McDonald's false advertising

I know this is not a big deal, but they started a campaign in Canada for a two dollar special menu and some items actually cost more. Is not the money, you would think a multi national firm would live up to their reputation, they denied this when I complained even I took a photo of the poster in the restaurant. Their service has gone down hill, and when you see how they handle complaints it makes sense as customer service starts from the top.

McDonald's everything

The bathrooms are dirty the food is greasy the people have no people skills the food you wait an hour for is burnt or not cooked at all I had to get four burgers before I got a cooked burger and half the time you get someone else's order this going to the McDonald's in croswell so make it right or none of my family is ever eating here again so for gods sake FIX IT

McDonald's filthy bathroom

I've been inside this McDonald's numerous times, each time it's been dirty. The toilet paper is very rarely in the dispenser, if there is any. It's usually on the floor, which has urine all over it
When you tell the girls behind the counter they ignore your request. The manager is no better when she is informed that the bathroom is in need of service.

McDonald's ask to move my car while I was eating

First I was asked to leave the play area due to someone's child getting sick. I just found a table to finish eating and then I was asked to move my car because the delivery truck was there. I was parked in the handicap spot and had my handicap plaque up. I want to know why is that a spot for parking if they need it open for deliveries. Not only is it a parking spot but a handicap parking spot. When I first parked, there were no orange cones out but when I left they had cones out. Also I had a three year child with me so even if I wanted to stay and just move my car it was so hard just to get my daughter in the car seat and repark. I didn't even get to finish eating and then making a handicap person move was just so wrong. That parking spot should not even be marked as parking.

One more thing. I was told since the person that the plaque was for that I could not park in the handicapped spot. They said that I am committing fraud. It is my mother the plaque is for and they lied and said since the handicapped person was not in the restaurant that I was not allowed to park there despite the plaque. They need to check the laws and be familiar with the laws. As long as I have the plaque I can park there regaredless if the handicapped person is travelling with me or not.

McDonald's disgraceful, dirty and ignorant staff

they screw up the simple ordering process.
Terrible terrible service that is if they can ever get an order correct, it's simply terrible food and even worse do not use the facilities they are disgusting

Cold nuggets one day stale bun on burger the next. Last time I ordered 10 piece and received a 4 piece and fries... Never going back Slow fast food is very bad. The only reason I go to a Mcdonald is to get it fast. This place seems to be understaffed all the time.

This store need to be updated especially the facilities. Not worth the trouble wendys have a new customer

McDonald's service/quality

I order a gallon tea and a medium fries to be fresh and hot. To be cooked fresh.
I get to the window and pay and the order says half a gallon so i said i will deal with it already paid after repeating my order 3 times to make sure it would be correct.
After waiting in line forever I finally get to pick up window and my fries are cold. Definitely not what I ask for. So I pull up and go in and stand at the counter a few minutes until someone finally realize I am stand there. 2 girls finally walk over and one says oh you didn't get your happy meal, with a happy meal and small fry in her hand. I said no I didn't get my fresh hot medium fry i ask for at the the speaker. She said oh take this one I said I order a medium not a small. The other girl said she had a medium and she said take this anyways and I will drop her some more. Which all I wanted was one medium hot fries which is all I could eat.
So as I stand there waiting on my hot fries the 4 girls are back in the front window talking as orders for the front counter is sitting in the chute to be bagged and handing to front counter. The girl making food for front counter walked up and looked at the order screen and said no one is doing their job, they are just standing around talking and finally a manager walks out of office which was 2 managers back in office the whole time and one on the phone the whole time. The short white hair older lady finally walks up to front drive thru window and tells the girls they need to stop talking and do something.
As I'm still waiting on my fries to cook they are finally done and had to ask the girl to get them before having to wait on another batch to cook. I know it's been a few years I have ran a McDonald's that did almost 4 million dollars a year but everyone in drive thru had to have a headset on including the manager. Not just the two girls in back window taking money and orders. If everyone had a headset on in drive thru maybe my fries would had been dropped when I order them and would had been hot and fresh when got to window.

McDonald's verbal harassment my employee negligent management.

2/7/19 approx 10:25 am I placed an order for breakfast meal. The cashier, named winnie, turned to pour the coffee I tried to get her attention saying "excuse me" about three times but I was ignored. When I finally got her attention, winnie was very rude, and angry about my request to put, "two or three ice cubes in the cup" (because I drink the coffee black and it is served way too hot to drink). Winnie became angry and complained. The manage was standing right there and failed to intervene. When my order was completed winnie slammed down my change and yelled 'scew you!". The manager was right there and I said,"did you just hear that? She just said, "scew you" to me". The manager, who was not wearing a name badge and admitted she heard the cashier curse at me, said,"she would handle her employees", I waited and waited but she didn't do anything.

Clearly, shouting"screw you" to a paying customer who only asked for a few ice cubes is harassment. The manager is also negligent in her handling, or lack of handling of the situation.

McDonald's product & service complaint

every week I attend the same McDonalds with my 10 yr old son. It is his end of the week treat. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong ! ... 1x cheesburger Happy Meal ... Meat & Cheese Only ! ... as my son does not eat meat on his burger & there is no alternative at Maccas ... we then quickly remove the cheese & add the chips ! .. thus ... a chippee burger ! ... I do not know how many times the staff have gotten it right ... because 99% of the time it is incorrect! ...I have come to accept that the order WILL be wrong ... What really gets me going is the attitude of the staff & Management when I return to claim the correct order ! ... it is like ... I ... as the customer is at fault ! ... How hard is it to READ an existing order & get it right? ... at times the order itself has been taken incorrect otherwise it has been constructed incorrectly ... I understand McDonalds is extreemly busy at times ... old school or not ... THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ! ...Pay extra staff to man the counters ... slow down .. listen to an order .. don't presume ! ...teach your staff some manners ...even Managers (especially) ... The CUSTOMER is ALWAYS right ! ...don't think only the staff are annoyed when it is busy .. Fast Food is supposed to be exactly that ... FAST ...cheap easy meal ...That is what I expect. ...When I have driven through a drive through ... only to find as I am now a distance away that the order is incorrect & not what I ordered OR payed for ...time after time ... & Managers only response is to return so as to replace burger ! ...not good enough McDonalds! ... now as I returned yesterday 1/2/2019 ... again Burger wrong ... didn't read the order correctly ... I returned & waited ... for other existing orders to be prepared as my new burger was constructed .. after the wait .. I returned to find that the rest of the order was now consumed by son & no chips or shake left to complete burger meal & the BURGER was now wasted ! ... If the order is wrong ... replace WHOLE order not just partly ! .. after that experience ... as if I already hadn't had enough of poor service ... I again lined up to order an ice cream for my son on the way out ... again I stood in a long line & waited ... & waited ... & waited ... very busy with school kids & only 1 attending taking orders with numerous tills unattended... as well as ordering ... staffer is also preparing meals ?! ... I had waited in line for over 20 mins ...THIS TIME ... for an ice cream ! ... then the staff member expected me to stand on the side with other patrons who had ordered meals & wait ... again ! .. I am now outraged by service ... or lack of it .. that I stand my ground & waited at the counter ...I was told by another staffer to "move" so she could continue to take orders ... I stood firm ! ... I explained that I was waiting for my order that did not have to be cooked & would stay till I received it thankyou ... Staff member replied with the answer to me that ... "I was Rude !" ... #1... I do not go to McDonalds to be spoken to like that by young mannerless staff members who do not know better, ... or continually PAY hard earned money to McDonalds for poor service. It is the Management of McDonalds that needs to lift its game if it is going to allow its staff to treat paying customers in such a way ! ... Customers are the ones who are paying for a service that is below average & deserve & expect better from a Multi National Company such as yours.We are far from getting the service we are paying for ! ... We all deserve the right to be treated with RESPECT ... if your staff start to show some to your customers ... who knows ... your customers might start to return !

McDonald's service

On 25th January 2019 @ 20:55, order # 356, invoice # [protected].
I have purchased 4 meals from Arad McDonald branch.
My bill was 6.2 Bd, i have took offer from Maxwallet, my invoice was showing 3.8 bd but McDonald charged me 6.2 bd.
I inform supervisor/manager, Supervisor was not responding properly the time i was talking to her. she agreed its a mistake and said its too late now, bank is closed, i will contact u tomorrow morning, till today no one call me.
Please look into the matter.

I ordered a quarter pounder and a cheese burger and neither one of the burgers had the orginal beef patties that are on a quarter-pounder with cheese or a cheese burger- It seems they orderded the patties local as they did not taste like normal Mcdonald's hamburgers.

Will not order them again! Please be aware of the meat on the hamburgers!

McDonald's sales

I come to this place everyday to get a bacon egg and cheese mcgridel meal and a large half and half ice tea. I went in to the drive therew they gave me a large coke the food was right.. I can not drink coke. Honest mistake.. I was going to go in the drive up again to have it fixed there was now a long line. So I went in the girl at the front told me to go fix it my self if I have a problem with it. Ok i'm now late for work. I went over to the soda bar to fix it "myself" the tea was old and the unsweetened tea was empty. I asked if they could fill it up behind the counter. And they told me o wait they will get more up front.. Very bad customer service exspecialy fro a everyday customer!

McDonald's torquay geelong melbourne australia

I have a complaint part of which is serious. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 small fries and 2 medium coffees. Instead of cheese burgers I ended with Fish burgers returned them and no apology . The coffee came cold not because the barista was busy as they arrived before the food.
However while eating the meal a cleaner came along to wipe the tables and instead or cleaning off the food left behind wiped it onto the floor.
I have been a fast food store owner for many years and know this is one of the most dangerous acts a worker can do resulting in the possibility of a customer falling in the mess especially chips and lettuce.
The staff at this Torquay stores service and cleaning should be looked at seriously . We will not be returning in any time soon .

McDonald's manager

My son Charles Behne works at the McDonald's store #03010, located on Airline dr. I'm LaPlace Louisiana. We were sitting here tonight jan. 27 8:00p.m. eating dinner when there was a ring at the front door. My younger son answered the door to find a McDonald's manager who my son identified as Darius telling my son he has missed two day of work (which he hasn't according to the schedule THEY made). This is not the first time they have threatened to fire him for not coming in on his day off. I have messages saved on my other sons phone. He also used to work there, since he left for another job they have also been harassing him. They constantly message him and call him at his JOB looking for charles, on the work phone NOT his personal phone. I don't really know what kind of business you are running, and I'm sure you don't care, as my wife has filed comp!aints before over the phone about my other son who worked there. The same manager was putting his hands on him, so he got another job. I am completely fed up with this behavior, as is the rest of my family. I am making one last attempt to rectify this before legal action is taken. My son enjoys his job, but that does not mean he has to put up with abuse, and I for one will not stand for it. It would be nice if there was something done about this, as we do not wish to have any further situations of this nature. Thank you for your time

McDonald's order missing several items

I ordered food on the McDonalds app in Maple Grove Mn. Myself and a couple different families were staying at the holiday in thought lording on the app would be easier since it was a large order. I ordered 4 sets of hotcakes. We only got two packs of syrup. Two of the 4 kids had to eat there pancakes dry. I ordered 3 sausage burritos and got 0. I also ordered 2 orange juice received 0. The Male employee also was rude. I spent $53.00 and not happy that I didnt get what I paid for.

McDonald's service

I pulled up to the ordering kiosk at 400AM and was told only breakfast and cash. I then waited about 10 minutes for her to take the order. There were 2 cars ahead of me. About 15 minutes later I got to the window and paid the $7.80 for a #1 with a medium OJ. Then the girl disappeared. There was 1 guy cleaning and 1 standing there drinking coffee and a manager dancing to the music. Nobody was doing anything. The counter on the wall hit 999 and just kept flashing 999 for several more minutes. The girl finally came back at 440 and handed me my order. I got home within 5 minutes, the OJ was as warm as coffee, the hash brown was ice cold and the McMuffin was like warm at best. 45 minutes for terrible service and terrible food. 24 hours but you can only get what they want to serve you. I will never go back to that place again.

McDonald's drive through

Went to cassopolis, michigan. Mcdonalds ordered two sausage mcmuffins and 6 eggmcmuffins came to $21.24 I believe. It was a half hour before sunup. We we're told to pull forward... Kind of a big order. No prob they brought us the bag, we drove down road a mile before we started to eat. Wrong order..5 sausage muffins the ones on sale for about a buck! They wrang up my order correctly. But shorted me big time. We are on a road trip in snow wont be back for a week! Not happy! No reciept given.. Accident or not I am out money running an hour late cant turn around.. How do we make this right.. Will you let me know how to procceed on this matter via email please?

McDonald's The plastic used for cup tops.

So, your plastic cup tops don't actually fit or stay on anymore. What's up with that?

What is the point of cup tops if they just won't do their jobs?

I was out and about when I stopped in to get some dinner for on the way home. I don't have a car so I had my little pushcart for my shopping. Well, the soda only lasted until I got across the street and down the block a little (I'm only a fifth of the way home) before the top burst off and splattered all over me.

I'm not looking for any compensation but for you to realize the new plastic you use for your lods is sub par at best.

McDonald's wrong items on food

Hello, I am quite disappointed with my last visit to mcdonald's because I was served meat as I am a vegetarian. I understand that it was a mistake but there was not even an option on the menu that said it came with meat. Whenever I go to mcdonalds, I always get the same thing and it has never came with meat. I did not think to check because as I said before, this is a common food for me and it never comes with any meat. I am not sure what needs to be done but I think they should be more careful with orders that are supposed to be meatless. Thank You.

McDonald's late night service

This location claims to be open 24/7 on the Drive-Thru and they are, but the problem is, every single time I visit the drive thru during the late night, the person at the window always tells me the same thing, "I'm having a system problem. It'll be another 30 minutes before I can take your order". I'm really starting to think they are just lazy and are looking for a way to get rid of customers because they know nobody is going to wait 30 minutes to order, so people just leave. It is too much of a coincidence that it always happens after hours. Not to mention, this has been going on for over 2 months now, so i figured, if it really was a system problem, it'd be fixed by now. Please look into this because it looks very unprofessional from McDonalds and it just makes me not want to go back there at any other time of the day.

McDonald's paying for order for customer behind me in drive thru

Today 1/17/19 at 7:03am I went through the drive through window at store #7663. I asked how much was the order behind me and that order was like $6.65 and I told the gentleman in the window I would like to pay for that order. When I was retrieving my order from the next window I saw the guy in that vehicle hand the gentleman in the window payment. When I paid for the extra order I didn't receive a receipt. When getting to work the guy, who I paid for, jokingly said I should of paid for his order and I informed him that I did. He looked in his bag and realized he didn't get a receipt either. I called out to McDonalds and talked to a young lady named Dedrus (not sure how to spell it) and she said there was no way that happened because once it is paid it goes out of the computer and maybe I paid for the car behind that vehicle. Seems unlikely since both totals that each of us paid was exact. I usually go to this McDonalds almost every morning and sometimes at lunch, but will not be going there anymore.
