McDonald's fraud

While travelling past London at approx 7:00a.m. We decided to stop at this McDonalds for breakfast. The parking area was empty. 2 cars at drive though ahead of us. 17 minutes later we get to food window. 11 minutes at window and food arrives. Order 2 sausage Mcmuffins and 1 large diet coke. Girl at window apologises but sounds as sincere as a robot. I question the delay and am told it is a new kid cooking and he is useless. My response is what has this got to do with me? Not my problem. I take my food and park my car. The diet coke is 75% ice and like drinking brown water.I eat my first Mcmuffin and it is barely warm. I take out my second and it is a biscuit not a Mcmuffin and cold at that. 9 minutes waiting with1 car in front I get to food window again. Woman at window rolls her eyes like I am the problem. I explain and return Biscuit. 7 minutes later I get a new Sausage Mcmuffin. If it was just made why is it cold I ask. No answer from woman at window. I go eat my Mcmuffin cold and all. I continue to my destination. The next day We are going by again a decide to test them out again. A little less wait. I get my food but get re-quoted a higher amount by $3.00+. When questioned why it is higher I get no explanation. I pay my bill and go to eat in parking area. Uon opening my bag I find that this was not my meal but meal from other order lane. I return to order lane and explain. I am told I am wrong and that is what I ordered! I told her I knew what I ordered and I wanted what I ordered and the difference from what I paid. 13 minutes later3 ladies with calculators still could not figure how much they owed me. I will never go there again I have been shocked, insulted, called a liar, overcharged and under served. Needless to say robbed of over an hour of my time all because I wanted some food.

McDonald's filthy, overcharged

My family and I go to Mcdonalds at least once a week and the last 2 we went to were filthy garbage on the floor fly's everywhere we had to fight fly's off so that we can eat and when we made a complaint to management they a shift supervisor call us back and tell well I'm sorry but all we can do is give you a free meal and all we can do is also put light up that attract the fly's to it My wife suggested you put big fans outside your doors to break down the amount of fly's that are in your restuarant if anyone lives in the Fresno area stay away from the Mcdonalds off of Ashlan/West LOTS OF FLY"S giving me a free meal I don't want it from that place and the same for the Mcdonalds off of NEES/WILLOW LOTS OF FLY"S INSIDE AND when you order A COMBO MEAL AND ASK FOR A LARGE DRINK ISTEAD OF THE REG. DRINK THEY CHARGE YOU A $1.00 ON TOP OF YOUR MEAL COST it comes out cheaper either to go to another restuarant or buy everything seperrate. I wish I had my video camera at the time because I would send that to everyone I know please FIX the problem or my family and I will find another fast food place IT"S A SHAME I GREW UP ON MCDONALDS AND MY KIDS LOVE THE PLACE BUT IT"S EITHER MCDONALDS OR MY FAMILIES HEALTH . If I don't hear from anyone within the next WEEK I will call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT I wish I had the resuarant's addresses but I'm pretty sure you as A CORP. can find them.

McDonald's handling food without gloves

I have been in the McDonalds' in Homer La several times. I have noticed the workers that handle the food is NOT WEARING gloves. I don't know where their hands have been! I just know I DON'T want them handling the food that I am paying for without gloves. I told the lady manager to have him put some gloves on. The black man seemed he got mad because he had to put them on. The very next day, I went back in to get a sausage biscuit and the same man was still handling the food without the gloves on! I told the same lady manager again to tell him to put gloves on. Another manager, Rodney, came out with 3 boxes of gloves! The 3 rd day I went in and the same black man was still there and STILL NO GLOVES! I will not go back and i will tell everyone that I know about this situation! How many times does it take for him to understand?

McDonald's raisict

We went to mc donalds in villawood (on woodville rd) drive thru but it was getting renovated and there were no signs up at the entrance to let the customers know so as I was trying to get out of the small carpark there were three cars stuck not knowing which way to go so I decided to just park my car and go into the restrant and get dinner from there anyway! it's friday afternoon at 4:40pm I walked into the villawood mc donalds... I noticed on the menu board that the mc value dinner boxs were up on display so I asked the cashier what the time was? she replied it's 4:45pm so due to the fact that I had 5 hungry mouths to feed waiting forme in the car and i'll do anything to save money these days I politely asked the cashier can I get the mc value deal she said i'll ask so she went and asked another worker and she came up to me and said sorry it's precijure that we can't sell it to you until 5pm I replied that's ok and proceed to order... as I was waiting for my food to be prepared a lebonese man approaches the counter and asks hey can I get the dinner meal and the same cashier that said sorry it's procijure says to the man umm... ummm... den another employer or employee says..."yeah thats alright!"... wen I received my order I asked the lady excuse me why dose he get to get the value meal and I don't? she replys well no o e asked me! I replied but isn't it procedure for you to only start selling the mc value dinners at 5pm? she replies yeah! I said so why do we need to ask you if your not suppose to sell it at this time? she replies with you don't need to shout! I said i'm just frustrated that you see a good looking lebanesse man and you dont even consider procedure or even hesitate you just reply to him lime yeah I can do whatever I want to do! it went silent for a second so I asked "do I get an apology?" only then she started to say i'm sorry and wateva else she was going to say but I had to cut her off thank you! was that too much to ask for.. if I didn't have 5 lil mouths to feed den I would of been there all night standing up for my rights due to the fact that the lady and the two cashiers were lebonesse appearance and the man was of a lebonesse appearance and im of samoan nationality! I just want the owners of mc donalds to look at the camera footage and speak to the employees that were there that night so this won't happen to anyone else! if not I will have to speak to a lawyer on how I was discriminated against...

McDonald's employee complaint

I have worked at McDonald's for a long time and never worked at one that was so poorly ran as this one. They break health department regulations, state laws, federal laws, and company policies and get away with it.! I have been discriminated against by the store manager of this store. She has refused to give me my paycheck on two seperate occasions now while I have watched her give checks out to other employees. Then they have broke health department regulations by serving thawed out meat due to a meat freezer door being broken. They only have one fire exstiguisher in the store right now. And no video servalince cameras because they don't want there to be proof! Did I mention they make employees work off the clock too? This is the worst owner/operator to work for and they are giving McDonald's a bad reputation! This owner operator discriminates against blacks, hates them and does not employ them at paola or Louisburg locations and most likely at their other stores as well!

McDonald's commercial

the McDonald McRIB sandwich commercial pop up each time after I viewed a Yahoo post on the IPhone. It is super annoying because I cannot simply close it, it take a while to turn the page orange/brown and then I have to wipe to reveal and wait for another while for the commercial to show which is a photo of the sandwich, then I can pre. The x to close, I have to go through this each time after I view a Yahoo new clip. Talk about annoying, annoying, annoying, annoying! I will not ever buy a McRIB sandwich or visit McDonald again just because of their super annoying commercial ! To me, the commercial produced a negative result, completely throw me off anything McDonald.

McDonald's customers suck!

This is to all of the dumb customers that come in the local McDonald's I work for.

The cheap-skates that try and get a BigMac for a dollar by ordering a McDouble and having it changed to add BigMac sauce and lettuce. Just buy a fricken BigMac because a lot of other McDonald's are starting to charge for the sauces no matter what. If it doesn't come with it then you will get charged.

All of these order mess ups I hear about. Nine times out of ten it's the customers fault because they don't know how to order let alone know what fast food restaurant they are visiting... "Yes I want a whopper, biggie sized with a pepsi". There is no 99 cent menu, there is a dollar menu and there is no McNuggets on the dollar menu.

Yes breakfast is over at 10:30am on week days and 10:30 on weekends. We start breakfast at 5:30 AM so there is a run for 5 hours. Just wake up earlier.

To the customers that take a long drive to work day in and out. Why bother stopping for food at the one near your house then turn around and complain 45minutes later when you arrive at your place of work that your food is cold. The food has a lifespan of seven minutes tops before it gets cold, less if its cold out or with your A/C on low.

To the customers that come inside for their food. If you see a fresh basket of fries go into the fry hopper. you see the fries get scooped into a bag or box and placed in your bag then turn around and tell the employee you want fresh fries. How much fresher do you want them? Want us to go to a farm, pick the potato, come back, wash, cut and fry it before your eyes?

To the customers that come in very late at night after the lobby is closed. It's going to take a while to get your food. Reason being there are only two to three people on staff and people have a champagne taste with coke-a-cola money. People wanting their square fishstick fresh out of the grease for their Filet-O-Fish that takes 5 minutes to cook. Or since recently of the major deals on McNuggets we have a hard time keeping them ready to go and they take about four minutes to cook. Crispy chicken take about eight minutes and so on. We can't park the cars because it's after hours and it's a security hazard to open the doors. So don't expect for free food, discounts or anything out of the nature. Also if you're the type of people that want fresh food think about the hungry people that are in line with you.

When it's raining you rather use the Drive-Thru, I don't blame you. But when you pull up to the window please and I beg you, turn off the wipers. We don't want to get soaked with dirty rain water.

If we mess up on a order and you decided to come back to get it fixed. We need the receipt and food. Yea we toss out the food but we don't want to get ripped off in the long run. "Yes, I ordered three McDoubles with out Mustard. Well they have Mustard" Well how do we know you didn't eat them anyway when you just bring back a receipt? Would you do this if you bought say a big screen TV that was faulty? I think not.

We are only human people, mistakes happen. If in doubt check your food. So if you get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and ask for no cheese, please check it. You try making a hundred or so QPCes in a hours time. you'll get use to slapping on cheese on each one that gets passed to you. You're not better then us, we are equal. we are all human. Some of us get paid more then you and others make minimum wage. All depends on their job title. Heck im a manager and I get 8.00 a hour. That really sucks but do to the job market I have no choice. I live paycheck to paycheck like millions of other Americans.

Long story short. If you keep getting the wrong order or bad service it's ether these two reasons.
A: You don't know how to order.
B: You expect too much for a fast food restaurant. This isn't some five star elite restaurant.
And Have a Great Day! (Insert James Flaws Here! LOL)

As to a fellow co-worker always says "Stupid people have to eat too"

I'm an employee that works at McDonald's, and customers are always trying to get free food. I ordered a large meal, so everything should be large... I'm like what the heck, then some lady at the drive through, after talking to the manager when I gave her her food said, "thanks for nothing." She was also interrupting me when I was telling her, we were cooking fresh fries by saying, " I'm not parking, you're going to give me my food, now hurry up." I'm like, "What an ungrateful little jerk."

McDonald's employees being punished for being sick.

Hello, this complaint deals with this particular franchise punishing its employees for being sick. It has come to my attention that the Mcdonalds corporation forces there employees to get a doctors note when they are sick. These poor people are barely making enough money to make ends meet in this economy. If the loss of a day is not bad enough, forcing them to pay a doctor for a note is really horrible. The only people with insurance are managers.
I'm thinking a class act suit is in order, for all the loss and emotional suffering that they have to endure. Or the corporate big bosses can do a little revision and implement 21st century practices, like sick days for full time employees or some form of minor insurance for days when women get there periods and are so cramped up that they can barely walk. Why should they lose a day of work and have to pay a doctors bill that will cost them several days of work...The corporation needs to do something soon. In this time of problems that all of us are going threw, they need to step up and be more compassionate...

McDonald's employee treatment

Ihave family that work at the McDonald's restaurants in whitby Ontario. I am appalled at the inhuane treatment of their employees. The managers are on power trips and want to dish out demeaning punishments for the simples violations. How is being sent home early for not being happy enough. However the treatment depends on who you are! There are some employess who seem to coast through like they are at a normal place of employment while the rest are treated like something they scraped of your shoe. Can't complain or life gets worse!
Sad to see a bubbly young person so deflated and miserabe because they hate their job so intensley. We have had witnesses to the foul treatment and they too have been shocked and appalled. I wish I could saymore but I don't want to have them centered out and have life anymore miserable for them. My advice DO NOT work or have your loved ones be subjected to the humiliation and hurt that McDonald's in Whibty dishes out to their employees!

McDonald's standard of service

Hi there,
For some time now my self, family and friends have been going to McDonald's restaurant in Aberdare, S.Wales, for week end treats for the kids, coffees and ice creams etc and it comes to a point where it makes you so angry I'm taking the time to write this e-mail to say in all the years of me going to McDonald's from a small child to a 28 year old man with 2 children, has the standard slipped to a level where I'm actually complaining. I can hand on heart say I've never visited that branch and there hasn't been some wrong, same goes for family members and friends, its not a huge restaurant and I don't see how they can get it wrong every time and the much bigger ones that are always rushed off their feet seem to be fine. I'll list some of the problems that we counter the most,
1. Fizzy drinks are flat.
2. Chips are cold
3. Missing parts of the order
4. If you have to wait for a burger they give you the rest of your food then bring out the grill order 5 to 10 mins later when the rest of your food is cold.
5. Milk shake machine never works.
6. Coffee machine never works.
7. They way they pack the food bags the chips are up side down the burgers fall out and have to be rescued. 8. Pancakes are hard
I mean is it really that difficult, McDonald's has been around for ever, I'm a telecommunications engineer and I can see it, how does it escape the attention of the people running this branch. McDonald's has always been my favourite fast food restaurant I travel around in my job a lot and always grab a coffee on the move, only this restaurant we re having these problems, just thought you should know, thanks for taking the time to read this e-mail,

Ummmm ok, well again thanks for your comments I didn't realise my grammar and punctuation was being put on trial here, I came on this site to look for helpful advise on this subject, I didn't realise I would be bombarded with what I can only describe as a waste of my time, seriously if I wanted to waste my time I would speak to the manager, who more often or not has just started puberty and is more interested in getting it on with the female staff. Thanks for nothing

Thanks for the comments some of which were funny to read but ended there, if you read it properly I stated it was week end treats for the kids, its the only McDonald's for 14 miles hence why we go there, and for the lame comments on my and my families weight and helth issues, its quite funny because we all eat healthy and ALL of us are into some form of fitness even my dad who's 68. McDonald's do healthy food to for the people who havnt been in the last 5 years. Only help full comments please, thanks

@Impudent-, said cyber-alliance was not in direct relation to this specific thread. It was in regard to the fact that as usual, as soon as one person comments in disagreeance with any one of the above people, the same tired names I've laughed at with co-workers for months jump on the same band wagon. Again, joke. I hope you're all on here because you too, are bored at work daily...and this isn't an actual past-time.

Really? "help full comments please" ...uh, hi, censoEship would be telling someone what they can and can NOT say, and controlling such- not asking for constructive commentary. But, in a room full of people who relentlessly protect eachother (though they've most likely NEVER met) in order to maintain some hilarious cyber-alliance- what more could I expect? What a joke.

fast food junkies are sad. They keep on going back for the same lard laden junk over and over again. Even when the lard servers show their contempt for your lard ### by getting your order wrong and chucking sub standard (irony) junk in your face. Wean yourself off the lard and eat some carrot sticks for a month or so and see how much better you feel.

McDonald's garbage

I live in the complex across the street from McDonalds. There is constantly McDonalds garbage all over the street, side walks, in our complex gardens and now in our complex. It is bad enough living so close to a discusting smelling and unhealthy business but now I am suppose to clean up their garbage. They obviously don't care about the environment or the neighbourhood! They need to send up clean up crews 24/7 for the whole street. McDonalds is discusting and I'm not sure how anyone would let their "food" into their bodies..

McDonald's bad service

On three separate occasions over the past 2 weeks when I have ordered nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce, I have not received the sauce.
First time - when I asked the person in drive through for sauce as I did not receive it, I was told that the sauce was in the bag. I told her it wasnt. she said its in there. I said "no its not, thats why im asking for it". she then shoved the sauce into my hand and walked away from the window. no apology, no have a nice day, nothing.
Second time - same situation, did not receive my sauce. I had to park, and go into the store and ask for sauce as it was not put in my order. I was again questioned and told it was in the bag. I said to them "well its not in there, thats why I have parked, come in, and am now asking for sauce. I would not be wasting my time for one little sauce, can I please just have my sauce so I can get to work". and again, it was shoved to me, again no apology for the inconvenience of having gone through drive through and still having to get out of my car, or have a nice day.
third time - same situation again, but this time my partner went in to get the sauce after having gone through drive through and not receiving the sauce. we again parked and he went in to ask for the sauce. the girl proceeded to tell him that she definitely put the sauce in the bag. it was not in the bag, exactly why he is in the store now asking for it.

I find it very unacceptable to pretty much be called a liar on 3 separate occasions at the same store, when it was their mistake everytime. very poor customer service considering I thought the general rule is the customer is always right, especially in this case when we were right. we pay good money for the food and time after time after time, the orders get stuffed up. I understand in busy times mistakes can be made, but the times I have had this happen, it has not been busy. and I dont think its good service to call your customers liars and then treat us like we are inconveniencing you, when actually its the other way around.

McDonald's poor drive thru service

This drive thru is horrible and the last three times I have been thru the drive thru the order is not right. I am sick of paying for poor customer service at this drive thru restaurant. They either need to retrain the employees or set the stats a little lower or turn the intercoms up on the order taking poles. All I wanted was a happy meal with ranch dipping sauce for the chicken mcnuggets and french fries. Instead of the order taker asking me what I want they put in apples and carmel sauce. And for the third time no ranch dipping sauce. These fast food restaurants are charging more for the food and most of the time the service is becoming worse, and more horrible by the day. I babysit my 2 yr old grandson and after a doctors appt all he wanted was chicken mcnuggets and fries. Poor baby had shots, blood drawn twice and x-rays. Frustrated at McDonalds in /Champlin MN.

Calm down hero, it's McDonald's. It's not their fault that your grandson had blood work and x-rays. Don't go back. As an adult you should know better than to feed that garbage to a child anyway.

McDonald's offensive and terrible service

I went through the drive thru at my local McDonalds to simply grab some food for my family and myself. When I approached the second window and recieved my food, the order they gave me was not mine. I then asked the clerk for my order and he asked me for the reciept in the bag he gave almost as assuming I was either lying or trying to scam food. I am of aboriginal descent and this kind of behavior is and has taken place at this location before. My taxi is now double what it would be if they had gotten the order right in the first place. During this time the Manager in a white shirt standing back behind the clerk at the window yelled to me to go and wait around the corner while they made my order and would walk it to me when it was done. I said back to her that I was in taxi, and that me having to wait is costing me now triple what it would've been had they simply made my order correct the first time! I then told her "it would'nt be a problem if I was in car and not in a taxi!". Now suddenly the head Mnager as I presume the shouted at me and said" If your going to yell at my employees you can have your ###en money back and never come here again!. I proclaimed that I was insulted and simply mortified with service I was receiving, and for the bad service don't you think I deserve my money back and my food free of charge for this situation?. She then shouted back at me and yelled " heres' your money back your not getting your food it's either your food or your money" when all of a sudden she throws $15.01 at me through the cab wiindow! I was sitting on the passenger side in back of taxi which I believe if I was on the driver side I would've benn hit with the money! I visit this location regularly and spend alot of money. This was by far the most TERRIBLE SERVICE I've ever recieved! I have 6 years in retail and customer service to recognise bad customer service in any sense! Today is June 17th and this event occured at approx. 5:10pm to 5:25pm as that was the time when we left the drive thru in shock. My cabdriver has written me a reciept and stated on it that he would ACT AS MY WITNESS to ensure that this matter is dealt with in my favor being the victim of bad customer service. With that being said I would like to be contacted immediately in regards to this matter at,

That truly has to be the absolute most pathetic use of the word "victim" we've ever seen, and this site sets that bar pretty low, so congratulations.

I suspect you've been getting your books flung in mud puddles your entire life and wouldn't know how to function if you couldn't find yourself in that situation today, perceived or otherwise.

Don't you understand by now in life that there are real victims out there of a lot more horrific acts than "bad customer service, " and with a lot less control over getting into or out of the situation who handle it a lot better than you're coping with your little life crisis here?

Do you still want to whine about being a poor little victim over your hamburger Happy Meal being made incorrectly?

They needed the receipt to remake what they gave you because evidently it belonged to someone else. I see you also played the race card. I am sorry this happened to you but I can tell you all races have been discriminated against and there have been many victims. Perhaps everyone involved could have been a little more courteous.

Your home and cell numbers are now on 4chan. Don't be stupid next time. As far as your complaint, McDonald's is far from a 5 star restaurant so don't expect 5 star treatment. Try slaving in a hot kitchen for 9 hours and see how you feel when some imbecile pulls up in a taxi.

Finding the snuff in the wrapper is unacceptable and you should complain to the manager of that location. The wait portion of your complaint is a joke. You expected to be serviced faster being inside the McDonalds as opposed to the drive thru, which is wrong. Everyone is serviced in the order in which the orders are ringed in. People who think the can "line jump" by going inside to avoid a drive thru line are already walking in with an attitude.
