese very, very thin, but that it was only 1/2 of slice. We checked all fish sandwiches just to confirm that maybe it was only on a few sandwiches but all sandwiches were made the same way. From now on, if i have to go to a fast food restaurant I am going inside and taking a look at my food before brining it home.

McDonald's They don't care about employees or past employees!

I was once an employee at McDonalds in Covington VA. Well I had quite and moved away, well I was at the time dating someone that also worked there! Well I had moved back to Covington and me and that guy broke up, well me and my new boyfriend would go to Mcdonalds all the time we have a little girl and she loves their apple dippers! We never said anything to my ex-boyfriend that worked there we never even looked at him! One day we get these letters sent first class and we opened them! The managers had banned us from their restaurant! After finding this out we called down there and asked for a reason on why we were banned seeing as how we were paying customers! They refused to give us an answer! We aren't upset about it, it's just wrong we never done anything to anybody when we would go there and we just wanted a reason on why we would get banned from there restaurant!

Recently I made a valid complaint to McDonalds customer services dept. about McDonalds poor standards at thier Harben Parade branch at Swiss Cottage, London NW3. The complaint concerned slow service, abrasive attitudes, and matters about unacceptable hygeine standards.

The complaint was passed on to the store by customer services, following which the store's manager, Bakry, promptly banned me from the store. He did not deny that my complaint was valid, but was told that I was banned simply becauseI I had made the complaint in the first place.

Perhaps this is consistent with McDonalds training practices. It would appear that you have to accept their adverse practices without question or suffer the consequences, as I myself did.

McDonald's manager verbally abuses & threatens customers!

This past Saturday we went through the drive thru at mcdonalds. Me and 4 friends were in the vehicle we placed 2 orders, and we were all coming from a party and the passengers in the back were all after having a few drinks. My boyfriend and his friend were in the front. So we were carrying on amongst ourselves n whatever and so we get to the window and the girl serving us says "don't take my picture", and she said this cause i had my camera out takin pics of me and my friends, and i didn't take her picture nor did i want it. Then she leaves n the manager on duty whos no older than 18 comes to the window and throws our food at us and says were being 'rude and obnoxious" and not to come back, so then my boyfriend says "excuse me how are we being rude" n hes says "you were taking pictures and carrying on like fools and being rude" etc, and then he slams the window and so my boyfriends friend whos in the passenger seat gets outta the car and stands up n is like "open the window" cause they had left the window and they could not see us as we were lower than the window in the car. So he comes back n says "don't come back" and slams the window again, so we go back thru the drive thru bc at our mcdonalds they only let you place 2 orders at once, and we had 2 more orders to make, so they wouldn't answer us or ask us for our order they just totally ignored us. Then my boyfriend called them on Monday and wanted to talk to the head manager n they said he would call us back either Tuesday or Wednesday. So he did today and he asked for my boyfriends name and address and his car make and model n all that, and we gave it to him thinking he was going to come and apologize or something. But then once we gave him the info he starts screaming at my boyfriend, cursing and swearing and threatening him with legal action, saying we were "being little ### trying to get free food" and that we were threatening the staff, which NONE of this happened what so ever. And (did I mention that this Manager is the Father of the male who slammed the window in our faces several times on Saturday?) So my boyfriend asks if they have audio of this because he wants to hear where we made threats, and the manager says no "he doesn't have audio but he has a tape of us in the drive thru", and my boyfriend says "Than I want you to ask the girl who served us what I said to her that was so rude" and the manager says "No I will not ask her I know what you said" (funny though cause he was not there and does not have an audio tape?) My boyfriend then asks if he can see the video cause he would like to see where we made threats than nd the manager said "NO" and started cursing and swearing at him again. Then my boyfriend hung up cause he was so pissed off and couldn't believe what this manager was saying to him and how he was treating him. But he than realized that he had his information and wasn't sure what he was going to do with it cause obviously he has some sort of temper. So he called back and the manager wasn't there. Shortly later the manager calls back and starts with his yelling and hollering again, told my boyfriend he was going to "give him advice & to choose his friends better", which has NOTHING to do with the situation at all... the funny thing is too that if we were in our 30's or 40's they wouldn't have said a word to us and guaranteed the manager would have called and apologized to us. The manager told my boyfriend that he is responsible for the way the passengers are acting, so if that's the case what happens when a mom pulls through with a bunch of kids in the back screaming and yelling and crying, are they going to say "listen lady shut your kids up?", no they aren't. So what makes them think they can talk to us the way they did. NOTHING. There is not a single reason for the way they treated us. ESPECIALLY the MANAGER. We will be going to MCDONALDS CANADA and writing a letter. We tried calling but they said there is nothing they can do for complaints that we'd have to file it against the store, which in this case I'm sure the manager would just laugh at us and throw our complaint out. I myself work in customer service and I can't think of a single manager who would DARE talk to a customer that way, especially using threats and verbal abuse. Nor can we as employees do this. Customer is always right, are they not? We also filed a police report on the manager because we felt threatened by him cause as soon as he took our information he started with threats so we weren't sure what he was going to do. Me and my friends are absolutely mind blown by the way we were treated by the staff and management. McDonald's can be sure they won't have us as customers anymore.

I went into Mc Donald's to purchase a food order this morning..
I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. Two people walked out because thwy would not wait on then
. They were only waiting on cars that was picking up orders.
Finally two men ( I don't know who they were), went to the kitchen. In five mintutes, the waiter started taking orders.

If they are so busy in the morning, then they need to hire people who can work on oders from the drive through and people who can wait on people in side.

McDonald's terrible service!

On several visits to the McDonalds Rest. inside the Walmart store in Camden, Delaware I noticed how rude your employees were to the customers, as well as their appearance. On every occasions the customers were very rude to customers placing an order. The appearance of your employee is a disgrace. The Girls without any hair nets, with hair flying all around and the boys with their pants below the waist and the UNDERWEAR showing. This is especially with the boys cleaning tables. The boys behind the counter have their shirts hanging out. This is a way of losing customers.

I hope your upper management would take a look at this matter.

McDonald's cross contamination!

I watched with horror as the girl sniffed in my cup to see what was in it and then putting her hand on the top of the cup, she filled it up and then drug the lid across the counter where who knows what had been, then she put the lid on my cup with her bare hand over the spot where I was to drink out of. When I complained about the unsanitary way this was handled, she said she didn't understand. I asked for my money back. They haven't ever responded to a complaint.

McDonald's food made me sick!

3 consecutive times now I have gotten sick just minutes after eating at this particular Mcdonald's in Pine Grove Pa. I stop there every now and then and during the day it seems alright. I don't get sick. At night is another story. 3 consecutive times now that I have fallen ill after eating there. The first 2 times I just dismissed it as coincidence, but not after the 3rd time.
